Buena ubicación limpieza y atención.

Tuve problemas con el pago. Ya había abonado la totalidad con TC vía Booking y tuve que volver a pagar cuando llegué al hotel porque no les figuraba el pago por parte de Booking, asi que fue un gran disgusto, seguido de reclamos durante 3 semanas, hasta que Booking me reembolsó el pago duplicado (no sin antes llamar unas 5 veces).

Be careful. They sent us to other rooms because they said the AC had problem in the facility but we saw many people entering the rooms. They didn’t inform us before we arrive and they said to go 20 minutes by foot and luggages to find the other rooms. Also they had a problem with AC and under the rooms there were having restorations and every day from 8-15.00 there was a terrible noise.

Tesis konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve çoğu otobüse ulaşımı çok kolay. Kliması güzeldi. Çalışanlar sorunlarımıza hemen dönmese de bir şekilde problemlerimiz çözüldü.

Temizlik bizce yeterli değildi. Her gün kişilerin değişmesinden kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum. Türkmen bir hanımefendi vardı o çok güzel temizlemişti ama 5 gün kaldık tek bir gün öyle güzel gördük. Terlik yoktu oda içinde ayakkabıyla gezinmek zorunda kaldık. Temizlik de yetersiz olunca hijyen tatmin etmedi.

Excelente ubicación

We enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel's biggest strength is its location—it was within walking distance of all the major attractions, making it very easy to explore Rome on foot. Our room also had a balcony, which was a pleasant surprise since we weren't expecting one. The room itself could use some updating and breakfast was okay. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel in a fantastic location and plan to spend most of your time exploring the city, this is a solid choice. Just don't expect the room itself to be anything more than average.

מיקום מעולה, החדר נקי ונעים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה שמוגשת לחדר באיזה שעה שמבקשים :)

הדבר היחיד - קצת מסורבל עם כל המפתחות - מפתח לשער למטה, מפתח כניסה ומפתח לחדר. בנוסף - מספקים רק מפתח אחד לכל חדר (גם אם יש זוג)

La ubicación

Pagamos por una habitación grande con aire acondicionado y pedimos 2 camas. Primero nos pasaron a una y el aire anda andaba mal y después nos dieron una con aire que no era ni la mitad de lo que pagamos. Además lo debitaron dos veces de la tarjeta y cuando reclamé x whatsapp no me contestaron

El desayuno, siempre igual, nada natural y la localización, no encuentras el hotel, apareció por suerte, ya pensaba que me habían estafado.

La ubicación es fantástica en Roma. El tamaño de la habitacion era correspondiente con el coste de la misma

Localizar el apartamento no era fácil aunque había leído comentarios al respecto. Una inscripción en el telefonillo, pero sin respuesta desde dentro. Bajo a buscarnos al portal. Esta en un edificio con varias entradas. El personal que trabajaba en el complejo no era extremadamente agradable.

The staff was amazing. We met Monica when we checked in and she was super friendly and very helpful. We had breakfast delivered to our room every day at 8:10 sharp -that was really a treat. We loved our room either way the private balcony. Room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable

The hotel ‘s location was perfect. We’re walkers so the hotels location gave us walking access to all the sites. Along the way we encountered beautiful plazas (everywhere) restaurants and shops. Simply perfect

Positives: The location is close to many restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast provided by the hotel staff was good. AC was working and was nice and cold

Main complaint: My room was located just steps from the reception area, which made it far too noisy—especially if you're hoping for a relaxing stay. Despite being advertised as soundproof, the rooms clearly are not. I could easily hear the receptionist on the phone as well as conversations from other guests. The room itself is very small, the decor is ugly and overly busy, and the mattress was extremely firm—it honestly felt like sleeping on a rock. The hotel is also difficult to find due to the lack of signage on the building. It’s situated on a very busy street, adding to the overall noise and inconvenience. The TV is mounted excessively high on the wall, which caused neck discomfort while watching. The bathroom design is also problematic. The sink is extremely shallow (only about 5 inches deep), making it difficult to wash your face or brush your teeth without splashing water everywhere. Additionally, the mirror is mounted too high. I am 5'5", and I couldn’t see the ends of my hair. Transportation can be frustrating as well. It’s hard to catch a cab in this area, and drivers often drop you off at a different location along the street. For anyone with mobility issues, be aware that you must walk down a flight of stairs before reaching the elevator to access your floor. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel especially with anyone that has mobility issues.

