Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, uitgebreidt en iedere ochtend vanaf de rooftop zo je dag beginnen, maak je ook niet vaak mee. Services was top, dikke 9!

Kwaliteit brood en diversiteit aan keuze in brood viel iets wat tegen.

Beschädigtes Mobiliarc Extreme Lärmbelästigung. Sehr laute Musik bis 2 Uhr nachts. Auf Beschwerden an der Rezeption wird gar nicht eingegangen, Managerin antwortet nicht auf Beschwerdemails, Personal insgesamt sehr schlecht und unaufmerksam. Sehr schmale Betten! 140 cm breit für 2 Personen wird als Doppelbett verkauft.

Excellent staff excellent place and they were so helpful.. breakfast was delicious and fresh can't thank enough I stayed with family and the security guy moved his car to make room for my car outside the hotel..I enjoyed my stay and iam very thankful..rooms were very fresh and clean

Awful. Room 105 which we were checked into after booking directly as previous customers was horrible. A tiny window in the corner. Air conditioning not working, exceedingly hot and couldn’t sleep in the 30 degree heat. We did complain and the manager decided he would visit the room to fix the issue. He placed a large noisy mechanical fan on a soft stool next the bed. The cord stretched over from a plug that was a trip hazard. The fan could not be used. Outside there is a nightclub running until 3am or so. There is a dj on the roof. The rooms are advertised as soundproof. They are not. Nowhere near it. Second night they moved us to a suite where the air conditioning which is advertised as standard to all rooms, did actually work. We left at 3am to go home The manager Guilm said he would refund us for such an expensive stay that we may as well have spent outside. The refund has arrived for one night. Not what they promised. Hated this place, after staying a few times before I have completely changed my mind. Visitors flock to this place from other hotels to dance on the roof terrace, but they go home to cheaper hotels and cause all hell of noise at the expense of people paying a lot of money to stay as hotel guests here. Lots of exhausted guest have breakfast in the mornings. If you want to spend this amount of money per night, stay somewhere else. Please take note that the rooms are not soundproof and you may get one where the ac isn’t working. They don’t care if you are a previous customer or indeed if you booked directly. Even worse, their prices are high for such shoddy service to resolve issues. Don’t stay here if you want a relaxing night sleep. Even when you do drift off, the bin and service lorry will have you awake again by 8am

The worst 2 nights sleep ever! This hotel is in a great location, but you sacrifce that for the noise. Firstly you're surrounded by bars open until early hours with the noise of people drinking outside, standing around on pavements etc. Second, there's a main road veyr nearby with traffic, horns beeping then, finally, the hotel has a roof top bar open until 1am - although it was on the floor above us the noise carried down the marble staircase and into our room. They say each room has soundproofing but unfortunately that doesn't include the doors or windows. The staff were very polite and moved us to another room but the window in that room didn't close properly so it was even worse than the 1st night! We left early. Only positive thing was the breakfast - very delicious!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentrumsnah und gleichzeitig in einem netten Viertel mit vielen Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Aber leider ist es deshalb nachts auch laut. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist toll.

Die Lautstärke in der Nacht ist schon unangenehm.

…… es ist wichtig das in der Beschreibung des Hotels vermerkt wird das es sehr laut und unruhig bis in die späte Nacht ist …… dieses liegt an der an der Bar auf dem Dach …. Trotz Hinweis an das Personal wurde dies ignoriert …. der zimmerpreis von 300,-€ die Nacht ist in meinen Augen zu hoch …… das Personal ist zudem sehr unfreundlich und rechnet Belege doppelt ab …… nach langer Diskussion wurde dies mir gutgeschrieben !!! …… Fazit es ist ein sehr unruhiges und lautes Haus !!! ….. der Hotelgast wird nicht bevorzugt behandelt

Warning! Although the location is fabulous, this turns out to be the nightclub area of Palma. Its loud.

