Sehr nettes Personal. Alles konnte über WhatsApp geregelt werden z.B. das sehr gute und preiswerte Essen. Fahrer nach Ubud und zurück oder die Frühstückvorbestellung. Das Frühstück wird auf die vereinbarte Zeit zubereitet und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es kann nach einer Karte zusammengestellt werden und ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage am Reisfeld ist sehr schön und der Pool super. Schöne Location für Ankommen und Ausflüge in Bali und Ubud.

Da gibt es nichts außer dem Hinweis, die Säfte dürs Frühstück, oder einen frisch gepresst zu servieren .Das wäre dann die 10. Also jammern auf hohem Niveau.

We really enjoyed our stay at Motama Villa and are so glad we chose to stay here while visiting Ubud. The villa is in a peaceful and quiet area, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were personable, welcoming, and always accommodating to our needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Motama Villa. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ubud!

We had the two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with infinity pool and kitchen dinner. Just gorgeous and immaculate.

Nothing. It’s in a quieter area of Ubud but that’s what we wanted. Walking into the centre was possible and the hotel could drop off/pick up too.

Beautiful and calm Villa, with a rice field view. Fantastic inside/out bathroom. Spacious and confortable rooms. Lovely swimming pool. Easy walkable access to the city, cafe, restaurant, shop. Available and very kind staff. Great breakfast deliver in the Villa.

広いヴィラで景色も目の前に田んぼが広がり開放感がありました。 2階のバスルームがとても気持ち良くて特に気に入りました。 朝食は選択肢も多く、特に洋食メニューはボリューム満点でとても美味しかったです。 シャトルサービスも大変ありがたく、だいたい希望通りにいつでも対応してくれました。夜も２２時までなので、バリ舞踏を観たあと簡単に食事をしてからレストランへお迎えに来てもらえて助かりました。 リクエストや聞きたいことは全てWhatsAppで対応してくれます。驚くほどだいたい即レスです。 スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティも素晴らしく、小さなことでも一生懸命応えようとしてくださいました。 ありがとうございます。

立地的に中心地へ歩けないこともないのですが、ヴィラの周辺が細い道で暗く、日没後に徒歩で帰るのは少し歩きにくかったです。 外リビングやバルコニーにはトッケイがすごく多く、たまに寝室の壁にもいたので、苦手な人には辛いと思いました。 ヴィラの清潔感はあるので気にしない人なら問題ありません。

Top, boek morgen weer!! Super lieve hosts regelen alles, niks is te veel je appt en het wordt geregeld, of ze brengen je naar het stadje. Echt service uitmuntend. A la carte ontbijt in je villa :). Yumas en de rest van het team zorgen echt goed voor je.

Geen zon bij zwembad, als je een privé zwembad hebt bij je villa hoop je toch wel om daar lekker te zwemmen en te zonnen, maar helaas geen zon. Ook wat verder van alles vandaan, maar je vraagt het en ze brengen je.

Hidden gem in Ubud! Amazing service and hospitality Shuttle service to and from Ubud center. The villa is clean, comfortable, well maintained. Spacious, Private and has an amazing view. 住宿空間很大, 有自己的游泳池, 一二樓是分開有獨立的鑰匙, 要去二樓會經過露天游泳池以及露天的樓梯. 早餐非常非常的豐盛, 吃不完, 我們後來就減少很多蛋糕, 甜點之類的, 早餐給滿分. 也有下午茶但因為都整天的行程只有第一天有享用, 不過也不需要特別趕回去.

距離市區很遠, 看起來沒有很遠但實際上是走路走不到的, 而且會經過很多民宅, 也不確定是否安全, 總之我們都是請飯店接送, 回程也都控制在20:30前提出請飯店接我們回去, 大概21:00~21:30都可以抵達. 飯店每個人都非常友善.

