לא נעים לי לתת חוות דעת שלילית כי הצוות היה חביב אך לצערי הייתה חוויה לא נעימה. מלון בשיפוץ. בריכה קרה ולא מזמינה. ביחידת משפחה חדר רחצה אחד בלבד. טלוויזיה רק בסלון ולא בחדרים ולא תמיד עובדת. והכי גרוע- לא היו שמיכות. היו סדינים וכשביקשנו שמיכות הביאן לנו מגבות גדולות לכיסוי. בערב אין אף אחד בקבלה. אין בופה בארוחת בוקר אלא רק הזמנה אישית מתפריט כי היינו לבד במלון. מקווה שבעונה המצב טוב יותר.

A perfect location overlooking the beach. An affordable option and appreciated the ability to book pier pickup and drop off.

The only negative was the pool wasn’t very clean but you had the beach in front of you

We planned to enjoy some lay off days, on a less crowded area that will give us time to clear our mind and enjoy the beach, good food, massages and quiet. We came off-season and it felt like it, and not in a good way. We took a villa with a pool. The pool was dirty and seems like no one cleaned it in while so we couldn't use it. The room is very basic, there is no shower curtains or anything to block the water from making the toilet or sink wet, which make it very challenging to use the bathroom afterwards, as all was wet from the shower and the floor was flooded with water. The AC was super loud but did it job, we asked for blankets, and got big towels to cover with, which was a bit shocking.. The TV didn't work and we were told that the TV satellite might be back next week (while we'll be already gone)... The restaurant was empty the whole time so we didn't felt confident to eat there and preferred to go to eat on a resort next door. Breakfast was basic and fixed, but at least was fresh. On top of all, they were building and or renovating part of the villas, and they didn't informed us in advance, so we might reconsider if to keep the booking. So we had horrible noise of building during our entire stay from early morning until late afternoon, so even if you want to get some relaxation- that wasn't an option. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights/5 days, but left after 2. We realize it is a small resort, and we were on such Boutique hotels around the world, and this one was the worst one we ever been in. For more than 12k BHT, we expected to find service and accommodation that are above summer camp level. The team really tried to explain that this is off season (maybe you shouldn't get visitors if you're unable to have them), but unfortunately, doing all that way and finding this, saying we are disappointed is an understatement. They also had the nerve to charge us on extra night because we shorten our visit.

Wij verbleven er eind april dus laag seizoen. We hebben genoten van de rust ! Personeel is super lief en behulpzaam!

Alles was in orde 🙂

Die Lage ist top, am einzigen guten Badestrand auf Koh Yao Yai. Ein recht kleines Hotel, tolles Personal und gute Preise im Restaurant. 100 Meter weiter ist eine kleine Straße mit Geschäften und sehr günstigen Preisen für kleine Speisen und Getränke take easy.

Das Frühstück ist recht teuer und sehr übersichtlich. Das Hotel ist in der Hauptsaison sehr teuer, aber halt direkt am Strand!

Absolutely loved our stay at Yao Yah Beach Resort! Fabulous location on the beach close to restaurants, bars, shops, minimart, laundry and massage places. Manager and staff were amazing so friendly and accommodating. We were even given an upgrade on our room to the upstairs pool room with balcony view which was sensational! Rooms were spotlessly clean too. We loved the free paddle board and kayak .

Kleines Hotel, hat alles was man braucht. Direkt an sehr schönem Strand!! Essen war auch gut.

I like everything. View is amazing. Shared pool villa I didnt expect that also has one private pool and another shared. Terrace amazing. Breakfast also for tasty.

