Location is good for the sights

The noise outside our room was relentless throughout the night. The complimentary earplugs beside the bed should have been a giveaway that we were in for a sleepless night. This is simply not a hotel to choose if a good night’s sleep is important. The noise continued well into the early hours, from restaurants packing up to people wheeling suitcases over the cobblestones, traffic and rubbish collection. My friend then had to begin a 24-hour journey back to Australia on virtually no sleep, while I had a full workday ahead of me. It’s a real shame because the staff were lovely and the room itself was perfectly decent. I suspect that rooms higher up or on the opposite side of the building don’t suffer from the same issue. Unfortunately, ours overlooked the source of the noise and should either be better soundproofed or guests should be warned before booking. What disappointed us most was the lack of any response after our stay. We contacted the hotel several times to share our experience but received no reply. It was a missed opportunity to acknowledge our concerns and show that guest feedback matters.

Loved location, breakfast and hi-functioning air conditioning.

WiFi was only intermittently unavailable. The staff indicated it was a provider problem so likely not a reason. It to book here.

The hotels in very good location near most of the landmarks

The AC is not as cold as you expect it to be after 99° weather outside. mornings can be very loud because of garbage pick up and cars driving up and down the street

The staff were simply great, and the location of the hotel is fantastic, just a five minute walk from the Colosseum and Palatine hill Forum . Lots of restaurants nearby.

The hotel needs some work done, the sofas in the entrance hall are worn out ,and the terrace where we had breakfast,and becomes a bar in the evening, also needs a refit.

The location was excellent, central and just a short walk from the train station and all the main landmarks. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were very kind throughout our stay. We appreciated that it was attached to a pizzeria, and felt safe the whole time we were there. We also loved the rooftop, the view was great and the seating area was really nice.

The room fell a bit short of what the photos online had led us to expect. There was a musty smell that lingered the entire stay and never went away. The doors were very light, so we could hear practically everything happening in the next room, making it hard to get much privacy or quiet. Also, no one seemed to be working on the rooftop when we visited, so it would have been nice to have staff present up there.

Localização excelente, próxima a todos os principais pontos turísticos. A rua conta com ótimos restaurantes e fica perto de bares e outras opções gastronômicas. A acomodação também possui uma pizzaria excelente, com mesas no rooftop, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. Foi tudo excelente!

La posizione, l'hotel era vicinissimo al Colosseo La colazione sul rooftop. La gentilezza dello staff.

Il bagno "cieco" in camera. Nella doccia ci sono problemi di muffa,sia sulla tenda che sul vetro. Le salviette sono rimaste bagnate e non sono state cambiate.

Sänky oli kulunut ja kuopalla, siitä iso miinus. Eikä oikeastaan ollut palveluita, esim. ravintola tai paikka suosituksia.

Bra läge, gångavstånd till allt. Även tunnelbana och bussar i närheten. Väldigt bra frukost på takterassen, bl a goda croissanter, färskpressad juice, ägg och bacon, frukt. Allt vi kunde önska. På kvällen kan man sitta där uppe och äta, dricka och umgås. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Bättre än förväntat och vi kan absolut tänka oss att bo här igen!

Det var lugnt på gatan på natten, men oljud varje morgon när sopbilen kom och hämtade tomflaskor.

Excelente localização e equipe muito gentil. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. Fica próximo do Coliseu e é um bairro muito charmoso.

Fantastiskt läge med närhet till alla sevärdheter. Personalen får absolut högsta betyg. Frukosten som serverades på takterrassen var av toppklass.

The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very helpful with coordinating checkin, checkout, and giving information. Location was great.

The power kicked off and on throughout the night. At least two times the lights came on full bright and then dark again. Another couple of times, when the air stopped circulating, I had to unplug the key and insert again to get the air to come on again.

Perfecta ubicación, cerca de los principales monumentos. El desayuno buenísmo y variado, incluso te podías hacee un zumo de manzana natural.

No hay sitio para aparcar y es zona ZTL. Un poco caro.

Rooftop is just ok

Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Es gab es auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf das Viktor-Emanuels-Monument. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels perfekt.

Da das Hotel zentral ist, ist es manchmal sehr laut. Uns hat es nicht gestört und für den Schlaf liegen für jeden Gast Ohrstöpsel bereit.

Todos nos recepcionaram muito bem e foram super atenciosos. O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Tudo funcionando direitinho. Melhor café da manhã que tivemos durante a nossa estadia na Itália. E a localização é ótima. É possível ir ansando para diversos pontos turísticos. Recomendo.

The room was really spacious. Clean everywhere. Bathroom really spacious too. Shower strong flow and really warm. Bed was really comfortable. The air conditioning was good. Really close to the coloseum. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Coffee was great. Fresh apple and orange juice available using a machine. Weather was beautiful which made the view pretty awesome too

Small issue with noise from the street in the morning. Might be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Didn't really bother us too much

Odamız çok tozluydu, kumaş yatak başlığında saçlar vardı, havlular çok sararmıştı kirli gibi hissettiriyordu. Temizlik açısından hiç rahat edemedik. Kahvaltısı çok kötüydü birkaç şarküteri, kötü yapılmış yumurta ve tek çeşit ekmek dışında neredeyse hiç bir şey yoktu karnımızı zar zor doyurmayı başardık. Odamız arka taraftaki havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyordu ve sürekli yemek kokusu ve sinek girme ihtimali olduğu için camı açamadık oda hücre gibi oluyor camı açamayınca. Bir de son olarak banyonun odanın içinde olması ve cam bir bölmeyle ayrılması çok kötü, hem duş alırken odaya su akıyor, hem biri duş alırken diğer kişi odanın camını açmaya kalkarsa dışardaki binalardan duşun içindeki insan görülebiliyor, hem de banyodaki tüm sesler odanın içinde duyuluyor. Ayrıca banyonun nemi tüm odayı havasız yapıyor ama camı da açıp havalandıramıyorsunuz.