The rooftop terrace that’s advertised, yes it’s nice in the morning. However, it’s a loud and overpacked rooftop bar and a nightclub underneath. The rooms are nice and clean with polite and friendly staff. Apart from the stressed bouncer who challenges you as you’re walking to your room in the evening.

Beaucoup trop bruyant de 22h à 6h du matin ! Entouré de bars et de boîtes

We have travelled extensively across the world. Never have we experienced anything like this. The rooms on the first floor are located directly above a nightclub. We did not sleep a single night during our stay. Not because of occasional noise — but because it felt like sleeping on a dancefloor. The bass was relentless. What is completely unacceptable is that this information was nowhere to be found when we booked. At this price point, guests deserve to know what they are paying for. A simple warning would have been the bare minimum. We received nothing. We raised the issue with staff during our stay. They were polite and sympathetic — but utterly powerless to help. A telling sign of a management that leaves its frontline staff to absorb complaints they have no tools to handle. We followed up with a formal written complaint after our stay. We never received a reply. That silence says everything. Do not book a room here if you value sleep. Do not expect this hotel to take responsibility when things go wrong. And do not expect them to have the basic decency to respond to a guest complaint. We will not be returning.

Wir hatten inzwischen das zweite (und sicherlich letzte) Erlebnis, dass uns das Hotel einige Wochen vor Reiseantritt mitgeteilt hat, dass sie das Hotel früher schließen werden. Dies geschah abermals trotz bestätigter Buchung. Wir (6 Personen) durften dann uns für die verbleibenden 3 Nächte unseres Urlaub noch Hotels suchen. Unsere Beschwerde über nichtakzeptablen Lärm des hauseigenen Clubs wurde zunächst damit abgetan, dass der Club in der Hotelbeschreibung ja erwähnt sei. Erst durch massive Nachfrage wurden uns dann für 2 Nächte andere Zimmer angeboten. Nie mehr wieder! P.S.: Von der Kritik ausgenommen ist ausdrücklich das Frühstück mit der netten Bedienung, sowie die Dame am Empfang in der Vormittagsschicht!

The breakfast on the terrace is great

It is impossible to sleep. We had room 101, I guess there are rooms that are a bit more quiet. The noise of the drunks shouting at night shifts to the noise of the cars picking up trash and cleaning up the mess in the early morning. The rooms would need excellent noise cancelling windows to make it possible to enjoy the stay. They are far from that. We had to book another hotel, it was impossible.

Excellent petit-déjeuner, avec entre autres des spécialités locales variées, fruits et assortiments sucrés ou salés délicieux. Servi par un barman souriant, aux petits soins pour chacun. Cadre exceptionnel : sky bar avec vue sur la mer et la vieille ville, magnifique!

Super Lage, super nettes Personal und ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit einem tollen Service.

Man muss wissen, dass die Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut sind, da dort bis in die Nacht gefeiert wird. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber kein Problem. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt!

Ručníky byly lehce zaprané, v koupelně, pokud byla zavřená byl cítit poměrně dost chlor. V koupelně se občas objevili brouci připomínající šváby

Jättetrevlig personal, bra läge, fin byggnad och superbra frukost på takterassen.

Vår lampa i taket i rummet fungerade inte och sa till om det första dagen. Personalen sa att det inte fanns lampor att byta till utan erbjöd oss extra bordslampor. Management för hotellet är alltså inte jättebra som inte ser till att det finns nya glödlampor att byta till när de går sönder. Toaletten på rummet har glasdörr, så vill du inte se dina partner sitta på toa så välj ett annat hotell.

Hotellet var lite og veldig flott! Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Rommet vi hadde var stort og fint, god seng og gode såper på badet. Det mest fantastiske med hotellet var skybaren på taket. Både til frokost og til en drink om kvelden, var det fantastisk å sitte der og nyte utsikten. Noen har klaget på bråk om kvelden og natten, men det var helt stille da vi var der. (Ukedager). Kan anbefale hotellet på det varmeste, vi vil gjerne tilbake!

