The apartment is centrally located in the center of Guangzhou.

Elevators need to be rehabilitated. Property needs some fixing up.

The place is well located and btn three metro lines but also in a good tourist environment

The staff some didn't communicate properly some of the booking rules,we had a discussion and agreed that we would extend our stay for two more days.When we left the reception they didn't tell us that we have to pay upfront for those extra days. Only to be told later that we need to check out, I argued with them that we had an agreement that we would stay for those two days and after they still had our deposit money which would be equivalent of the rate for two days. We were very inconvenienced because they had already given away our room hence making us pay for an expensive room. These to us were very professional not communicating clearly to us the payment procedures and kicking us out of the room

Très bon emplacement. Appartement très spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. Les espaces chambres sont très bien. La vue de l appartement est superbe.

Les ascenseurs sont un peu lents et les parties communes mériteraient un rafraichissement

Comfortable and close to the centre

Smoking within the premises and in some cases is an absolute put off. The apartment should do something urgently about that.

There was a reception to pickup the keys. Help with Taobao deliveries. Help with booking car for daytips to tourist spots. Help with airport tfr when leaving. Very friendly & helpful & good english!

الموقع جميل تنزل على شارع بكين مباشرة الشقة كانت واسعه يوجد غسالة وغير مسموح الطبخ فيها ويأخذون تأمين قرابه 100 دولار

I have Stayed in this property 7/8 times it’s perfect for what I want.

The only Thing with this place is the Lifts I have been coming here for 10years now but the lifts are the most annoying part and the reason for this is that when people order food delivery the drivers like to press buttons so when they have delivered they don’t need to wait for lift and trust me this building gets a lot of delivery’s. And God forbid one of the lifts breaks down it can take up to 15 min to go up and down what they should do all delivery’s should get left at Reception.

Mitten in der historischen Altstadt. Sehr authetisch. Gutes Restaurant im 8. Stockwerk. Grosser Saal, prima Karte, nette hilfsbereite Bedienung.

War nicht ganz einfach die Rezeption zu finden. Einfach im Haus fragen. Es hilft immer jemand. Etwas wuselige Rezeption, jedoch sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.

Charge in the currency of my credit card (rather then RMB) without asking me, which resulted in additional card fees. Wait time for the elevators. State of maintenance and cleanness of the common area (the rooms are here and there is a mixed use tower with business and flats here and there; it is old, sometimes noisy and not very clean).

It was not entirely clean. and insufficient utensils and commodities. It’s okay if you only plan to sleep and eat take outs there, but lacks when you plan to rest for a day.

Cleanliness in toilets need improvement. Beds are upstairs & toilets are downstairs. Inconvenient for elderlies & children.

Not much privacy as only partitions to separate the rooms. No actual door. Lift is very slow. Longest wait was 6 mins for one.

The location was superb, just step outside and it's beijing road! Tons of shops, food and perpetually busy. Easy to walk to all the connecting areas. There was a 7-11, Starbucks and Heytea at Level 1 of the building. The space was big, spacious and it was easy to reach the front desk through wechat.

There is only 1 shower room at Level 1 and we had to wait and take turns to shower. The toilets were really small and there're no walls, just a screen separating the beds from view.

سكنت بالدور 21 بالشقة رقم 2116 شقة مكونه من ثلاث غرف واحدة تحت واثنين فوق وصالة ومطبخ صغير ودورتين مياه . الشقة نظيفة ومطلة على الشاشة التفاعلية بساحة هينزو وعلى بعد دقيقة واحدة من ساحة هينزو بقوانتشو . يوجد في الدور الاول بعض المحلات التجارية وماركت . بالنسبة للمطاعم الحلال يوجد توصيل لباب الشقة .

على الرغم من وجود عدة مصاعد إلا ان فترة الانتظار طويلة وتكدس في المصعد من الجميع المهم انك ياتطلع يا تنزل

The only headache with this place is the lift system is annoying it takes for ever to go up or down my advice is Food delivery or any other delivery should be collected from reception because the delivery guys are annoying they press multiple floors so they can catch the lift on the way down apart from that it’s actually nice place

The apartment has a staffed reception (24/7) so it was nice and easy to check in

1. The wait time for the lift is too long, and it's mostly jammed 2. Our bathroom was small and showing signs of wear and tear so an upgrade would be nice

Absolutely nothing. Maybe the receptionist service is the best.

The place is very old, dark and run down. The Mall at the building is no longer in use and we felt very uneasy about the place. Upon getting the key, we took the lift only to find that for a building with about 30 floors have only 2 lifts operating, one even floors and one odd. The building is shared by other residents and not part of the hotel. Lift is looking very tired. We felt unsafe using the lift to head to our room. On the corridors where our room is, there were dirty mops and large black garbage bags filled with something(no idea). The room is ok but very musky, a bit dark, bathroom is mouldy at the bottom of the shower tray. The bed is situated in the lounge, looking very tired. There was a welcome pack of chips etc on the table.. we never touched it. If I could rate lower, I would say minus ....... something. We did not end up staying and we forgo 1 night stay and checked out immediately. Feeling unsafe in a foreign place is not a good start. The girl at the reception was very good but it still took us almost an hour to check out. Booking.com rang us to ask us to rate well and they arrange us to check out without forgoing our 1 night stay; but the hotel couldn't agree. My rating is exactly how we felt at the time of our check out.

