Reviewed Jun 30, 2026I have no complaints about the property, really. It was an average Japanese hotel room and we were pretty comfortable with it. There was a floor undergoing maintenance when we stayed but we couldn’t even hear a thing. The location was really convenient too. It’s in a very lively place. This was by far my best hotel experience (im a frequent traveller and have stayed in multiple A Class hotels before), particularly due to Ms. Kiruda from the reception staff. We were going through a hard time because of my mother-in-laws death but she always brought a smile to our face and went out of her way to help us. We only asked her for the bus timings, etc but she gave us a whole printout and also booked a taxi for us there. She is a very kind soul.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The hotel is in the shopping walking street so it is convenient to look around the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and the space is okay. The staffs are friendly. There is no parking lot but has a co-parking lot with discount near the hotel (less than 5 min walk). The amenities are at the 1st floor to pick up to use in the room - like the other Richmonds. This is another hotel chain that I would like to stay in the future.
If you could improve the pillow to be softer would be good.