Limpeza, camas, localização boa, café da manhã bom mas podia ter uma fruta.

Pia do banheiro minúscula molha tudo para lavar as mãos e chuveiro pouco funcional.

Era bem confortável e bem localizada.

La posizione centrale vicino a piazza Navona è fantastica. La vasca idromassaggio è un plus.

La camera da letto è molto luminosa alla notte, ed è dotata solo di tende che non oscurano abbastanza. Se avete bambini che fanno fatica ad addormentarsi con la luce, sono dolori. Camera un pò piccola per tre, vasca idromassaggio in camera datata. All'arrivo chi ci ha accolto dell'albergo non parlava italiano.

Lo mejor la ubicacion , muy cerca de Plaza Navona. El personal que nos atendio amable. El desayuno es en la habitación.

La ubicación, la higiene y la atención del personal, la puntualidad

Nada, todo muy bien, como detalle, debería tener desayunador, el desayuno lo sirven en una bandeja en la habitación, si bien está bastante completo, resulta básico, pueden mejorarlo.

Todo en general, servicio de desayuno en la habitación,las empleadas muy atentas, ubicación excelente.

good location and the room was clean but definitely a little small.

the staff wasn’t there 24/7 which was fine but they said we could leave our luggage after checkout at the desk and that they’d be there when we got back to get it. unfortunately they were not and we had turned in our key for the door. luckily we were able to get ahold of someone who was great & came quickly.

La ubicación y el personal que es muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación.

Es un piso con habitaciones; la recepción en la entrada, sin separación por puerta ni nada: se oye todo, no puedes descansar por la tarde. A partir de las 7:30h empiezan a preparar el desayuno en los armarios del pasillo, se oye todo…ya no puedes dormir. No hay bar: desayunas en la mesa escritorio de la habitación.

Very small room but we weren't in there much, bathroom sink was tiny and hard to use without splashing water everywhere. Could use better signage so you know where it is.

Pillows were not comfortable.

Un très bon accueil. Hôtel bien situé et confortable.

Our party was 4 people with 2 rooms booked. Our friends stayed in main location and us management sent to another location 15 minutes walk. When we arrived we stayed as homeless beside entrance until someone in this guest house let us in inside building , because they had same experience.Receptionist Monika tried to solved our problem, but said ,that manager has no solution for us to stay in same location. She ,and she only was helpful. If timing is important for you this place isn’t for you. We asked to have breakfast at 8am. Every day it was about 15-30 minutes later. On our last day we ordered taxi for 8:30am. We supposed to have our breakfast at 8am. We left guest house about 8:25am without breakfast and we met our housemaid outside, that just arrived.

The location was close to many touristic attractions

They told us our reservation was cancelled by booking due to card declination, but after we updated the card details everything was fine in the app. They said they made us another reservation, without informing us, to another location, for which we paid 300€ more and had no breakfast included. Since the transaction was operated at the location and without booking able to do anything, we couldn't get any money back.

Lovely property in a superb location. Room was very comfortable and breakfast delivered daily at an agreed time. Highly recommend a stay here. Hope to be back soon. Thank you to all.

Obsługa obiektu w języku polskim co było dużym ułatwieniem, czysto, duze śniadanie podane zgodnie z czasem ustalonym przy zameldowaniu. Wszedzie blisko.

El hotel nos encantó. La atención es excelente. El cuarto y la cama muy confortables. El desayuno es rico y te lo traen a la habitación. La ubicación es fabulosa, vas caminando a todos lados.

