La habitación era muy amplia y todo el personal súper amable. La ubicación también es muy buena, está cerca del centro y hay una parada de bus al lado.

En momentos había olor desagradable en el baño, se me informó que se trataba del sistema de desagüe ajeno al hotel.

La habitación es buena. Las camas son cómodas. El baño tiene todo lo necesario y es grande. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención del personal es excelente.

Room is quite good, location of the hotel is quite good also. The breakfast was not rich, the cutleries and the plates and the cups are not clean, always have sticky things on it. However, the serving people are quite friendly.

Hygiene is dangerously poor. We were first hand witnesses to a number of hygiene violations, the worst of which is the mixing of dirty and clean towels in the same housekeeping trolley. I have never seen anything like this in my life, and I have been travelling and staying in all sorts of hotels for the last 40 years. What is even worse than the violation is how the Hotel senior manager dealt with it. Her exact words were "mistakes happen, maybe the housekeeping lady was in a hurry". Mistakes!!! in a hurry!!! This is an extremely dangerous violation as hotel guests may get skin and other diseases/infections that are transmitted through dirty towels.

Perfect location, right at the center of Palma but slightly away from crowds. Great facilities, bigger rooms than most hotels.

Traffic noise if you leave windows open.

The room was clean, the location was excellent and the breakfast was amazing (eggs Benedict and the waffles were the best)

We had a wonderful stay at Bordoy Continental Palma. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and very comfortable, with a perfect location for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. The location is one of the biggest advantages — everything is within easy walking distance, including the old town, restaurants, shops and the seafront. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at Bordoy Continental Palma again. Highly recommended, especially for couples looking for a comfortable and stylish hotel in a great location! ❤️

les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Les matelas sont très confortables. la climatisation est efficace et pas bruyante. La salle de bain avec baignoire et douche est grande et fonctionnelle. Nous avons entendu peu de bruit dans la rue et dans l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est complet, on peut en plus commander des oeufs avec la cuisson de notre choix et des brioches avec saumon et avocat, c'est très correct. Plusieurs restaurants de qualité à proximité.

Dommage que le bar soit peu fréquenté.

The location was perfect!! I loved the neighborhood. Extremely walkable and you could get a cab or bus very easily.

I thought the bathroom could use a few updates

There is no one to help with the luggage. And this is unbelievable at a 4-star hotel in Palma. Not even someone that could help me park my car. But Marc was great m. Credits to him.

In quattro giorni avevo avuto un’esperienza positiva, grazie anche alla gentilezza del personale della colazione. Purtroppo, l’ultima mattina un addetto alla colazione diverso molto giovane è stato sgarbato e poco professionale, rifiutandosi inizialmente di prepararmi un espresso nonostante la macchina self-service non funzionasse. Un singolo membro dello staff può davvero alzare o abbassare in pochi minuti la percezione di un hotel quattro stelle.

- El tracte del personal ha estat excel·lent - Les habitacions són grans i còmodes - L'esmorzar ha estat complert i bo - La neteja ha estat molt bé. - La ubicació és molt bona, pots anar caminant al centre tranquil·lament.

Per posar-hi alguna cosa, la nevera no refredava massa.

Det var extremt behagligt att bo här, tyvärr bodde vi bara en natt. Väldigt städat och uppskattade mycket hur rummet/ hotellet var inrett. Man fick även en välkomstdrinkar:)

El hotel está muy viejo dentro de las habitaciones. Uno de los días se manchó la sábana en la parte de abajo de apoyar con el pie y no cambiaron las sábanas hicieron la cama con la sábana sucia y era negro que destacaba.. en el baño mucha humedad.. y el desayuno de pena la verdad no hay bufet como tal solo hay una mesa con zumo una cafetera pan una tostadora y poco más y luego tienes “carta” donde puedes pedir bacon tortilla a la francesa y poco más y donde pedía mi leche sin lactosa pero muy pobre te ponían dos lonchas de bacon.. y luego en recepción súper secos todos cada vez que entrábamos al hotel por la noche súper secos teníamos que decir hola nosotrs en alto y dar las buenas noches por educación porque ellos ni se inmutaban.. tan solo de personal el camarero del desayuno que el niño era agradable

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The room is clean and bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location is great, as you can walk to the old town easily. There are many restaurants and bars nearby.

The hotel spa requires reservation to be used, but that might be because there is not much demand and to save energy.

The rooms are reasonably big, with a good bathroom with a bath and shower. the hotel is although quite old fashioned looking it is quite nice, all is clean and spacious. The car park in the basement is easy to find. the hotel is a mere 5-10min walk from the main town area or beach.

Although the car park is large it is quite steep to enter so possibly tricky with a large vehicle. There is a night club directly below which stays open till very early it did not bother me but possibly if you leave a window open it would be an issue as there seemed to be people outside till after 5am.

Beautiful hotel with large room - the hotel was exceptionally clean. A special word for the staff we came across who were exceptional - the female who booked us in on 11th and the male who was working at 4.30pm on Saturday and again on Sunday afternoon were fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Thank you once again.

Breakfast was very good and it was something I looked forward to in the mornings. Reception desk was very helpful, going so far as breaking down a 100 euro note for me. Bordoy Continental is very well located, a short walk away from Palma's centre, and a less than 20 minute walk from the cathedral.

El desayuno es muy bueno y bien atendido. La ubicación cerca del Born y del barrio de Santa Catalina es muy cómoda . El personal muy agradable y resolutivo.

Me hubiera gustado plato de ducha, en vez de bañera. Si bien es verdad que el acceso a la misma es bastante comodo

On a adoré cet hôtel d'un certain âge mais complètement "neuf" ce qui lui donné un style Art Déco. Il était très bien placé, très proche du centre historique mais un peu en retrait pour être très calme. Il était aussi très proche de nombreux restaurants authentiques qui proposaient des plats locaux et authentiques, plus appréciable que la cuisine "touristique" des ramblas. Le petit déjeuner était servi par un buffet très complet, mais offrait aussi la possibilité de choisir dans une carte des plats chauds ou froids, le tout étant compris dans le tarif du petit-déjeuner.
