Das Hotel bietet alles an, um einen schönen Wellness oder Aktivurlaub zu genießen. Alles war großartig, von den Wellnessbehandlungen bis hin zu den E-Bikes, Fitnessraum und Markus, dem Wanderguide. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super, alles modern und viel Platz für Kleidung usw. Das Personal ist ganz reizend, sehr aufmerksam und immer freundlich. Wasser wird immer kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Finden wir wirklich super. Das Essen war sehr gut und sehr vielfältig. Jeder Geschmack wird getroffen.

Krásný hotel se super službami. Milý a ochotný personál, který se snaží při každé příležitosti Váš pobyt zpříjemnit. Dobrá dostupnost k lanovce na Stubaier Gletcher. Skvělá kuchyně i odpolední snack. Oceňuji i bazén, který je do určité hodiny pro všechny a k večeru jen pro dospělé, kteří mají možnost zrelaxovat. Nově zrekonstruovaná část pokojů. Dostatečné kapacity parkovaní jak venku tak v garáži. (za poplatek).

Das Frühstück läst keine Wünsche offen. Vom frisch gemachten Omlett nach Wahl bis zur grosszügigen Teeauswahl. Eine tolle Auwahl an Backwaren. Viel hausgemachte Produkte

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal äußerst zuvorkommend sowie freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich sehr bemüht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und Wünsche einzugehen. Der Wellness Bereich ist außergewöhnlich und definitiv mehr als nur einen Besuch wert. Auch die Speisen im Restaurant waren wirklich lecker. Wir haben uns allgemein sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen moderner gestaltet sein können. Das Frühstück war zwar reichlich und sehr vielfältig, jedoch wären ein paar herzhafte vegane Frühstücksalternativen schön gewesen.

I would say almost everything - excellent location for skiing on the Stubai Glacier, clean and large rooms, gourmet restaurant or the nice spa area. The hosts are really friendly and they are always present to make sure you spend an excellent holiday.

The main issue for us as a family was the program for the spa area. The access at the outdoor pool for families with children is allowed exclusively between 10.00-14.00 and 17.00-17.30. Considering the fact that the ski school's program is between 10.00-15.00 and the trip back from the glacier to the hotel is about 60 minutes including the lift time, we needed to hurry to be able to attend together to the pool between 17.00-17.30. Maybe the hosts will consider my point of view since outside this family interval, only 2-3 persons are out there in the pool.

Lovely stay and we were spoilt with the most amazing 6 course meals every evening. Fabulous breakfast buffet as well. The spa facilities were super clean and the outside hot pool with bubble jets were fabulous after a day's skiing. Shuttle bus to the base station for ski gondolas provided by hotel. Day excursions for those who were interested (guided winter hiking, Innsbruck Christmas market). Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place with outstanding staff. It's a quiet place with everything you need. Daily transfer to the slopes makes your stay fully relaxing, you can forget about finding parking place on busy days and carrying your gear - door-to-door transfer make it much more enjoyable. After skiing you can relax in the saunas, adults only swimming pool (there are two) or in one of the relaxing rooms. The cook is amazing and the choice of food is superb. Just watch out, you can gain one or two kilos :)

you can tell which rooms haven't been renovated yet but to be honest they are equipped better then many new ones in other hotels or apartments in the area.

Prachtig en zeer verzorgd hotel. Het zwembad en wellness gedeelte had een mooi buitenzwembad, dat lekker warm was. Onze kamer was ruim en zeer smaakvol ingericht met een prachtig groot terras. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit met een mooie selectie aan Oostenrijkse wijnen. Wat ook heel interessant was, dat je naast het gastronomisch 5-gangen menu ’s avonds ook nog de kans had om een klassieker als een spaghetti of schnitzel te kiezen, dit werd erg geapprecieerd door de kinderen.

Als je komt om te skiën op de Stubai gletsjer, dan is er in dit dal, bijna nergens een ski-in ski-out hotel (of toch niet met deze kwaliteit van eten en luxe). Bijgevolg moet je de wagen, skibus of hotelshuttle nemen. Gelukkig was het amper 13min rijden tot het dalstation, en dit hotel was het waard, dus dat viel goed mee.

La gentillesse du personnel La qualité de l'hebergement, avec des équipements de qualité la situation géographique au centre de la vallée le service de restauration: petit déjeuner de qualité, gouter entre 15h00 et 17h00, et tres bon repas en demi pension. le SPA avec boissons et dattes ou noix à volonté les renseignements sur les activités possibles( itineraires de randonne ) et des sorties organisées gratuites possibles.

Eviter la chambre double "cosy corner": peu de lumière, balcon minuscule, pas de vue et proximité avec la route principale de la vallée, donc nuisances sonores au petit jour.

