La habitación era espaciosa y estaba relativamente nueva. La ubicación es estupenda, al lado del Puente de Gálata. Tiene de todo lo necesario cerca.

Las fotos distan bastante de la realidad. Además las ventanas no cierran bien y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle.

Дуже хороше розташування. Особливо хочемо подякувати Йозефу з рецепції за оперативну і любязну допомогу і консультації. Нам все сподобалося. На самому верхньому поверсі виявився чудовий ресторанчик з красивим видом на Стамбул.

The location of this property was fantastic

I felt like the pictures sold a dream and maybe that was my own fault but we went for 3 standard rooms and they were tiny. The room I was personal I had problems with the shower doors and the toilet seem to always stink.

Location, proximity to the tram.

The lack of transparency. The description mentioned a city view, but this was not the case — there was another building directly in front of the apartment. The apartment was dark, the sofa was dirty, and it clearly needs some renovations, especially the bathroom. In the kitchen, one of the cabinets was about to fall off. The photos on Booking do not accurately reflect the reality of the apartment. There was also an emergency exit door hidden behind a curtain in the bedroom, which was quite unusual and uncomfortable. Our child started crying as soon as we arrived and said that she didn’t like the place. We still decided to stay because their cancellation policy did not allow us to get a refund. However, we ended up leaving one day earlier because the conditions were simply no longer acceptable.

I had a lovely stay at Karakoy Aparts and would definitely come back. Yousef was the first person I met and was incredibly helpful and accommodating, giving me great tips about the local area and landmarks. Kaan and Ugur were also so friendly, and I really enjoyed our conversations. They always made sure I was okay and had everything I needed. Excellent customer service and wonderful hospitality and great location, I will definitely be staying here again! ❤️🇹🇷

The location is absolutely excellent, in the heart of Karaköy, very close to public transport, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help at any time.

Everything was top notch, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Ziemlich abgenutzt, auf dem Balkon nur ein kleiner Tisch mit einem sehr wackeligem Stuhl. Die Bilder entsprechen leider nicht dem aktuellen Zustand und das Zimmer ist auch recht dunkel.

We stayed here recently and were completely blown away. The view from the room is just beautiful — waking up and having coffee with such a panorama was a real pleasure! The rooftop bar is an absolute highlight. The atmosphere there is wonderful, the cocktails are great, and the city views in the evening are just mesmerizing. The staff deserves a special shout-out. They are incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with anything. Everything is clean, cozy, and well thought out down to the smallest detail. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to everyone!

الموقع والغرف جميله والاطلاله جميلة ولكن يوجد صيانه في غرفه من الغرف التي حجزتها ب اطلاله ولم يخبروني الا قبلها ب اسبوع فقط

ولكن لم يوضحو عند الحجز على بوكينق ان الفندق يوجد به بار ابدا ، ولا يوجد فيه خصوصيه البار في نفس الممر حق الغرف والممر ضيق جدا وزحمة من زباين البار والاصوات كلها مسموعة واخبرنا اللي موجود ف الاستقبال ان البار يغلق الساعة 11 لكن الاصوات والازعاج استمر ل الساعه 1 ولم نتمكن من النوم بسبب الممر المؤدي الى البار بصراحه لا انصح به بسبب هذي النقطه ولا ينفع لعوائل ابد غير مريح ابد ابد كمان ان الممر المؤدي للغرف في حالة فوضى ومخزن للاغراض لدرجه صعوبه المرور

The location is perfect and makes it easy to reach all the main attractions in the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms. Es un apartamento precioso y enorme en una zona espectacular de Estambul. La habitación es más bonita que en las fotos y la cama me la llevaba a mi casa. Además el trato de todo el staff es maravilloso, siempre con un sonrisa. Especial mención a Kaan, que nos ayudo muchisimo con el taxi al aeropuerto, además de ser más que encantador.

Tal vez el baño podría renovarse un poquito, pero nada importante. La ducha tiene súper presión y temperatura perfecta.

