Really nice and helpful staff. The hotel was overall nice, the room was clean, and we had a nice view.

I didn’t like that the towels smelled like they had been used before. There was a very bad smell.

Goede bedden en een mooie ruime kamer. Badkamer is ook schoon. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en voordat wij een tour deden naar de waterval kregen wij een heerlijk ontbijtpakketje mee, nadat wij gevraagd hadden of dit mogelijk was. Personeel is zeer hulpvaardig. Her lukte ons niet om online de ticket voor de boot te boeken naar bali, omdat dit alleen met Indonesisch QR betaling ging. Hotel medewerker heeft dit voor ons geregeld en de ticket uitgeprint. Echt fantastisch

Stayed for one night after the train ride from Yogyakarta. The room was modern, comfortable and quiet with a view of the whole city. The breakfast hall opens very early so that you can get a very good and extensive breakfast buffet before leaving for your explorations of East Java. The pool on the 2nd floor is also a nice touch.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Wasserfällen und dem Vulkan Bromo. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr nettes Personal und alles sehr gut organisiert, weil man die Ausflüge sehr zeitig früh beziehungsweise sogar in der Nacht beginnt. Zum Beispiel gibt es eine Frühstücksbox mit auf dem Weg zum Ausflug.

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Ayin finally confirmed my request for twin bed and king to be close each others and she arranged a connecting room, as I booked a month earlier, at beginning she explained it is based on available upon arrival, however I gave her overview, how can guest enjoy an Accor experience prior to their stay,if you are unable to fulfill guest request ahead. Reservation should aware to secure earlier when booking received and front office will make sure their arrival request and room allocation check list 7-3-1 days before. I am traveling since 10 June with my family from Jogja, Dieng, Solo, Semarang and Malang, before heading back home to Bali and ensure we enjoy the last trip ended at Ibis Malang. We got clean room, comfy bed and good view 10th floor. Well done!

The view from the room window was amazing since it is the highest building nearby. The staff was really friendly, and the food was really good. The location was perfect for pickups to the sightseeing spots (Mount Bromo etc.).

The hotel is located at the main road through Malang, which is convenient for pickups for day trips, but not optimal for walking near the hotel area (very busy and loud).

saluran tivi berbintik-bintik / tidak HD, saat saya check ini harus meminta perlengkapan sikat gigi, juga slipper yang cuma 1 pasang padahal kami berdua..staff beralasan karena sedang penghematan pemakaian plastik??..saat hari ke-2 restoran dipindahkan ke ruang meeting tetapi tidak ada stall telur goreng, begitu saya tanyakan ternyata harus memesan/meminta dulu.

We used the hotel on our way to Bromo just for a few hrs. until our pick up at 00.30. So nice that the hotel prepared a great breakfast box to take along.

The hotel was in a good location, there was a swimming pool and gym at the hotel and staff were very kind.

Location wasn’t great not really near anything fridge in room didn’t work and when reported to staff was told to keep items in reception fridge not ideal when on the 9th floor and reception fridge was full of Bintangs bidet hose in toilet leaked

Goed hotel en ideaal om van daaruit de Bromo tour te doen. Nette en ruime kamer.

Het zwembad is in onderhoud en dat werd ons niet op voorhand gemeld. Dat vonden de kinderen wel jammer. Door een gecancelde vlucht naar Java, kwamen we pas een dag later aan. De geboekte eerste nacht moesten we gewoon betalen.

Fijne hotelkamer op een goede locatie.

Op moment van aankomst kregen we te horen dat het zwembad en de gym niet beschikbaar was vanwege renovatie. Teleurgesteld omdat we juist deze accommodatie hadden gekozen voor het zwembad en dit vooraf dus niet helder gecommuniceerd is.

Ehrlich gesagt können wir die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Wir haben uns im Hotel wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem riesigen Buffet mit verschiedenen Stationen und war sehr lecker. Ja, viel davon ist auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet, aber man befindet sich ja auch in einem asiatischen Land. Es war kein Problem Eierspeisen, Cappuccino, etc. beim Tischkellner zu bestellen. Das Personal war wirklich ausnahmslos freundlich und aufmerksam. Mit einem Grab-Taxi ist man schnell im Zentrum. Kleine Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Wir würden wieder buchen!

