We really had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Rooms were large, with a huge king bed + a single bed/sofa. Everything was clean, modern and functional. The staff at reception and restaurant was very helpful throughout our stay. Both swimming pools were cosy and agreeable. The restaurant on the beach is very nice. The breakfast was excellent, partly buffet style + large choice of a la carte. The hotel offers free trip to a very nice beach every afternoon. We stayed off season, therefore the hotel and the whole island was very quiet and peaceful which we loved

I had an amazing stay, the staff was very kind and helpful, I could do a early check in (12pm).
The beach in front is not ideal for swimming but one can still enjoy walks and kayaking there.
For breakfast they provide a little buffet + one can order à la carte dishes, I didnt as what was in the buffet was enough for me.
I ate at the restaurant twice, i was delighted as they had a vegetarian menu! While the veg Pad Sew was delicious, the following day i had a salad w avocado & tofu and it was quite disappointing as it consisted in just raw silk tofu and sliced not so ripe avocado :(
I noticed a strong perfume like smell in the room and as I am quite sensitive it bothered me a bit

They can organise transfer from the pier to the resort, which is very convenient.
The room was clean and big enough.
The swimming pool was also very enjoyable.
The restaurant of the resort is very good with a lot of choices in the menu and a very friendly staff too.
The sunset at the beach are amazing.
They have also shuttle to bring you in another beach which was stunning too.
I felt safe as a solo traveler, thanks again because this stay was all I needed at that particular moment.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Rien du tout, c’est une honte cet hôtel. Seul point positif, la localisation proche de l’Anantara pour voir quelque chose de beau et bien tenu.
Tout: l’hôtel est désuet, le long d’une route passante d’un côté et d’un terrain vague de l’autre côté. Les équipements sont d’un autre temps, aucun rangement dans les chambres ni la salle de bain, la climatisation est pile dans le visage quand vous êtes couchés et elle fait un bruit monstre. Nous devions avoir les chambres familiales pour nos nos enfants et nous, elles ne communiquent pas et ils ne voient pas le problème. Aucune discussion possible, ils n’ont rien fait et ont même voulu me faire payer en plus pour des matelas de canapés pour nos enfants! Ils ont également osé nous dire que nous pouvions dormir à 4 dans un lit car ils sont grand. Une honte absolue! Résultats des courses, nous avons dormi à 4 dans une chambre, en ayant la seconde vide et des lits de fortune pour nos enfants. De plus, leurs équipes ne travaillent plus après 18h et la réception est fermée sans veilleur à 23h. Mieux vaut ne pas avoir de soucis en soirée ou pendant la nuit! La plage est sale mais ça reste le seul petit avantage de pouvoir prendre un verre pieds dans le sable.
Nous avons fait remonter le problème à Booking qui n’a même pas eu de réponse de l’hôtel (bravo le travail de diligence sur les partenaires proposés) et nous a proposé un avoir (et non un remboursement) inférieur à 10% de notre réservation. Ce qui est également une honte.

Das Restaurant liegt direkt am Meer und das Essen ist echt top.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles was man benötigt.
Die Lage ist auch super, relativ mittig der Insel.
Das Personal ist super nett und kümmern sich um alles.
Es gab echt nichts auszusetzen.

Den Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Sauberes Zimmer mit grosser Dusche.
Sehr Gutes Frühstück, Thai oder westliches Frühstücksbuffet gute Auswahl.
Wer den Touristentrubel nicht braucht, ist hier Goldrichtig.
Andere sollten besser im Süden der Insel ei e Übernachtung buchen.
An der Fähre wurden wir für 300 Bath zum Hotel gefahren und der Fahrer brachte auch später noch einen Roller für 250 Bath je Tag zum Hotel und hat ihn später wieder abgeholt.
Toller Service
Das Hotel bot einen Shuttle zum Hafen und die Boardkarten für das Schnellboot gleich an.
Also keine Suche oder Rennerei.
Viele kleine Tankstellen für den Roller überall auf der Insel.
Das die Ferien so kurz waren.

Frühstück sehr Umfangreich mit Blick aufs Meer.
Bungalows sind herrlich aus Holz mit Terrasse zum Liegen und durch die Pflanzen auch Blickgeschützt. Und einem tollen Himmelbett
Nebenan gab es einen Lokalen Touristand hier waren Ausflüge und Roller deutlich günstiger als im Hotel. Genauso wie die Massage direkt nebenan deutlich schöner und günstiger.
Tolle Restaurants (Hinkong) und Minimarket in laufnähe.
Personal im Restaurant war manchmal etwas langsam und kompliziert. Aber wir sind ja im Urlaub und hatten Zeit

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026La suite Jacuzzi est magnifique, spacieuse, très bien décorée avec des matériaux de qualité.
Le lit est très confortable, les enfants ont dormi sur le canapé qui est confortable mais pas très grands pour 2.
Très bon petit déjeuner varié.
Très bon emplacement au bord de la plage, pas idéale pour la baignade à cause des nombreux bateaux en fonction de la marée, mais cela reste très agréable avec les transats et salons de jardin dans le sable.
De plus les 2 piscines sont très agréables.
A noter un bon restaurant thaï et agence de voyage / location scooter juste à côté.
Nous avons été victimes d'une arnaque lors de la réservation d'une excursion par l'intermédiaire de l'adresse email OFFICIELLE de l'hôtel. Nous avons réglé à l'avance suite à de nombreux échanges de mails, pour se rendre compte plus tard de l'arnaque... Malgré beaucoup de discussion avec le personnel de l'hôtel et preuves à l'appuie, ce dernier a nié toute responsabilité et ne nous a offert aucune forme de dédommagement. C'est inadmissible vu le standing et les tarifs pratiqués par l'hôtel.
Autre désagrément notable : suite à une coupure de courant, un bruit sourd intermittent est apparue les 2 dernières nuits de notre séjour (sur 3 nuits). Bien que nous ayons informé la réception dès le lendemain matin, rien n'a été fait car le bruit a continué la nuit suivante, occasionnant de nombreux réveils pour toute la famille.