Останавливались 19.06.26 Стройка очень шумит под окном, прямо соседний дом строят. С 8 утра перфораторы и отбойные молотки.. И вечером по системе вентиляции начало сильно тянуть химическим запахом. Такой едкий запах дихлофоса от тараканов... Пришлось спать с открытыми окнами вместо кондея. Не знаю, может, это конкретно нам так "повезло"

didn’t feel comfortable and checked-out in the same night i arrived. the pictures look better than reality and also there was construction noise during the night and i couldn’t sleep - the staff didn’t say anything during check-in.

The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and the Karaköy ferry terminal just a short walk away. Galata Tower and Istiklal Street can also be reached on foot within minutes.

We have no complaints about the hotel itself and would like to thank the staff for their friendliness and hospitality. However, it is worth noting that there is construction work taking place next to the hotel. The work usually starts around 8:30 a.m., and on our last night the workers were mixing concrete late into the evening, which was quite noisy. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would still recommend this hotel. The noise was caused by the nearby construction, which is unfortunately beyond the hotel's control.

The staff, particularly Joseph, were extremely kind. Joseph really helped us navigate the city and gave us some insight to customs and culture. Location was great, close to public transport and key attractions. Room was comfortable and spacious- we should have requested more pillows though.

Great value for money in a fantastic location near Galata Tower, the metro, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom—ideal while recovering from jet lag. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we slept well on the 5th floor. The rooftop is a lovely spot for breakfast or coffee, though more Turkish breakfast options would be nice. Overall, a comfortable stay with no complaints.

Pozele de pe booking.com nu sunt ca si in realitate , fără loc de parcare , priveliște in spatele blocurilor. Din păcate ar fi trebuit sa plec din sejur dupa prima noapte deșii aveam 4 nopți plătite / 2 camere Atât cei de la recepție cât si cei de la serviciu clienți nu m-au înțeles că a intervenit o problema si ca trebuie sa plec... Nu ma așteptam sa primesc banii înapoi pe nopțile nedormite acolo , dar măcar pentru o noapte ar fi frumos din partea lor... Nu vă recomand acest hotel 🙏

das Apart Hotel bietet nur ohne Mahlzeiten an... Allerdings ist im Rooftop ein Restaurant mit der Möglichkeit ein Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen mit toller Aussicht zu erhalten.... Die Hilfsbereitschaft an Empfang war super... Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet.... Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage der Unterkunft sind perfekt.....

Wir hatten den ersten Tag noch eine schöne Aussicht.... aber dann wurde im Haus davor der selbe Stock hochgezogen, so dass es vorbei war mit Aussicht.....

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il nostro viaggio ad Istanbul e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è ottima, quasi ai piedi della Torre di Galata, molto comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Joseph, il ragazzo con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare l’ultimo giorno: è stato davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliatissima!

Rankšluosčio pakabinimo rankena nutrūkusi ir paklodė per siaura dvigulei lovai, kraštai nenusileidę. Taip pat prie lovos esančioje stalinėje lempoje nebuvo lemputės.

Posizione centrale ottima per i mezzi di trasporto, lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile per tutte le nostre esigenze. Bella la stanza ampia e con le pareti decorate da bei mattoncini rossi. Oltre alla zona letto c'era un salottino e una piccola cucina attrezzata con frigo e microonde, anche la doccia era molto grande. Il punto di forza dell' hotel è senza dubbio il terrazzo panoramico sul tetto, che permette di spaziare a 360° su una bellissima Istanbul illuminata. Consigliamo questa struttura.

Il traffico è I rumori della strada sono molto forti, come è inevitabile quando si è in centro, consigliamo tappi per le orecchie.

Frühstück war gut. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und versuchte das besste aus der unverschuldeten Situation zu machen. Die Lage ist suber Zentral und man ist zu Fuss "sehr schnell" an den beliebtsten Ecken.

Leider hatte es zur Zeit unseres Aufendhalts ein Baustelle DIRECKT AUF HÖHE UNSERES ZIMMERS. Da teilweise auch nachtarbeit dazugehörte, war das schalfzeitfenster oft limitiert auf 00:00 bis 0730. ISt aber sicherlich ein themporäres Problem. Werdet die billigen IKEA Leuchten los. Die mache so viel kaputt...

