It's a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of the city. Therefore obviously pools will be smaller. Concierge fantastic and management v good. Great restaurant and general advice - they're there on hand from early to late. Rooms very comfortable and lovely bathrooms

Estava com um grupo grande de amigos, e pagamos o mesmo valor e alguns como eu ficamos em um quarto minúsculo, pelo menos deveria ter uma diferença de tarifa. A cozinha fecha e se quiser comer entre 15 hs e 20 hs não tem refeição para servir. Saímos cedo para pegar o voo o hotel não tinha um funcionário de plantão para ajudar com as malas….

Amazing breakfast, swimming and spa facilities.

Our room was lovely but had very little natural light and air flow. Despite the air con, it was very humid and our wet swimming gear would not dry.

Faustino Gran is a beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, right in the heart of Ciutadella. If you want to stay within walking distance of the old town, restaurants, shops and the harbor, the location is truly hard to beat. The property itself is charming, beautifully designed and full of character. The staff overall were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the concierge team deserves a special mention.

That said, considering the price point and the positioning of the hotel, there were several details that fell below our expectations. Some of the in-room amenities felt surprisingly basic for a hotel of this level, even something as simple as the quality of the toilet paper felt noticeably below what you would expect from a luxury property. The pool areas were another disappointment. Although there is more than one pool, they are quite small and were consistently crowded throughout the day during our stay. It was difficult to find a sense of space or privacy, which took away from the relaxing atmosphere we expected.

I chose Faustino Gran Relais & Châteaux to celebrate my fiancé's 50th birthday, and I truly couldn't have chosen a better boutique hotel. From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. The team answered all of my questions before our arrival, making everything easy and stress-free. Although we arrived before check-in, we were warmly welcomed and well looked after. Antonio made sure our room was ready as soon as possible and, while we waited, gave us a wonderful tour of the property. All four palaces from different centuries that make up the hotel are beautiful and unique. We stayed in Cal Bisbe in a beautiful, spacious room overlooking the cathedral. The design of the hotel is outstanding, and I especially loved the photography of Menorcan horses and the hand-painted bird illustrations. The courtyard pool, surrounded by lush plants is a peaceful oasis with stunning cathedral views. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Antonio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it was a pleasure meeting the General Manager, Maite, who took the time to chat with us during breakfast. The restaurant, set beneath beautiful olive trees, is incredibly romantic and the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal. Thank you to the entire team for making this birthday celebration so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Service, location, ambience all superb. Historic building gives you a great sense of history and timeless elegance.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and the multitude of pools gave you a sense of seclusion. The fact that it was right in the heart of the old city made exploring, shipping and eating a delight..

There could have been a bit more choice and variety on the evening menu.

Csodálatos épúlet nagyon szép belsőkertes étteremmel, a régi központtól pár perc sétára. 3 épületből álló hotel, mi a legszebbben voltunk elszállásolva egy hatalmas szobában, a Junior Suite-ben.

Nehéz parkolni a környéken, kèső esti megközelítés esetén különösen. A szobaszámhoz képest kicsi a medence és kevés a mapágy, de sokan a tengerparti strandolást választják, így általában sikerült napágyhoz jutni.

The gym was very basic and I wouldn’t call it a gym; the should make it bigger and add more equipment.

We only wished the lunch and dinner was better. We had some great meals near by the hotel.

Everything at the Faustino Gran was incredible!! It felt like a postcard how stunning everything was! The buildings, rooms, spa and pools were amazing! So well looked after, we didn’t want to leave! Everyone was so lovely and thoughtful and it was incredible being right in the centre of the old town.

Amazing, such a beautiful hotel!

The spa has a weird policy of letting in 6 people - it should rather be kept private, as extra people make it feel weird. The staff was not very attentive (restaurant), they made mistakes, while at the reception there was always a group of people making it difficult to figure out who actually works there (they all did).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien ainsi que le personnel à l'accueil qui donne de très bonnes adresses pour se déplacer sur les plages environnantes.

La chambre sous les toits un peu bruyante( on entend la rue , les bruits du couloir le matin , et les petites fenêtres qui laissent passer la lumière ....)

Es un hermoso hotel constituido por tres palacios separados en un mismo sector. Historia y remodelaciones cómodas y lindas con piscinas y un spa estupendo. La atención es muy amable y agradable

Le bâtiment ancien a un charme fou. L’hôtel est en plein dans la vieille ville et en même temps à côté du petit port. Supers équipements (piscines chauffées ce qui est rare à Minorque, spa, sauna, hamam, etc) Taille humaine sans trop de chambres, la directrice de l’hôtel Maïté veille aux petits soins. Concierge Adria formidable réactif et avec de très bons conseils de restaurants.

Rien. Pour dire quelque chose je dirais que la douche du sauna a un débit trop faible.

BE AWARE of balcony rooms next to nightclub! We had booked a suite with a balcony - a special treat for a 60th birthday celebration trip. On the Saturday nights there was a nightclub with banging music all night from about 10.30pm until 5.30 am - RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. No sleep for us on our last night. We mentioned this to reception in the morning during check out, who promised to contact us by email - which they still have not done - appalling customer service. In addition to this we were served cold poached eggs with our breakfast, and when we complained, they took them away and returned with a warm poached egg but the wrong order! This was made up to us by them providing us with a cheese board and fizz later the next day, as compensation. The general manager tried very hard to provide good service but instead ended up being invasive. The majority of the rest of the staff was excellent though.

All was perfect! Located in an old palace, with a beautiful outside dining space under the shades, it had one entry door to the old town and the other to the marina - so ideal. All staff was extremely helpful, attention-ate, anticipative and discreet at the same time - very personalised approach, which we appreciated a lot. Always there to answer all sorts of requests, questions and needs. Nice - even if small - spa place to hide and relax after a hike or strong sun with great massages. The general manager of the hotel, Maïte, always around, brought a very human touch, made the stay even more special.

L'hôtel comporte 3 bâtiments proches mais totalement séparés et notre chambre était dans le bâtiment le plus éloigné. Nous nous sommes sentis un peu isolés et l'accès aux espaces détentes et au restaurant était moins évident. Par ailleurs les chambres étaient très mal isolées et nous avons passé une nuit très difficile à cause d'un bébé qui a beaucoup pleuré à partir de 5H du matin mais la directrice de l'hotel a été à notre écoute et très compréhensive lorsque que l'on s'est plaint, ce qui est de plus en plus rare et nous l'en remercions. Cela reste cependant décevant pour un hotel de cette game et pour le prix payé
