Person providing housekeeping was exceptional !!! Bed was comfortable. Variety of choices for breakfast.

There was no blue box in the room - we had to put recycle items in the trash. The USA flag - this is Canada!!!

Bed was very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Barely got any sleep and when I finally got close to sleeping I felt a tickle on my legs and feet, turned on the light and it was a spider the size of a toonie. Also a stain on the sheets that looked like blood or poop. Let me add that spiders are the one thing that will make me crawl out of my skin. So I checked out and wont be back.

Room was large and in good shape, bathroom wasn't 100% cleaned when we got there. Previous persons room card and some tissues were left in the bathroom.

Treadmills in the gym were broken.

Terrible Hotel , the took my deposit, and when I requested a cancellation . my card was charged the full amount of the stay ! the link on the web site to contactact the Hotel does not work ! I sent 2 request to cancel via the link, and was told by the front desk staff that the link does not work !

Location was good, close to shopping centre. Felt safe. Breakfast was good and there area was kept clean.

The facilities were rundown but in working condition. - pool and hot tub and my bathroom needed some love ( repair and maintenance). To be fair there are signs stating the building is getting repaired and to have patience.

Proximity to trans Canada highway. Easy to access when travelling.

The bedding. Pillows needed replacing as they were lumpy and bedding was too heavy and hot with the sheet too small to sufficiently cover a king bed.

A/C quit working and hotel was at capacity. Staff tried to trouble shoot problem but were unable to fix A/C. They did bring a fan to the room but when I told the front desk at check out, they told me that they would speak to their manager and call me later. That never happened.

Most Everything That Ruins a Good Night Rest Pool - guest pass does not unlock door - have to get a guest using the pool to let you in or go to front desk for them to let you in - the pool rules indicate "all guests must shower before entering pool" - shower does not work Hot Tub - hot water - push for "water jets" - jets do not work Room - Heating/Cooling unit at window does not work- you can push all the buttons nothing happens - I had to listen to the fan running all night long - could not turn the fan off - I mentioned this to Day Manager next morning- he told me that the controls are on the wall by the door to the room- the Check In person did not mention this Renovations - hotel is being renovated- this should be mentioned in their ads - I checked in around 6pm on a Saturday - on 4th floor- workers still doing drywall work - scraping and sanding the walls outside my room - noisy - they left around 6:45-7pm A very crappy nights sleep after being on the road for 10hrs. Hotel was convenient location for our trip on TransCanada, good parking. They allowed dogs. Breakfast was excellent.

Construction zone, unsafe! Furniture piled high in hallways, dirty, walls and floors torn up, nails sticking out, water not working, absolutely terrible and no communication that this was going on.

The location is great.

The hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. The fridge I. My room was dirty and gross. The carpet in my room was filthy. The carpets in the hallway were in complete disrepair.

There was no hot water and the bedroom had a very unpleasant smell. Plus a lot of kids running and yelling around at the time.

Front desk checkin staff said next to nothing. Didn’t point out where breakfast was served, location of elevators or anything. Check out asked for my email (with a smile) to send the receipt and ended with “That’s it”.

Very worn and tired aesthetic. I was on a floor with some team of teens. Very loud, in the hallways, kids running and yelling to each other. Was supposed to be quiet after 10 and that didn’t happen. Could hear the tv and loud talking late into the evening.

While exploring Regina, we stayed at this hotel, but the experience fell far below Hilton standards. To begin with, the hotel feels outdated and not well maintained. Our room had no shower curtain, a loose toilet seat, uncomfortable bedding, and an unvacuumed carpet. Even the hallway carpets were uneven and posed a tripping hazard. In addition, there was no Wi-Fi for three days, and we had to switch rooms due to loud noises, only to find the heater in the second room equally irritating. Furthermore, we weren’t informed about ongoing roof work, front desk assistance was often unavailable, and one of the elevators was under maintenance. Early mornings were consistently noisy due to cleaning activities in the hallway and on the floor above, waking us earlier than expected and affecting our rest. In conclusion, the stay fell short of the quality and comfort associated with the Hilton brand. The hotel feels run-down and in need of significant maintenance. We will not return.

