Patricia was working at the front desk. She was exceptional. She answered all her questions she tried to help us out with Room selection whatever she was capable of doing she did and my friend and I are not hard to please kind of people as long as we gotta clean fresh room good service my main reason for booking this room for was a friend who was visiting me from Oshawa and swimming pool was something we were both looking forward to because we always swim together or at least I tried to swim ;) any of my future friends or family comes over I will always rent a room from you guys. Thank you.

This hotel is situted just 5 mins from the London International airport for those that are flying in or out the next day. it is also located close to lots of restuarants, gas stations, shopping , etc. in the local area. The hotel itself is very clean, quiest & comfortable, offering a pool, fitness room & free daily breakfast to all guests. As well the staff were all very helpful & friendly during our stay. I would highly recommend checking it out if you are travelling through or out of the London, ON. area..

The front desk reception was excellent and very friendly and knowledgable....Racelle is very good at her job on the front desk, i will recommend this Best Western location.

Cold pool

Spacious room with a decent level of cleanliness. Super friendly and cool staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping. The standard breakfast was simple but very nice and much appreciated. Great convenient features, like the EV charging stations and the ice dispensers on the floors.

While the room was okay, the housekeeping could be improved (some details were missed). One of the EV chargers was out of order, which was a bit inconvenient. There was no water fountain available for guests to refill bottles.

When we asked for 30 min to check out late they refused although the hotel was empty and it was not a weekend

The staff was great and it was close to the airport.

The elevator was out of service and the rooms are a bit outdated.

We booked 3 rooms here with a group of friends and had a wonderful stay. They put our rooms all very close and even gave us adjoining rooms without us having to ask which was perfect with the kids. Breakfast was great. We loved the selection - there was something for everyone, even those picky eaters. The pool was an added bonus. The towels were really small, but most of us brought our own from home thinking there wouldn't be any so I suppose it was a bonus they were there at all.

The location is good for what my needs were.

The flags out front were messed up, dirty parking lot, flower beds needed attended, know where to sit out front to have a cigarette or a cigar or just simply enjoy the evening. Not enough handicap parking.

Il y avait énormément de bruit dans le passage , ça courrait et crier très fort , j’avais 10 hrs de route à faire le lendemain et a 23:00 ça criait encore j’ai très très mal dormi

Lots of options for breakfast, but mostly ultra-processed foods. Appreciated the apples and bananas, though.

Excellent staff, very accommodating and friendly. Comfortable and clean rooms. Beds are very comfy. Lounge area at front great for adults to unwind while kids are settling. Always a fan fav of our group and are request customers. Thanks Pamela and staff as always!!

I have stayed at this Best Western location multiple times. The staff is fantastic, rooms are clean and they offer a wide selection with the breakfast included in the stay. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in London.

Comfortable, affordable, good breakfast, great location. Good for families, good base for the area. Helpful staff. Plenty of food for breakfast. Good connections to London and the highway.

Lighting in the room was a little dark, unable to sort it out. Air conditioning was too loud. No yoghurt at breakfast which was disappointing. Shame the cutlery was all plastic, not very environmentally friendly

The Best Western London Airport Inn and Suites was amazing. I stayed the night before my flight and the staff and the facilities were above awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was top notch and very reliable. I got to the airport when I needed to (very early) and my pickup on return was also very reliable and easy to access. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Quick and easy

El hotel muy limpio aunque un poco viejo pero bien mantenido, el precio excelente. El desayuno bien. Lo único malo para mi fue el ruido de la calefacción, muy fuerte ya que tengo el sueño muy ligero. Si me quedaría en una segunda ocasión por la relación precio-lugar.

Necesitan una calefacción más nueva, ya que hacía mucho ruido la que tienen, traté de poner un sonido en mi celular para que disimulara el ruido y aún así, dormí muy poco.

The room was clean.The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly. Nice pool. Good having a fridge in the room. Breakfast had healthy choices available.

I dislike eating on paper plates with plastic cutlery in the dining room and having plastic cups and paper coffee cups in the room. Everything gets tossed in the garbage afterwards. That's a lot of waste every day.

I have always liked this place but they have stepped up their game. Front desk very profeesional , breakfast really diverse including some gluten free stuff. Room impeccable. 3 km from London airport. Nothing bad to say about it. ev friendly. Just a reallly nice place

Parking for $30 for a week, free shuttle to and from airport, call when you are ready to return to hotel, shuttle 5 minutes away. Rooms were clean, hot breakfast ready by 6am. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was convenient. My daughter had a competition, and this was the closest hotel to the venue. the woman who was restocking towels and brought extra towels to our room was extremely kind and friendly. I wish I had gotten her name, she had blonde hair.

the hotel felt old and outdated. The carpets were stained, and the pool area had black mold. I could tell the rooms were cleaned well, but the issues went beyond cleaning new carpets and updates to the pool area are needed. There was also an old smell throughout the property.

Did not like anything.. Actually cancelled the room and went elsewhere after looking at 3 different, distgusting rooms. Blood on wall and nightstand in one room. Hair and chips on all 3 rooms pull-out couches. Dirty bathrooms as well

It was close to what we needed during our stay, staff were friendly, and room was clean.

Overpriced for the stay. The pool was crowded, and dining our stay there was a hockey team of young children, and from the moment we walked in, children were running around the lobby, hallways, and main areas. This went on all day/night. Nothing was done or said to them.

The hand towel looked like it had previous user make up stain on it. We couldn't touch it.

Parking was challenging as it was very disorganized but it could have been due to the snow. I think quite a few were park and fly so maybe they should have designated areas for that and leave the front area for current customers.
