Direkt am See, extrem bequeme Betten, sehr nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück und Design, ruhige Lage

Kleine douche Langzame wifi

Rien!

This was our second stay in the same well-equipped apartment (La Torre). This time we stayed 6 nights. We still felt it wasn’t long enough. For calibration, we’re from the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area. We like all the restaurants in Lezzeno. I’ll take them any day over Bellagio restaurants. The Palazzo has a very nice private beach area in it’s solarium about a 5 minute walk from the property. The owner also has a modern sailboat guests can charter. We did and had an excellent experience. We had no problem with parking. In fact, we were able to park in the same spot every night of our stay. This will depend on when you visit. The path from the parking area (assuming a spot is available) is paved in stone and is a bit jagged and uneven and you do need to climb stairs to access the rooms. Breakfast is nice. Not large like at hotel buffets, but sufficient with made to order coffee and eggs. The staff is wonderful, Arianna is great, Abdul is very nice and helpful and will handle all your luggage from the parking lot to your room using his electric wheelbarrow. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Cristiano, the owner/architect. He’s great to talk to about his projects, the Palazzo, and Lezzeno in general. Charter his boat and he’ll skipper it and you’ll lean a lot about the area and the magnificent villas around the perimeter of the lake. The property is less than a 20 minute drive to Bellagio. We’re already planning our next visit. Oh, and opening all the large windows (around 8 in total) early in the morning to take in the view, listen to the lake, and hear the church bells is a very fulfilling experience.

That we had to return home. But seriously, not much not to like. I suggest requesting two sets of keys. In La Torre, the shower stall is small and the solarium is a bit of a hike away, but always a nice walk - definitely a bummer if you get there and realize you forgot the gate key or something else.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.

Parking 160 m from hotel

Nicely renovated historical palazzo. Owner and staff super helpful, with a personal touch.

There was no problem with the accommodation. However, it is to born in mind that Lezzeno itself is not really walkable, so even going to a restaurant is a challange.

Ruime kamers, hoge plafonds. Mooi palazzo.

A palazzo melletti park kilátással a tóra, a tágas szoba, a kényelmes ágy, a szobába bekészített tea, víz, kávé, a finom reggeli és a tulajdonos kutyabarát hozzáállása.

Nem volt ilyen.

Breakfast was lovely in an amazing indoor or outdoor choice. ( do not miss the artwork on the ceiling in the breakfast area) The venetian wall finishing through out the property. Heated floors in the bathrooms. Attention to detail in the loving restoration of this family home.

A bit of a distance back to Como to meet friends for dinner. (not 15 minutes like I thought) location was beautiful ,But not close to town if you plan to run into town for things. Not lake front , but great views of the lake and you are one or two homes off the lake

Lieu magnifique, tout était parfait. L’accueil était très sympa.

RAS. Parking un peu loin mais anecdotique

Chambres spacieuses Accueil très sympa

Carrelage dans la chambre

Lloc molt bonic i l'Ariadna molt atenta i amable

A tranquil, good place. Friendly staff...

Absolutely the best!

Breakfast was amazing, staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

The restoration and decor. The property is wonderful

My wife and I stayed in the La Torre apartment. It exceeded my expectations. I don't know where to begin, so this review will be all over the place. The apartment is much nicer than what photos suggest. The apartment has a total of 8 large windows. It is bright and spacious. You're right on the lake. Waking up in the morning and opening all the living room windows to see and hear the lake is amazing. The view was beyond. beautiful. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped. Everything is new. Any dish or utensil you might need is there. There is a nice and roomy wardrobe in the bedroom with plenty of hangars and storage space. There is a convenient wall safe too, and we found the king-sized bed to be super comfy. The mattress felt new. Breakfast was very good with made to order eggs and coffee every day. Ariana and Gaia were super nice and helpful. At least one review commented on difficulty related to stairs and carrying luggage. That was a non-issue for us. Gaia had Abdul meet us at the parking lot, load up our luggage on an electric cart, and transport it to the reception area. Then he carried all our luggage up to our room. Upon checkout, he handled our luggage expertly and loaded it onto our car. So, trust me when I say it is a non-issue. Because we stayed in June, we had an easy time finding parking each night at the parking a few steps away from the Palazzo. The building itself is beautiful. The restoration job was excellent. For me, one of the best aspects and treats of my stay was to meet Cristiano, the owner/architect of the building. At the risk of annoying him, I asked him a question about the building, but what ensued, to my delight, was a great conversation over one evening and one morning about the history of his work on the building, all the hidden spaces and frescoes he discovered while working on the building, and about the challenges of the restoration and use of helicopters to deliver ceiling beams and the jacuzzi.