What a fabulous location. Staff was fantastic and extremely helpful. Had one or two problems and it was handled immediately. Breakfast on the roof was good, coffee a little cold but the rest was good quality! Will recommend to any traveler

Staff were wonderful and breakfast on the rooftop was very good. The location was excellent, a very short walk to the Colosseum and metro stops. Lots of restaurants nearby. We would recommend this hotel.

The shower and bath were open to the main bedroom. Needs a larger curtain that will block the view into the room and block water on the bathroom side. We made it all work, but it was a bit awkward.

De locatie goed en het ontbijt prima!

Het is echt heel gehorig. Vooral aan de straatkant continue geluid van afvalwagens, mensen, motoren, leveringen voor het restaurant etc. Zowel savonds als heel vroeg in de ochtend.

Sie liegt sehr zentral. Forum Romanum liegt vor der Türe und das Kolosseum gleich daneben. Zum Petersdom geht man 25 Minuten. Man kommt an viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten in 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß hin. Die U-Bahn ist 10 Minuten entfernt.

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr reichhaltig. Es gibt nur Toastbrot. Das Frühstück ist auf der Dachterrasse. Wir waren Ende März da. Es hat da geregnet und es war kalter Wind. Es hat da durchgezogen wie Hechtsuppe. Ohne warmer Jacke hat man da gefroren.

L’emplacement à deux pas du Colisée, le confort et le charme de l’hôtel et le buffet du petit déjeuner très bien. Le restaurant accolé à l’hôtel est excellent avec un service top.

L’horaire du petit déjeuner à 8h est un peu tard pour commencer la journée de visite. Aucune vue depuis la chambre.

Il costo della camera non è minimamente proporzionato alla camera stessa. Che è da mediocre affittacamere. La pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare, tanto che ho dovuto richiedere l'intervento. Il bagno era sporco.

Très bruyant la nuit.

La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e molto accogliente, abbiamo alloggiato al quarto piano. Letto grande e con un materasso davvero comodo. Bagno con dettagli raffinati e doccia molto ampia. Frigo bar super fornito, prodotti da bagno offerti di buona qualità e possibilità di prepararsi tè o caffè in camera. La colazione viene servita su una bella terrazza con vista sull'Altare della Patria e sui tetti di Roma, il buffet non é particolarmente vario, ma i prodotti offerti sono sempre freschi e di buona qualità. Un plauso allo staff che si occupava delle colazioni, sempre gentile, sorridente e premuroso. Ottima posizione rispetto al centro città e alle principali attrazioni.

Insonorizzazione delle camere migliorabile. L'albergo si affaccia su una zona rumorosa e alla sera si sentono gli schiamazzi degli avventori dei locali sulla via. Al mattino spesso ci si sveglia al suono dei netturbini che raccolgono il vetro. Pulizia dei pavimenti non molto accurata.

Le calme de la chambre, la fenêtre donnait sur un espace non passant. La literie est impeccable. La salle de bain est bien agencée, il y a suffisamment de place pour se préparer sans se sentir à l'étroit. Le personnel parfait, à l'écoute, très disponible, et très sympa! Ils gardent les bagages, avant le check in et après le check out si besoin . La Résidence est située à 2 rues du Colisée, à proximité de bonnes adresses. Emplacement au top! L'accès au métro ligne B est à 7 minutes à pied, donc facilité de déplacement dans la ville.

Bardzo fajny kameralny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Obsługa jest naprawdę miła i bardzo pomocna. Od początku czułem się tam bardzo mile widziany. Pokój który zajmowałem był czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Wszystko było dokładnie tak jak w opisie. Taras na którym podawane są śniadania robi super wrażenie, jest tam piękny widok, a pani która tam pracuje tworzy bardzo miłą atmosferę. Restauracja przy hotelu również jest bardzo dobra, a pracownicy są bardzo sympatyczni. To był mój pierwszy raz w Rzymie i bardzo się cieszę że zdecydowałem się na pobyt właśnie w tym miejscu. Jeśli będzie okazja to na pewno tam wrócę.

Wszystko było super

Spędziliśmy idealny weekend :-). Śniadanie znakomite, w pokoju niczego nie brakowało. Lokalizacji idealna blisko Koloseum, w pobliżu mnóstwo restauracji i kafejek. Korzystaliśmy również z wypożyczalni skuterów która jest na sąsiedniej ulicy.

Un poco el ruido exterior. Es una calle de bares y restaurantes y el servicio de limpieza municipal y la recogida de basura se escucha un poco. No nos ha importado mucho porque salíamos temprano del hotel a visitar sitios, con lo cual...

The residence is in a very good location, near the Forum Romanum, with some restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful, and the check-in went without problems. The breakfast was good, with fresh orange juice. The room was just like on the photos.

The noise from the street was disturbing, as the window in my room was not sufficiently isolated - I could understand what people were talking about on the street even with widows closed.

La ubicación es maravillosa, a tan sólo 6 minutos del Coliseo, las habitaciones son confortables, aunque el personal no esta todo el tiempo en la recepción, son muy atentos y puntuales.

Mejorar un poco más el desayuno

Camlar çok ses geçiriyor, dışarıda çekilen valizlerin çıkarttıkları ses, toplanan çöp ve özellikle cam çöpü uykudan kaldırıyor. Otelin hazırladığı kulak tıkaçları durumu yeterince kurtaramıyor maalesef, kesinlikle ses geçirmez camlara ihtiyaç var.
