Perfect location. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything that is needed for a short or long stay.

I have stayed here on over 10 different occasions and every stay has been exceptional. Bianca is an absolute gem and her service is incredibly attentive. The apartments are spacious, modern and well-equipped with everything you would need. The location is also perfect with restaurants downstairs within the building. Its why i keep coming back here.

The property was spacious and safe.

Extremely noisy. Staff member were talking loudly in the corridors and other guests were up till late making a noise. We were woken by drilling from the downstream bathroom as well.

Breakfast was good. overall the apartment was good and it served its purpose.

There is a night Club just outside the Property that make sleeping second nature. The Noice is really unbearable.

We loved the apartment! It is stylish, clean and comfortable. The location is also great. We will definitely be back again.

The cot that was promised was not there

no responses from the hosts when i had questions , waited at least 30 min to get key on site to go to my room - everything else is honestly great its just very bad if no one can answer the questions you have ...

The apartment is well located, spacious and comfortable.

They can sharpen up on deep cleaning the apartment from time to time. Daily Housekeeping service is acceptable, but the apartment needs a bit of deep cleaning and maintenance.

Property was very need and clean. Very nicely located to restaurants and mall.

Passage does get very noisy.

Actually I liked everything on this place and I was so happy to see that their kitchen have all the kitchen utilities and their cleaning service staff was good. The views outside were stunning and the setting in the balcony I liked it.

There is nothing I would say I did not like in that place.

No staff to welcome you. You need to find a security guard somewhere in the parking basement to make contact and get the keys (this is their formal process). No indication of where you can park and cant park. Upon check-out, when we got in the car and wanted to reverse, we heard a destructive sound. Turns out the security clamped our wheel, damaging the rim of the rental car. Security did not want to release the car until payment - went to the mall manager and gave my grievance (all with my 80 year old father going for a heart operation). When you stay here, you will have to fend for yourself.

Great apartment with full self-catering conveniences. The location of the restaurant (Brilliant North Indian), the pub and the coffee shop (Coffee Cartel) all add to the convenience of the location.

The apartment was great! Furnished well and comfortable. The bathrooms were good and the showers had great water pressure - always a win.

The surrounding restaurants had very loud music playing until 1am. That was the only negative of our stay. We had hoped for a more relaxed time without the surrounding noise.

Excellent location — walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, which made the stay very convenient. Modern, spacious and well-kept flat, with a clean and fresh feel throughout. Towels and bedding were fresh and comfortable, adding to the overall sense of cleanliness. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for simple meals and takeout, and it looked well-stocked for cooking too. We felt safe at all times, which made the stay even more relaxing. The hosts kept us stocked with toilet paper, bottled water, coffee, sugar, and tea, which was a thoughtful touch.

The double bed mattress is worn on one side (cupboard side). It can get noisy on Friday and Saturday nights until about 2:00 a.m. due to the nearby restaurants and bars. Overall, though, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Very accommodating host, even though there were a couple of issues, she tried her best to correct the situation best she good. Fantastic location, close to everything.

Little privacy, workers coming in and out. Unfortunately quite noisy too, with staff members talking and pushing trolleys over pebblestones early in the morning. Cleanliness was also quite subpar

Excellent communication with Bianca. I came here for work with a family member and we enjoyed the proximity of the many restaurants(a shout for the Indian restaurant downstairs), shops & supermarkets (we had a preference for Woolworths). Our apartment with balcony was spacious & comfortable, extremely clean (daily housekeeping), well equiped including kitchen, A/C and private guarded parking. We had no noise problems whatsoever & we arrived on a Saturday & the restaurants & bars downstairs were full & very honestly we were not bothered at all. Everyday we also had 2 breakfast vouchers for 2 restaurants downstairs & both were excellent. Definitely recommend Heritage Square Apartments & next year we will be back & I won't even bother looking elsewhere, I'll just book with Bianca !

The apartment was lovely and modern. Showers were decent pressure. Felt welcoming when we arrived. Security was friendly and helpful.

The noise was awful! The first night the pub was playing music till 2am and second night the people staying next door were playing the music loud and talking loud! Sleep was minimal. The security door next to the lift that you used the round tag kept banging. So when anyone was going to their apartment they just let it bang everytime instead of just holding door gently and closing.

Neat, clean and spacious. Nice bedding and towels. Safe parking.

The main bedroom down stairs the mattress on the bed is a bit worn you can feel the base.

There was a skylight above the bed in the loft, which had no blind. The sun shines onto the bed. The 2nd skylight further away does have a blind, I imagine the other one has broken and not been replaced.

The apartment is spacious and centrally located. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and malls. Very safe area and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast vouchers at Coffee Cartel was very much appreciated.

The bathroom needs urgent attention. Cockroaches were visible in the shower and hid under the shower tiles. Apartment was covered with small cockroaches, on day 2 of our 4 day stay. I brought it under the attention of the housekeeping staff but I guess they don’t view this as a serious issue. They left a bottle of Doom after I requested that they clean the apartment thoroughly. Apartment was spotless, although, that very same night and the next morning small cockroaches were visible again. We couldn’t wait to leave the apartment.

I loved the complimentary breakfast, the rooms were clean and quite impressive.

the security at the gate were often not in the security office. when I arrived no-one was there and I was unsure of where to park my car to access the security office. when I left to check out it was the same story, no-one in the security office.

The door that works with a pass on the 3rd floor was difficult to open. The bus we were traveling with could not get into the parking allocated for guests as it did not fit and we had to leave our trailer in another parking spot.

It would have been nicer to be received at a proper reception area, than at a security office in a parking lot. However, the security guard was very helpful and professional.

The house keeping was great especially when coming from a long day of activities. The fact that a supermarket (checkers) is right down the road was very convenient. The wine estates close by was excellent, we chose the klein roosboom.

General maintenance of the facilities was lacking abit, the bottom of the stove cupboard was chipped. The balcony area was not safe for my toddler as there was an opening to the roof(maybe add a gate there or rail). The fact that there r no braai facilities was lacking, even a small portable braai could do.

A distância até as principais atrações no centro, mas de qualquer jeito em Cape Town vc vai ter rodar muito. Muitas atrações são longe. Pedi as almofadas das cadeiras externas várias vezes e não fui atendido.

Being met by small and two big cockroaches in the apartment. Not very impressed. (Just a recommendation, the gab at front door is very big. Closing it might help with little creatures not coming in) The wknd loud music. Kept me awake until 1h30 in the morning.

We had a lovely relaxing stay.

No long mirrors for dressing. The metal stairs cut my shins.

We loved the spacious apartment with the big balcony. It's was conveniently located, walking distance from pubs & restaurants. And short drive to wine farms.

Was nice and central with good parking. Also nice restaurants close by.

There was a club outside next to our window. So … can bother you some nights if you are trying to sleep early.

Only 5 chairs for a 6/8 sleeper at the dining room table and only 5 patio cushions too! What is with only 5????