Can't think of anything, so I'll use this space to keep saying good things about the Palazzo. It is about a 10 minute drive to Bellagio, so it is a very good option. The nearby restaurant on the water is great and stays open late. There is also a little market about a 5-minute walk from the Palazzio. There is nothing not to like about this place. It was great and I can't wait to visit again.

Lovely, charming, quiet. Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake. Breakfast in the courtyard with a custom omelet and variety of selections, all with wonderful service by the family.

Lounge with amazing 180deg view, very big flat ...the Palacio full of charms Breakfast with beautiful view outside, and fresh home made specialities Lovely private beach with amazing view

Absolutely amazing property, I would recommend it to family and friends.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Palazzo del Vicere! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the private little beach—it felt so cozy and exclusive, like our own hidden paradise. Everything about the place made us feel relaxed and welcome. We definitely plan to come back!

We had a 1 room apt on top floor, that had everything, kitchen, washing machine etc. Bed was very comfortable, large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic.

The road to get here is very narrow

Property and staff was amazing only setback too many stairs to get to our room like 55 they did advertise that but not that many

A tucked away, beautiful spot to see and enjoy Lake Como! Absolutely lovely owners and the kindness and little touches they made to the space were amazing. This is a spot we would absolutely love to come back to!

Palazzo Del Vicerè is one of the most amazing places to stay in one of the most beautiful parts of the World. Arianna is a star as host and communication on the booking the apartments and amenities including the private beach and jacuzzi along with recommendations for excursions, places of interest, and restaurants were invaluable. Abdul and Arianna's son helped move our bags to and from the car to the top of the building and all staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spotless when we returned each day. The breakfast was delicious with a broad range of local produce and a wonderful array of different foods. There are many restaurants nearby and has been said in other reviews about the area, you should phone in advance to book a table as they were all lively with very good quality food. It was a very special place and a wonderful experience.

Nothing

It has been a wonderful stay. The property is marvelous!

The property is an exceptional accommodation with premium furnishings and decor made even better by the attentiveness of the welcoming staff.

The Palazzo blew our expectations out of the water. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating and really made our stay exceptional. Arianna went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this hotel with our kids. It was great that we got a room on the top floor! Thank you for your hospitality and great attitude! If you want peace and quiet, I highly recommend it👍

Incredible stay at Palazzo del Vicerè! My family and I had an amazing experience — the hotel is stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms. Arianna was fantastic — she helped us check in early, greeted us with drinks, and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The service, setting, and comfort exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

The property is AMAZING with views of the lake. Other towns are very touristy, but this town was charming. The hotel manager even came to pick us up from the boat ferry.

The Building is stunning, the staff is very nice. We loved the breakfast and the view from the apartment

Nothing much to do around the place, so you need to drive/take the boat quite often

We stayed in the La Vista room at Palazzo del Vicerè and absolutely loved it. The view was just as amazing as the pictures and the location was walking distance to restaurants and a boat rental (which I would highly recommend). Arianna was very attentive and helped us out all throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay on Lake Como.

We stayed seven nights in Pallazo del Vice Re. This place is just wonderful. Really nice and spacious rooms all decorated differently (we had chance to see few of them). Breakfast was delicious and the staff… what can I say. I give them 10/10. Hotel is only 10km from Bellagio if you want to visit there. It’s great base if you want to explore Lake Como’s other beautiful cities. There is exellent restaurants close to hotel. For example Aurora that serves great food and the view from terracce is amazing. Pallazo del Vice Re is also dog friendly and our labrador wants to send special thanks to caring staff. See you next year.

Accommodating staff cooked us a late dinner completely privately, treated us like kings & queens. Room was very big and beautiful view. Close to Bellagio.

The parking was hard to find despite me reaching out to them. The name of the parking lot that they provided was not in any of my GPS apps (Apple maps, Google maps, Waze). The view from our room was amazing but the furniture is dated (antique perhaps?). Breakfast was great. There was a lot of stomping noise late at night while we were trying to sleep. Called the owner but they were not very helpful. They were nice and pleasant, offered a lot of information about the area, dining options etc…

The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more attentive

The staff and the facilities. The property was wonderful and everything was done to ensure the guests were comfortable.