This incredible villa was in a fantastic location which is made even better by the free shuttle into town whenever you wanted it. The villa was impeccably clean and very well equipped. The bathrooms were both fabulous, the best shower I had in Bali. The staff in the villa could not do more for you and we’re just the most thoughtful and kind people. The breakfasts served each morning in your kitchen were fabulous. The team organised us a driver for the day for sightseeing in limited time, and a driver for the following day. They tended to our every need. We had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency and they sent us with a huge bouquet of flowers and heartfelt goodbyes. When we return we will definitely be staying here again!

Staff are very friendly, pampered us and treated us like family. The villa is well kept and in a good location. Not to far from city center via grab. Rooms and living area is spacious and has stunning view.

Everything was exceptional good. Staff went above and beyond to organise transport, food, and activities. I felt unwell post one of the activities, and Umas was so kind that she went out of her way to make sure I was cared for. They have handwritten welcome, which was ❤️ 💙 warming, and I truly felt grateful for the way we were pampered.. Also it was 🎂 🥳, beautiful cake and bed decorations was so beautiful.

Everything was perfect.

We loved Motama. It is just outside the hustle of Ubud overlooking rice fields and greenery. This is the first property on an extended vacation that we were sad to leave. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The rimflow pool was great for a dip after a day out. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was served at the villa from a choice selected the night before. Various options were available and we could never finish it all. As a bonus you could request afternoon tea that was very much appreciated. The best part was the incredible staff. Any query was addressed with a smile. My wife was not feeling well one day and the manager came over to find out if she could assist in any way. After we informed her that we had medication and rest was possibly the best answer a huge flower bouquet arrived with a get well soon card. As you can read from this review we truly enjoyed and appreciated the great hospitality and accommodation.

The lovely villa unit was spacious, quiet and so wonderful to relax at the private pool. The staff was incredibly hospitable, warm, welcoming and attentive! The shuttle service to the city center was a bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from town, which made getting around very convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again in the future.

The only downside was that there were quite a lot of ants around the property, especially near the swimming pool area. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We liked very much basically everything. The staff were exceptionally very caring, friendly, smiling and helpful. We like that we could choose every day a different breakfast that was served at our villa. It was very quiet and clean. We also like that it was close to many important places to visit.

This is a wonderful villa overlooking a tranquil rice paddy. It is modern yet in keeping with the Balinese style and has everything you could need. The real stand out though is the exceptionally friendly staff, delicious breakfast (best we’ve ever had in Bali!) and free shuttle into Ubud. Nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly easy to communicate with.

The service was exemplary. They provided a free shuttle service in and out of the centre of Ubud which was so helpful due to the heat and our daughter finding the town too busy and hot as she had been a little unwell leading up to the holiday. We did a offering making class which was complimentary. The breakfast was delivered to our room and and a menu for room service which meant we were totally taken care of. The room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. All in all it was a fantastic stay! Thank you team at Motama it was a pleasure to meet you all and stay at Motama.

This stay is absolutely fabulous! Gun was an absolute gem and made us feel special and so well taken care of! We especially loved the breakfast served straight to the room and the shuttle service that will take you to town whenever you're ready. Everyone at Motama was so friendly and the stay is so peaceful, calm luxurious and we can only recommend coming here! Unfortunately we only had 1 night, but we would have loved to stay longer and hopefully we will be able to come back one day :) Thank you to Gun and the lovely team

Amazing and quiet place. We were the only occupied villa out of the three during our stay (start of low rainy season). It didn’t rain during our stay at all. The private pool was very nice with view of a rice field, and there were two huge bedrooms with built ins which were ideal for our family. Property was secure. The staff was amazing as well. They were courteous, prepared excellent breakfast which was also amazing! Lots of mineral water bottles provided with new ones every day. Minibar had chocs and nibbles. The property is about 10 mins away from central Ubud, but they have ON DEMAND shuttle service! You must whatsapp them on their customer service number or walk up to the counter. A driver will take you and drop off and later pick up anywhere on the route of main roads from Motama like Monkey Forest Road, etc, or you can get dropped off at central market. Please tip the drivers a little as shuttle is on demand. If you don’t its alright they dont ask for it. If you want good coffee, you can walk to Home Cafe (10 mins away) for Aussie style coffee. Feel the local vibe during your walk! We ate at Sanada Cafe which was nice. Had ice cream at Monimo on Monkey Forest Road. We didnt go to Monkey Forest but did other activities like Visits to temples like Empul and Goa Gajah historial temples. Learn the local hindu culture as unlike rest of Indonesia, Bali is predominantly Hindu and have unique culture with lots of ceremonies. Muslim and Hindu culture is well respected here.

