Location worked for a quick overnight on the road. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

It wasn’t clean. Walls were dirty, there were used tissues in one of the cupboards. The table was sticky. The worst was the dirty shower curtain.

Very clean and staff are very kind

Location works great for us for a quick stop. Older place with a reasonable rate We enjoy the brewery across the street.

Loved the locked gate so l knew our vehicle would be reasonably safe during the night. The staff were super friendly and quick to offer information such as eating facilities, convenience store, etc.

Breakfast was basically none existent so we drove down the street to eat. The building needed a fair amount of repair. One of the corners in the hall way had fallen off and staff just propped up the broken piece.

The location was close to main road with lots of shops nearby including Tim, Starbucks, A&W etc. even a dollarama which turned out to be helpful for us.

When we opened the room, it smelled dusty straightaway. The bedsheets were not very clean and smelled wierd. The curtains were also very dusty, only bathroom was was clean enough to our satisfaction. The rooms look really old, but it was overall ok for 1 night stay unless you have problem with dust.

We liked the location and staff were able to accommodate us.

Staff could be friendly upon greeting guests and possibly offer some information about Hope. For example, highlights of the area and direct them to some points of interest.

Late evening booking easy and quick. Nice lady greeting me and no fuss. Small balcony and bathroom window was a welcome sight! Room was clean and no smell.

Water was warm not hot enough for bathtub. No other complaints.

Location was very good and there was no breakfast that I could see.

The room was not as expected and it could have been cleaner especially the floor.

We needed an affordable room to crash for one night, and this met my expectations. The staff was friendly, the wifi was good, and the room was reasonably clean.

The decor wasn't amazing (TV was on a folding utility table) and we did notice some ants in the room.

I stayed overnight on friday and sent email with photo that the sheets were dirty at 2:30am when I discovered it when i went to bed. They did not respond,so I covered it up with the towels. I then told them in the morning and showed photo when I checked out. Said they had to talk to manager. Then said that they couldn't compensate or report as the cleaner would get fired. Then said they would get manager to call. No call backs or emails. Just called again Tuesday afternoon. They said it was my fault as I did tell them there was a problem within 15 minutes of being there. I said I didn't check the sheets, and she got mad and said everyone checks the room and they have 24hour service.

The room was not cleaned and had a trash bottle left at our room table. Washroom had no washbasin inside to wash hands, Everything was a mess. Would not prefer to live in again.

Staff went out of their way to give me a room that aligned with my disability.

We liked the very warm and welcoming staff. The room was delightful as well as comfortable. Perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Pillows were terrible. Arrived in the dark and the hallways had no lights on. Someone broke a passenger window in our truck overnight, nothing stolen though. Gentleman at the desk was pleasant.

Great for an overnight quick stay, to break up a long trip. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

This hotel was a great one night, economic, travel thru stay. Though it is a bit dated, it filled our needs for the night. Clean and convent. The Korean Kitchen restaurant right next door was excellent. I would stay here again.

Basic accommodation but good for the price, external noise from road and trains, ideal for an overnight stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. For what I needed, it met my needs. Staff were very nice upon check-in.

Bed was comfortable. There was no facecloth with the towels. Older plumbing. Noisy air conditioner.

The property badly needs upgrading, carpets were dirty, towels were stained, only 1 facecloth for 2 people, no decaf coffee available.

Good place to stay while in Hope. Clean room, very spacious, recently updated, lots of parking, comfy pillows, fridge kept my beer super cold. Only complaint would be our air conditioner wasnt working but it wasnt overly hot so wasnt that big a deal. Overall good stay!

The front desk attendant was reluctant to accommodate any requests. The same individual also attempted to charge extra for an early check in that would be almost half of the stay itself when he had charged someone else less than half that amount. Will never stay here again.

First off gave us

Air conditioner sucked, the set up of the room was awkward and then when we found the switch for the ac it did nothing to cool our room, we felt like we were in a sauna. The check in process takes to long and they don't had their system in order. They don't have a night clerk so they lock the main door and they have some rooms that need to go through the main door. They were great with giving our wedding group staying there that early check in and allowing the bus for all of us.

I want to thank the staff and manager of this hotel for their honesty and the accommodations we received. The bedding wasn't as good as I expected, but they immediately took care of it and made sure that everything was clean (We arrived at midnight and they were sooo helpful). The bathroom was really clean. The big highlight is their honesty. My daughter forgot her jacket and wallet. We received a phone call immediately, and the manager was kind and shipped both items to our house. Honesty is priceless. The mattress was soo good :) Thank you!!

This was a good, budget hotel close to the main street, restaurants, tourist sites and facilities in Hope. The room was large and clean. and quiet with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions.

It was clean enough, the bed was comfy. It was quiet. I found the hallway and staircase to our room very dark and dungeon like. One thing the room lacked was a luggage rack to put our luggage on.. that would be an added asset. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

Great value! I needed a low cost, clean and quiet place to sleep and host a work call. The bed was amazing! Best sleep I’ve had in ages.

The property was just off the highway check in was easy there was a Korean restaurant next to the motel was was quite busy. The rooms were as advertised adequate no complaints

The guy who checked me in didn’t speak English well and didn’t tell me things I needed to know in advance.

These people are thieves. They told expedia that i stayed yhere when i didnt. Expedia also was very useless in trying to get my refund. Please do not use this hotel or expedia
