Location and staff

I reserved NON smoking room but the room was used for smoking room before. So the room still smelled badly and my belongings and clothing were affected badly.

The facilities were good. Dinning area was pretty nice.

That it was not named right on Google maps. When you type in mecure takes you to the grand mecure instead.

Location: Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station in Solo. There is an Indomart near the hotel, which is a few meters away. I enjoyed going for a morning walk around the hotel and also at the terrace garden area on the fifth floor Service: Good! The receptionist spoke good English. Outdoor foods are allowed. The bellboys are very respectful and polite—very quiet hotel. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Overall good. The room and common areas were well-maintained. I walked to the hotel area, and it's really well kept Room & Amenities: The bed was comfortable, and there was a power socket near the table and bed, which was convenient. WIFI connection is good inside the room Water Pressure: Good and consistent. Breakfast: Simple and nice selection. All local Indonesian cuisine selection. Pasta and noodles were available too.

Not really a good experience staying at the hotel. Started with not getting the room based on the reservation. They said that one of the reserved rooms were not available. The hotel did upgrade the room with additional extra bed. But the AC temperature in the room was not cold at all. The engineer came to fix the AC, but it didn't work at all. I called the front desk to ask for moving me to different room. I had to wait more than two hours to get the new room. The new room was great, but the AC was still not cold. It was better, but still not cold. My friend who stayed with me and one of the hotel housekeepers confirmed that the AC temperature was not cold. I have upcoming reservation in Swiss-Bellin in Malang on July 26th. I do hope that I will not getting the same experience.

Not as clean as I expected and the building & furnitures looked old. There was no hair dryer and I had to borrow from the receptionist.

The staff were very friendly, including the security at the front and the cleaner. They always greet you with smile and they display high professionalism throughout. The location of the hotel is fantastic, it's located right across the second biggest train station in Solo, and it's closeby from the basic necessities. Hotel room was clean.

The AC was not able to be adjusted. It stayed at 22 degree, but certainly a fixed set isn't going to suit everyone's preference. The phone cable kept on falling off, and upon fixing, I was unable to make a call as there was no dial tone.

The breakfast was amazing, with different variety.

Not that i didnt like it, but the WIFI could have been better.

Good Hotel

The room was well appointed, the amenities were also good. The facilities overall were also good, the pool and play area great for kids. The breakfast was fine - but very crowded, and we struggled to get a table at the beginning.

Unlike advertised on this website, and other online booking sites, THE PARKING IS NOT FREE. We had to pay a flat fare of parking, only once and then free, but still IT IS NOT FREE. It was 5000 IDR which you could argue not so much, but it is NOT consistent with free parking that is advertised.

I stayed for five nights due to an event held in Solo. I stayed in the Deluxe room for the first three nights. It was a bit small for me and my husband but if you plan to spend most of your time outside and use the room only for sleeping then the Deluxe room is good enough. Despite the size, the room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower worked so great. I moved to the Grand room for the rest two days. And the size was just perfect. Breakfast variation was limited but they were delicious.

The air con not to cool even after the technician adjust it. Oh and we almost can't get in to our room bcos the acces card failed system so we need to wait the technician to come and fix it fyi we get there arround 11pm with a baby so its not convinient for us to wait.and the ammenities : the toothbrush is missing only the box was there the hk not really check it I guess. I think the hotel guest need to get a free parking

The location is right in front of Purwosari Station and surrounded by so many food shops and convention stores. The room is clean, the staff are nice. Housekeeping is great.

1. It is said in the information that the room is served with a minibar. I thought there would be some snacks like what we got in other hotels, but the minibar (snacks or food) didn't exist. 2. We got a message through WhatsApp, it is said from the hotel. They were asking for a down payment money. I am not convenient with this method. It's better for the hotel to ask to pay in the beginning than they had to message every guest asking for money. I have used Booking.com since 2012 and this is my first case. Kinda ridiculous.

Lobby is too small, not comfort to see

Location is good if you wanna get the train the next day. To the city center its quite some distance, you need a taxi. The room was clean, nice view through the window and on the terrace.

They forgot to ask us to pay during check in, then called us several times, although we said we would pay the next morning... Shower drain was clogged, nearly flooded the bathroom.

The hospitality was nice and the food was very good! We had a good breakfast. The room was also clean and the bed so comfy for a three-star hotel. Overall, it's a pleasant experience!

The safe box were run out of batteries when I wanted to use it, so its a small minus right there.

Good hotel, clean and near the train station, but a littlefar from shopping area.

The room was ok, not that big but good enough (24 m2). There was plenty of parking place..we forgot to include breakfast and per person it’s 140.000 rupiah. Very expensive.

The safety box we couldn’t use because the battery was empty. The surroundings is not so nice.

This hotel was comfortable to stay although there were many families with small children. Some rooms were noisy with children crying before we entered our room so I was little worried about the quietness in my room. But when I entered the room, I didn't really hear them. The reason I didn't give 5 star for cleanness is that plates and glasses from breakfast were not clean especially glasses for cold drinks. However the quality of breakfast and staff who work at breakfast area is great. They quickly take your empty plates from your table and keep your table clean. The bubur was the best bubur that I had so far compare to other hotels in Indonesia.

5th floor of the hotel is amazing. we can have breakfast, lunch, teatime, and dinner...even supper with family there. it's so cozy.

The property is good, i like it, but the sink in bath room was clogged.

Close to the center city make our family can enjoy every meal in this city. Every Local meal inthis city is good taste. Try it believe me. Will miss this city

Almost deafening noise, shaking the walls, in the very early morning (6 am) from a very noisy event the hotel actually allowed to happen it its own parking lot, plus an all night noisy dance party in the neighboring room. It seems impossible that a 3 start hotel would prioritize making noise on megaphones at 6 in the morning, and allowing all night dance parties in guest rooms, to be more important than letting normal guests of the hotel sleep. I really don't understand. In any case, the manager upgraded the room and also helped me get to the airport on time, so I am grateful for the help and consideration, but really the event was a big mistake. Whoever authorized the noisy event probably should not be permitted to manage hotels, as they don't seem to understand the purpose of a hotel is for guests to sleep at night.

pertama kali menginap, parkir basement sangat luas dan nyaman, terkoneksi dg lift hotel. resepsionis yg ramah dan cepat, akses lift menuju kmr sgt private dg keycard, selasar yang mewah, kamar begitu bersih dan ruangan nya luas, cocok utk keluarga dg anak bisa bermain di lantai, kmr mandi agak kurang lancar air nya, terkadang sampai meluap ke lantai pembatas. tirai single, krg bisa menikmati pemandangan krn tdk ada vitrage. suasana kamar kurang kedap suara, kamar yg jauh dr lift msh terdengar bunyi lift, bahkan org yg lewat pun dgr suara dr dlm kmr.

Room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit dirty. Hotel is close to train station and accessible to restaurant and convenient store

I can't explain more. Well trained employees made me feel like home. restaurant in 5th floor was very noce and delicious, services were amazing, I remember the name of waitress 'Pipit' she cared me as my little sister did. The room was quite nice and cosy. I will definitely stay any Swiss Bel brand next time again.

Nice and comfortable hotel to spend long weekend with family. although the pool is not too big, but has been paid with comfort and beautiful ambiance.

Reasonably clean, the room is big. After paying the bill, the room service delivery staff did not return the change. Location not very good, far from everything, except the train station.

Excellent. There is a nice depot right next to it called Omah Londo. Lots of different food. And the hotel is connected with mall and food too.
