Hotel California Bandung

It was amazing worth room with the price. I took Executive Room and so so good. The full window bring new experience in Bandung got the city lights and city view. There’s sofa, refrigerator, dining table. You can request additional slice cake to celebrate birthday/ anniversary/ etc. Super recomended ✨

I stayed at Hotel California Bandung for 2 days and 1 night during a long weekend. Despite the high season, the room rate was still reasonable, offering good value for money. Location The hotel is strategically located and within easy reach of various attractions and necessities. If you need anything urgent, there’s a minimart just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Room The room was spacious and equipped with standard complimentary items like tea, coffee, and bottled water. It also had a mini fridge and a hairdryer, which are nice extras for a 3-star hotel. However, the bathroom amenities could be improved—shampoo and soap were only provided in small bottles, which weren’t quite enough for two people. We had to request more. Also, possibly due to the hotel being an older building, the room didn’t feel very clean. There were stains on the bathroom wall, which definitely needs attention. Service The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with parking assistance during the busy period. Facilities Facilities were quite basic. There’s no gym or swimming pool, and parking space is limited. However, the room features are great for a hotel in this category. Overall Despite a few drawbacks, I would still consider this hotel as one of my go-to options when staying in Bandung. It's a solid 3-star hotel with a lot of potential if cleanliness is improved.

The location is very good

Parking Lot

The property is aging and lack of maintenance

The place was great, the staff was all nice and very accommodating. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious. Good food, and a good place. Cozy and pretty quiet since it's not located in a hectic area.

Good service, quality and food. So comfortable, I recommend you to stay here if you with your family and friends travel or trip to Bandung. California Hotel also has a strategic location in Bandung making it easier for you to find food, souvenir places and others.

I have stay for a few days and it feels so nice and so comfy. The location of the hotel is great. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and helpful. Will be back to this place soon!

Book 3 room 10-11 September 2022. Was my second stay in this Hotel since 2013. The good things is room is very spacious. Hotel is already more than 10 years but the building and room still in decent condition. Breakfast have good variety and taste good. Keep up with the good work, will came back again in future.

Thank you Hotel California Bandung for making my stay a pleasant & memorable one 😊 the staff are friendly and provide good service to the guests, room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location is close to Bandung City Centre and also to many delicious restaurants. I hope to stay here again in the future, keep up with the good work 🖒😊

Toilet area was not properly clean and yellow stain around the tap area

Good location breakfast normal choice staff very helpful

Usually always chose to stay in resort type during our stay in Lembang/Bandung. But due to major holiday and almost all of our favorite hotels are fully occupied already, this is the next best one we can found. Better than my initial expectation. if you are come for business not vacation, then Hotel California may be one good option for your consideration,

This hotel is situated abt 4km to 5km from the city centre, there are not many cafes and restaurants nearby this hotel where visitors can go for a meal esp if we arrived late at night. The wifi is slow and always disrupted when surfing the internet. The hotel do not even provide first time visitor like me with a city map of Bandung, they claim they run out of this.

Very nice hotel and room is big

Love this hotel..this the 2nd time im there..sure will come again

My daughter n I enjoyed our stay at this hotel since its staff are very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided were good, especially the delicious chicken porridge. Definitely would love to stay there again whenever we visit Bandung in the future.

Dear all, I had a superb, 4th stay this year in this hotel. I will stay here again. Give it a try. You will not regret it.

Check in smooth. Rm big. With complete items, fridge mini safe hair dryer mini fridge n tv. Strong wifi. What impress me was very friendly staff n service. Reasonable out of request that can be met with a smile n promptly. Value for $$$.

Almost perfect stay. Especially to the remarkable service crew at the front desk. A special mention goes to Mr. Anton who went beyond his role to exceed my expetations and Not forgetting a very special staff Miss. Amelia at the F&B who's charm and smile made my breakfast especially hearty, Her refusal to allow me to self serve the multiple times I went to take my coffee, made me realise how the service standards meets and exceeds even most of the 5 star hotels. I would strongly recommend this remarkable hotel to all visitors to this beautiful part of the country. Absolutely worth the price and stay here in Bandung.

Good location. Helpful staffs But breakfast could be improved

We had an excellent stay here. Enjoyed everything about the hotel, I mean everything! Neighborhood is also clean and calm. Grab and Uber are always close by. Staff are well trained, Amelia, Ivonne, Jaka are a few names to mention. Strongly recommended for you to stay here.

The room spacious and cosy. The staff are friendly.

