Purana Suite Ubud

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Purana Suite. The staff was simply incredible; very kind and thoughtful. The property was clean, the food in the restaurant delicious and our room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is wonderfully peaceful and feels like a tranquil escape while still being perfectly located in Ubud. The service was exceptional, every member of staff was so friendly, attentive and genuinely willing to help. The food was fantastic, and we especially loved the pool — the perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! Joe & Ciara

Staff were super welcoming and friendly

-> Beautiful hotel -> Lovely staff 🥰 -> Great location -> 10/10 hotel restaurant -> Great service

No complaints :-)

I’ve travelled all around the world, and this is the best place I have ever stayed in. The rooms are massive. Pool so quaint and comfortable. The service exceptional.

Alles! Er werd overal aan gedacht en meegeholpen. Elk persoonslid was ontzettend vriendelijk.

We booked a private villa, and from the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. The welcome drink was delicious, and one of the lovely ladies even put beautiful flowers in my hair. Everything was amazing — the course dinner, the pool, the floating breakfast, and the spa. Each experience was truly wonderful. But what impressed us the most was the kindness of every single person working at the hotel. Everyone greeted us warmly, and whenever we needed help, even with the smallest things, they were always there for us right away. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, and it made us realize that choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. We are so happy that we had the chance to stay here. Thank you for making our stay so special and unforgettable. We would definitely love to come back again someday! ♡

The personal were very friendly and helpfull. The food was very good! We also took a cooking lesson at the bistro and after that we eat everything that we made ourself. We learned so much and everything was well prepared. And it was fun to do! The hotel was located on the busy street in the centre, easy to walk everywhere. Inside the hotel it was very quiet. The athmosphere was very relaxed. We enjoyed the swimmingpool, the lovely plants and we had a very good bed to sleep in. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff. Delicious breakfasts!

Purana Suite was our favorite hotel we have ever been to! We are very happy for our stay to this exceptional hotel with these wonderful people make us feel like home! You will always be kept as a treasure in our hearts! Thank you!

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft in toller Lage.

Staff was fantastic and so friendly. Location was also great.

Excellent staff were so amazing and also threw in a birthday cake and sang me a lovely birthday song at breakfast.

Bath in the room, very clean and tidy

Very restrictive regarding hot drink for breakfast without additional charge. European guests will struggle with the strength of Balinese coffee.

Excellent friendly staff

Walkable distance to local restaurants and monkey forest.

It was a perfect location for a solo traveler, staff were helpful and kind and I felt safe.

It was all fab!

We had a lovely stay at Purana Suite. All of the staff are lovely, so welcoming and helpful. The hotel and facilities are very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. It's a little way out of town, but that was not a problem for us, as there are lots of excellent restaurants within a 10-minute walk. We booked the hotel car for pickup in Padang Bai and drop-off in Kuta, and it was excellent. New and clean car with very friendly drivers, and the air conditioning worked well. I would happily stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a hotel bar, but there are plenty of options nearby

The staff was great, they were accomodating and helpful. As much as I'm usually not a fan of a la carte breakfast everything we tried was delicious and the portions were large enough - especially since fruit and juice are also included. The room was very spacious and the balcony overlooking the pool was a great thing to have, it was clean and comfortable. It's a little bit of a walk to the very centre of Ubud, howevery there are still many many restaurants and shops only a few minutes away, and the monkey forest is also nearby so we liked it better this way. No noise for us, it was decently quiet in the evenings.

At breakfast there's a surcharge for coffee like lattes, cappucinos etc. with the only coffee included being the Balinese coffee which was good but I'd prefer to have had a choice. We saw the reviews mentioning the humidity in the room which we noticed as well beacuse it's between the spa and the pool, but there was a dehumidifyier in the room and the AC which both cleared up the issue very quickly. While it's not a positive, it's also wasn't really a negative for us since it was easily fixed.

The staff were brilliant as was the food in the restaurant and the cocktails. The massages were divine - so good we had one each day. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Staff were excellent, addressed you respectfully by your name, offered to help out in any way. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast had a good selection and I swapped an egg for more bacon and had cappuccino which was not on the list. The staff even swapped my appetite cold fruit juice for normal temperature due to my sore throat. Wonderful experience

The telephone was in the process of being fixed so had to ring front desk from my phone. And there was no hot water in my wash basin tap. But plenty in the shower.

Awesome staff. Relaxing place to be. Second time we have stayed and enjoyed just as much. The staff are so friendly. Place is clean and food was great. It’s a little walk to the main centre but worth the quietness of the area.

Amazing service location and hospitality, especially in restaurant and spa

Small pool, but good enough for our trip

AMAZING staff,, so friendly and ready to chat or help.. Super clean. Handy location. Close to yoga barn (yay)and shops, food etc. Small hotel with limited rooms and small pool area. Best suited to couples.

On a super busy road with some traffic noise but this is Ubud now. ☹️ nothing in the control of the hotel.

Our stay at Purana Suites exceeded our expectations. The staff were super accomodating and very friendly. The property is super clean, the pool is well maintained. The food at the restaurant was great too, We had a fabulous time.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. One of our highlights were definitely the bed time stories each evening that we got from staff. The food in the hotel restaurant Noonik was delicious - highly recommend trying the food and drinks! Would definitely rebook for our next trip!

The location was perfect. Close to very good restaurants within walking distance. I loved the staff and their very wonderful welcoming attitude.

Nothing really.

Notre chambre manquait d’isolation phonique

Everything, it was just perfect.

I stayed in Ubud previously in a 5 star hotel but this time we chose Purana , though a 15 -20 mins walk to the main center, we absolutely enjoyed Purana Suite . Staff was really friendly and being in a smaller hotel they make you feel even more special . Special mentioned to Fitri who is such a lovely person checking on if everything is okay during your stay each time she sees you :) . We will no doubt chose Purana Suite if we have to be in Ubud again.

More options for breakfast though they accommodate my special dietary requirement with no problem.