No elevator to upper floors…but it is an old restored palace so elevators Are not feasible.

Absolutely loved our stay, great property! Adrianna was wonderful, I highly recommend trying her scrambled eggs with Parmesan! We also very much enjoyed Lezzeno, good transport link and overall a little quieter than other villages around the lake which was exactly what was needed. There are a few lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

This hotel is just perfect, beautiful location on the lake , the room is set up to highest quality , view of the lake is priceless. Owner of the hotel and Arianna and her staff were absolutely brilliant. Characteristics and luxury of the hotel is just superb. So much interesting history behind that building as well.. I am definitely going back for a second visit.

Everything was just perfect….

The breakfast and location was wonderful, the view was amazing. It was like staying in a castle.

we did have to take 92 steps from parking lot to our room, no elevator, so if you can't walk stairs it would not be for you. we drove a car and the parking lot was away from our room, but a very nice man from the hotel helped us with parking and our bags

The place was exceptional - the history, the views, the location. So many wonderful details. Christiano and Ariana were exceptional hosts. We highly recommend their sailboat tour around the lake, great company, great food, and history about the lake surroundings. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The views from our room were stunning in 3 directions.

You might have to head towards Bellagio for a better selection of restaurants. Very little sunshine on this side of the mountain in the winter.

It was an exceptional experience made all the more so by the hosts.

We had to leave. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

New AC in room leaked, floor water. Very old hotel with very nice and friendly staff. Located next to Lake Como.

Everything was perfect! Ariana is the best host there is! Breakfast was good and tasty. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The place is in a little village between Como and Bellagio with amazing views.

Can't think of anything:)

Very nice

Outstanding property . Lovely small boutique inn. A bit unusual to get to, but worth the effort . Wonderful owners, amazing history and Ariana was above first class as a hostess . Made our trip . Room was beautiful (LaVista) and great walking path in front of hotel allowed us to run each mornings. Nice relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bellagio. Loved it!

it was very good. the owner is very nice and helpful. we had a great time.

My partner and I truly enjoyed staying at this gorgeous renovated villa on the Lake of Como. Arianna, the lovely woman manning the front desk and helping out at breakfast, is truly welcoming and a pleasure to interact with. The villa is amazing, the rooms are big enough and nicely furnished, and the staff is extremely nice. Also, we were lucky enough to bump into the owner. He happens to be the architect who renovated the entire building and now helps to run the business. During breakfast, he regaled us with very interesting fun facts on the property and the renovation process, and overall made our stay a lot more interesting. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast. Lots of stairs. Fantastic views from La Torre. Helpful people.

AC was not so strong but it was really hot in August.

Great Stay,I love it here.

Excellent venue

Service impeccable and the decor to die for. Pictures don’t do justice as it is much better in real life. Attention to every little detail and perfect for a 3day getaway.

Incredible property. Staff and service was top tier

Excellent!

V good rooms, with excellent facilities

Poor wi-fi signal in one room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. it has stunning views over the lake.

If checkin could be earlier than 4pm.

Excellent views. Well renovated spacious rooms, maintaining key features but with a modern touch. Breakfast terrace. Within easy walking distance of a range of restaurants, bus stop and food shops. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very little.

We had a wonderful stay in this unique property with our 11 & 13 year old daughters. Staying in the family apartment L'Onda was just brilliant with so much space and our own jacuzzi overlooking Lake Como. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great place to stay close to Bellagio

Beautiful views and very friendly staff! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

The hotel is exllent , the staff are very friendly, the location is great, the breakfast was delicious,,, really it’s great hotel I hevelly recommend this to everyone, My thanks to receptionist Ms Arianna ,,, it was excellent experience

Nothing

Arianna and Cristiano were fantastic. We had a lovely time at the property and highly recommend for anyone looking to vacation in Como away from the crowds of the major cities.

Spectacular views from a beautiful apartment overlooking Lake Como, with its own private beach. Staff could not have been more accommodating or helpful. Christiano has done an amazing job restoring his ancestral home to a very high level.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. THEY WAITED FOR US UNTIL NIGHT TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE WE HAD A FLIGHT DELAY. THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ATMOSPHERE IS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY DURING THE RAIN:-)

What a lovely place! The area is quiet and the view is stunning. There's a lovely river view walking path leading to a nice restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and they made us feel like home. The building has lots of history and the room is clean and cosy.
