Chambre simple mais fonctionnelle et calme. La piscine est super. Beaucoup de transat tres confortable et surtout abritée du vent. Super bien situé sur la route principale en bord de mer. Salle de fit bien équipée.

Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner mais très dommage que la qualité ne soit pas toujours au rendez vous. Hôtel spa, mais il faut payer un supplément pour la piscine spa, c est dommage. De grosses attentes aux ascenseurs aux heures de pointe.

Segunda vez hospedada neste hotel , desta vez numa suite familiar , todo o hotel é fantástico, a comida é excelente de boa qualidade e variada oferta tanto em alta temporada de verão ou inverno , estimam o cliente , de referir um cartão de boas vindas por ter regressado ao hotel com Bombons de boas vindas , bem acessível para pessoas com deficiência ou idosos ,

Adoro tudo , contudo o espaço na piscina está a tornar-se pequeno em época alta para a quantidade de hóspedes

Für Badeferien sehr geeignet. 3 Nächte reichen für einen guten Strandurlaub aus. Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig, im 7 Stock wunderbare Aussicht. Etwas laut in der Nacht. Freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Morgenbuffet. Nähe zu Benagil-Höhlen. Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis vorhanden.

Etwas harte Betten. Liftsituation, teilweise lange Wartezeiten. Für Massagetermin muss 4-5 Tage im voraus gebucht werden (September).

The room was big and the beds comfortable. The sea view was actually a proper sea view from our room. It's a short walk to the beach which is very big and the pool is a good size - there were always beds or chairs available. Cleaning staff are very good as are the restaurant staff. Breakfast has a very good range and there were always lots of tables available.

Restaurant food at tea could be a bit dry. I don't care for music in a hotel environment and it goes on late some nights, which has meant the review is an 8 and not a 9. Smoking and vaping seemingly allowed around the pool.

I noticed welcoming attitude, refreshment at the disposal in the entrance hall. The best advantage I appreciated was the location near a beautiful beach La Rocha. I liked excellent restaurant especially the buffet. Cosy outdoor pool was easy to enjoy.

Just a detail, the wall decoration in the room was a shiny large sticker.

Dou pontuação máxima, pois destaco toda a simpatia de todos os funcionários, desde a recepção, até aos funcionários de limpeza, e principalmente toda a equipa da área do restaurante, no pequeno almoço e jantar. São excelentes na forma como recebem, estão sempre muito atentos a tudo o que precisamos ou nas suas funções de recolha, sempre com uma simpatia extraordinária, sorriso acolhedor e discrição impecáveis. Muito obrigada pelo trabalho excelente que realizam diariamente. A variadade de comida e pratos diários estão de parabéns e o preço muito bom, sendo que podesse comer de tudo, as vezes que apetecer e quantidade que desejar mos.Para além da confecção da comida, que esteve sempre uma delícia.( Destaco um arroz corvina, que estava uma delícia, parabéns ao cozinheiro), quero mencionar também a excelente opção de Music Live no Bar. Quizás el acceso del primer día con coche hasta el carga y descarga de la recepción es muy poco intuitivo , deberían explicarlo bien antes de la llegada . El horario de recogida de toallas solo por la mañana es complicado , especialmente cuando llegas después de las 3 y ya no puedes recogerlas.

An amazing location, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful ocean and its stunning caves. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the food was delicious. We stayed here for 7 days and will definitely come back again! The hotel pool was perfect as well.

