It's time to widen the front parking lot, because the parking area next to it allows it.

Need a hotel just to sleep and relax after a tiring road journey, we decided to try this hotel. Yeah.. a 2 star hotel. How was it? Well...no disappointment at all! Room us clean, pretty reasonalble size...and clean. Staffs are polite and it is at strategic location. The only problem is the bathroom, it was cramped like a cruise bathroom! Overall, it is OK and pretty glad we chose this hotel.

Bed linens and towels were very old with several holes. Moisture smell in the bathroom. Reception refused to issue a tax invoice although I paid at the hotel.

Stay one night here was quite comfortable. Average room, good staff and hospitality, good breakfast and great location with culinary spots surrounding. And also quick response to fix my AC trouble. Train station is just 10 minutes away. I would say it was memorable short visit and stay.

Our third stay at this hotel. Value for money, clean and predictable.

Management need to pay a little more attention to detail. We booked a twin room, but only 1 mug for tea, etc. Toilet running incessantly wasting water. For sure, housekeeping know about this problem but too lazy to fix it.

the hotel is close to the city center, close to shopping centers, close to the center of the crowd, many choices of places to eat, friendly service, clean rooms, spacious parking, the weather is quite hot because it is near the beach, reasonable price

Perfect for cross country cyclists! convenient and nice location, extremely accommodating and flexible! we arrived late and our booking was ready, the staff were friendly and attentive to us! they took care of our bicycles for us and stored them in the front office. Rooms were clean with hot shower! AC was a little weak. WiFi password issues but the front desk were helpful to resolve the problem. The guards were helpful too and assisted us with our bikes; place downstairs to get it washed before we left the next day.

Very good value for money. It is hard to believe this hotel is only rated 2-star. Very clean, and my only complaint is that the Sky Cafe had been booked for a private party during my stay.

I couldn't find any room service menu in the bedroom, so I did not try to order anything. As a result, I still do not know if room service meals are available.

The bathroom is terrible like you stay offshore or on the boat. The room itself is not soundproof. In the morning you will hear loud music in the corridor

It is really worth the money...came with my mother to spend one night there. The location is strategic and not really far from the station.

I don't mind staying in a budget hotel. With great service, the hotel can be awesome. But staying in Cordela Cirebon is definitely the one you MUST AVOID! They really don't care about customer's needs as long as they get paid. Before I made a reservation, I surveyed that Cordela Cirebon has connecting rooms. That's why I decided to book 4 deluxe rooms for my family & in-laws via tiket.com. I've already noted down that I need connecting rooms for my children & myself. However when I arrive, they told me that the connecting rooms are sold for family room package, though the room types are actually deluxe rooms (?). I have already explained my situation that I have small children and therefore I really need connecting rooms, BUT THEY DON'T CARE and didn't have any intention TO THINK HARDER to find a better solution. They thought just by upgrading our rooms to deluxe business, everything will be OK & it will shut my mouth. But IT REALLY DIDN'T SOLVE MY PROBLEM.. the worst part is yet to come (oh yes it is getting worse!). They assigned us in rooms 206 & 207. The numbers are sequencing, but in reality the rooms are NOT! In fact, THE ROOMS ARE SEPARATED BY THE ELEVATOR 😰🤦🏻‍♀️ So imagine this: I have to walk back & forth a few metres between the two rooms to arrange my children's clothes & toiletries & everything. NOT TO MENTION THE STRESS, THINKING WILL MY CHILDREN BE OK WHILE I CAN'T BE NEAR THEM or watch them in case of emergency 😭 Why didn't I complain directly about this to the hotel? Because we were very tired after a long road trip from Solo; we arrived at 8ish PM; we just want to get into our rooms to clean up & sleep. And mostly because I've had enough & didn't want to have anything to do with this hotel anymore. This is the first time I checked in a hotel, I CAN'T WAIT TO CHECK OUT 😑 For the record, I once worked in a hotel and as far as I know, hotel staffs should know the room floor plan. So when this happened, I can't stop thinking HOW COULD THEY ASSIGNED ROOMS FOR MY CHILDREN & ME THAT WAS SO FAR AWAY?? 🤔🙄 This was not the first time I stayed in a budget hotel, but this was definitely THE WORST. So please, if u read this, DO NOT STAY in Cordela Cirebon. With the same price (or even cheaper), you can get better rooms AND SERVICE in Red Doorz or Oyo hotels.

We came here for a wedding, which was held at the ballroom on the rooftop. Because of convenience, we stayed there for one night. Overall the room was acceptable, the hotel was clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast spread was also very nice. Because I found the price to be very affordable (cheap), i would say this hotel was outstanding!

Room is small but adequate for a good rest. Breakfast can be further improved.

駅からの送迎は時間通りには来ていなかったが、電話するとすぐ手配してくれた。新しくきれい。駅からは離れているが、観光はタクシーを使えば問題なし。貸し切りタクシーの手配もしてくれ助かった。部屋は狭く薄暗いが、寝るだけならOK。シャワーのお湯もきちんと出るし、朝食もまあまあ。
