The location was good

The bed was not comfortable at all and it was not balance in room #625 and I could not sleep well throughout my stay. The TV channel and Internet connection was bad even after the technicians attended to it.

Het ontbijt was heel goed en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De locatie boven het winkelcentrum. Gratis shuttle service van en naar het station.

De kamer was gehorig.

Leuk hotel in leuke omgeving, met een grote Mall

Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner offre des plats très divers. Le personnel est très souriant, accueillant et à notre écoute. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un accès direct au Centre commercial.

I stay for 2 days 1 nite, only 2 small mineral waters. At midnight I ask for more . They don’t Want to give except if I pay. Masa minta aqua Karena haus diminta bayar ,tengah malam beli di mana ? Padahal 2 hari 1 malam cuma kasih 2 botol kecil air mjneral. Tidak ramah sekali dan tidak sesuai budaya Indonesia Parkir nya juga susah cari tempat Difficult to find space for parking

Hotel zit in een winkelcentrum, echt ideaal als je nog lekker wat wilt eten of shoppen. Vriendelijk personeel Lekker zwembad echter iets te weinig ligbedjes

Suka sekali dengan pelayanannya. Sangat ramah, sangat cepat menanggapi respon baik melalui telepon ataupun langsung. Lokasi persis di sebelah mall, jadi sangat nyaman untuk membeli keperluan dan makan.

Breakfast bisa lebih baik lagi. Handuk2 seperti sudah lama.

Hotel is located in the city center, on the top of the mall. It is easily accessible, big parking lot. 5 minutes from train station. The staff is very helpful, open door, carrying your bags, speaking English! Very patient with tourists and understanding. The hotel smells very good, in the elevators also always fresh. The floors upstairs are covered with carpet which makes your moving really quiet. The doors are soundproof, your whole stay gonna be peaceful there. The room is spacious and we'll maintained. You can get a working desk which is big and provides you the necessary place to focus on your job to do. The staff comes every day, changing bedsheet and amenities, making your bed. There are free coffee, tea, bottle water! The bathroom is excellent: clean, nice smell, free body wash. The rooms provide you everything you need during your stay to feel comfortable. The breakfast is another story on its own. Chef cook is over the top, the easter and western foods are freshly made every day, the taste is phenomenal, huge choice of meals. The staff is very professional, effective, make your tea and being it to your table! During Ramadan they also allows you to have your breakfast before sunrise (sahor). There are massage saloon as well, I wish I could try it. Overall excellent choice for people who are looking for a place at a convenient location, kind and helpful staff, enjoy delicious food, work at peace.

I think the room partition could be better as you can hear the next door guest.

Bad service, dirty and smell bathroom, the pillow and mattress are very uncomfortable to sleep on, making it difficult to sleep tight and giving you a headache when you wake up.

Modern property in a very good location

Liked everything except that when made booking through Booking.com it said that spa was included only to find out from the hotel staff when checking in that it’s not. I even showed the booking page on booking.com where it still says spa included for new bookings. So it appears either booking.com was not honest or the hotel gave wrong info to booking.com I tried sending message about this issue to booking.com but it appears it’s not easy to go through the process. Let’s see if booking.com makes for this misadventure

One of the best stay we ever had! We came as a family for both business & leisure, we booked a business suite since it's a long stay. We enjoyed every moment there as the service was top notch. All staff are friendly & approachable. Despite arriving close to midnight, Front desk was very efficient during check in and we managed to go to our rooms with no issues. Business Suite is a value for money, such a huge room with 2 wardobes, 1 huge bathroom & a king bed. The hotel is connected to CSB Mall, which has LOADS of food choices & kids friendly activities. Our booking includes breakfast, and we loved their pastries so much. We would like to compliment one of the staff Mr Arief for the superb service, thankyou making the best cup of cappuccino. For our business agenda, we managed to book a meeting room, with the help of Mr Deya (apologies for the wrong spelling) he helped to coordinate the booking and everything went smoothly. Thank you Swiss-bel Hotel Cirebon for such a wonderful service & allow us to have the most memorable stay. See you again !

The spa kinda left me hanging twice after enquiring for a slot. But probably there are swamped.

Breakfast was decent enough, good selection, caters to all tastes

Housekeeping could be better, Rooms are skim/surface cleaned not quite deep cleaned.

Centered in the city, very friendly staff. Good beds and exelent breakfast also for western. Would certainly come back, value for your money.

We slept at the highest floor, as I asked for. Next time better sleep some lower, on the roof are engines for airco etc. Some ceilings could have some new paint.

The elevator was too slow, the shower also very weak and the shower floor slippery, also the toilets on level 3 was bit smelly

The property is located in the heart of Cirebon, really strategic.

The wall is really thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the noises at 5.30 A.M coming from the room next door. We called the receptionist, but they did not do anything.

The location is great.

We stayed there four night. Two nights without towels and the rubbish bin has not been cleaned yet. Actually there were the same reviews a week before me. Apparently they never change!

청소상태도 별루고 아침은 4일동안 메뉴가 변화가 없슴. 옆방 소음도 심함

aircon didn't work, so hot in the room, first time they sent technician but in the morning the aircon wrecked again and hotel staff just saying sorry and do nothing