Just on the upstairs room door, the lock didn’t work properly that needs fixing.

Motama Villa was an amazing choice and exceeded my expectations. The location is great, and there is a free shuttle service that takes you to the center, which is very convenient. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa also offers a stunning view of the rice terraces from the garden, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful - nothing felt like it was too much to ask. Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was delicious & views from the pool and balcony were great. The shuttle provided was also an added bonus as the centre of Ubud was probably a bit too far to walk with young kids.

It doesn't really have a gym as stated in the booking info- just the one treadmill and a weight machine. Saying that there was a decent gym only a short walk around the corner.

Service was exceptional, they offer free transport to and from Ubud central which made the trip very easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed with two kids a great stay all round.

This villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were huge, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were also massive, clean and loved the outdoor bathtub! The pool was stunning, and the view overlooking the rice fields was amazing! What really set this place apart, though, was the service. The team was always friendly and helpful, responded incredibly quickly, and answered every question we had with genuine care. The villa is tucked away down a back road but they provide a shuttle service which was super handy and they dropped and collected us from the centre(5 mins) every day without fail - sometimes multiple times a day! I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about our stay. I would 1000% recommend this villa to anyone staying in Ubud/Bali — it completely exceeded our expectations and made our trip so special.

The location is great. Central ubud. Facilities were adequate and staff very helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Just little things like tea wasn’t restocked. Towels weren’t changed automatically and a few things were broken. Also bedrooms were on different floors and the pool wasn’t very clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the pool was nice.

I wish there would have been pool towels. We had to use our shower towels for the pool, therefore, we asked for new towels each day. Also, there isn't much of a fitness center. There was 1 piece of a full body gym equipment, but it wasn't in good condition. They added a treadmill for me, however, I prefer free weights when I'm traveling.

The property is very good, the house is spacious, and the location has easy access to the main Ubud central area. The service is good, and it is a quiet location. The only issue is that the private pool is not very clean. Other than that, everything is good.

Services, accomodation, shuttle services and breakfast was the highlight of our stay.

Connection between room was difficult as kids room was upstairs.

Breakfast was great, they also offer a car to take you on to Ubud and pick you up which was great. Also had a puppy and kitten during our stay.

Unfortunately the staff member that welcomed us just seemed bothered we turned up. However, every other staff member was amazing. The suit was two story so one room was upstairs and one down with an external staircase so not good if you have young children.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating, private pool was the best bit! The pool had a beautiful view of the rice fields. The villa was big and had everything we needed. They had a shuttle into town which was great. The grounds were lovely and it was quiet.

The overall atmosphere of the villa was fantastic. We had a two-story villa with a private balcony, pool, kitchen, and dining area — more than enough to make us happy. We bought beers and snacks from outside and enjoyed a chatty, relaxing time in the dining area facing the rice fields (and no mosquitoes!). Even though it’s called a villa, there’s a reception desk with staff who assist with check-in and check-out, and they were very helpful with all our requests. Our room overlooked the rice fields, and it was wonderfully quiet.

We had two rooms, and the AC in one of them wasn’t working properly, so unfortunately we just had to put up with it. Since our bathroom was semi-outdoor, the bathtub had some moss on it. It seemed like it was naturally there, and I didn’t use the bathtub anyway, so it wasn’t a big issue.

