Staff was pleasant, really good Massage! The location is good, but it’s hard to find the way at first.

My room was really small and the AC didn‘t work properly. TV had no channels

We had a problem with the toilet and as they couldn’t fix same day they upgraded us to a suite next day (hotel was full before) to say sorry. Staff were all lovely

A traditional hotel in the mdina. A great location and very authentic hotel with lots of history. The welcome tea service on arrival was wonderful as were the staff, who went above and beyond to be helpful.

Please note that taxi drop off is approximately a ten Minute walk with luggage to the hotel as cars cannot enter the Mdina.

La ubicación es perfecta en la Medina y nos ayudaron con el traslado al aeropuerto, como no se puede llegar en auto, alguien nos espero para ayudarnos con las maletas y no perdernos entre los callejones. Recomiendo la experiencia del Hamman y SPA.

Excelente ubicación, muy fácil de llegar y ubicarse. Está muy cerca de la plaza Jemaa el fna. El personal muy amable. Es un lugar increíble que hizo nuestra estadía en Marrakech muy agradable. Lo recomiendo 100%, sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hermoso riad.

Se siete alla ricerca di un'oasi di pace nel cuore della Medina, è il riad giusto. Abbiamo pernotatto qui per 7 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le stanze sono piccoline ma pulite e con l'aria condizionata. Ogni mattina veniva rifatta la stanza e cambiata la biancheria. La colazione, tipica del luogo, è una vera coccola. Ottimo sia il pane che i dolci e le uova in vario modo. Il personale super disponibile. Abbiamo più volte nel corso del soggiorno chiesto se potessimo avere la colazione al sacco e ci hanno sempre accontenti. Un grazie speciale a Soumaya et Soulaimane che si sono resi disponibili da subito e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole venendo dietro a tutte le nostre esigenze. Non vi fate spaventare dall'essere nel cuore della Medina perché quello è proprio il bello. Anche il passeggiare nelle vie per arrivare al riad è un'esperienza da fare.

We don’t normally write reviews and this our first bad review but this is the truth. We locked our door each time we left even for breakfast and swimming. We placed about $175 dollars inside a wallet with credit cards and driver licenses that was inside a purse that was inside a backpack in our room while we toured the Medina’s. When checking later that day we found the wallet open, credit cards and driver licenses still there. We thoroughly checked our belongings and the room. We talked to the person at the front desk and the head of housekeeping came to our room. She looked under our bags and under the bed and asked did you check under the bed, which I did initially but made me think to check further. When they left I began to feel in places unseen and felt behind the corner of the bedpost and discovered the money. We did not place it there and it definitely could not have accidently fallen there. It was placed there for future retrieval after we checked out or placed there when the front desk person and housekeeping came to our room. Either way we are 100% certain an employee from the Riad went through our bags and attempted to steal the money. In addition, the day prior to the cash theft I also found my airpods, which were on the bedstand when I left, tucked next to another bedpost. In hindsight the similarities are too great. in searching the internet this was referred to as a “delayed theft” technique. In days following we had several discussions with managers and the owners who were all pleasant and said this has not happened before. We had a cordial phone call with the owner for about 15 minutes who rightly so was concerned about this review but we explained we felt it our duty to fellow travellers to tell the truth. We actually really liked Riad Hadmane, great location, good breakfast and a wonderful swimming pool. However given the attempted theft we do have to give it a poor rating.

Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful, location was excellent. Soumaia was very welcoming and happy to help, the hospitality really made our stay special

Esperienza fantastica! Il Riad è perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista: l'accoglienza è stata calorosa e attenta a ogni dettaglio, la pulizia è impeccabile e la posizione è davvero ideale per esplorare la città in totale comodità. Un nota di merito alla colazione, davvero squisita e ricca. Recomandatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Déjeuner complet et délicieux. logement propre. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. le personnel est très accueillant, disponible et au petit soin.

La première chambre où on a été accueilli n'était pas du tout convenable, fort heureusement le personnel a accepté de nous en trouvé une plus adapté à notre attente et gracieusement.

Es ist nicht kinderfreundlich. Wenn Kinder bei der Buchung zugelassen sind, es also kein Adults Only Riad ist, sollten die Mitarbeiter sich anders verhalten.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. I felt so comfortable as a female solo traveler. The breakfast was food and the common area in the raid was beautiful.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié que l'hôtel nous demande uniquement des paiements en cash pour les activités alors que nous n'avions que notre carte bleue, nous avons réservé plusieurs hôtels durant ce séjour c'est le seul qui nous demandait QUE du cash, dont la taxe de séjour avec une commission de 10€ dessus... Nous n'avons pas apprécié le petit déjeuner avec des milliers d'abeilles sur le toit, il était impossible de manger, aucune solution pour ça malheureusement c'est la nature mais bon... Nous n'avons pas apprécié de trouver un cafard dans la chambre, même si c'est la nature également cela n'a pas sa place...

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla piazza principale, ma in un vicolo silenzioso. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare Sulimane. La stanza ampia e accogliente, la colazione buona, la piccola piscina sul terrazzo molto carina e soprattutto utile nei caldi giorni di fine luglio.

Il lavandino e la doccia avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione, poiché risultavano parzialmente ostruiti. Alcuni asciugamani sarebbero inoltre da sostituire, essendo ormai piuttosto usurati. A mio parere, anche la pulizia del tappeto presente nella stanza potrebbe essere migliorata.

