1. Абсолютная слышимость в номере - слышно всех кто проходит в коридоре, вплоть до кошек.. Хлопание дверей до ночи , разговоры - уснуть сложно 2. Очень слабое освещение , подсвечивали комнату телевизором... 3. В санузле нет шторки в душе, поэтому будет мокро 4. Нет нормальных тумбочек у кровати Останавливались в, номере 108 Возможно именно там все так странно устроено и нам не повезло Но со сном были проблемы В целом сочетание цена качество норм

Great location.

I found bedbugs on the bed and had to get our money back and leave the hotel. The staff doesn't know anything it looks like the place is left to rot by the owners. No one takes care of it. ( I stayed here few years ago and I enjoyed it but now something has clearly changed...) I asked for an iron from the reception. They brought an iron that was so rusty and bad that while ironing all the dirt on the bottom stuck to the shirt. We complained after staining 200 euros shirt due to their equipment and they said we can't do anything. Staff doesn't speak English. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable Never again would I stay here

Бронювали люкс , який набагато дорожче , нас поселили в старий номер на двох ( хоча люкс на трьох) . На дзвінки та повідомлення ніхто не відповів і досі !! Єдиний гарний працівник , це чоловік , який носить валізи , всі інші це жах . Не рекомендую цей готель . Плюс тільки розташування кому треба метро поряд

La habitación tenía muy poco espacio para compartir con otra persona . El colchón estaba muy usado y era incómodo. El baño era pequeño y cuando te duchabas se mojaba el baño completo . Por otro lado la habitación daba para una calle donde se escuchaba muchos ruidos por la noche . También quiero recalcar que reservé la habitación más simple . Imagino que las superiores son mejores

Every morning there were so many noises.. by the people who stayed there or the cleaning staff.. Our 2 day hotel staff started to fix the bathrooms on our floor.. and we asked for a double bed, we got to have single beds pushed together..

Die Lage war top!!!! Die Mitarbeiter insbesondere die Reinigungskraft Kaya Abi war sehr freundlich, hat seine Arbeit mit sorgfalt gemacht und war sehr hilfsbereit, hat immer gefragt, ob wir was brauchen. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert :)

Das Badezimmer war leider katastrophal :( Es war einfach nur ein Duschkopf montiert neben dem WC, es war unmöglich eine Dusche zu nehmen ohne das gesamte Badezimmer nass zu machen und es war auch garkein Platz um richtig zu duschen

Törölköző nem volt minden szobába. A hosszú repülőutunk után szerettünk volna letusolni, de azt mondták majd csak 3 óra múlva érkeznek meg a törölközők. Két főnek egyetlen törölközőt adtak. A fürdőszobába tusolás után áll a víz, nincs kabin ami a vizet felfogná, elég kellemetlen volt, hogy ha wc-re akartunk menni álltunk a vízbe. Mivel gyakran utazunk és szállunk meg a hotelba, kérném a személyzetet, hogy ezek a hiányosságok a jövőben ne forduljanak elő, mert összeségében a hotel jó!

Die Dusche war Katastrophe. In dem Hotel gibt es keine Vorhänge für die Dusche oder sonst irgendwas, das ganze WC stand dadurch immer unter Wasser. Mega eng und klein die WCs

De hotel was dichtbij metro, bus, ferry en winkels. De personeel waren ook aardig. Ontbijt was ook prima. Ik ben wel tevreden over deze hotel.

Mijn kamer was in eerste etage en ik hoorde soms de persooneel die aan het werken waren.

A ver, si llegas como yo a las 23.00 y solo es para irte al día siguiente, vale. Minimo. No te quedes ni de coña más! Se aleja del metro un poco, calle chunga. Y fotos que ya quisieran que fuesen verdad. En fin si te sale por 40 una noche dos. Piénsatelo.

Herşey mükemmeldi. Personel gayet cana yakın ve yardım severdi. Hotelin olanakları konumu herşeyi ile harikaydı. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederim.

