No air conditioner in the bedrooms only living room and was very hot Also only one bathroom but we could not lock it for privacy

La posizione, la pulizia e diversi servizi nella zona.

Rubinetto del lavandino del bagno non centrato rispetto al lavandino e faceva andare l'acqua in tutto il top. Il condizionatore rumoroso perché datato. Per fortuna non c'è stata l'esigenza di accenderlo per la notte.

Molto comoda la posizione, personale gentile, a 20.minuti a piedi dalle maggiori attrazioni della città.

Ci vorrebbero delle zanzariere per evitare di tenere l'aria condizionata sempre accesa per paura che entrino insetti e zanzare. Purtroppo i condizionatori erano piuttosto rumorosi e la stanza non è isolata acusticamente, tanto che si sentono i rumori che provengono dagli altri piani del palazzo. Mancava qualche oggetto utile per mantenere la casa in ordine, come mocio e secchio, e abbiamo avuto incontri piuttosto spiacevoli con degli insetti/blatte che fuoriuscivano, probabilmente dagli scarichi della doccia, dato che il chiusino non si riusciva a chiudere.

Internet speed is 2 Mbps, and the connection drops intermittently. There was dust on the wardrobe shelves, even though we weren't allowed in until 3 PM due to cleaning. No bathroom ventilation—only a window—making it very stuffy. Water leaks from the shower stall onto the floor through the gap between the glass and the floor. The toilet paper is thinner than an atom. The shower gel and hand soap are the same product; it doesn't lather or clean effectively. Everyone had dirty hair by the end of the trip. It smells like cheap soap from public restrooms. The air conditioner is mounted right above the windows; it causes the wall to vibrate heavily and makes a lot of noise, making it impossible to fall asleep.

A spacious apartment but a bit residential and didn't have the same vibe ... as it was our first visit to Barcelona we decided on 2 different locations but definitely preferred the other one.

Whilst spacious, it felt sterile. The elevator was very slow and small ... noticeable when everyone checked out at the same time so we used the stairs!

Non è una critica, ma un suggerimento, da implementare un aeratore nel bagno della camera matrimoniale ed un mobiletto per appoggiare qualcosa

L’espace était vraiment super ! Nous étions dans l’appartement pour 2 personne avec terrasse. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé, mais plutôt très sobre. Les personnes de l’accueil sont adorables !

Si je devais faire des critiques ça serait que malgré une douche propre il y a beaucoup beaucoup de calcaire. Donc elle partait à première vu un peu salle mais ce n’est dû qu’au calcaire sur les côtés de la douche, sinon elle est impeccable. Autres choses, la terrasse très grande avec une super vue sur la Sagrada Familia et les toits de Barcelone. Par conte ! Il n’y a pas de parasol, ni de table et chaises pour manger (même en plastique ça aurait été super). Nous n’avons donc pas vraiment pu en profité avec les fortes chaleur car rien pour nous abriter du soleil ou y manger. Et pour le mobilier de terrasse présent je pense qu’il mériterait un coup de machine à laver. Donc pour le prix c’est bien mais avec une terrasse pas vraiment exploitable à mon sens.

La ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos a pie de la Sagrada Familia y de una estación de metro. El aire acondicionado, imprescindible en verano. Por último, también destacar la amplitud de la casa.

Por decir alguna cosa, se agradecería un lavavajillas.

The apartment was new and welcoming. It was perfect for up to 5 people. Having two bathrooms was a remarkable plus.

The apartment is well equipped but I would recommend to add some kitchen utilities.

Los aires acondicionados no estan en las habitaciones por lo q hace mucho calor para dormir, pedi ventiladores y no me repoondieron.

A acomodação é padrão, entrega limpeza e conforto razoável ao que foi cobrado.

Fui enganado. Paguei a caução de 300 EUR no check-in e era pra ser devolvido com 8 dias. Já se passaram 2 meses e não recebi. Mandamos várias mensagens, mas a acomodação não responde e não nos deram nenhuma justificativa. O booking é burocrático e negligente ao ponto de não intervir como deveria. Estamos aguardando ate hoje e nada.

Top locatie op loopafstand van de Sagrada Familia. We waren te vroeg, maar konden onze spullen vast droppen terwijl het appartement nog werd schoongemaakt. Het heeft alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Vooral de airo is heel prettig in de zomer, je moet daarbij wel de slaapkamerdeuren opzetten omdat de airco units (2) alleen in de algemene ruimte hangen. Appartement zelf heeft geen wasmachine, maar voor 5 euro kun je op de parterre verdieping wassen, werkt prima.

