The price is value for money. The location is very strategic, near to Beijing road. The hotel response is fast when we have any feedback. The driver recommended by the hotel is very professional too

The water heater didn't provide enough hot water initially. After we feedback and it was ok. The only toilet in the room is quite difficult for the stay of 6-7 ppl

It is the center of 3 different subway stations it is a easy access to any where in the city. It is located at the center of Beijing walking street, there is a lot shops and restaurants.

As it is at the center of 3 different subway stations, don't manner which stop you get off you need to walk. The walk is not bad on a clear day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Guangzhou with my family! The location was perfect — right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and get around. The apartment itself was massive, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and made the stay feel very pleasant. Overall, it was an excellent choice for my time in Guangzhou, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Located right in the heart of Beijing Lu, this was the perfect place for our stay. The apartment was spacious, felt very safe, and was cleaned daily. Fresh, fluffy towels were provided every day. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would happily stay here again.

К сожалению вид из окна достался грустный. С высоты пешехода город выглядит гораздо забавнее...

The staff at the reception were helpful, and the rooms were always clean.

When we arrived at the road where the hotel was located, there was no sign for it. We had to ask the 7-Eleven staff on the ground floor, and even they didn't know where it was. Luckily, one of them said, "Oh, go to the reception on the other side this was a downside for me. Also, the lift to the property was always busy you were lucky to get an empty one.

Huge two level apartments. Good value for money.

The property can do with more maintenance work, power was cut off on two occasions during the stay and we had to be relocated to a different room, visible wear and tear to the room, floor was dirty. Good customer service overall

The service staff were very good. They were very friendly and helpful. Location of the place was very convenient and accessible to 北京路 walking street.

By far the worst stay in China since we started our annual trips to different cities in China in 2024. While spacious, the room was lacking in cleanliness. Throughout our stay, there were multiple occasions when we encountered cockroaches even after the staff has done pest control for the room. Floor was mildly sticky even after housekeeping. We had to keep our indoor slippers on at all times when we were in the room. There was a slight, but constant, unpleasant odour in the fridge. The room is rather old and in dire need of repairs/renovation. The bottom of the kitchen cabinets were coming off. There was mould on most of the grouting in the toilet. Some of the grouting was falling off. Aircon controllers are attached to the wall. You would have to walk down the steep steps in the middle of the night if you need to adjust the temperature. The apartment is housed in a huge building, which comprises of a mall, cinema, restaurant and other services such as massage parlours. We were housed on the same level as a massage parlour. All lifts were shared within the mall which did not seem secure as any members of the public could just take the lift up. The lifts system was complicated and slow. There were 6 lifts (from 2 different lobbies) serving the entire building. There were occasions we had to wait up to 10mins just for a lift to arrive at our level. Level 1-7 of the building appeared to be a mall but most of the levels were inaccessible and appeared to be under renovation. The hotel "reception" was a narrow area housed together with a minimart. There was no proper area for baggage storage. Any baggage requiring storage was place by the open area on the road next to the hotel "reception".

Останавливаемся в аппартаментах второй раз. Отличное местоположение, рядом пешеходная улица и тц, много различных кафе, до метро 5 минут. Соотношение цена качество, чистое постельное белье, просторно. Полноценная кухня (правда не знаю зачем, еды вокруг полно), есть стиральная машинка. Вид из окна нравится. Долгого ожидания лифтов не было. Хороший персонал на ресепшн, оплатили проживание картой VISA. На первом этаже старбакс.

Уставшие номера, пока не критично. Обои подклеить, а лучше поменять. Фасады кухни в некоторых номерах уже свое отжили.

Good location with many food options around

The building is very old internally and outside. The level that i stayed was part accomodation and part used for business used(massage, spa, salon etc) the people were smoking in the corridor. Also the ceiling on the 2nd floor was peeling due to water seppage from the upper floor or pipe above the ceiling. The paint job were dropping daily, the management did patch up but dont seems to resolve the issue. Pillow on the soft.

La communication avec l’hôte était excellente et le check-in s’est déroulé sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

La ubicación es ideal al lado de Beijing Road, calle peatonal y comercial de la ciudad, en plena zona de ocio. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. E incluso cogimos una noche más para hacer un late check-out (nuestro avión salía a las 2 de la madrugada)

Iba con mi pareja y mi hija. Las estancias dan todas a la sala de estar principal y la separación son cortinas por lo que la intimidad está bastante limitada. Estábamos en el piso 22, existen 6 ascensores pero en la prácticas solo se pueden coger 2: existen dos destinados a las plantas pares y otros dos que no funcionaban. Esto genera que haya que esperar bastante hasta que el ascensor llegue y, dependiendo de la hora, el ascensor va parando en cada planta donde le llamen.

I loved my stay at the Louidon Mega Apartment! The location is absolutely perfect. It is right above the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient. It was so easy to access everything, including the Tianhe Malls, Da Fo Temple (Da Fo Shi), and the Guangbai Department Store. The apartment itself was very clean, and the housekeeping ladies were wonderfully friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guangzhou!

It's at the Beijing Road, walking distance to 2 mrt station (less than 8 min walk). The Washing machine can be quite handy if you plan to stay long although it's slower than most modern machine. There's airport transfer service if you need it at a fees.

The mall below the apartment is quite dead. Other than the Starbucks and Heytea located on ground floor, the rest of the floor is close. There's a restaurant at the 8th floor and a cinema at 9th floor. The wait for the lift can be quite long.

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Perfect location in the heart of the city and we had a pleasant stay.

Only good point is location is good.

Its an old building that is not properly managed. Furnishings of the apartment are old and broken. Toilet door is broken also. Aircon also not cold. Disappointed compare to the pictures shown. The environment of the apartment feels unsafe even though not many people around there.

Daily cleaning services. Bed and pillow are comfortable, the softness fits us. Location is superb and central. Next to Beijing road shopping street. Convenient to get taxi to surrounding shopping district.

The building and lift is old. Only 1 bathroom in 3 rooms apartment Especially lift can get crowded and long waiting time during peak hours.