Personal unfreundlich. Ich habe vorher gefragt ob eine Check in 22:00 Uhr möglich ist. Kurz vorher wurde gesagt, man soll eine Anzahlung leisten, weil die Buchung nicht garantiert werden kann. Sehr unseriös. Zimmer war verdreckt. Keine Bettdecke vorhanden. Kein Duschvorhang. Bad stand nach Duschen unter Wasser Zimmer ganz anders als auf Fotos Personal kann teils kein Englisch Laute Klimaanlage vor dem Fenster Frühstück erst ab 8:00 Frühstück sehr eintönig. Kaffee war nur Pulver heiß gemacht.

Ein großes Lob an die Putzfrau auf der 3. Etage. Sie war immer freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hat das Zimmer täglich perfekt gereinigt. Alles war sauber, frisch und gepflegt. So fühlt man sich wirklich wohl. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit!

Lokalizacja hotelu to największy atut.

Nie była uzupełniana kawa i herbata w pokoju, mimo że na stronie jest opisane jako standard. Kiedy poprosiłam o uzupełnienie to otrzymałam odpowiedź o braku herbaty w hotelu. Prośby z mojej strony o wymianę ręczników. Bardzo małe okno. Wieczorem problem z oglądaniem telewizji, ponieważ sąsiad z pokoju obok zwracał nam uwagę że za głośno. Telewizor nie był ustawiony głośno.

Nobody speaks English! It's not professional the staf on the reception to not be able to give information about the city because of it. They are nice and pleasant but that is not useful about the tehnical information we needed. The information on line is not always available and truthful.

Çalışanların ilgizliği sorunları çözmek degil de geçiştirmek için dinledikleri. Havluların başka otelden 3 günde bir gelmesi. Diger odalardan gece yüksek ses gelmesi ve çalışanların bu konuda hiçbişey yapmaması. Oda temizliginin berbat olması. Banyo tuvalet temizliginin hiç olmaması.

Wir sind nicht im diese Hotel übernachtet. Weil sie haben die Zweite Zimmer ohne fernster gehabt. Ich habe vor eine Monate reserviert. Und sie habe die Zweite Zimmer jemand andere gegeben. Nicht akzeptable.

ich kann nicht sage weil wir sind nicht im diese Hotel geblieben. Wir mussten nach einem anderen Hotel suchen.

Dobra lokalizacja, śniadanie ok, dobra cena.

Zepsuta klima w naszym pokoju, brak ręczników w dniu przyjazdu, nawet po interwencji w recepcji ich nie dostaliśmy, dopiero na drugi dzień.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

However, I didn’t like the visitor policy. Charging an additional fee for a visitor who is not staying overnight felt unnecessary. I think this policy should be made clearer before booking. Other than that, everything was fine.

Очень красивый отель, чистый, в паре минут от причала в Кадыкей и от конечной автобусов (Очень удобно приезжать на Хаваист). Остановились на несколько часов, отдохнуть после ночного перелета и до парома. Вежливые, доброжелательные сотрудники. Недорого. Есть завтрак.

Excelente localização, funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos, o quarto e banheiro são pequenos, porém foi extremamente agradável, ótimo custo benefício para nós que quase não ficamos no hotel. Limpeza do quarto era feira diariamente, e a senhora também muito atenciosa e gentil. Localização muito boa, próximo aos transportes, barcos, metros e ônibus, próximo também ao centro de Kadikoy. Foi tudo ótimo!

Personelin yaklaşımı nazik ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyordu ancak genel olarak maalesef çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Odaya girdiğimizde yatağın üzerinde yorgan yoktu. Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyi ve ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlıydı. Ancak daha ilk andan itibaren karşılaştığımız eksiklikler nedeniyle kendimizi rahat hissedemedik. En büyük sorun ise havlular konusunda yaşandı. Ne el havlusu ne de yüz havlusu vardı. Defalarca durumu bildirmemize rağmen sürekli “Akşam gelecek” denilerek geçiştirildik. Hatta her seferinde oda numaramız soruldu ancak herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı. Bu durum bizi oldukça üzdü ve ciddiye alınmadığımız hissini verdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi ve bu konuda memnun kaldık. Ancak konumunun iyi olmasına rağmen yaşadığımız olumsuzluklar nedeniyle maalesef tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Enige nadeel was dat ik kamer geboekt had met extra sofabed ivm zoon die in Istanbul was en bij mij zou verblijven. Deze kamer kreeg ik niet maar uiteindelijk na 2 nachten toch de kamer gekregen die ik wilde🙏

Chambre petite, forte odeur de cigarette très désagréable pour des non fumeur. Pas de serviette de toilette, le personnel vient à 1h du matin taper à la porte pour donner 1 serviette....