AI Mode conversation: we just concluded or very nasty inhuman racist experience stay at EasySleep Eixample Sicilia, 159, Eixample, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. First the Location is OK though it seems a rough area in Barcelona. The apartment 5 out of 10 because the toilets/ shower was filthy and disgusting, mould and fungus in the shower not cleaned at all. The kitchen ws good including utensils but the bedroom linen / bed was rough , the It names as EASY SLEEPING the sleep was rough. The TV is absolute disaster not an smart TV just local TV only! The best part however was the Balcony which we will give 9 out of 10 cause of the Basilica view. BUT we had the most miserable and inhuman welcome when we arrived, We arrived 12.45PM on 4th August for 5 nights, we already informed that we will arrive 12.30 - 1.30pm so to have a bit early check in , since this is not a hotel and no place to sit we expected they will consider, also since my wife has a problem walking due to a spinal surgery and she is wearing Heart Pacemaker. We arrive but no keys in the locker so I called and asked the office person , this was around 12.40Pm He immediately said NO we need to wait till 2pm , I explained my wifes situation, meantime the cleaner lady appeared very angry and started saying loud , I believe for us to go and come at 2pm. I tried to explain, the the office person asked me to bring evidence /document in regards to my wife' medical condition or email , I said I will text and then did so, this was still not enough and rudely did not want to give the keys, stating room is not ready ( later we realised the room was ready even 12.30pm but the Nast rude RACIST cleaner was do inhuman and did not want to give the keys) Now at around 1.30pm we were tried and my wife had to stand since no chair and weas feeling dizzy, I still begged them to give the keys, . later The Nast cleaner woman reluctantly gave the keys .

Le foto non sono quelle dell’appartamento che abbiamo scelto. Sulle foto dell’appartamento che abbiamo prenotato su Booking e’ ben in evidenza la lavatrice, cosa che invece non era presente in appartamento, quindi attenzione, se avete visto la lavatrice nelle foto, non pensate che sia presente. L cosa ci ha dato molto fastidio.

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed in a convenient location. We also had a room on the top floor that was well insulated from street noise and the weather was very hot & humid so the a/c made the apartment very comfortable. The view of Sagrada Família was a beautiful bonus too!

La entrada fue a las 16 horas y la salida a las 10. Aunque lo preguntamos, no hubo posibilidad ni de entrar antes ni de salir un poco más tarde. Otro inconveniente fue el ruido que hacía el aire acondicionado y que solo hay dos Split, con lo que el frío del aire no llega por igual a todas las habitaciones.

Property was good.

Air conditioner was only in hallway not in the bedrooms. One of the air conditioners was not working. Bathroom in the bedroom had no warm water.

Impeccably Clean: Extremely clean! The housekeeping team did an incredible job，they definitely deserve a huge shoutout! Spacious & Comfortable: The room is massive, the bed is comfortable, In terms of hardware and cleanliness, it’s completely faultless. Super convenient location, close to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is fantastic, surrounded by several supermarkets, bakeries, and plenty of great restaurants within short walking distance.

Early Arrival & Luggage: Check-in is strictly at 14:00, and they do not store luggage. If you arrive early on weekends，you’ll need to use a nearby convenience store for paid luggage storage. for the other days you can leave luggages in their office, 5 minutes from the appointment by foot. Check-in Process: There is no front desk, and door codes aren't sent in advance. You have to call them upon arrival to get the code. I had a slight moment of panic standing outside, but my second call went through smoothly and I got my keycard right away.

- God seng, gode puter - Fantastisk balkong med utsikt til Sagrada Familia - vi elsket den! - God størrelse på leiligheten, spesielt stuen - Naboene var hyggelige - Praktisk med heis til 7. etasje, selvom heisen går veldig sakte og er gammel! - God sofa - Fordel med tørkestativ til å tørke klær og håndklær etter stranden - Balkongen var høydepunktet med leiligheten, den er virkelig fantastisk

- Hadde vært greit med litt mer privatliv mellom denne balkongen og naboens balkong, man er veldig tett på hverandre - Solsenger på balkongen hadde vært deilig - Litt mer utstyr til matlaging, og oljer og krydder hadde løftet oppholdet betraktelig - Soverommet er lite og mangler aircondition. Det er kun aircondition i stuen, som var upraktisk på sommeren - Litt treigt og til tider dårlig WiFi

Die Lage war perfekt und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unseren Aufenthalt. Der kontaktlose Check-in hat reibungslos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, mit zwei Bädern und gemütlichen Betten. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon war ebenfalls ein schöner Pluspunkt und hat den Aufenthalt abgerundet.

It has what it takes for a decent stay. Close to a grocery store and coffee shop.

The building and neighborhood area are not very pleasant. The kitchen lacks some basic supply, e.g. paper towels, garbage bags, no ice in the fridge. The building has a laundry room (need to pay) on the second floor, but no detergent.

El departamento es amplio, muy cómodo para 6 personas. La limpieza fue excelente. Sinceramente nos gustó todo del departamento.

Nada. Lo único que se podría haber mejorado es el horario del check in. Solicitamos entrar antes con bastantes días de anticipación porque el vuelo llegaba muy temprano, aunque sea un rato, pero la modalidad de dar las llaves, en nuestro caso fue entregar las tarjetas de ingreso a las 14hs a todos los que estábamos esperando en la entrada del edificio. El departamento estaba limpio desde hace rato, se notaba. No estuvo bueno que nos hayan anticipado el check in porque querían entregar todo junto.
