I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would like to give special appreciation to Mrs. Dilrukshi from Reception. She was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to assist whenever I needed help. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service really made a positive difference to my stay. She is truly an asset to the hotel team and deserves special recognition. I would also like to thank Mr. Anthony, the Manager, for his professionalism and support, and Mr. Wijayaweera, the Bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance. A Small Suggestion One area that could be improved is the room cleaning and housekeeping standards. Personally, I felt that the room cleaning was not always up to the level I would expect from a 5-star standard, and some of the in-room amenities could also be improved or upgraded. Since the hotel has a very good team and a great location, I believe giving a little more attention to detailed room cleaning, housekeeping consistency, and the quality/availability of amenities would make the overall guest experience much better and bring the hotel closer to a true 5-star standard. Overall, I really appreciated the hospitality and service from the team, especially Mrs. Dilrukshi. Thank you for making my stay pleasant, and I hope to visit again in the future.

The staff went out of their ways to assist cliente to settle in well, and they make clientes feel at home. Assistance ranges from finding a taxi to getting connected with telephone connection as well as providing basic locational informations. One remarkable featuure is the smile on the staffs' faces it makes one feel welcomed..

There is not much to complain, except the drainage in the shower was smelly on the first day, but later was resolved. The cleaning staff should pay more attention to this issue especially when a new cliente is moving in.

I loved the room view—it was definitely a nice bonus to wake up to. ​A special highlight was the breakfast spread, which included fantastic Indian vegetarian options that tasted fresh and delicious. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Big rooms with good toilets.

There was one of the room where it was not cleaned properly and had spiders. They could improve on cleanliness. The restaurant personnel were rude and took 1.5 hours to deliver our food. This disrupted our whole plan for the day. Never choose their restaurant if you have any other options. .

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Wijeweera, Thasmi, and Dilrukshi, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Our scheduled check-out was at 12:00 PM, but since we had a late flight, we requested a late check-out until 3:00 PM. Without any hesitation, they graciously accommodated our request, which made our last day in Colombo so much more comfortable and stress-free. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. It’s these thoughtful gestures that turn a good stay into a memorable one. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Wijeweera, Thasmi, and Dilrukshi, for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend Best Western Elyon Colombo and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Sri Lanka.

We had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I don't remember the staff member's name exactly, but I think it was Vidura. He was especially supportive and kind. The breakfast was good, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing an extra dish to match our palate because they thought we were from India. It was such a kind and caring touch that made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!

Lovely small hotel. The front office people Thasmi , Kate , and house keeper Naresh were amazing, and kept everything in tip top shape. Prices for room service and drinks at the rooftop bar were reasonable.

A good value-for-money stay with friendly and helpful staff who made the experience pleasant. The room and overall stay met expectations for the price paid. Breakfast was decent, though it could offer a little more variety. The only downside is the lack of restaurants or shops within comfortable walking distance. Fortunately, tuk-tuks are readily available at all times, making it easy to get around.

Nothing in particular. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the limited dining options within walking distance, but with tuk-tuks readily available, it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The entire Hotel Team was very Courteous and Welcoming with a Smile, at all times. The Chef specially offered and made simple Indian Veg food for us. The Room Airconditioning, Sleep Quality, Shower was Good. Housekeeping team was very responsive.

Room & Washroom was very dimly lit, needs to have brighter lights. Room furniture is dated, needs upgradation / renewal. Buffet Breakfast was good on only the 1st and the last day. Rest of the days it was very shabby due to low occupancy. Lack of Veg food menu options for vegetarian travelers like us, though the Chef was very helpful on that.

Five star service from Thenura,Mr Godfrey from the movement we sat down,they were polite,highly professional and incredibly attentive without being intrusive.they gave excellent menu recommendations and ensured our food arrived perfectly.It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days.The restaurant is lucky to have them on team...Good luck Thenura..and Mr godfrey...

Overall, it was an excellent experience. The reception, room, housekeeping, and food were all outstanding. Special thanks to Thenura, Jayamini, and Janithi for providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Staff are very helpful all the time, especially the ones who check in on us. And security officer Wijesuriya helped us go above and beyond to keep us happy and comfortable.

Excellent calm location and easy access to colombo city.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready to support. We came with our two year old baby and one staff even gave her a teddy bear. Room service food was actually much better priced than in food outlets and service is fast enough.