401号室 ・ベッドがキングサイズレベルで広く使えたこと。 ・メニューに変化は無いが、美味しかった。

401号室 ・シャワーが壊れていて水も湯も出なかったのは論外でした。 ・掛け布団がベッド上にもクローゼットにも無い。 ・タオルは小サイズ１枚のみ。バスタオル・バスマットは無い。 ・部屋にゴミ箱が無い。 ・禁煙の部屋のはずなのに、灰皿が置かれていた。 ・上の階の排水音がしっかりと聞こえる。 ・窓ガラスの開閉機能が壊れていて、常時開けっぱなし。 ・網戸はあったがボロボロで何の役にもたたない。 ・２泊したのだが、１泊したのち外出時にルームクリーナーがちょうど来てくれた。チップに100トルコリラを渡したにも関わらず、掛け布団の用意は無かったうえ、掃き掃除もされていない。ビニール袋に入れたゴミも放置されていた。

Да все. Отель старый, номера без ремонта. Красивые номера заявленные на сайте чистая картинка. Завтраки отстой, выбор маленький. Бассейн платный за 700 лир и кромеивсего прочего после 12 ночи это становиься местом для "массажа" на который зазывает подозриьельный типок постоянно околачивающийся около входа.

It's generally a clean hotel with a nice breakfast and comfortable beds. However my room was very close to reception and the staff work till the early hours of the morning. I asked them if they could keep the noise down so I can sleep but nothing really changed. Couldn't get much sleep until about 2am most nights and the noise starts again at 6am when they start prepping for breakfast so just be warned. Unfortunately it ruined my trip a bit because I was exhausted from no sleep! Also people are constantly walking past my room because of where it's situated so there was never a quiet time of the day.

There were bed bugs in the bed and the staff wasn’t helpful at all. We had to leave in the middle of night and they didn’t want to refund the night.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen. Das Personal war grundsätzlich bemüht. Das Zimmer war sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet.

Uns war bei der Buchung nicht bewusst, dass sich das Budgetzimmer direkt neben dem Lift befindet. Dadurch war es sehr laut. Die Zimmertüren sind kaum schallgedämmt, sodass man Geräusche aus dem Gang deutlich hört. Kinderschreie, Gespräche anderer Gäste und der Liftbetrieb waren während der Nacht regelmässig wahrnehmbar und haben unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Das Bett war für uns auf Dauer nicht bequem. Nach mehreren Nächten hatten wir beide Rückenschmerzen. Das Zimmer liess sich nur eingeschränkt lüften. Da sich das Fenster auf Höhe eines Daches befindet, waren nachts häufig Katzen auf dem Dach unterwegs, was störende Geräusche verursachte. Zudem fehlte ein Mückennetz. Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut und kühlte das Zimmer nur mässig. Dadurch war es schwierig, ein angenehmes Schlafklima zu schaffen. Bereits bei den eher milden Temperaturen während unseres Aufenthalts war die Temperatur im Zimmer teilweise unangenehm. Für die heissen Sommermonate haben wir Zweifel, ob die Klimaanlage ausreichend leistungsfähig ist. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet. Bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt war es teilweise schwierig, sich zu zweit bequem im Raum zu bewegen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war teilweise herausfordernd. Obwohl die Mitarbeitenden freundlich und bemüht waren, führten die begrenzten Englischkenntnisse gelegentlich zu Missverständnissen. Dadurch wirkte der Service für internationale Gäste nicht immer ganz professionell.