The resort was small and unspoiled. The staff was really helpful. The onsite restaurant was good and there were an handful of off site restaurant options a short walk away. Free to use kayaks was a nice bonus.
The island was less developed than I realised. The resort itself was lovely but there wasn’t much to do on the island - no Main Street as such.

Das Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool war klasse. Alles sehr sauber und schön angelegt. Ein erholsamer Urlaub mit Baby und Schulkind 6 Jahre. Personal super liebevoll.
Fussläufig nichts zu erreichen.
The tables in the sand by the beach
We stayed at this hotel with friends (two families, each with separate bookings), and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Our friends had specifically booked a family room showing as they were communicating and perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Upon arrival, the rooms were not connecting at all, making it impossible for them to safely accommodate their two young children. Despite raising this issue with the manager, nothing was resolved. The response was not only unhelpful but also quite rude.
As for our own room, we had clearly indicated that we were traveling with two children. We were “upgraded,” but to a very small room—actually smaller than the one we had originally booked. It was completely unsuitable for a family of four.
In the end, we paid for three rooms but could only realistically use two, with no compensation or solution offered.
The hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and cleaning is not done properly. The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor, which seemed to be masked with excessive air freshener rather than properly addressed.
Service was also a major issue. One evening, we thought we had lost our room keys around 11 PM. Reception told us it was closed and directed us to the restaurant. The restaurant was also closed, and when we tried calling the manager, no one answered. This was extremely concerning—especially in case of a real emergency.
Other disappointments:
• Very small pools
• Beach not clean
• Staff do not speak basic English, making communication difficult
• At breakfast, any request (even something simple like hot milk) is refused until 11 AM
• Overall, no sense of customer service or care
This hotel does not meet basic expectations in terms of service, comfort, or honesty in its listings. I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Par ailleurs, j'avais réservé via l’hôtel le trajet retour à l'aéroport (bateau+taxi), reconfirmé le jour d'arrivée et l'avant veille à la réception de l'hôtel.
On m'avait dit, de me présenté le jour du départ pour l'aéroport, à la réception à 6h00 et il n'y avait personne..... très gros stress, à 6h15 je me suis adressé au cuisine du restaurant qui ne savait rien, mais qui a fait alors son maximum pour résoudre le problème. Le personnel de la cuisine a bien rattrapé le situation, mais avec un fort stress qui a tout de même un peu gâché le séjour.

Das Hotel liegt recht abseits, umliegend sind aber einige Restaurants.
Wir hatten die Honeymoon Villa, schön groß, sauber allerdings so gut wie keine Ablageflächen , kein Schrank.
Für mehrere Tage sollte man eher ein Zimmer nehmen.

La plage à proximité de l’hôtel est difficilement pratiquable, les bateaux tradi sont amarrés des cordes partout par conséquent, la plage est sale beaucoup de détritus et peu dégagée

Die Bungalows sind sehr alt. Die Türen und Fenster sind nicht dicht, sodass es Ameisen, Fliegen und Mücken im Zimmer gibt. Die Bäder sehen nicht mehr schön aus. Die Toilette ist total verfärbt. Außerdem hat die ganze Nacht ein Eichhörnchen am Bungalow gekratzt, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Das Essen im Hotel ist zwar lecker, aber leider überteuert.

Unser Zimmer war klein das war kein Problem jedoch der Nassbereich eine Katastrophe.
Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in der Honey - Moon Sweet die etwas größer war und auch das Bad in besseren Zustand war. Jedoch ohne warmen Wasser.
Hotel ist schön gelegen mit eigenen kleinen Strand.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut jedoch für Thailand auch sehr teuer.
Das Frühstück nichts eingedeckt man ist für alles selbst zuständig.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Nous avons eu une chambre extraordinaire, probablement la meilleure : vue sur la mer, immense balcon avec une baignoire extérieure, lit immense et ultra confortable. La chambre était vraiment très grande et superbe.
Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, servi dans un cadre magnifique sur la plage. À notre arrivée, nous avons aussi pu louer un scooter en quelques minutes grâce au personnel, ce qui était très pratique.
Les parties communes de l’hôtel étaient en revanche un peu brouillonnes, avec quelques fuites d’eau, des choses qui traînaient un peu partout et un ascenseur très vétuste. Mais honnêtement, une fois arrivés dans notre magnifique chambre, on a vite oublié tout ça.

The restaurant is absolutely breathtaking: set directly on the beach with tables in the sand and soft little lights everywhere, creating such a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet and a wide variety of cuisines.
A truly peaceful place, made unforgettable by the kindness and attention of the staff. Highly recommended.