Goed verzorgd ontbijt met mooi uitzicht. De kamer had alles wat je nodig had! De DJ zorgde voor toffe muziek in de skybar 's avonds.

Als je zaterdagavond verblijft moet je wel tot vrij laat tegen wat geluid van de bezoekers en de muziek kunnen. Voor mij was dit geen probleem.

Hotel is in a good location, short walking distance to the old town and the cathedral. Room was quite small but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well equipped with toiletries and fresh towels daily.

Noisy!!! Hotel has the Skybar which is on the roof and is open until 1.00am which generates a lot of noise. It is also surrounded by bars & nightclubs which are open until 3.00/4.00am generating an enormous amount of noise.

Worst hotel experience they put me in a suit where windows don’t block any sounds from the street and it felt like I was setting outside in the street until they changed my suite to slightly better area but it still felt I was setting in the street. I had to play sleep sounds to cover for all the noise during my whole stay. Also, the staff aren’t the friendliest and always complain when you ask for help. Towels and shower floors were not clean

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die besten Bars und Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Santa Catalina ist sehr lebhaft und jung. Und die Dachterrasse zum frühstücken und zum sundowner ein Hit!!!

Keine Parkplätze für ein Auto und die öffentliche Tiefgarage in der Nähe sehr teuer

Prekrasan hotel na izvrsnoj lokaciji. Bogat doručak na terasi koja se navečer pretvara u dican ‘sky bar’. Toplo preporučujem vrijednost za novac. Rado ćemo se vratiti!

This place is terrible. The staff is extremely rude and the overall experience was a complete waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and run the other way—absolutely not worth it. Very unreasonable people and so many other good bars around, enjoy Palma!

Convenient location – close to the airport and within walking distance to the Old Town (around 5–10 minutes). Shops and cafés are nearby. The room had a pleasant view of the harbor and was well-equipped with useful items, including beach accessories. Breakfast was tasty and nicely presented, and the view from the hotel was memorable. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The selection of TV channels could have been better, but since we didn’t come to watch television, it wasn’t a major issue.

The Hotel is beautiful with a great atmosphere. Staff are very welcoming. Food delicious. Im sorry i only got to spend 1 nite at this charming Hotel. This was due to my flight home being cancelled but i will return.

Whilst the hotel and restaurant were great, the roof top bar was poorly. On our first and last trip up to the roof, we were met with a very busy overcrowded area. Plenty of bar staff to serve you, only they just told us to sit and they'd come and serve you. 40 minutes passed and not one bar staff came over to take our order. I had to litterly grab a guy and ask him if he was going to take our drinks order. another 20 minutes passed and temperatures were still above 30c in the evening. eventually our drinks arrived with no apology. then another member of their team said they's reduce the bill. he disappeared shortly after and another member of the team came over when we paid the bill. i mentioned how long we were waiting but his english wasnt good. i dont actually blame the staff as theyre just doing a job. however the management should be held responsible. plenty of people didnt bother waiting and left quite angry. i paid my bill, but will never return. BTW, we went to the Nakar roof top bar and DJ and got served in 3 minutes! Hotel Cuba - you need to up your game or else plenty more people will pass you and not come in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was great! It has a fun rooftop, the staff is so nice and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and it's in a prime location. The room was really big, the amenities were awesome, and the staff was so accommodating.

The food in the restaurant that's part of the hotel was not good, but you don't have to eat there if you don't want to.

Horrible! You cannot sleep as the hotel organizing party until 3 and do not respect hotel guests! Staff is not even care and they do not give contact to managrment. Very expensive, donnot worth the money at all. Avoid the hotel in anny case in case you eant to sleep

Great location. Lovely Reception Staff. Great breakfast. Yes, there is a bar on the 3rd floor, which is noisy at night, but it didn't cause us a problem.

Room was perfect size for a weekend away, very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and the lady working there was extremely nice. Hotel is situated in a great place, all sites of interest are a short walk with some amazing restaurants nearby. Great romantic getaway