Beautiful Riad in Marrakech Medina and just a thow away from the main square. Very easy access, very comfortable and quiet rooms, superb breakfast served in the rooftop terrace which also has a lovely plunge pool to keep us cool. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Belle situation à 5 mn de la place, bel accueil, chambre trés confortable, riad magnifique💙 la piscine sur le rooftop est un plus par les grosses chaleurs. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester les massages et le hammam, ce sera pour une autre fois!

A piscina era um pouco apertada pro local, mas não afetou nossa estadia. E sugerimos também de incluir mais ganchos no banheiro para pendurar as toalhas.

Alojamiento perfecto para nuestra corta estancia en Marrakech, en el centro de la medina y a unos 5 minutos caminando desde la Plaza Jemaa El Fna. Decoración típica marroquí, con un patio y fuente central. Personal atento y establecimiento limpio, con cambio diario de toallas y agua de cortesía a nuestra llegada. Desayuno completo a base de té/café, zumo fresco, fruta, yogur, bizcocho, huevos, panes marroquís... servido en la terraza del riad.

Cómo mejora, incorporaría una mampara en la ducha para evitar salpicar de agua el baño

The pool, breakfast, everything!

De riad is gelegen in een rustig deel van de medina maar toch nog steeds dichtbij de gezellige straatjes en het grote plein. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze zorgden ervoor dat wij ons echt gast voelde. Wij hadden de suite die echt prachtig was. Traditioneel ingericht maar van alle gemakken voorzien.

Alles was geweldig!

Wszystko było super! Piękny, klimatyczny Riad z tarasem na dachu, na którym można odpocząć zarówno w dzień, jak i wieczorem. Basen z leżakami i baldachimami to idealne miejsce na relaks. Dodatkowym atutem są masaże i zabiegi na twarz. Świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko placu. Obsługa przemiła, uśmiechnięta i zawsze pomocna. Na powitanie czeka pyszna marokańska herbata i ciasteczka. Zdecydowanie polecam!

We had an amazing time at this riad! The rooms were gorgeous, staff were helpful and the cleanliness was perfect. On the first night we arrived there was a problem with the door on our room, so Soulaiman was extremely helpful and efficiently moved us to another room for the night with no delays or issues. He was also very kind in helping us with our broken case. It was my partners birthday while we were there so Soumaya organised getting decorations and a cake free of charge for the celebrations. It helped make our stay and we are super thankful! Soulaiman, Soumaya, and the rest of the staff were great and this riad is a perfect place to stay if you're looking to spend time in the Medina.

There was nothing major at all as this is a great place! I would say the flies at breakfast were a little annoying but I think that is just maybe a seasonal thing. The showers could be bigger but the bathrooms themselves are lovely. No real complaints! I loved.

We just love the Riad. Its beautiful; the colors, the interiør, the Roof-terasse. The massage was wonderful. The personal working there is lovely. The breakfast was good! And: aircondition in the lovely and calm room with good beds.

Some issues in the heat (45-47 degrees) with bies during breakfast at the roof-terasse, but it is not something the personal can fix. Some jam in a cup «solve» the problem a bit.

not easy to locate, no signs showing direction from the busy market area. Breakfast - If your happy to share your food/drink was the local wasps, then your enjoy your breakfast. Sights from Rooftop not the good, nothing much to see, besides other build rooftops, instead of market place sights, etc.

Atendimento é muito bom. A Soumaia é fantástica. Já viajei por muitos lugares do mundo e digo que foi o melhor atendimento até hoje.

Az ezeregy éjszaka meséi elevenedtek meg számunkra... Amint beléptünk ide teljesen elvarázsolt a hely hangulata. Igazi autentikus, keleti stílusú butik hotel, rendkívül kedves személyzettel. Az elhelyezkedése is nagyon jó, 5 percnyi sétára a főtértől. Finom reggeli,ami pont elég a nap indításához. Tetszett a medence és a gyors wifi.

Talán egy kis hűtőszekrény jó lett volna a szobába, de e nélkül is tökéletes volt minden. A reggelinél kicsit zavaró volt a sok darázs, bár ez nem a hotel hibája.

A very beautiful riad. Spacious room (free upgrade!). Good location, close to Djemaa el Fna. Friendly and helpful service. A delicious dinner on the 1ste evening. In short, a fantastic stay!

On arrival Housni was very welcoming. He gave us a tour of the Riad which is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Our room was lovely and cosy and had air conditioning, which was a massive bonus. The breakfast was very nice. All the staff are very helpful. To end our stay, we had a Hamdane treatment which was very nice. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We came back from the desert late and everything seemlessly worked. Taxi transfer, late check in, room upgrade. They organized early morning hot air ballooning at a good rate which was a bucket list event. Quite amazing.

There were quite a lot of bees upstairs by the pool and dining area. As a result plates could have been cleared more quickly.

Can’t speak highly enough of our experience at Hamdane. Helpful, friendly staff who could not do enough to help us. Beautifully decorated clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely roof top area and small pool area with some sun beds. Again beautifully presented. Close to the square. Would recommend.

Really nice stay overall. Great location in the Medina, quiet street but close to everything. Issam (the manager) was super helpful and made everything easy, and the staff were all very friendly, welcomed us with tea when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The massage was amazing — definitely a highlight. We also loved the rooftop area, especially chilling by the pool, nice spot to relax in the sun.

Honestly nothing major, everything was good for a short stay.