**Wonderful hotel and location** Such a great hotel in a beautiful location, with truly 5-star food! The staff were always helpful, friendly and polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised that it was possible to find free sun loungers by the pool for most of the day, so there was no need to get up early to reserve one. The nearby beach is absolutely stunning — probably one of the best beaches you could imagine. The restaurants were another highlight, with absolutely delicious food. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from an excellent 7-night stay at this hotel. As always, I will try to offer a balanced review, highlighting what was good but also mentioning anything that could have been better. Let's start with the very few things that caused us any concern. The main issue for us was the lifts. Although we were only on the 3rd floor, being in our 60s meant that we did need to use them. At certain times, it became very difficult due to the volume of guests using them. It was particularly noticeable how small the lifts were. With the dining area being on floor -1, the lifts were also often unavailable when trying to access them from reception. Let's just say the stairs were used a lot! The only other point worth mentioning was at check-in. The staff were lovely and very friendly, but we felt that things such as meal times could have been explained rather than simply providing a card with the details. It would have been so easy to explain everything while also highlighting the information on the card. A small point, but one that would have been helpful. Those minor issues aside, we really could not fault the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was spotlessly clean. The bed was massive and, although quite firm, was extremely comfortable. There was a large TV in the room, although UK guests should be aware that UK channels are not particularly plentiful. Tea and coffee were provided, and the bathroom contained one of the best showers I have ever used. All in all, the room was excellent. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was very good. I have stayed in other hotels where there has been a greater choice, but we could always find something we liked. In terms of food quality, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The ground floor is where you will find reception, the outdoor pool and the snack bar. We didn't use the pool, but we did purchase food and drinks from the snack bar and had no issues at all. For us, the best part of the stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. The dining room staff deserve a special mention for the way they engaged with all the guests, regardless of nationality. Their friendliness and attitude really added to our stay. The hotel is around a 5-minute walk from the beach and is located on 'The Strip', with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. If you want to party, it's a great location. However, if, like us, you prefer somewhere a little more genteel and peaceful, this perhaps isn't the ideal location for you. Overall, we had a fantastic 7-night stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The excellent staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, food and location all made for a very enjoyable holiday. Just be aware of the busy lifts and the lively location if you prefer somewhere quieter.

Had a great stay with my teenage daughter, we did B&B which was perfect. The hotel manager was very accommodating with changing our room as we didn't have a balcony, also even though the pool wasn't overly big we managed to get a bed a few days. The staff were all lovely, food was fantastic and location was perfect. Overall, a very lovely holiday.

Great location and fantastic staff. Plenty of amenities close by and ready access to ride-share and car rentals to explore the surrounding area.

This was our second stay… even better than the first… our room was very spacious and immaculately clean and services every day with fresh sheets as well. The air conditioning was very good. The food in the buffet is really good quality, fresh and varried on a daily basis. Lots of fresh fruit and salads too. The evening buffet is amazing value for money given the quality and that it also includes drinks. The pool is really nice, clean and the pool area is very well maintained. The location is excellent and right on the edge of the beach … very short walk The live singers and opportunity to do some dancing in the evenings… this was enjoyable and there is a friendly atmosphere.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr groß. Personal sehr freundlich. das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Parkgarage, kann man dazu buchen, ist sehr geräumig.

Die Lage des Hotels am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Leider ist es da sehr laut, man kann das Fenster mit Meerblick kaum aufmachen in der Nacht. Auch die Livemusik am Pool am Abend ist sehr sehr laut.

Everything was beautifully clean, the breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly, the location was also very nice; in short, it is a very nice hotel and we would love to come back again next year. The beach towels that you are allowed to use for the pool and also the beach.

Hotel is clean and spotless. The staff are approachable and friendly. Breakfast was good (toast station needs to be located somewhere else so the que doesn't block everyone). The location of the hotel is perfect, it's in the middle of everything without the noise of everything. So for the down side .. firstly more sunbeds are needed at peak season, failing that more needs to be done to remove towels on sunbeds that are left for hours. Only once the whole week did we see this monitored. They should absolutely be moved if not used after 1 hour. Lots of people just sitting around waiting for one to be free. Very unfair. The pool is too small for inflatables or ball games. Its big enough for a dip to cool off and thats it. Evening singers are hit and miss. Conclusion: brilliant for adults and couples that want to explore the area and are happy to be out most days. Not family friendly for kids , they will be bored unless you enjoy your days at the beach and exploring.

Pool table is paid per hour, and the cues are all warped and funny sizes. After paying so much for a room, pool table should be kept up better and included in the price.

Location is in the middle of the main strip across the road from beach.7th floor sea view had a lovely view obviously (there are 8 floors)Breakfast had everything you'd want was very nice.Lunch was nice I recommend the chicken wraps and sweet potato fries which you can order separately as most snacks come with crisps as is the norm. Cafe frappes amazing.Room cleaned every day,all staff very friendly. Great for families and couples of all ages I would say.Fridge was stocked with snacks and drinks that come with a reasonable charge and replaced daily as are the coffee pods...excellent.Sliding door to balcony very good soundproofing though we were up high.2 lifts available usually busy with a short enough wait time.

The area was extremely busy and noisy the rooms however are very sound proofed and comfortable.