Breakfast could have a little more variety

Great location and great staff, we chose to stay at Yao Yai beach Resort because of the ocean view rooms and we weren’t disappointed, we could lay in our bed or sit on the patio and see the ocean and the boats sailing along it was really mesmerizing to watch, we also had a few dinners at the resort and the food was good, we opted for the pick up and return that the hotel provided and I think it was worth it, the only problem we had was the WiFi and I don’t think it was the hotel problem because we been experiencing it through out Thailand even at five star hotels in Bangkok, I would recommend Yao Yai beach resort and if I ever return to Yao Yai Island I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning beach front location with jaw dropping sunsets! It is next door to the expensive Santhiya resort but shares the same beach. Exceptional value for money, delicious and cheap food, excellent service and the rooms are simple but comfortable and spacious. Laundry service and scooter rental a few mins walk into town. Isaan Fine 1 restaurant about 10 mins away has some of the best Thai food you will ever have!

Na plus położenie przy samej wodzie. Wspaniały widok na zachód słońca. Można też skorzystać z basenu i hotelowej restauracji. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Super jest to, że można zjeść śniadanie na samej plaży. Wybór śniadań może ograniczony do kilku pozycji, ale za to są bardzo dobre.

W miasteczku nie za duży wybór restauracji przez co ceny trochę wyższe niż wskazywała by na to lokalizacja.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Schöner Pool, gratis SUP und Kajak. Super Frühstück!

Zimmer war für den Preis nicht so komfortabel. Badezimmer mit unangenehmem Geruch, ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, da keine Fliegengitter. Viele mosquitos, die wohl durch die Badezimmer Lüftung reinkamen.

Schönes Hotel in top Lage. Zimmer sind sauber, vor allem das Bett ist super bequem - tolle Kissen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage direkt am Meer. Man kann dort perfekt den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Auch der Pool ist toll. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Liegen und man kann sich Stand-Up Paddles kostenlos ausleihen. Mitarbeiter nett und hilfsbereit.

This resort is amazing 😍 you’re right on the beach and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is lovely and cooked to order, the food in the restaurant is also lovely. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The villa I stayed in was so comfortable and had a pool and loungers, it was perfect 👌

Nothing not to like

Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit tollen Zimmern teilweise mit Meerblick und private Pool. Essen und Frühstücken auf dem Strand.

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Es gibt nichts Negatives und keine Kritikpunkte.

Beach location is beautiful. there were lots of jellyfish and the water had strong currents in February (but are calm and clear in April-june according to locals) so we swam at our mini private pool. chill vibe and more privacy and space than the chic and expensive resort next door. staff is easy going and friendly but not intrusive. easy to plan day trips on private boats to explore Phang Nga Bay.

Boat house was great with a bathroom large (BV2) but I'd recommend a small renovation which included adding a door to the other end of the bathroom shower then separating the bathroom with a wall between a toilet/wc and shower room. with 4 people staying in a two room place with only one bathroom and shower area, it was sometimes crowded. The room is large enough to move the little fridge and create a second entrance to a separate shower room which would be more luxurious in this bijou beach front hideaway.

Gleich der Zugang ist Hässlichkeit und wirkt ziemlich verwahrlost. Das Zimmer war okay , aber Klima war kaum regulierbar, viel zu kalt und direkt aufs Bett . Badezimmer war alt , muss dringend renoviert werden, nach duschen alles komplett unter Wasser. Sind dann gewechselt in Zimmer mit Swim Pool Zugang , das war schöner…insgesamt hat Preis - Leistung für uns aber trotzdem nicht gestimmt .

Very nice hotel well located. All the people from the hotel are very nice and helpfull. Beach very beautiful..! Restaurant very good. Closed from all facilities, all type of location, massages, ATM, currency..etc.

Issues to set the air conditionning very noisy. Bad soundproofing innthe room. Don’t forget your plugs . No warm water for the shower. But nothing very serious.

le resto de l'hôtel est un peu cher . nous sommes allés dans un resto d'un autre hôtel bien moins cher pour manger.

God service og veldig hyggelig personal, alltid solsenger ledig, spiste middag på hotellet en rekke dager og maten var veldig bra. Deilig å sitte helt i strandkanten å spise både frokost og middag. Kommer gjerne tilbake

The staff were excellent in all areas, helpful and very friendly. The villa with pool was in a fantastic location. It was maintained daily. The cleaning staff were unobtrusive, very friendly, and the cleaning was excellent. The entire hotel team always strived to provide the best service, and we were very satisfied. The airport transfers worked perfectly. The island is truly peaceful, yet it has everything you need.

