Muy pequeña la pieza, y la ventana no se ve el cielo. Falta “articulos de aseo”, un buen shampoo, acondicionador, cap de ducha. El desayuno rico pero falta personal o mejor disposición de las cosas.

Aucun personnel présent pendant toute la durée du séjour (4 jours). Le spa ne donne pas envie du tout, odeur de produit, odeur de renfermé. Tout petit, pas de vestiaires pas de toilettes, pas top du tout!

A suite não atende bem 4 pessoas. Sofa cama muito desconfortavel e quarto pequeno. Porta do banheiro nao fecha. E nao tem chuveiro. Apenas Ducha. Esqueceram de disponibilizar a roupa de cama para o sofá-cama. Pedido atendido no dia seguinte. Estacionamento é longe. Publivo e pago pelo hospede. A agua do "SPA" não esquenta.

Lo primero anuncian.parking que no existe. Tampoco hay recepcion como tal. El spa es una bañera grande metida en un zulo en un ambiente pesimo y mal cuidado oxido moho etc. Sin escalera para acceder al mismo los chorros no funcionaban y no nos metimos por que el agua estaba tan sucia que no se veia el fondo. En la habitacion moho en la ducha. El secador daba miedo utilizarlo. Y por ultimo el desayuno en el bar de la esquina. Y todo edto 300 euros la noche y 5 estrellas?

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026La ubicación tan en el centro y sin ruidos y lo bonito que es el edificio y la cafetería ( todo detalle y buenísimo todo con productos de la zona , sobrasada , ensaimada , tomates locales ), la limpieza , sus toallas tan gustosas de rizo , los chorros del Spa .. todo en general más sin duda la atención de la encargada Magdalena que todo te lo hace tan fácil y su amabilidad inigualable .

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The bed was very comfortable. The property was calm and quiet. We had a nice room with a courtyard. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel as we didn’t see anyone around and got in using a door code that was WhatsApped to us. But we didn’t mind that.
The spa was just like an underground hot tub. We didn’t go in as it was quite claustrophobic and didn’t smell great.

Wir waren Mitte April dort. Das Zimmer riecht nach Feuchtigkeit und war auch feucht und klamm was im Winter auf Menorca normal Sein kann. Jedoch bei diesem hohen Preis und den Angaben auf Internetseite nicht sein kann. Der Whirlpool im Keller macht keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer sieht sehr komfortabel aus, ist aber sehr klein und wirkt etwas vernachlässigt obwohl die Einrichtung wirklich schön gemacht ist . Schön ist es, dass dort die Möglichkeit gibt Kaffee und Tee zu machen. Es gab eine kleine Möglichkeit, Garderobe aufzuhängen, und es gab auch Bademäntel. Nachdem wir uns geweigert hatten, dort zu übernachten, hat uns die Besitzerin ein Zimmer in einem ihrer anderen Hotels angeboten, dass sehr schön war und das war für uns dann in Ordnung.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Locatie is perfect in het centrum met veel restaurants om de hoek. Leuke kamer en terras en veel zenders op tv en comfortabele zithoek. Leuk ingericht. Het hotel is duur, maar styling maakt veel goed. Dompelbad is relaxt .
Zeep en shampoo in glazen flesjes zijn wat onhandig en gevaarlijk als ze vallen. Eén anders duurzaam alternatief is beter. Weegschaal deed het niet. Handdoeken zijn groot maar drogen moeilijk.

Wear and tear in the bathroom. Please also be aware it is not a hotel, nor a spa. A tiny (unappealing) plunge pool in the basement and no reception or hotel facilities - just a lovely manager on WhatsApp.

No reception but to be honest the staff are available if you need them It’s not a 5 star (no room service etc) but you do get a really personal service that is better than most chains I have stayed at If you want a boutique hotel with personalised service this is the place for you

Reviewed Aug 21, 2023amazing little boutique hotel, with great design and fantastique room. located in the center of the old town of Ciudatella, we grab our coffee in the morning on the main square and started our day that way. i would recommend it to everyone.
person checking us in was a little abrupt about our arrival time and coordination could have been a little smoother. but overall a great experience.

It wasn’t worth 800euro for 3nights .. the cushions were dirty.. The spa is just a little hot tube down stairs, we thought we would have a balcony we didn’t.. the room was so small .. when you went to the toilet the other person can see you through the glass door .. the towels never got replaced once .. we had the same towels for 3days .. I wouldn’t rate it as a 5star …

Would be good to have a “do not disturb” hanger for door if you want a lie in the morning. The rooms are definitely not “soundproofed” as mentioned, could hear word for word the conversations going on above the bed through the vent in the ceiling. Would have been good to have been given notice about spa not being available (only could use on last day of stay!). As this was one of the main reasons I booked this accommodation!

We paid for a junior suite and it said there was a bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, but there was only one room! No hooks to hang towels. Toiletries in non functional glass bottles which didn’t smell great. Shower was really bad. you had to hold it up and there was no pressure. Not enough plug sockets. Place looked fantastic but it just didn’t work!

I didn't like that the spa was sooooo close to being considered warm. I felt like after a few moments of being in the water I was no longer warm - if it was kept even slightly more warm I would have been over the moon!

El inodoro se atascaba....no había presencia de personal en el hotel,todo a través de telf. o WhatsApp....habiatacion demasiado pequeña.. Precio desorbitado de la habitación para lo que es el hotel. Lo único destacable la ubicación que era perfecta.

La localización es excepcional, en el centro de Ciutadella, con un montón de bares y restaurantes al rededor pero sin que sea una zona ruidosa. También hay un supermercado a 1 minuto. El único pero que le pondría es que había un olor fuerte (como de amoniaco, o podría ser el cloro del jacuzzi) constantemente. Todo lo demás, perfecto. Lo recomiendo

Reviewed Apr 13, 2018Es una monada de hotel y lel personal es amabilisimo. Tiene yn pequeño spa en el sotano que vale la pena usar. Las habiraciines estan decoradas a base de la arquitectua menorquina, encalado blanco y maderas naturales, los jabones de amenity, huelen muy bien, cafetera. Agua, te y si quieres mas nevera y snackd en la habitacion.... por poner una pega?? Que el baño no tiene puerta y se encuentra integrado en la habitacion. Si alguien tiene un dia descompuesto, no tiene mucha intimidad. Pero eso .... cada uno sabe como lo trata