A modern and cozy room in a beautiful city. The reception staff helped me plan tours easily.

Kamar cukup nyaman, lantai berkarpet, kasurnya empuk. Meja kerja ukurannya sangat proper. Kamar mandi juga ukurannya pas. Overall kami puas dengan pengalaman menginapnya.

Kualitas & kerapihan di area makan bisa ditingkatkan. Sofa di lobby juga bisa diperbaiki bagian-bagian bernodanya. Staff juga ditrain supaya lebih ramah terutama di resepsionis, dan staff harus peka terhadap kenyamanan tamu, tidak menelfon terus menerus hanya untuk menagih pembayaran makanan dari resto.

Skvělé snídaně velmi velký výběr. A luxusní postele. Moc dobrý welcome drink👌A velmi příjemný bonus jako v jediném hotelu se nás zeptali kdy odjíždíme jestli chceme nachystat snídaňový balíček. 👍

Bohužel zvuk klimatizace i když byla vypnutá byl hodně nepříjemný. Nevíme jestli to bylo kvůli centrální klimatizaci ale bez špuntů do uší se bohužel nedalo spát.

Stayed here for a few nights! The location is spot-on, easy to reach everything. Room was clean, comfy, and the AC worked. Staff were super friendly. A bit noisy outside sometimes, but that’s city life! Totally worth it.

The room is spacious with a location just on the main street of Malang. The staff were lovely and responsive. We stayed on the 10th floor with a stunning mountain view. Definitely value for money!

The fridge/cooler in the room is not cool at all. You must obtain drinking water from the water station located in each hallway (no free water bottles are provided in the room).

Sehr freundliche Damen am Empfang mit hilfreichen Tipps und Kontakten für Transport, Rollervermietung und Ausflügen. Früher check- in und später Check - out möglich(teilweise gegen Aufpreis).

Zimmer war etwas klein & Ausstattung schon etwas abgenutzt. Fliegen im Abfluss, sehr laute Klimaanlage / Lüftung in Zimmer im 11 Stock. Aufpreis für frühen Check in.

Ontbijt. Men was heel lief om ontbijtboxen voor ons te voorzien op vraag zodat we deze konden gebruiken bij tours die in de nacht of vroeg in de ochtend starten, maar het voedsel was algemeen vrij droog.

The room description is not accurate. I ordered a family room with “two double beds” according to the room description but ended up with just one double bed and a bunk bed! Wheras it does give 2 x 2 pax, the level of comfort is not as expected! Told the receptionist at checkin but got no solution offered. The View from 9th floor was nice and breakfast buffet satisfactory.

It seems that little maintenance was made here since the place opened. There were stains on pretty much everything from linen to chairs all the way to the carpet and the towels smelled a bit moldy too. This hotel mostly caters at Indonesian tourists, which becomes clear at breakfast with little to no western choices. The staff was quite nice though, really trying their best to please us (offering donuts, cheese and sausages). Luckily, we don’t mind soto ayam for breakfast:) The pool is a nice addition for the kids too.

A solid and reliable stay - the room was clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the breakfast and the food at the restaurant overall, which were surprisingly good!

Plenty of food shops, food stalls and fuel station close by. Car hire was walking distance. On main road so easy access and close enough to take a short taxi trip to sites.

Can be a bit noisy outside.

Nice room and staff however no smoking by the pool despite no designated smoking area also only 4 sunbeds and always unbearably busy, the lift also is ridiculously slow.

Good hotel in the city center of Malang, a bit out of date, but they keep it really clean and tidy. People are really nice and also helpfull.

When you decrease the amount of amenities and I even had to ask for tooth brush and toothpaste from the room service in the name of protecting the earth etc, that really lowers your value and makes me reconsider staying there again. And you could at least provide drinking water in reusable glass bottles, instead to have taking it self from a water dispenser in the hallway.