Zona muito central Suficiente para visitar cidade. Tudo limpo. Funcionários simpáticos e muito prestáveis. A D. Lisete muito prestável, sempre preocupada se estava tudo bem e sempre preocupada se era preciso mais alguma coisa para o nosso filho de 3 anos.

La habitación es perfecta para pasar unos días y estubo todo muy limpio, la ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a todos los puntos de interés. Y sobre todo, tengo que destacar el trato recibido en toda nuestra estancia por el personal.

No me gustó que se tenga que pagar por un enlace desconocido para mí, Por suerte llegue antes de las 20 00 y pude pagar en mostrador. La habitación que me tocó estaba muy bien ,pero la puerta en el mismo recibidor de recepción restaba intimidad.

La ubicación es perfecta, no tienes que coger transporte público ni bus ni nada, todo andando perfectamente.

Las habitaciones muy juntas, desayuno poco variado.

La struttura è collocata in un palazzo situato in una zona molto tranquilla e soprattutto centrale! Personale cortese, camera pulita, colazione super ma la vera chicca è la presenza della vasca idromassaggio!

Trovarlo non é stato semplice ma il personale ha risposto subito alla chiamata e ci è venuto a prendere all’ingresso del portone

Emplacement parfait

The location was perfect for the places we wanted to explore, and also close to the no. 64 bus stop which runs through the city. Only 3 mins walk to the Piazza Nuovo. The bathroom was excellent. Very good breakfast was brought on a tray to our room.

Siamo arrivati al corso suite non eravamo segnati ci hanno spostato al Navona e poi in una terza struttura in una stanza con finestra solo in camera il resto fatto con cartongesso senza finestre e sembrava di entrare in loculi!!!! In più con caldaia rotta al freddo e con acqua fredda e senza impianto antincendio!!!!!! Non mi sembra giusto aver speso con tasse € 591,00€ per dormire e prima colazione per non avere il posto richiesto. In più colazione con ciambella del supermercato!!!!!

Skvělá poloha k poznávání centra, personál pozorný, pečující, snídaně přinesená na pokoj jako příjemný start dne. Pokoj byl menší, ale dostatečný. Terasu jsme nevyužili.

Najít místo ubytování není úplně snadné, není označeno na budově.

El.desayuno.se sirve a las 8, si tienes itinerario antes no puedes hacer uso de este servicio.

Todo muy buen, el trato muy buen, la habitación amplia, la situación céntrica.

Absolutely loved this place. Clean, close to everything, quiet ( So I could sleep) FRANSECA was a doll. She had great informations and she makes you feel great and she makes great coffee 😉☕️

Très bien placé. Nous avons tout fait à pied. À 10 mn du Pantheon, 15 mn de la fontaine de Trévise, 30 mn du Colisée… Personnel sympa

Difficile à trouver aucune indication sur la façade. Le logement se trouve dans un immeuble au fond d’une cour. Il y a du bruit le matin pour la préparation du petit déjeuner qui se fait dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner très moyen et toujours la même chose

La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por Roma y sus principales atracciones turísticas andando. También está muy cerca de paradas de bus para poder ir a los sitios más alejados. El personal era muy amable y agradecemos que entendiesen el castellano. El desayuno en la habitación un detalle perfecto. Suficiente para salir con energía a patear la ciudad. Como sugerencia, que tengan opciones sin gluten (en el pan) y sin lactosa ( en la leche). Pudimos dejar las maletas allí una vez realizado el check-out hasta las 18h.

El lavabo del baño era excesivamente pequeño, tuvimos que poner una toalla debajo para no inundar el suelo.

Tutto sommato è andato discretamente bene. Diversi ragazzi nei tre giorni presenti alla reception. Abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia piccola d’acqua a colazione per due giorni, mai pervenuta.

Stanza spaziosa e personale gentilissimo unica pecca che il personale dalle 20 alle 8 è assente

What’s not to like? The place is close to so many restaurants and bars. Walking distance to so many historical places too. Breakfast was amazing!