Gute zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Busbahnhof, Metro, Hafen. Das Hotel hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Zu belebten Einkaufstrassen, Cafés und Restaurants läuft man max. 10min. Das Hotel ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Exkursionen durch Istanbul. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit relativ kleinem Duschraum/WC. Das Wasserablaufgefälle in der Dusche war fast Null, so dass sich der halbe Raum beim Duschen in einen See verwandelte. (Das Personal hat uns aber mit zusätzlichen Handtüchern versorgt.)

Прекрасный отель по всем критериям. Расположен в 7 минутах от пристани и метро, очень удобно добираться на европейскую сторону, практически ко всем районам идут городские паромы. Рядом есть множество кафе любой ценовой категории, продуктовые магазины, большой торговый центр в 15 минутах ходьбы. Уборка в номере ежедневно, с заменой полотенец. Завтрак отличный, несколько видов сыра, колбаса, оливки, овощи, суп, сосиски и фри, яйца, несколько видов десертов, чай и разнообразное кофе из аппарата. Улица не шумная, что важно для этого района. Очень рекомендую.

Bedroom very narrow and the furniture layout must be rethinked. No glasses or cups. Bathroom floor tiles are a accident waiting to happen. Very slippery. Toilet is squashed into a corner.

The location was good. There is a place for keeping the luggage after moving out and breakfast. The personal tries to be helpful.

The breakfast was poor, the NOT-ENGLISH-SPEAKING-personal must NOT work at a hotel in a touristic place. This is a no-go even for a 3 stars hotel. They confused the numbers and gave to us (a couple) a small one, to my mother a big one. When I asked the porter if he was sure it was a correct number, he used Google Translate and said he was sure. Then it turned out there was a confusion. Guys at the reception desk speak approximately b1- English, I had to repeat many times and speak slowly. The numbers are old, noisy and stuffy. It smelled like smoke in the floor.

A személyzet nagyon barátságos, segítőkész, udvarias. Mind fiatalok, mosolygósak. A szobák picik, de tiszták. A reggeli választék megfelelő. Nem esnek túlzásba, de bőven elég.

Nincs olyan. A célnak tökéletesen megfelelt.

Le lobby pour travailler est très agréable,

Je travaille beaucoup et je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit. Je pense que c'était la dernière chambre qui était accessible lors de ma réservation et je la déconseille totalement. Elle se trouve juste en face de la salle de repos des membres du personnel. Même s'ils sont discrets, c'est très dérangeant. La salle de bain est vraiment très petite et il n'y a aucun bac de douche. Ça inonde complètement entièrement la pièce. Le frigo n'avait pas l'air de fonctionner. Et à 22h? J'ai découvert que je n'avais qu'un seul drap qui recouvrait mon lit donc clairement j'ai dormi comme ça car j'étais vraiment fatigué et je n'avais pas envie d'aller réclamer quoi que ce soit. Ça a l'air d'être fait un peu à la va vite au niveau du check des chambres.. Ne pas prendre la 109 🙏🏼

Design of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. All the basic stuff that you would expect from a standard hotel are present. Overal for the price tag was okay.

Isolations of the walls are horrible - it feels like people are in your room. The staff could smile a bit more and greet every once in a while.

Mizerie, camere mici, baie neventilată și mică. Nimeni nu vorbește engleză, personal foarte indiferent. Mic de jun prost și pare ca sunt aceleași produse din zilele trecute.

We stayed 7 nights and during this time our room was cleaned only once and just the 2nd day, the 4th day I met an maid on our floor and ask her at least to take out the garbage. The biggest problem was when the Turkish couple next door has a conflict and then the guy just started screaming and breaking down the door, it was scary and longed like 30-40 minutes, I was ready to call the police cause I was really afraid of my own safety, I hoped that it’s just a bad accident but the next day we had another problem - pretty loud music and noise till 5 am you just can’t ignore from next room, people are screaming, they listen to the loud music, they argue and they bang the door all night long. We haven’t seen any reaction from the hotel personnel at all. My strong advice- if you really respect your safety and peace, choose another place to stay.
