They put out a roll of toilet paper that was a leftover from someone else; since it wasn't the pull-type kind, I didn't want to use it.The attendant or parking staff stationed at the main entrance just sit there watching—I don't understand the point of it. I was arriving at the hotel by car, yet they offered no assistance; it was as if no one was even there. In my opinion, there is no need for them to be there at allBut the hotel security, who arrived later, helped us there.

A nice hotel, luxury decor, very clean. All the staff are very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Reception staff recommended a spa Hammam and booked it for is and have ordered out taxis each day with ease. Breakfast is good, Zehra is friendly and baked a delicious baklava for the guests. Breakfast service could be improved with staff being more attentive and providing hot drinks such as latte, cappuccino and hot chocolate as well as child-friendly options such as small pancakes and yoghurt tubs. There should also be hot sauce like Tabasco for international guests at breakfast and in the restaurant. The location is good, it’s a short taxi drive to the main spots. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel and I would recommend it for your stay.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, very well looked after, felt very safe and secure and rooms were very clean whilst service was brilliant with brilliant amenities.

I think maybe a few better english speaking staff but nothing google translate cant help.

On a tout aimé dans cet établissement, pour l’emplacement, il est à 10 minutes en voiture gazientep centre. Le plus avoir un parking avec un valet ça aide beaucoup.

The room was spacious and very clean. Plus there was an amazing hairdryer. Staff were all very friendly and polite.

I guess I had one of the rooms with the most noise: Outside there is a six lane motorway that’s busy literally 24 hours long. Even with the ear plugs I have slept very badly. Before arriving I had - by chance - asked kindly for a quiet room but this was definitely not it.

Ein schönes Hotel mit zentraler Lage.

Die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, somit ziemlich laut von draußen. Auch die Klimaanlage läuft ziemlich laut. Im Bad etwas wenig Staumöglichkeiten für die vielen Utensilien, die man braucht.

Good hotel for our overnight stay in Gaziantep. Room a bit dated but clean. Group dinner was satisfactory. Ambiance was more classical than modern. Breakfast buffet a bit disappointing since almost all hot selections were finished and not yet replenished. Seems like they do not have capacity for large group feeding. Convenience store next to hotel. Emergency room and pharmacy around to the left (just in case).

Nice location and hotel

Ortalama DoubleTree hotel grubu kalitesinin biraz altında bence ama Antep için kaliteli ve iyi bir seçenek. Memnun kaldık.

Gece resepsiyon görevlisi hiç güler yüzlü değildi. Odamızda diş fırçası gibi bireysel kullanıma ait malzemeler yoktu. Minibar da sadece iki adet su vardı ve sular da soğuk değildi. Bunun dışında keyfimiz yerindeydi. Odamız temizdi. Bir önce kaldığımız Hilton oteline göre iyiydi ama Hilton Şanlıurfa yı geçemedi. Orada karşılamadan itibaren ikramlar harikaydı. Minibarın içi doluydu. Resepsiyon görevlileri harikaydı. Eğer Hilton markasının iyi bir oteli olarak devam etmek istiyorsanız bence biraz daha dikkatli olmanız lazım.