We arrived at midnight and we got a room ( 215) we walked in and my daughter stepped forward and said we are not staying here, there was multiple bed bugs on top of the white comforter scattering away, the front desk seemed like he knew and offered us a new room and we said no, then he told me he can not give back my points but to call the manager in the morning. Of course the manager was not there when I called, i reached out to my visa company on the hopes I will get reimbursed! I feel the hotel may be infested on the amount of bed bugs we seen on top of the bed!

The location is very accesible to all the place we need to go.. The only thingbthat i can recommend is more choices for breakfast

We had a beautiful large room. It was very comfortable. We had a sofa and an armchair. We are readers so lighting is important. We found the lighting wasn't quite as good as it could be. Not bright enough. Also the towels were not up to Hampton standands (rather small and not absorbent). The carpet in the hallway on the third floor was uneven and wrinkly and a potential tripping hazard. Once again not up to Hamptons high standards.

The kitchen girl was very good and friendly. Front staff were OK. However, not overly helpful. When we arrived, the hot water for tea was not hot and we arrived around 6 o’clock. Small things make a difference. However, the biggest flaw is the carpet has huge Loose pieces all down the hallway. Which is a huge hazard for safety and looks absolutely terrible. In addition to that, the chairs in the dining area the cushion yellow ones are filthy. The whole place needs a big update when we were there. The hot tub did not work. I would not stay or recommend this place And yet the area around. It is very good. They need to fix it up.

The hotel is worn out. Carpet on the 3rd floor hall looks like a blanket was laid out. Heavy rug in front of elevator because carpet is worn out and a tripping hazard. Walls of hallway have a scratch moat of the way down the hall. Bathroom was worn and missing paint around the mirror and vanity. The soap dish in the shower looks like an 8 yr did did the caulking. The lobby is clean and welcoming. Great check in.

the building desperately needs a facelift. there is water damage throughout the rooms and halls. Carpets needed replacing 2 years ago and still not done. In our room the TV and fridge did not work.We will stay elsewhere next time.

You need to replace your hallway carpets. That was absolutely horrible.

The water pressure in the room was poor. There were yelling and running children (unsupervised). It took two visits to front desk to remedy. There was torn wallpaper in the room. The breakfast was the bare minimum to qualify for breakfast.

For a $200 a night room the cleaning in my opinion wasn’t up to standard. Hairs on the toilet and in the sink and in the tub. Wadded up hand cloth under the bathroom vanity. And overall just an un freshness to the room and hallway. I’m not usually one to complain, so for $200 this did not live up to my expectation.

On drive up, sign is missing all letters. Did not advertise that hot tub was not working on hotels.com, or on the company website; nor sent email to let customers know. Hallway carpet pulling away from wall. Overall throughs was that building is running, but not being maintained. The staff were all nice. Unfortunate, but unlikely to return in current state.

Needs someone to fix a lot of the visual appearance. Broken floor tiles, drywall in lobby that needs finishing, chairs needs to be cleaned and reupholstered. Fix the carpet in the hallways before someone trips. Our room had line running thru the tv. If I can see it so can all of your other guests

Stay was good room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast had lots of choices hot and cold.

I did not find the hotel to be up to the Hilton standards. Breakfast was the same both mornings. Could have done scrambled eggs one morning rather than the rubber poached eggs twice. Maybe bacon or fried ham instead of the sausages twice. The carpet in hallways on our floor was patchwork at best with lots of stretches and clumps. Made the place look run down and like someone was doing a puzzle. Tv was just a bit bigger than a laptop. Otherwise i was impressed that they had body lotion in the bathroom. Other places in the area offer better for same or less price.

The room was clean and it was quiet. The carpet on our floor was coming up everywhere and was a trip hazard. Breakfast was not to the normal standards that I have come to expect with Hilton properties. I would not choose to stay there again.