Die Lage zum Tal ist wunderschön. Trotz der Größe des Hauses schaffen Sie eine schöne entspannte , familiäre Atmosphäre . Das gesamte Team lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und auch der komplette Wellness Bereich mit soviel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet das Körper und Geist in Harmonie gelangen.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, modern. The facilities was great we enjoyed the pool especially the outside one and also the sauna and wellness. The staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. It was also very convenient to lend bicycles and hiking equipment from the hotel (all was of good quality).

Dinners and breakfast were excellent. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. Free (non-electric) bicycles were available, including helmets and locks. The outdoor pool was heated.

The rooms were very warm during the night, with no option for individual temperature control (only central heating/cooling). The amenities could be improved — there was only one gel provided, which was the same for both hand washing and showering. It would be nice to have separate products like shampoo and conditioner, among other things. We felt somewhat overlooked for not speaking German, especially in comparison to the other guests

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The location is very nice, the outdoor pool in the spa area has an amazing view. Excellent food and hospitality. Special thanks to the cleaning lady, who took care of our room - all our needs were always noticed and fulfilled :)

Definitely the best hotel we have ever been. Everybody is kind and helpful. Airport and ski shuttle service is very well organised and useful, food is awesome. Wellness facilities are also perfect. Our apartment was quiet, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Children friendly place. Will return for sure!

Delicious food, modern design

Plenty of breakfast choices,, high quality of food: where elsed o you get to choose between four different kinds of butter? The shuttle bus to the lift ia also super, with a choice of several convenient departing & return times. Both pools, all saunas and the wellness/relaxation areas were fabulous, with the attendants providing excellent service

Maybe think about offering a shuttle to e.g. Schlick 2000 and/or Elfer instead of just the Stubai glacier? This may make sense during peak season.

Meals and Spa are fabulous.

Rooms need to be renovated, it almost looks like rooms compared to lobby/spa belong to different hotels. I know that lux rooms are new and stylish, but standard and panorama rooms look like rooms from 1990's, especially bathrooms. No place to dry out clothes (ski clothes, bath suits after spa) , which is strange for a ski resort hotel. Customer relations is not very friendly if you have irregular request, shuttle bus to ski lift is very limited in time and could not meet our needs, so we had to take regular bus

Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. The evening meal was nice, not the best food ever but it was good and there was a lot of food! The drinks were reasonable. Breakfast was lovely in the morning - lots of choice. We was sad to leave. Tip: if travelling from Innsbruck, you can get the bus for free by getting a pass on the Subitai tourism website

Hübsch gelegenes, familiengeführtes Hotel , das es besonders gut versteht Gästen aller Altersstufen unter einem Dach einen schönen Urlaub zu bescheren. Wir hatten nur leider ein etwas älteres Zimmermodell das den Komfort teilweise einschränkt. Leider ging es auch zur Straße hin , so dass sich Straßenlärm und Ab/Anreise- sowie hotelbedingter Auslade/Versorgungsverkehr manchmal schon sehr früh am Morgen bemerkbar gemacht hat . Bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings weniger störend. Es wurde uns eine Möglichkeit geboten in ein moderneres & ruhigeres Zimmer umzuziehen , allerdings gab es grössentechnisch nichts freies, passendes zu dem Zeitpunkt da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Behebbare Mängel wurden aber sofort behoben. Die allgemein zugänglichen Räumlichkeiten ( Restaurant, Lobby, Wellness etc ) sind alle renoviert bzw neu gebaut und daher in einem top modernem Zustand, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr gute Küche & aufmerksames Personal. Die Kosmetik Abteilung ist ebenfalls sehr qualifiziert. Alles in allem ein erholsamer & schöner Wander/Skiurlaub.

zuerst wohnten wir im Stammhaus, dort bewohnten wir ein großes etwas uriges aber sehr großes Familienzimmer mit Ankleidebereich, das war in Ordnung insbesondere für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern, ein Balkon war leider nicht vorhanden, wir sind dann gefragt worden ob wir ins neue Haus umziehen möchten. Gegen einen kleinen Aupreis hatten wir ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Stubaier Gletscher. Éin wunderschönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, es ist seine 4 Sterne auf jeden Fall wert. Einrichtung TOP, kleiner SPA sehr schön, Außenpool mit kl. Liegewiese und Terrasse zum Entspannen sehr schön, sehr gutes Abendessen wie auch ein perfektes Frühstücksbuffet, die Nachmittagsjause ist auch zu empfehlen, sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service(ist heute ja keine Selbstveständlichkeit mehr). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr guter Service in allen Bereichen (Rezeption, Restaurant, Shuttle zum Gletscher, Zimmer...), sehr leckeres Essen, schöner Wellness Bereich.
