Our stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the RM550 per night we paid. There were several issues throughout our stay. A few of the lights in the room were not working. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the water splashed onto our bed, leaving half of the bed wet. In addition, the air conditioner made loud noises throughout our stay, making it difficult to rest comfortably. The TV was not functioning, and the toilet flush was very weak and ineffective. Overall, the room was poorly maintained, and the numerous issues significantly affected our experience. For the price charged, we expected a much better standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant stay, and we do not feel it offered good value for money.

Very bad experience overall. The bathroom water clogged within minutes of bathing, the shower head was leaking, and the water flow couldn’t be adjusted. The TV had no signal and no channels were working, and the bedside lights didn’t function, forcing me to use the main switch. The room was dirty and dusty, and the clogged drain caused a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the room. we were informed that all rooms are fully booked and that was the only available room. hence we couldn't change to any other room .

The price is quite not worth the money considering the size of the room and other stuff they offer. Only have 1 plug for everything and the TV is worst. Probably can clean the toilet better and prepare a better towels. The soap/shampoo/toothbrush is sucks.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025It was good staying at euro rich hotel melaka. It's near the hotel to the jonker walk and as well as the masjid selat. I booked 2 rooms just rm195 and for tourism cost 20 for 2person. I feel it's cheap and best staying at euro rich hotel melaka. Thank you 😊
Actually, it was not totally good 😕, budi room was clean, but the toilet bowl sit and upper cover was broken.

Reviewed May 6, 2025Nothing in particular at all - this is the worst hotel stay i have had from so many of my travels over the past several decades.
- hotel staff kept calling me before i check-in to chase me for payment, or they threaten that my booking is not confirmed while i already received confirmation email from booking.com that my reservation is confirmed. Fortunately i wasn't turned away during my check-in unlike the couple before me who were told their reservation had been cancelled since they didn't respond to the hotel's phone calls for payment of the booking they made, apparently also through booking.com. - during booking, the room facilities listed provision of all toiletries including bedroom slippers. However, only a tiny tube of shampoo and 2 small pieces of soap were provided - there was no body wash and bedroom slipper not available in the hotel (confirmed by hotel staff). Hairdryer provided were all coiled up tightly against the wall and needed some effort to uncoil the beautifully well-knotted cable in order to use it. No mini-refrigerator provided which is standard for the room price. - bedsheet was found having big patches of stains, perhaps some stubborn stains from past (?)... fortunately my room is 2 beded and the other bedsheet appeared clean enough. - the reception did not brief how to use the lift's digital touch panel for operation, which functions only by thumb print on the panel (not touch screen) nor any buttons to press. - no parking lot available wit the public parking lots in the vicinity were all full, insufficient to meet the demand of several similar hotels in the area. As a consequence, it's inevitable to park in non-designated parking lot rendering being issued compound ticket by the municipal council. Further, while ticket is issued and placed on the car windscreen, the ticket is not available in the online system for payment until at least a day later (no one knows for sure when it will be up) - if you missed following-up and ended up paying later, the fine multiplies.