C'est un endroit de rêve, une très belle et grande plage. L'emplacement est magnifique, beaucoup de verdures et de fleurs le personnel est très gentil, aux petits soins, La nourriture est excellente, toujours des bouteilles d'éau au frais dans la chambre. La piscine est magnifique, juste incroyable..Les transats sur la plage et des paddle et canoë à disposition. Tout est au top, nous y avons passé 5 jours inoubliables.Belle découverte. Merci à la team !

Excellent location the staff were so helpful Food was good . We had a Grand Sea room which was very big and very clean as was the resort.

Everything at the resort was wonderful! Our accommodations were large, clean and modern! Highly recommend a boat villa with plunge pool! The staff are very kind and helpful, the location is fantastic with a white sandy beach and great massages, restaurants, shops, scooter rentals very close by.

Lovely spot on the beach and a really chilled atmosphere. Loved eating at the tables with my feet in the sand. The food was great too and the staff really friendly. Great to have free kayak/paddleboard, and you can swim in the sea all day, even when the tide is out. We had one the the cheaper rooms but it was huge with view of the garden/sea. Had been a bit worried about the other bigger resorts, but you don't really notice them so much as their main focus is off the beach. Good comms and pick up/drop off to piers.

Schönes Zimmer und Terrasse, wobei die Zimmerbeschreibung teilweise etwas irreführend ist. Restaurantbereich mit angenehmer Musik. Essen im Restaurant auch gut. Nettes Personal.

Hatten Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht. Man schaut aber auf eine drei Meter entfernte Betonwand. Den in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Pool muss man sich mit mehreren anderen teilen. Beim Fernseher haben wir kein einziges Programm empfangen können.

sehr schöne Lage am strand mit natürlichem schatten, tollen Sonnenuntergängen und Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Unsere Bootsvilla mit kleinem Pool war sehr gut und sauber. Super war das separate Zimmer für unsere Tochter. sämtliche Angestellte waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

in der Dusche wäre eine Ablage für Shampoo hilfreich.

Location right in the beach is fabulous. The grounds of the resort are well kept. Staff is very friendly and attentive, always happy to accommodate any requests. The room was comfortable with a great sea view and amazing sunset views. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Resort helped me organise some activities and they always priced very fairly, everything was delivered to perfection. Final word of appreciation for the excellent customer service. Very quick at responding to any queries. Thank you to the staff member that goes by the name ‘Okay’ - he looked after us very well. It’s been a while since in my various travels I saw such friendly and considerate customer service.

Wir hatten eine Poolvilla, sie war wirklich super. Sie lag am Rand und dadurch war es bei uns schön ruhig. Im allgemeinen ist es ein sehr familiäres Resort. Wer also Kinder und die dazugehörigen Geräusche nicht möchte, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Die Ausstattung war super, alles super sauber, Betten sehr bequem, Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Strand war sauber, aber es war nie jemand baden. Es waren immer sehr viele Nesselquallen vor Ort.

Très bon emplacement et vue très belle depuis notre chambre. La plage devant est l’une des plus belles de l’île pour s’y baigner. Le coucher de soleil est très beau.

Le nettoyage des chambres peut être amélioré.

Facilities in need of an update and the check in experience was poor.

We had a room with fabulous sea view and shared pool. Beautiful sandy beach for walks, massage and breakfast on the beach. Hotel is small and has a beautiful garden. Room was spacious and very clean

Apart from the room other facilities are nonexistent or in need of renovation. There is no front desk, hotel entrance is strange, lobby on the beach has great potential but looks ugly at its current state. Breakfast is too basic. Hotel too expensive for what it offered.

Cette île est vraiment déserte l’hôtel a juste à côté une petite allée animé mais c’est tout et heureusement. Pour la plage il faut prévoir les chaussures sinon se décaler pour se baigner car il y a des cailloux.

Kleines , sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit hervorragenden Personal. Preislich etwas teuerer, aber das macht der Service und die Lage wieder gut.

