Great location for pubs , restaurants and beach Good pool plenty sunbeds.

The apartments are getting a bit dated and tired on the inside, been going a few years now and think it needs updating, bit of a smell coming from the air conditioning.

Si estás en la habitación cuando pasan a limpiar, ya no vuelven en todo el día. Tienen los cubiertos, platos y vasos justos

Me pareció todo viejo, un colchón bastante malo. Un balcón pequeño. La limpieza dejaba que desear. No tenían socorrista en la piscina!! Entra y sale del apartamento al que le place. Me ha dejado mucho que desear. Mantas guardadas con mucho polvo...

The Apartments are in a great location, close to lots of restaurants & bars.

This was our Fourth visit to Ecuador Park Apartments over the last Eight years. The rooms are showing their age and in definite need of a major make-over.

The only thing positive for me was the location

We had a studio apartment, which was very small, in desperate need of a facelift, the shower door wouldn’t close, cracked tiles, black mouldy silicone, extremely basic. No hairdryer in room. Staff on reception mostly helpful and friendly except for one woman, who was very miserable and rude.

No me gustó que tenía 2 camas 🛏️ y un poco incómodo que si te ponías en el medio se movía el colchón y se abría la cama .

Nos gustó mucho aparte del precio,la piscina y la ubicación k esta fantástica.

K eran muchas escaleras ,estaba en el 5 piso y no suelo subir por el ascensor.

Świetny hotel przy plaży. Wygodne pokoje, w których niczego nie brakuje. Do tego basen. Blisko do Malagi - autobusem.ok 25min, autem 12 min. Z przyjemnością wrócimy. Polecamy!

La ubicación excelente y el trato del personal,tanto en recepción como el personal de limpieza,también.La zona es muy tranquila.

No me gustó el armario,es pequeño,nos hizo falta un poco de espacio para guardar la ropa y otra cosa la nevera,no cerraba bien y por la noche hacia ruido,pero no nos ha importado,hemos estado muy agusto.

Que era finde semana y no suelen limpiar y tuvimos las toallas dos días las mismas. Y los ascensores tienen 5 escalones hasta que llegas a ellos lo digo por las maletas.

Muy cerca de la playa, camas cómodas y terraza grande. El personal muy amable y con muchos sitios alrededor para comer y comprar cosas que puedas necesitar en tu estancia.

Necesita una buena reforma. La ducha es pequeña y se suponía que tenía mampara por las fotos y venía con una cortina, que para una ducha es horrible, se te pega al cuerpo y me parece muy poco higiénico. El cuarto de baño en general era pequeño y había visto épocas mejores. El mobiliario escueto y también antiguo y las sillas de la terraza de plástico y cada una de una forma y una de ellas rota incluso. La verdad es que para 3 días pues más o menos los pasas pero no lo recomiendo para estancias más largas, no es cómodo. Pero para una escapada cortita, no está mal de precio y estás a lado de la playa. Igualmente yo por lo menos no volveré, he estado muchas veces en Torremolinos y es el peor sitio donde me he quedado, no repetiré.

El apartamento para 5 personas es muy amplio, estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo. Ubicación perfecta.

Tener todo tan cerca y ser tan acogedor, de echo hemos vuelto a reservar para el año que viene

Sofá cama se notaban los muelles , en recepción 2 personas muy correctas y otro con la lengua demasiado suelta .

Nuestra estancia en los Apartamentos Ecuador Park ha sido fantástica. Lo primero que destacaría es su ubicación, ya que están prácticamente al lado de la playa. Poder ir caminando en apenas unos minutos es un auténtico lujo, especialmente cuando viajas con niños. El apartamento nos pareció muy amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones con total comodidad, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La piscina también nos encantó. Estaba muy cuidada, era tranquila y perfecta para que los peques disfrutaran mientras los mayores podíamos relajarnos. Además, encontramos todo muy limpio y el ambiente era muy agradable, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. Sin duda, es un alojamiento con una excelente relación calidad-precio y una ubicación inmejorable para disfrutar de la playa y de la zona. Si volvemos, repetiremos sin pensarlo. ¡Muy recomendable!

The Location was good easily accessible to Benalnadena and the Marina and walking distance to places

Hairdryer in the room was one of the down sides and an oven as well wouldve been beneficial hopefully in the future they take that on board would attract lots of people

La ubicación es inmejorable. Las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable. Hay una terraza muy amplia. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, si te descuidabas pasabas frío. Nos guardaron las maletas y nos dejaron ducharnos en unos baños de la piscina antes de irnos.

La cortina del baño, debería tener una mampara o cristal ya que la cortina es menos higiénico.

La mala insonorización de la habitación se escuchaba cada persona que pasaba por el pasillo y las personas que estaban en la piscina a la hora de la siesta, el frigorífico estaba sucio y olía fatal.