I booked the penthouse suit with kitchen. There was no kitchen at all in the room, we could not cook. The original kitchen of this suit has been converted to a toilet and a storage room for the rooftop bar, without sound isolation to the suit. We could hear every staff working in the storage room until midnight every night. Bathroom needs a full renovation. Cheap material is used, with accumulated damage and germs. It is oversold, price is not good for value. The suit is not what it was advertised.

We had an issue with the air conditioning which they staff were not able to fix and it did get quite warm in the nights. We had to open our windows to let some breeze in.

The rooms are clean, super comfy beds, the staff are fantastic and the location is amazing. The food and the view from the rooftop restaurant is top notch. I highly recommend a stay here when in Istanbul.

Прекрасное расположение! Замечательный номер (мы брали делюкс) - просторный, с мини-кухней и небольшим балконом. Что удивительно для исторического района, номер довольно просторный. И да, на крыше есть бар с потрясающими видами на Стамбул.

Das Zimmer entsprach keineswegs den Fotos bei Booking oder online. Der Zustand war schlecht, es war dreckig, Kleber an den Wänden im Bad, Schimmel an Dusche, Bremsspur in der Toilette vom vorherigen Gast. Haare auf dem Laken. Nachdem wir um erneute Reinigung gebeten haben und auch nach 5 Stunden keine weitere Reinigung getätigt wurde, ließ uns der Gastgeber ohne Gebühren gehen

The room was older than it looks in the photos, the hot water didn't work well in the shower. And the kitchen didn't have enough cutlery or any plates/bowls. There was also construction happening next to our room that continued late into the night.

Magnifique petite terrasse au dernier étage avec restaurant. Très très belle vue incroyable sur Istanbul surtout la nuit ! Je recommande vraiment !

Bylo hodně malé a cítili jsme se v přízemí jako ve sklepě

De locatie; dichtbij de tram, pont, galata toren en vele restaurants en bars. Ook nog onderaan de heuvel, dus niet veel omhoog lopen. Personeel was ook vriendelijk en probeerde zo goed mogelijk te helpen. De bedden lagen heerlijk.

We hadden een kamer op de eerste verdieping waardoor we al het geluid vanuit de receptie hoorden (geen dikke deuren) wat ons s avonds en s ochtends wel stoorde. Daarnaast hoorde je het geluid van de straat (ook met de ramen dicht). Helaas stond de airco ook nog op verwarming stand voor het hele gebouw waardoor wij het niet konden laten koelen. Op het oog ziet de kamer er allemaal goed uit, maar technisch en schoonmaak technisch kan er nog wel een extra stap gezet worden. (Losse wc knop, verroeste verwarming, lampenkap die er half af ligt, koelkast die half uit de kast steekt...)

Eine bessere Lage um Istanbul zu entdecken findet man kaum - fußläufig ist schon sehr viel zu erreichen, aber auch alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Der Service aller Mitarbeiter war auch erstklassig - äußert aufmerksam, freundlich und jedes Anliegen wurde direkt umgesetzt und erledigt. mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, das Bett bequem und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser ein Traum

Nachteil dieser super zentralen Lage ist natürlich dementsprechend der leichte Lärm. Nachts ruhig, aber lange in Ruhe ausschlafen geht woanders besser 😉

The staff were so kind and helpful especially Josef who went out of his way to help me I had a hamam with Maria which was amazing ! The bed was so comfortable and the room and bathroom so clean.The rooftop bar was beautiful I also ate there one night and the food was superb. The location was an excellent choice for easy access to trams ferries buses etc .I will certainly stay again 😄

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς απέναντι από το τραμ karakoy. Άπειρες επιλογές για πρωινό, φαγητό και ψώνια τριγύρω. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα που ήμασταν. Ψυγείο με νεράκια και Netflix στην τηλεόραση. Το ξενοδοχείο όμως μάς άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις, κυρίως χάρη στο πραγματικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Ιδιαίτερα όλα τα αγόρια της ομάδας ήταν πάντα πρόθυμα, χαμογελαστά και έτοιμα να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Ένα ξεχωριστό ευχαριστώ αξίζει στον Ugur, ο οποίος έκανε πραγματικά το extra mile για να μείνουμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και να αισθανθούμε άνετα καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Επίσης, το roof top του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πανέμορφο, με υπέροχη θέα και ιδανικό σημείο για χαλάρωση και όμορφες στιγμές.