Good location, within walking distance specially when you want to avoid the Bandung traffic jams. The breakfast excellent

Prima hotel, Personeel super vriendelijk en servicegericht, Ontbijt zeer gevariieerd. Matras goede kwaliteit.

Rooms are ok, staff are friendly. However there is no shopping mall within comfortable walking distance. Got to have a car/taxi.

Pelayannya cantik dan ramah..nice

Disappointed in 4 main ways - (1) wrote on Wednesday (6 Jan 2016) via email to book free transfer from airport to hotel for arrival on Friday (8 Jan 2016) - no reply (still); (2) arrived on Friday (8 Jan 2016) and tried booking for free transfer from hotel to airport for Sunday (10 Jan 2016) - was told on Saturday (9 Jan 2016) no free transfer available for Sunday (10 Jan 2016); (3) requested for and granted late check out at 1 pm on Sunday (10 Jan 2016), at 11.30 am on Sunday, the reception called requesting that I checked out at 12.30 pm; (4) booked a massage for 90 minutes but masseur delivered only 70 minutes.

I stayed for 2 nights. The room is spacious and the breakfast is great. All needs attended gracously.

might be come back to stay

Good hotel but limited parking & breakfast was not so good especially bread

It was great to stay in Hotel California Bandung. Room condition is big enough and clean.American style Breakfast mixing local food was delicious. Overall the Hotel service was good.

lokasi strategis, akses kendaraan mudah. Sangat reccomended. Wifi agak lemah sarapan biasa saja

It was an awesome 4 night stay in hotel california. The service was excellent. Friendly staff, confortable, clean room and even pick us up directly from airport. They gave a complimentary birthday cake to one of our friend whose birthday fall during our stay. They even packed away our breakfast for the morning as our flight is at 7am. Overall a wonderful hotel to stay in Hotel California Bandung.

Will be back.

everything is fine except that the toilet bath area flood. the water takes awhile to drain off.

We booked the Twin Suite and it was huge for three people. Even though the roads were busy, we had a really good rest because of the soundproof rooms. All the staffs were extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Thank god breakfast hours start from 6 am because everyday we needed to start our journey at 8 am. However, the wifi needs some fixing. The signal is really weak and you have to reconnect multiple times in order for it to work.

Friendly and polite staff, especially Intan & Dadang. They offered to give direction. Be it at the lobby, in the lift, in the dining areas, all the staff are well trained and professionals in providing excellent services.

Breakfast is no good especially the breads variety

CLEAN, COMFORT , AND NEAR TO CIAMPELAS.

Spacious & clean room.

I enjoyed staying there

everthing is good but the wi-fi during night is very poor

Very nice and enjoy with all staff very friendly helpful.

Basically the hotel's conditions is ok just the location is not close to shopping area

it was very nice the room are clean and equipted with cool stuff inside the room, trust me you'll happy with california

Overall experience was good. One reason I chose this hotel is because of its location.

Went for a short walking n shopping trip and enjoy the facilities especially the breakfast a lot

Wow! This might just be one of the best hotel values around. The hotel is indeed named after the Eagles song 'Hotel California'. Of course, you can't leave the Hotel California in the song, but this Hotel California you won't want to leave. The staff is friendly and helpful, my sixth floor room had a wonderful view of the city, the room was bright, clean, new, and spotless. The breakfast included with my room was fantastic. Omelettes and waffles cooked to order, pastries, fruit, and a variety of Indonesian foods. If you're in Bandung, this is the place. The 'Hotel California' theme can be found tastefully throughout the hotel.

We stay in this hotel and its only 10 minute drive to ITB university Before ging bsck to jakarta we stop at famous F0 in Riau street and have lunch at djuanda street. Its a nice experience

We stay 3 nights in California hotel. The room was very spacious & clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staffs were very friendly and they were helpful. Highly recommended !

Check in into this hotel serve with a great attitude of the staff. And helping with the necessary things like asking to help my baggage and give welcome drink with explain the facilities. Hotel is clean, nice and good ambience in the middle of the city. Good access to everywhere around bandung. Like shopping, food/restaurant and also leisure places. Housekeeping is very helpful and polite. Am not being rush to check out since maybe not a peak seasons. The privacy is good. Security help you to park your car if you bring your own. And also in a good manner. Breakfast is good with the price I pay I would asking more since it has quite assorted. Value for money is my summary.

Clean and modern hotel. Helpful staffs. Comfortable room. Suitable for family as well.