3.5 to 3.75 stars. The front desk staff was stellar. They were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The exterior of the building is clean and there was ample parking. The room was on the edge of worn and dated. There was water damage in the closet - one of the glass doors was missing, the wallpaper was discoloured and buckling and was taped in places. There was water damage in the kitchenette area, buckled and yellowed wallpaper there too. Gladly, the room had no ill odour. The room was cleanish. There could definitely be attention to the windows and corners of the room. The room had definitely been used. Again - the front desk folks were the real gem.

I liked that it was very conveniently close to HWY 1 and easy to access, as well as, easy access to restaurants- also the breakfast that was included was excellent.

Staff when we checked in was very good. We got to our room and at first glance we were like wow, nice room. Then as we started to look around as we'd never stayed here before there was a lot of water stains on the ceiling.(we were on top floor). In the closet the wall paper waa coming of because the walls had been very wet, there had definitely been a severe roof leak, there did seem to be mold or mildew in the closet, but it was late and we weren't gonna start complaining. So next day at check out, the lady at the desk said they new nothing about a leak that someone must have just spilt some water. Ya sure, we'll go with that. Needless to say that hotel needs to fix these rooms

It was all good except the Hot tub was not working and that wasn't shown in their Ad Plus the Wifi was not very good. Was clean, quiet & comfortable w' a good breakfast.

At check-in the staff seemed very confused about who I was and whether I had a reservation. It took two people to sort things out. The rugs in the hallways are a huge safety hazard. They were frayed on the edges of the center strip and had big ripples all the way down the halls, a huge tripping hazard. It gives the impression of things are not being cared for. It also made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rooms. We were told at check-in that the room I had requested was not available as there was a leak. Another person at breakfast said their room had electrical problems with sparks shooting out when maintenance was looking at it. They were given another room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Bedroom and washroom fancy looking, very spacious fridge can fit our baked goods to keep it fresh. Loved the complimentary breakfast very good selections especially their waffles and mango water they were my favorite!

That our room connects to another guest room but thankfully we made sure with staff for our safety, it is a two doorway it can still give us privacy as long the other guest lock their door as well. Also wish we can connect to streaming shows like netflix or disney+, not really fan of cable channels.

This location didn’t live up to the standards of the Hilton brand of hotels. Right from the start….the sign entering the parking lot is peeling and faded making it unreadable. The carpet in the lobby is dirty and wrinkled making it a tripping hazard. The second floor carpet is filthy and even more wrinkled. The leatherette on the breakfast dining chairs is peeling making the seat threadbare. In this condition they can’t be wiped if there is a spill making them unsanitary. We will not be back.

The common areas were in disrepair (carpets, chairs in breakfast area). Breakfast was very poor (yogurt was expired by as much as a month), very limited offerings.

Upkeep/maintenance lacking. Concerned with black mold in our room. Room wall paper falling off with undersurface showing black areas. Carpet worn and a trip hazard. Dining room chairs worn and need replaced. I request a full refund.

Below par Hampton Inn...in need of new carpeting in hallways and new furniture in breakfast area. On the plus side breakfast started at 5am and strongly enforced quiet at 10pm.

the room was great the bathroom floor tiles had grout missing but clean. the room was quiet and a very nice room. Ice machine was an inconvenience as you had to go to the main floor laundry room to get it as the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. The wall ac blows cold air right on the bed when you are sleeping and it is very noisy.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. The room was good. The hotel in general is becoming quite shabby. I expected much better for the price. Very dirty mat that needed replacing at the front entrance. It looked like someone had vomited on it:/ I took a big step over that substantial spot. Rugs in the hallways are rippled, stretched and frayed, full of tripping hazards. Really not ok. Mat at the elevator was askew. Over all one gets the impression of lack of care and attention to detail.

While the room was very comfortable, and the lobby was inviting, the hallway on my floor was in bad shape. The carpet was very worn and wrinkled and in dire need of replacement.
