Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Have read the bad reviews, however I did not experience any of it in the DELUXE ROOM. Pros: - very clean, spotless - comfortable bed - the room has all that is needed - breakfast was ok - very nice staff, everybody - no visible mold in my room - very modern hotel
Cons: - AC worked only for the second night (first night no, and it was too hot to sleep) - noise from outside because of other buildings AC (with earplug it was OK) - no handsoap - sewage smell in bathroom

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026A clean and very good centrally located value for money hotel. It is within a manageable stroll to JBCC and the transport interchange. Dont expect it to be a 5 star hotel but neither is the price. The staff (Mr Bryan) and one other young chap were very pleasant and obilging. They even went out of their way to assist this 70 year old with some technology issues I encountered. The rooms sound proofing is better than most other similiarly priced hotels I encountered in Malaysia. Also there during my stay I did not encounter any inconsiderate, noisy or door slammimg guests.

Un peu loin du centre. Le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnent pas Cela n’est pas mentionné sur le site internet et cela n’est pas non plus indiqué devant les équipements. D’après les avis sur cet établissement cela est très régulier, je pense donc que le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnent jamais et que l’équipe dit à chaque fois que c’est en maintenance. Il y a même du moisi sur le bois du sauna, cela prouve qu’il ne fonctionne jamais. Il n’y a aucune compensation. Il y a aussi énormément de bruit à la piscine à cause des moteurs de climatisation.