I like that the property is clean and staff are super helpful and makes you feel welcome

The lift is a bit of an issue but overall the waiting time was bearable for us.

Lift access: some lifts are not working, some cater even number floors, some odd number, if need to access after mall operating hours some lifts are not accessible from ground floor.

El apartamento es amplio, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Está dentro de un centro comercial así que puedes dar una vuelta e ir de compras .

El único inconveniente puede ser que se tarda en subir y bajar del ascensor porque hay mucha gente .

The waiting time for the lift is disaster! Only 1 lift is in operation. The lift is down on 24 Nov 2025 due to the landlord did not pay for the bills, my family has to go up and down by the staircases and there is no light at all!

Negatives - extreme smell of smoke (despite it being a 'non-smoking room' , sofa very run down, odd building, the 2 boxes of condoms beside the bed gave the impression that this is usually a seedy venue.

انا بتكلم بأمانه واللي راح اكتبه الله يشهد عليّ انا سكنت بهذا الفندق من قبل 11 سنه كان شي معقول مااقول ممتاز لكن معقول

اول ماوصلنا كانت الساعه 3 الفجر، وكنا حاجزين غرفتين فقلنالهم نبي بدور واحد ، طبعاً تنهارون على الاصنصير سنه على مايوصل ومافي تكييف تخيسون والله، دخلت الغرفه مت من الصدمه والله وسخه وسخه الشعر بالارض والمطبخ السطحه عليها بقع والحمااام اااخ يالحمام طبعاً انا يايبه ادواتي وقعدت اعقم وانظف ماقدر اوصف لكم ان المرحاض قعدت نص ساعه انظف الاشياء المتحجره داخله والله بكل كلمه انا صادقه اقلبت جبدي ناديتهم انا رحلتي 9 ساعات ووصلت وطريج والمطار زحمه نحتاج الحمام ومانقدر نستخدمه وسخ ويابولنا وحده تنظف اسمعها تحك شي بالمرحاص مايطلع نفس الجير ويع ويع محد يتحمل والمغسله على كثر ماتنظفونها تطلع اشياء ظيم .. وطبعاً يمنا مساج وبار يعني تخيلو الازعاج وبالممر ريحة الزقااير تخنق معاي والديني كبار بالعمر ماتحملو الازعاج وغيرنا الغرفه وغيرنا الدور بكبره ونرجع مره ثانيه حق نظافة المكان 😭تبجي والمشكله يجادلونه ان المكان نظيف كأن عيونا فيها شي والمصيبه وين !! ان خر ماي من الدور الي فوقنا وصب على الجناط وعلى الملابس يعني معوضينه!! يقولولنا خلاص بنغسل ملابسكم بالمصبغه بس هذا حد تعوضيهم متخيلين حاولت اتواصل مع بوكنج محد رد عليّ للاسف حجزنا المكان عساس شقه apartment بس المضحك مايخلونا نطبخ ومافيها مطبخ ولما نطبخ بالجدر البخار قالولي بنغرمكم بالمقابل الشقق كلهم عندهم نفس الجدر ويطبخون فيه الا احنا قاعدين لنا قعده وواحد يمنا سوداني يقول عادي نطبخ فيه محد قالنا شي احتجت الميزان عشان نشوف وزن الشنطه ومحادثة wechat موجوده يقوليلي ماعندنا فيها عدم لباقه بالحوار طول الايام بس اسلوبهم تهديد 22 يوم للاسف اني دفعت لهم ماعندهم لباقه مع الناس خصوصا ام نظارات الي بالرسبشن قليلة ذوق بالكلام وادري انها اهيا الي تكتب لنا فبرنامج wechat امي ماتمشي تستعمل كرسي متحرك ..

الموقع ممتاز لكن حجزت شقه على أساس ثلاث غرف لكن اكتشفت بانه الشقه كبيره بغرفه واحده طابقين وتم توزيعها على أساس غرف لكن تم أضافه حاجز بين الاسره ولا توجد خصوصيه ….. وزحمه الصعود إلى الغرف

There's nothing, try to blackmail me and withdraw extra money that's not their right.

When i and my family and children arrived at the apartment reception staff to complete the apartment check-in procedures, and although I had completed the reservation on the Booking website in full and the amount was paid and I completed my reservation with my credit card, a few hours after the reservation, I received a message from the bank that the apartment reservation amount had been withdrawn by the apartment, and their name was in the bank alerts and the full amount was withdrawn as a non-refundable purchase payment, and because they had something else to say, they deliberately and clearly ignored it and tried to take advantage of me and fool me with gestures and words that had no meaning and their ultimate goal was to withdraw the amount again without any right from me. I showed them the name of the apartment and it was clear in the process of withdrawing the amount from my bank and that this procedure was incorrect and violates the regulations, but they refused and I told them that they only have the right to withdraw the apartment security deposit and I will pay it now, but they had a strange insistence on taking and obtaining my credit card by any means and withdrawing the full amount again, which caused me to leave out of fear of them and take my family and look for a place in a regrettable manner after they provoked me and tried to provoke me to pay another amount and obtain my credit card by any means The forms and I went to book another place, Booking is responsible for restoring the reputation of its customers and protecting them from these fraudulent actions, and I demand the return of the amount that was withdrawn from me illegally.