There were a number of features of our stay which we did not much like. Our room had a traditional rather than modern feel and windows were not very extensive, neither of course a refection on current management. But unusually in this era, there seemed to be no restrictions on window openings - not good for small children or the depressed. The substantial wardrobe hanging space was honoured with just 2 hangars - which is ludicrous but not unique to this hotel. But the standout feature was our dining experience - and there were no obvious alternatives nearby. We entered the dining room around 7pm, and no-one else was there, staff or customers. We hovered inside and a member of the kitchen team invited us to take a seat. A waiter arrived in due course. Some food was being taken away but we were concerned at how long it sat there after the kitchen had pinged. Our main course was ok but not as stated on the menu. We waited 6-7 minutes for our plates to be removed despite positioning them so that it was obvious that we had finished. We were not offered anything else but received a menu when we asked to see one for desserts. After we had deliberated we attempted to place our order, only to be told that it was not available. And we were now told that only one of the 6(?) dessert items was available. We complained and asked to speak to a manager, who attempted to an apology and offered us a tea or coffee! We repeated the saga at reception next day, not least because we had left with the “manager” before the waiter had given us our bill and were unsure about our bill. The receptionist needed to speak to the general manager who was not to arrive for another hour. I returned and the receptionist had a brief call with the general manager and 50% was taken off our dinner bill. Notably, the general manager did not deign to hear directly of our experience or to apologise. I should add that the dining room was never remotely busy (understandably). There was never more than 2 other tables occupied, and only one for most of the time. Worryingly, our negative reports seemed to cause no surprise. There are positive features to the stay, including a spacious room, comfortable bed and decent a/c. We also enjoyed a good and uneventful breakfast in a different dining room in the morning. This was our 4th night in a Doubletree in Turkey in less than a week and the other experiences were worth their 5 stars.

Oda da fincan tek içimlik kahve su bulunmuyordu istenildiğinde extra su istendiğini söylediler konaklamayı kahvaltı almıştık ancak 10.03 gece kahvaltı kaldırılıyordu kahvaltı yok dediğimizde kajvaltı yok değil saat olduğundan kaldırıldık çalışanları hiç mütevazi değil hoşnutsuzluk davranışlar. Son kaldığımızdan memnun kalmadık özellikle çalışanların davranışlarından ve kalacaklara söyleyeceğim otelde yemek yemeniz

It is the worsts Hilton hotel I have stayed It’s old the towels are old the Bedsheets have been washed with a cheap detergent the curtains were dirty The bathroom door was weird design you had to step aside to open/close it Hilton Must be adhered to give their name to this hotel

Gayet temiz rahat. Personel güleryüzlü. Yataklar çok rahat ve odalar geniş..ana merkeze biraz uzak taksi ile ulaşım sağladık. Ancak yürümekte mümkün.

Clean and simple. I would expect more.of the Hilton though. It was pretty old and outdated, and there was almost no staff in the morning, only one front desk person that did everything (including bring towel) and DID NOT speak any English.

The service is excellent. The staff are very helpful and professional. When you need sth the staff immediately meets the need.

We have visited Gaziantep, and stayed Doubletree by Hilton Gaziantep. Everybody was nice and friendly . Rooms are cleaned well. Especially foods are great. Probably best foods in town. You should try kebab and baklava in hotel restaurant.

The best quality hotel I have stayed in Turkey. The rooms are very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and caring. I recommend it. I was welcomed at the entrance; everyone was friendly. Everything we needed was fulfilled very quickly. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was also nice that the rooms were in the old Ottoman concept and kept the history alive. Thank you to Ms. Esra at the head of the cleaning team 😄.

Odalarda 3’er kişi kalacağımıza dair bilgiyi vermiş olmamıza rağmen bir odada ek yatak yoktu. “Varsa gönderelim” cevabı aldık. Ailemle kaldığım odada gece bir anda yangın alarmı çalmaya başladı. Biz resepsiyonu arayıp durumu bildirmemize rağmen neredeyse 10 dak. kapatılmasını bekledik. Çocuklar ve biz oldukça korktuk. Banyodaki buhardan olabileciğine kendimiz karar verdik çünkü bir açıklama yapmadılar. Otelden çıkarken resepsiyonda her an kaçacakmışız gibi, 3 odanın bir ekstrelerini ilk çıkış yapandan “geliyorlar” demimize rağmen talep ettiler. Diğerlerini bilemem ama Antep için hayalkırıklığı yarattı.

Bed was good and room was clean.

The staff didnt had the eye for detail and spoke almost no English. I was asked to sign 320 lira=11 euro for breakfast while on my reservation breakfast was 4 euro
