Foi informado a receção com tempo que era a nossa noite de núpcias. E até pedimos late check out e que nos foi dito que apenas no dia seguinte poderiam responder. Quando chegámos nessa noite solicitamos o pequeno-almoço no quarto e foi nos dito que o mesmo apenas seria servido até às 10:30. Aguardei até perto das 11h e liguei para a receção a questionar. Foi nos dito que iriam confirmar passados 5 minutos retornaram a chamada e disseram que não iriam servir mais e que não tinha sido confirmado esse serviço na madrugada. Acabamos por não tomar qualquer pequeno-almoço que estava incluído no preço.

Loved everything about this place. The staff are the kindest, most willing to help people ever. The rooms are very clean and smell nice. The breakfast is also very good with lots of options. The pool is very clean with a great view and the lounge on the roof is the absolute best. I could’ve stayed there all day. I ordered the burger there and it was magnificent. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely return.

The fact that the room price did not include access to certain facilities like the spa.

Café da manhã bem completo, equipe atenciosa, quarto espaçoso e com varanda, piscina agradável no terraço e estacionamento seguro, porém pago.

Pelo custo da diária esperava um pouco mais nas comodidades em geral, como, por exemplo, algumas amenidades no banheiro e reposição diária de água. Mas tivemos uma ótima estadia no local!

Hotel muy completo: piscina, spa, gimnasio, terraza con cocina abierta todo el día, música agradable por la noche. Hotel muy tranquilo solo para adultos y parejas, así no te molestan grupos de niños o de borrachos (ya que la bebida no de incluye). El buffet de desayuno es espectacular. Y además tienen bus gratuito a la playa ida y vuelta a varias horas. Pedimos media pensión: desayuno y cena, y te dejan cambiar cena por comida en la terraza. La comida muy buena. Tienen también opciones vegetarianas. En las tumbonas de la piscina se pueden pedir bebidas. Te dan toalla para la piscina. Las habitaciones tienen una pequeña terraza. Hay parking dentro del hotel.

No ponen artículos de aseo, excepto jabón y champú. No sé si se pueden pedir en recepción.

Certaines chambres donnent sur la route, assez passante (bruyant). Ce n’était pas notre cas mais celui d’amis.

Ótima estadia, com serviço e comodidades excelentes Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no JMH - Couple & Spa. O quarto era espaçoso, impecavelmente limpo e contava com uma cama extremamente confortável e roupa de cama de alta qualidade. O check-in foi rápido e acolhedor. As instalações de categoria 4 estrelas — especialmente o café da manhã e a academia — atenderam às expectativas. A localização facilitou o deslocamento. Com certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente.

El hotel está genial, muy nuevo, bien cuidado y muy limpio. Todo el personal muy amable. El buffet desayuno muy completo. La piscina y snack bar de la terraza estupendo. La ubicación está al lado del puerto y a unos 15-20 minutos de la playa de la Rocha, no obstante tienen servicio de transfer desde el hotel. Una estancia muy buena!

La habitación y el baño muy bien. La piscina estaba muy bien, tranquila, lo que esperábamos. La atención del personal muy buena.

Almuerzo bastante justito para lo que esperas de un hotel de esta categoria. El embutido podría ser de mejor calidad.

Rooftop pool was great I rated the staff as average; the reception desk staff have a serious attitude problem - completely in contrast to the service staff at the rooftop bar/ restaurant - it appeared the higher you traveled the better the service

A cobrança do estacionamento para uma diária bem paga. O transporte para a praia da rocha termina muito cedo.

Profissionalismo no serviço, flexibilidade em adaptar os pedidos e entregar com rigor e simpatia. Excelente para casais que desejam namorar e romantizar a sua viagem.

Dos funcionários, quarto ótimo espaço bem calmo e confortável tudo muito bom e recomendo.

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön, sauber und modern. Die Außenbeleuchtung ist wundervoll. Das Essen und die Getränke bei der Poolbar sind sehr gut. Über den Service kann man sich auch nicht beschweren, aber der Kaffe beim Frühstück ist nicht gut, beim Pool sind zu wenige Liegen für die Anzahl der Personen. Außerdem sind überall Kieselsteine am Dach, welche sehr nervig sind. Und man darf keine eignen Sachen wie Obst oder Getränke beim Pool trinken/essen und ist so gezwungen was bei der Poolbar zu kaufen. Die Lage ist nicht allzu schlecht man kommt gut zufuß zu Supermärkten und zum Strand - allerdings mit 15/20 Minuten Gehweg. Für uns war es trotzdem insgesamt eine schöne Reise, jedoch würden wir nicht mehr erneut in dieses Hotel kommen.

The property complied to what they were offering on their website.

I didn’t like the crowded breakfast, crowded pool and Portimão itself.

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The roof top pool was fabulous. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, particularly the fruit bar. The staff were all very courteous.