Clean, quiet , staff were pleasant. Also local to all amenities. Room was nice and cool and beds were comfortable, couple of English tv channels to chill out in bed with & WiFi available easy enough to access.

No bar /food/ entertainment area, this lets the hotel down, as could be doing with a tv down at the pool area and tourists can enjoy a cold drink or snack at the pool, there was a lot of kids there but no entertainment. This lets the hotel down and they would hugely benefit from this.

El sofá está en el dormitorio, no en el salón donde está la TV, el inodoro estaba suelto y era un tercero sin ascensor

Es un apartamento cerca se la playa y silencioso.

La habitación esta bien calidad precio pero creo que los baños necesitan un arreglo, mampara rota, puerta vieja y no se podía cerrar, las ventanas no cierran bien, de las zonas comunes la.piscina no me pareció que estuviera lo suficientemente limpia se veía turbia.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y de supermercados. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y el personal fue muy amable. Además fue bastante fácil aparcar.

La habitación algo pequeña, aunque en nuestro caso fue para una escapada y no nos pareció mal. Quizá se echo en falta alguna baldita en el baño, y algo mas de menaje en la cocina, pero es por poner algo por mejorar.

Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin tällöin,mutta en ole varma olisiko lakanoita vaihdettu siivouspäivänä ilman kyltin laittoa oveen, jossa pyysimme siivousta -peruskeittiötarvikkeet löytyi ruoanlaittoon -ilmastointi toimi moitteetta -allasalue oli siisti ja rauhallinen -ruokakaupat lähellä ja rantakatu ravintoloineen ihan lähellä -vuokra-autolle löysi katuparkin helposti päivittäin. Suosimme yksisuuntaisia katuja, joihin oli kapeilla kaduilla turvallisempi jättää auto eikä se naarmuuntunut

-katutasossa eli allastasossa (0.kerros) ollut huoneisto oli pettymys, heti 1.kerroksesta huoneet olisivat olleet viihtyisämpiä ja tilavampia, koska niihin mahtui oleskelutilaa eli nojatuoleja ja isompi keittiönpöytä levitettävän sängyn lisäksi mitä tähän huoneistoon ei kuulunut. Kannattaa kokeilla laittaa viestiä varausta tehdessä hotellille, jos ottavat huonetoiveen vastaan näin -istuimme terassilla kyllä iltaisin, mutta olisin myös mielellään katsonut maisemia mitä ei nyt ollut -terassin muovituolien jalat pettivät välillä muovin pehmentyessä auringossa

Indicaba que tenía acceso para personas con movilidad reducida pero , para llegar al ascensor había 7 escalones y para llegar al estudio, al salir del ascensor, nuevamente 7 escalones. Deberían advertir que no todos los alojamientos son aptos para movilidad reducida

Plenty of sunbeds at any time of the day. Room serviced every 2nd day. Good location.

On arrival we booked a superior apartment for 3 adults. There was no bed linen or towels for the 3rd person. When I went to reception I was handed the Bedlinen and had to make the bed myself. The freezer of the fridge needed defrosting.

Apartments are very dated with old appliances & the sofa bed is very uncomfortable

The room was not facing the pool and the balcony was tiny. The pool facing rooms were the same price and had large balconies.

We had requested a ground floor or first floor apartment as we knew from staying previously there are no lifts. We have both had hip Surgeries and so felt it would be easier for a bringing cases up to the apartment and for access generally if we were on the ground floor or first floor. Unfortunately we did not get our requested and were given a 3rd floor apartment to which we had to physically drag 20kgs cases up 3 flights of stairs and no help.

Minor repairs needs to be done Balcon handle barely hanging and was the same as last year as I stayed in exact same room AC not working, giving error, not an issue now but will be next month Shower gel dispenser is leaking and make the shower floor very slipery

Disappointed our hotel was cancelled whilst on plane had booked for 2 years and then price was bumped up a huge amount and could only afford to stay for the 1 in the end stayed in hire veh the other night - due to u cancelling as saying the price was wrong but we had budget trip all around cost and u cancelled as we was due to arrive very very very disappointed

The room location at the back of the hotel facing a wall .Balcony could do with a paint job as the old paint was peeling and not much room for two people to sit out due to the unit on the wall .More clarity on locations of rooms being offered on the website should inform the customer that it's a good view/ bad view etc. before reservation. And this was a upgrade I was offered on the booking l had originally made .Was let down by the room given maybe should of kept the original booking .This maybe a once off occurrence as l have stayed there before and always got the rooms l envisioned that l paid for .

Where it was situated apartment was clean and comfortable

Staff were no help whatsoever the lift was situated up a set of stairs we were on the 5th floor so there was another set of stairs when we got out of the lift, I was with my 86 year old mother so wouldn't let her carry any luggage. 1 key for the whole apartment block for the luggage room? asked for help with the luggage got told he couldn't because of an accident he had, it was raining at the time but all he was interested in was getting the key back!
