I do not think this hotel lives up to 3 stars. The room was very small and their where no towel for after you was your hands. If you want that you have to pay for it - This shouldn't be the case in a 3 star hotel.

Camere pulite, bagni funzionanti e letti comodi. Ottima piscina. Colazione appena sufficiente per la parte dolce, discreta per la parte salata. Posizione abbastanza funzionale per visitare la città. La struttura dell’albergo ci ha organizzato molto gentilmente tutti i trasferimenti da Yogyakarta e verso Banyuwangi e le visite al vulcano Bromo e alle cascate Tumpak Sewu. Altre strutture non ci hanno dato questa Assistenza. In questo sono fenomenali.

Non ho nulla da segnalare di negativo.

Sadly on this occasion there is nothing I liked

I've stayed here before in 2023 and I really enjoyed my stay, staff were great then, but on this occasion no one was interested in their job it just felt like they didn't want to be there, breakfast was even worse than last time, I didn't think that was possible. My room was also right next to the elevator which was constantly in use regardless of the hour

I want to thank the kitchen staff and the employees for preparing my breakfast to go at 5 am. I arrived in Surabaya and ate it at the airport, it was warm and delicious. They wrapped my fried rice in aluminium foil to preserved the heat. It was meaningful. Thank you!

Er was geen zon bij het zwembad, weinig sfeer in bar en restaurant.

L’accueil de Edo à la réception était juste exceptionnel, il a toujours eu le bon ton et nous a organisé nos deux excursions. Une personne fiable et exceptionnelle.

Le service de Édo à la réception qui a fait toute la différence à notre arrivée en Indonésie pour nous permettre de ne pas perdre de temps dans nos visites.

Ubytování jako takové bylo v pořádku. Hotelové pokoje byly velmi čisté, moderní a pěkně zařízené. Bohužel náš zážitek naprosto zkazil přístup personálu v restauraci. Přišli jsme před 22:00 a slušně se zeptali, zda mají ještě otevřeno. Číšník nás usadil a přinesl jídelní lístky. Následujících 45 minut si nás ale nikdo nevšímal, přestože jsme byli v celé restauraci jako jediný pár. Nakonec jsme museli odejít hladoví. Pokud restaurace už nevařila, stačilo to říct hned na začátku a chovali bychom se podle toho. Tento přístup k hostům byl velmi neprofesionální.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with lots of choices, both Asian and western options. Nice and comfortable lobby area with a good cafe.

The bathroom shower curtain was really dirty, the bathroom was very small, the toilet leaked, the fridge didn’t work and the location was a little out of the town centre. We were quite disappointed with the quality of the food in the restaurant. The hotel was very big, very busy and lacked character.

We had a pleasant stay with our family. The location is convenient, and the facilities are well-maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we appreciated the spacious room.

The hotel is well-established, with a solid structure and managed professionally. From a location perspective, it’s excellent 👍 — very close to the mall and offering easy access to various activity areas, especially for culinary exploration. Everything is within a short drive or even walking distance, which we really enjoyed. The front office staff were helpful and informative, and overall communication throughout the hotel was clear. The room was clean, and the shower experience was great. We can see that the hotel has been making continuous improvements, which is appreciated. However, there are a few areas that need attention. The extra bed (single bed) should be replaced or upgraded, as it feels below standard — you can clearly feel the springs when lying down. Towels also need refreshing, as some are worn out, torn, and rough. Regarding the F&B service: our booking included breakfast, and due to an early morning tour, we requested to take simple items like bread and jam with us. Initially, the staff did not allow it and insisted that breakfast must be consumed at the restaurant. After politely explaining our situation and asking them to check with a supervisor, they eventually agreed. In situations like this, a bit more flexibility would be appreciated, especially since the breakfast was already included in the room rate. Staff training in handling such cases could be improved. Overall, no major concerns — we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to return in the future, perhaps trying a different room type. E.A

The hotel has a strategic location, easy access, the room are clean, the hotel staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Good for solo traveller, family, and couple.

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, which makes everything very convenient. Finding dinner was easy because there are many food options around the hotel. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. The only issue I experienced was that I did not get a plastic bag for our laundry. It would be better if the hotel provided this facility more clearly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Saya pikir pesan hotel melalui sistem online, tidak akan mendapat kamar hotel sesuai di catatan dalam booking aplikasi. Mengingat pengalaman saya sebelumnya, pesan kamar ber-AC malah dapat kamar untuk yang merokok. Tapi SwissBellin-Malang sangat profesional dengan permintaan pelanggan. Keren wiss..bisa balik lagi kalo ada perjalanan ke Malang.

Jendela di 301 ada yang tidak ada penguncinya (rusak sepertinya) walau aksesnya hanya ke mesin AC luar, cuma saya agak berlebihan dalam memikirkannya.

- We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra (owner by Swiss-Bel) in Semarang. However, Ciputra is of a much higher class than Swiss-Bel while the price is similar. Swiss-Bel is ok but the quality can't match Ciputra in Semarang. - A lobby without great amosphere. It looks more like a store than a lobby. - For some strange reason every evening from 20.00 to 22.00 live music is outside in front of the hotel? Why outside? With rain almost every evening and cold weather we don't want to sit outside to listen to live music. This performance should be inside in a bar area. - Bathroom is too small compared to Ciputra and Swiss-Bel in Surabaya. - Mattress was clearly of lower quality than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel in Surabaya. - Warm water for only 5 minutes after which it was cold.

Great location

Room rather small and a bit pricey

The facilities were great. I traveled with my parents, and they really loved the fishing pond that the hotel has. The fish that we caught could even be cooked for us. The hotel itself is in a very strategic location—it’s in the center of town and literally next to two shopping malls, making it easy to get anywhere.

The only part I didn’t like was that I arrived on very busy days, so I understand that not all of our rooms could be on the same floor. That was just okay. At dinner, there was a small incident where one of the restaurant staff accidentally spilled a hot beverage on a family member. However, it was handled very well by both the staff and the manager, who came immediately to assess the situation. There were no hard feelings—bad days can happen to anyone. I really appreciated how the manager handled the situation and even checked back with us the next morning to make sure everything was okay.