Το μόνο σημείο που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν ότι στην ευρύτερη περιοχή γίνονται διαρκώς έργα και ανεγείρονται νέα κτίρια, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει κάποιες ώρες σχετική βοή και θόρυβος. Φυσικά αυτό δεν αποτελεί ευθύνη του ξενοδοχείου, αλλά είναι κάτι που καλό είναι να γνωρίζουν οι επισκέπτες.

Le personnel était très gentil et avenant, merci à eux! L'emplacement est idéal, proche du pont de galata et donc qui rend accessible a pied le quartier de sulthanamet, le grand bazaar, et le bazaar aux épices entre autre. Nous avons aussi profité du bateau pour aller à kadikoy. La tour de galata est à 5 minutes a pied, le quartier est tres sympathique.

Nous avions pris un appart hôtel exprès pour la petite kitchenette, comme nous avons un enfant. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas (il a été changé), le micro ondes ne fonctionnait pas non plus et la plaque faisait un bruit inquiétant. Le ménage n'est fait que sur demande. Disons que l'hôtel est super bien situé, mais assez vétuste et mal isolé.

Lo primero que me gustaría destacar es la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Desde el primer momento fueron muy atentos, cercanos y resolutivos, siempre pendientes de ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel está al inicio de una cuesta empinada, pero al estar justo al principio no es necesario subirla. A menos de 4 minutos tienes el puente Gálata, ideal si quieres ir paseando a la zona más “clásica”, y también hay tranvía cerca para moverte fácilmente. Es decir, está cerca de todo sin estar en pleno centro. Le pondríamos un 10 a la ubicación. En cuanto a la estancia, tenemos que hacer una pequeña distinción: pasamos 5 noches en un apartamento tipo estudio y la última noche, tras ampliar la estancia, en una habitación simple. En ambos casos, la cama era grande y súper cómoda, y el baño tenía todo lo necesario. La limpieza también fue de 10. Sobre el estudio, se trata de un apartamento amplio con habitación, sala, baño y cocina, con techos muy altos y bonitos. Sin embargo, le falta algo de iluminación; para nosotros no fue un gran problema, pero especialmente la zona de la cocina se quedaba algo oscura. Además, la cocina nos pareció un poco básica y echamos en falta algunos utensilios. Como punto positivo, a pesar de estar cerca de una carretera, no se escuchaba nada de ruido. Al tratarse de una quinta planta, desde la ventana teníamos vistas al puente y a alguna mezquita, que mejoran aún más si subes al rooftop del hotel. Por último, cuando decidimos ampliar una noche más nuestra estancia, el personal nos dio todas las facilidades para realizar el cambio de habitación, incluyendo guardar y subir nuestro equipaje. En definitiva, consideramos que la relación calidad-precio es increíble. La ubicación es excelente para visitar la ciudad y la amabilidad y atención del personal marcan la diferencia.

Lo que menos nos gusto tal y como ya he mencionado fue la iluminación de la habitación estudio, ya que la otra habitación al ser más estándar quedaba mejor iluminada. Y que la cocina le faltaban cosas.

La localisation est vraiment idéale ! L’hôtel est situé à proximité du tramway (station Karaköy), mais aussi du pont de Galata et du ferry. La rue est très animée puisqu’elle mène directement à la tour de Galata, ce qui constitue un véritable atout. Tout peut facilement se faire à pied ou en transports, un point que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Le restaurant rooftop italien apporte beaucoup de charme à l’hôtel : la vue y est sublime et la cuisine excellente. La qualité de la literie ainsi que la propreté générale laissent également à désirer. L’établissement nécessiterait une véritable rénovation afin de garantir une satisfaction optimale. Par ailleurs, un point de vigilance concernant la sécurité dans les espaces communs : l’encombrement du palier par des meubles et accessoires empêchait la détection du système d’éclairage automatique, laissant la zone complètement plongée dans l’obscurité.