Frühstück ist etwas einseitig, aber man wird sehr freundlich am Strand bedient.

Location, location, location. We were right on the gorgeous beach. Our view from our room was incredible. We took a room with our own small pool on the deck. Perfect!

The facilities need some upgrades. Air conditioner in room is very loud. Our deck has some broken boards. Some of the beach chairs are broken.

Awesome location, clean rooms, friendly staff, big rooms. Nice for family. At walking distance from the best town in the island with many restaurants and stores. The resort should consider to expand breakfast options to make it even more attractive.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll – direkt am Strand und alles Wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem die sehr schöne Aussicht, der direkte Zugang vom Zimmer zum Gemeinschaftspool und die große Terrasse. Durch die Nähe zum Strand konnte man ganz einfach zwischen Meer und Pool wechseln. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Wasser vormittags schön klar und ruhig. Direkt am Hotel gibt es ein Massageangebot mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen. Die im Hotel angebotenen Frühstücksmenüs (wir probierten die Pancakes, den Joghurt sowie Omelett und Rührei) waren zudem wirklich lecker und der Ausblick beim Frühstück unbezahlbar. Sehr angenehm war außerdem, dass es nicht überfüllt war und jederzeit ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung standen. Ein Plus war außerdem, die Möglichkeit, SUPs und ein Kanu kostenlos auszuleihen zu können. Der große Kühlschrank im Zimmer war ebenfalls praktisch. Die Insel selbst ist noch relativ wenig touristisch – ideal, um entspannt mit dem Roller herumzufahren.

Die Duschmöglichkeit im Bad war nicht so gut gelöst, weil das Wasser über den Toilettenbereich floss. Die Zimmerausstattung wirkte insgesamt eher funktional. Durch den Massagebereich am Strand wurde der Blick auf das Wasser leider etwas verdeckt (wir hatten das ganz linke Zimmer). Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal auf Englisch war teilweise schwierig. Beim Frühstück haben wir weitere Kaffeespezialitäten sowie eine größere Saftauswahl vermisst (es gab nur normalen Kaffee und einen Saft). Am Nachmittag war das Meer zu unserer Reisezeit leider durch viele Quallen nicht so angenehm.

1.เวลาจะเดินทางไปใหน มาใหน ต้องเข้ามอร์เตอร์ไซค์ หรือเหมารถปิ๊กอัพ (ราคาแพงมาก) เช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์จะคุ้มกว่า 2.โรงแรม เครื่องดื่มค่อนข้างแพง เช่น เบียร์ ฯลฯ 3.เวลา 22:00 ตามโรงแรมต่างๆ จะปิดเร็วตามเวลาเลย 4.ยุงเยอะมากๆ ในเวลาเย็นๆ ตอนกลางคืนด้วย 5.พนักงานส่วนมาก เป็นนักเรียนชาวพม่า ต้องสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ 90% กว่าสื่อสารภาษาไทย 10%

Staff are amazing.. Lovely rooms that are amazingly clean... Loved the resort. And happy we stayed here rather than any of the other resorts on the beach. Ps loved the cats

Nous avions une chambre dite " sans vue " et effectivement elle donnait sur un mur !. Heureusement la très belle piscine proche de notre logement nous a consolés!

Ganz tolle Lage direkt am Strand, sehr liebes Personal, richtig schöner Garten und schöner Pool (am besten den Sonnenuntergang aus dem Pool schauen :)). Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Insgesamt eine schöne, kleine familiäre Anlage!

Das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können, aber war auch in Ordnung.

Small friendly beach resort. Location was perfect; quick easy walk to main strip, restaurants, scooter rental, markets and walking beach. Villa right by the beach. Could always get a lounge chair. Staff were all friendly and daily room service

Breakfast had very few choices that are served to you. Would take an hour to get breakfast. Shower had luke warm water only. If you do not have a dip pool, there is a little pool between two shared pools, but not that welcoming. We swam in the ocean, but you need water shoes. Google Translate works well with staff as many do not speak English.