Loved it. We stayed half board. The breakfast and dinner is all you can eat, help yourself, buffet style. But the food is incredible. And the desserts... Must have had 5 a night! Nelson and Sergio were lovely. All the staff couldn't be friendlier. The room was spacious and lovely sea views. The spa (the after dark option) was a great experience and would recommend. The gym facilities were very good too. The location is right on the sea front with shopping street and pubs right beside it. You still sleep great through the night as you barely hear anything when you shut your door. Would highly recommend. I returned home yesterday and have already booked for next year at the Jupiter alrgarve hotel!

Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen, daher hat das Zimmer unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Insbesondere die Aussicht aus dem 8. Stock zum Meer! Wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht, haben aber das Buffet am Abend genutzt da wir von vorherigen Aufenthalten bereits wussten, dass abwechslungsreich und sehr gut gekocht wird. Das Buffet am Abend all you can eat inkl. Getränke unter 60€ für 2 Personen unschlagbar. Ausserdem scheint der Speisesaal und der Fitnessraum renoviert worden zu sein bzw. es hatte neue Geräte. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

This was my fourth year staying here, and once again it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s always nice returning to a place that consistently delivers such a high standard of service. I had another fantastic visit and will definitely be back again next year.

Very nice hotel, clean, rooms great, breakfast very good and lots of choices, location was perfect as it was at the end of the "boardwalk" and easy access to the beach and all the amenities. Noise level was fantastic as you could not hear the outside with the windows closed the ONLY drawback the guests were elderly and not what they showed on their TV MONITOR INFORMERCIAL. We did haha a good laugh but all in all great resort no matter what age. the STAFF bent over backwards and were there whenever what ever you needed DEFINITELY a place to stay!!!

Very nice and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and services, food has always alternatives for people that have intolerances. The atmosphere is very friendly, and professional. Located 5 minutes or less from the beach Praia de Rocha and other small stores close by. Pool is very clean and organized, as well all other services.

Enjoyed our weeks holiday very much. Great location for beach access (although fairly steep and a number of steps to get down to there). Lots of nice cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. Local bus to Portimao v easy indeed. Pool can get fairly busy for loungers but we always managed to get one. They are not the most comfortable but adequate. Pool bar & cafe v good with excellent helpful friendly staff. The dining room buffet is very well organised and always speedily replenished. Lots & lots of choice nicely set out and easy to access even when busy. Only disappointment was at neither the Algarvian or Portuguese themed nights there was not a sardine in sight! Staff clear crockery quickly and quietly. Pleasant atmosphere and not too noisy like some other buffet hotels. Reception always really helpful and had time to help. Bedroom comfortable with enough room. Balcony was a great choice. Bathroom spacious enough with bath / shower combo. Limited amenities provided by way of shampoo etc. Overall very good and would recommend Enjoyed it and would recommend.

I loved that it was very close to the AfroNation festival and also very close to shops and restaurants.

I truly believe the cleaning of the hotel could be improved especially the public spaces such as the elevator.

Second year staying here! Location is a 10/10 as it is within walking distance of Afronation and the strip. The staff are lovely and go above and beyond for you. Room is lovely and comfortable.

Leider absolut unverschämt teuer in der Zeit von dem Afro Nation Festival und 40€ berechnet für einen günstigen Wein und Früchte die schon am verderben waren. 2 Äpfel, 2 Birnen und ein paar Trauben. Auch nicht schön angerichtet. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war jetzt auch nicht der Burner aber war ok.

We stayed for a week as our base in Portimao. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach and to explore the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with all expected facilities and good air conditioning. The beach is minutes away with plenty of bars and restaurants and shops within a 2-15 minute walk. The bar, has plenty of seating, two pool tables away from the bustle of the TV screens (The World cup was showing). The outdoor and indoor pools are clean and busy. Buffet breakfast will set you up for your day and plenty of variety depending on your diet and hunger. Great value for money too.

Breakfast and dinner were very good, diverse and tasty food. Staff at restaurant was professional and very attentive. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very close to the beautiful Praia da Rocha.

Lobby staff could use a refresher on interpersonal relations. Unsafe unblockable windows in the room are dangerous for families with small children - a small but potentially crucial detail.

Not enough sunbeds, generally a small pool area for such a large hotel. Indoor pool wasn't part of the price, which is a faux pas in my opinion. Not enough variety for Dinner, a "fussy eater" option per night would have been good, paid for 1/2 board but didn't use the dinner options once.