The rooftop pool sun loungers were great but the umbrellas didn’t tilt so it was difficult to get some shade. Also the sand under the loungers was kinda painful to walk on. The hotel was about a 20-min walk to the beach and town. There was a shuttle but it started after 10am and finished by 5:30pm so wasn’t very useful and we never used it.

Très bien placé à quelques minutes en voiture de plage. Très calme car adults only. Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Piscine sur le toit avec transat.

Struttura bellissima, moderna e posta in una zona centrale tra il porto e la spiaggia. Ottima colazione, sia con scelte dolci che salate.

La piscina è un ottimo appoggio, però ogni tanto andrebbero tolti i sassolini che inevitabilmente la gente porta dentro, dato che si trovano all’esterno.

It was convenient to get to the Afro Nation festival—you can walk if you're fit enough. It's about a 15-min walk. They had restaurants on site. They had security and water/treats in the lobby. Fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast.

The rooms were small, the food was not good, and the price wasn't worth it. I think they definitely overcharged during the period I was there.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel à Portimão. L’établissement est agréable et bien situé, avec une piscine sur le toit vraiment appréciable pour se détendre. Le parking sécurisé est un vrai plus, même si les places sont un peu serrées. La navette mise à disposition pour aller aux plages et venir nous récupérer est vraiment super pratique. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos, todo o Hotel estava bem limpo e mantido. Tinha diversas comodidades disponíveis. Os quartos eram muito confortáveis e espaçosos

Schöne, saubere und moderne Zimmer. Bequeme Betten. Zum Frühstück große Auswahl, alles frisch und nachhaltig. Zwischendurch kann man jederzeit in der Lobbe kostenlos Kaffee (Automat) und Wasser (in Karaffen) trinken. Shuttle zum Strand wird angeboten (kostenlos). Zu Fuß geht man ca. 20 Minuten zum Strand, zur Promenade und zum Hafen. Freundlicher Empfang und Service im gesamten Hotel. Private Parkplätze am Hotel.

Für die kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer sollte eine Anleitung bereitliegen.

Acho que para o valor que se paga, no mínimo o pequeno almoço deveria estar incluido. Cobrarem o estacionamento também não gostei… É assim que conseguem que as pessoas não voltem

Great breakfast, nice pool area with a view on the top floor, but the best was such a helpful and friendly staff!

Live music every evening except on Tuesdays - only we did not like it because it was impossible to sleep on the 3rd floor until the show was over. For an active holiday, a good night sleep is so important but we slept poorly almost the whole week.

We booked a junior suite room 302 which was at the end of the hotel at the front. The room itself was very spacious with a seating area and a huge bathroom, this room also had a fantastic balcony which wrapped round the wand of the hotel and was very large. The bed was far too hard for our liking also the wardrobe space was minimal with only 4 hangers in each. We rang down to reception and they immediately sent up more, maybe a good idea to leave these in the room for the next guests. However all these great points were irrelevant, we went to bed at around 10pm on the first night, and that’s when it started, there was constant very loud traffic noise, on the road immediately below, very loud motorbikes and heavy goods vehicles, these kept us awake most of the night, the room does have double glazing patio doors which of course were closed, this did very little to keep out the very loud traffic noise. We went to reception the next morning and explained the situation, to be told “we’ve never really had complaints about the noise before” well that must be a huge exaggeration of the truth as there is no way anyone could get a decent nights sleep in this room. We asked to be moved and were offered the same junior suite but at the rear of the hotel room 301, exactly the same nice room, same hard bed and to be fair as you would expect quieter, however I would not stay in the room again as it was still far to noisy. The hotel is for the money a bargain, BUT if you are going to book here make sure you get a room to the rear of the hotel as you will not sleep well otherwise.

Excelente pequeno almoço e muita simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários com que contactei. Fui para participar na queima das fitas e por lapso deixei uma fita uma no quarto, prontamente após a minha ligação, a recepcionista foi logo verificar com as colegas da limpeza se a mesma se encontrava no quarto e ao se verificar que sim, foi logo guardada. O quarto muito acolhedor e as camas confortáveis.

The beds arent very comfortable. The sandwiches are too big which i know isnt a bad thing but maybe some smaller menu snacks.

Everything!!! This is our 5th time returning and we will be back for sure. Great location, great staff and excellent facilities!! Big shout out to the most friendly and professional Rebecca she is just so nice!! The roof top is amazing. We used both pools, spa area, gym and even got time to use the complimentary bikes. Spotless clean with very comfy beds! Cant wait to return..... Keep up the great work!!

Die Suite war super und beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt.

Wegen der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel ist es teils etwas laut im Zimmer.

Really clean beautiful hotel. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was so good, loved the fresh orange juice. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop pool has an amazing view and a lovely bar area. We used the free shuttle service to Praia de Rocha but also walked as isn’t too far.