Close to Ubud central. Staff are super friendly and approachable. Offers great suggestions on where to go and what to eat. Very on point recommendations. Love it. The whole crew is all about service - hard to beat such great service! Cute little resident puppy (Kim-Boy) at the villa. Well behaved, and respectful in the sense that it does not enter your villa. Just wait patiently outside to see if you have little treats for it. Bring along a pack of dog food if you are a dog lover.

2 blackouts in 3 days. One lasted for couple of hours. The other for minutes. That leaves us with no aircon or heated water. Total darkness. Lots of mosquitoes and ants. Maybe a spray of natural insecticides before the guests arrived, and when they are out would be helpful.

This is an amazing choice for accomodation in Ubud. The staff went out of their way to make you were looked after. Thank you Yumas and friends! They provided a car shuttle upon request and this was never a problem for them. Even til 10pm! The breakfast selection - wow! So many choices and superb food. Smoothie bowls a must! The rooms were so spacious in size, two storey with one bedroom upstairs, the other downstairs. Very private. The bathrooms were huge! Bigger than many hotel rooms! The infinity pool overlooked rice fields, watching the sunset from the pool with a cocktail. Superb! No restaurant but not necessary as meals and beverages delivered to your room. Location wise, very quiet. Garden on entry. A hidden gem down a narrow street! Perfect stay. Wished we booked longer as so many Bali activities and attractions are based around Ubud. Save yourself the 2 hr drive and just stay here at Motama Villa!

The space was very generous. I had a 2 bed villa. Each bedroom was fully self sufficient. There was a kitchen just off the pool area. I felt very safe(solo traveller) and the villa location was fairly central to ubud. The host generously dropped me off to where I wanted to explore each day.

The breakfast services is good. They send to our rooms on time as per requested. The food are overall good 8/10. Coffee very nice.

İki yatak odalı villada konakladık. Personel inanılmaz kibar, güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Villa Bali ruhuna uygun dekore edilmiş, ayrıca çok temiz. Tesiste kahvaltı, öğle yemeği ve akşam yemeği aldık. Hep çok lezzetliydi. Pirinç tarlalarına bakan kendimize ait sonsuzluk havuzunda çok güzel vakit geçirdik.

Konumu merkezi, ancak Ubud bölgesinde yollar ve ulaşım altyapısı çok yetersiz olduğu için yaya olarak da arabayla da ulaşım çok zor. Bununla beraber ubud sarayının olduğu bölgeye yürüdük. Diğer bir husus da iki yatak odalı villada ikinci yatak odası bağımsız girişi olan üst katta, yani odalar birbiriyle bağlantılı değil. Çocukları küçük olan aileler için zor olabilir.

They had renovation going on in the next villa within the property. It was really really noisy for 2 days of the 4 we stayed.

Très grande villa avec une piscine et belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la villa, le personnel est adorable et ils vous conduisent à Ubud quand vous en avez besoin. Nous étions avec 2 ados donc parfait mais ne convient pas aux familles avec jeunes enfants : les chambres sont complètement indépendantes à des étages différents.

Bad location

Rooms were amazing and staff were so lovely. They also ran a free shuttle anywhere you needed to go. The bedrooms were so spacious with huge bathrooms superb decor and much better than anticipated.

I would like more outdoor space. Weather wasn’t good for us but if it was sunny there’s only 2 x sun loungers and no space for comfortable chairs. Also not sure how much sun you would get as it seemed shady for most of the day.

Fantastic Villa with large rooms, amazing outdoor bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice infinity pool, the best breakfast (you can choose what you like, many GF and DF options) and the best staff (thank you Yumas and Deta for a memorable stay).

The villa was lovely and came with a private pool. Although it was a bit far from Ubud Centre, a shuttle was always available for trips to and from the villa. The trees around the pool were beautiful, and the afternoons were truly enchanting with the sounds of nature all around. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and the villa offered several tours at reasonable prices.

The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the bathroom were not perfect and could be improved.
