Lokasyon çok iyi. Mescidi nebi 329 nolu kapıya birkaç adım. Kahvaltı güzel, çesıt bol. Türkler için de seçenekler var kahvaltıda, diğer milletler için de. Kat görevlileri Saddam, Ahmed ve Robel ile rezervasyondakilere özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Geç çıkış imkanı için de ek ücret almadan yardımcı oldular.

It was very pleasant stay, Never expected near movenpick, Darul Iman, or Hilton with the price I paid get that much value. It was my first time in this hotel. And felt it’s way better than near by hotels because those are old & It’s clean and smells fresh.

المكان جدًا جميل قريب من الحرم جدًا بذات جهة النساء حرفيًا دقيقة او دقيقتين وانتم داخل إن شاء الله وكمان قريب من القهاوي والمطاعم، تعامل الموظفين هناك من افضل ما يكون الله يسعدهم جدًا متعاونين واعطوني غرفة مطلة على الحرم وأكبر من اللي طلبتها افضل خدمة عملاء ممكن تشوفونها، المكان نظيف وكمان الشراشف الخ. إن شاء الله مو آخر تجربه معهم.

ريحة دورة المياة حسيتها شوي غريبه، مدري إذا بس عندي او عند الكل لكن تراهم جدًا متعاونين إذا طلبتواهم يحلون المشكله إن شاء الله يحلونها لكم.

Al Harithia is an amazing hotel, and the way we were looked after throughout our stay was exceptional. We arrived quite late in the evening and were initially given a room that had a few issues. I spoke with Abdul Hakeem about our concerns, and he was very polite, understanding and helpful. The following day, Fatimah personally contacted me, showed me a few alternative rooms, and upgraded us to a Junior Suite. They also kindly sent us Arabian coffee, dates and fresh fruit as an apology for the inconvenience. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially Mohammed Ali and Menarul Islam, were excellent. They were always checking to make sure everything was okay, and they were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their professionalism, kindness and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Al Harithia to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the mosque for both men and women as well as other facilities.

The property is very nice however the tenants don’t follow the no smoking rules.

قريب جداً من الحرم و موقعه جداً استراتيجي حيث يوجد خدمات و مرافق كثيرة متوفرة حول الفندق، و قريب جداً من بوابات النساء و الرجال. الغرف واسعة و مريحة المتابعة بشكل دوري من قبل خدمة العملاء بالفندق للاطمئنان على راحة النزلاء و الوقوف على احتياجاتهم و مساعدتهم. الاستجابة السريعة لأي طلب أو ملاحظة. طلبت منهم late checkout الى الساعة الثالثة عصراً، و تم تلبية الطلب برحابة صدر.

طريقة الحجز من خلال الفندق تتم عن طريق الواتساب ولا يقبلون بالاتصال، و الردود على الواتساب تتأخر، يا ليت يتم النظر على الأقل في تخصيص الاتصال للإجابة على الاستفسارات حتى يختصر الوقت بعدها يتم ارسال البيانات و الحجز عن طريق الواتساب. الأثاث جيدا جداً و لكن بعض الفنادق المحيطة و المُجددة أثاثها أفخم و أحدث،، الفندق مزدحم و يتضح ذلك خلال وقت الفطور،، و لكن هذا بحد ذاته يدل على سمعة الفندق الطيبة و أنه مرغوب

The location and breakfast were nice , cleaners and the staff were amazing too!

Excellent stay with a fantastic location, just a 1-minute walk from Gate 329 (women’s section), and close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Fatima, who regularly checked on our family to ensure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Siam and Mozammel from housekeeping for their excellent service and attention to detail. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Highly recommended!

The lifts were quite slow, especially during salah times, which sometimes resulted in longer waiting times.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was hands down one of our best hotel experiences in Madinah. Despite my initial skepticism due to the constant rebranding and management changes, everything exceeded our expectations starting from a very smooth check-in. The location is perfect, sitting right in front of Gate 328 with a convenient supermarket next door. The property is spotlessly clean with a grand lobby, spacious rooms, and fast, convenient lifts. The standout feature is the incredible hospitality of the staff, who checked on us daily and provided wonderful touches for everyone returning from prayers, like cold towels and juices after Zuhr, plus kahwa and dates after Maghrib. Having wheelchairs readily available directly on guest room floors was a huge help for traveling with elderly family members. The breakfast buffet was grand with attentive staff. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again.

Everything 10/10 – An unforgettable stay in Madinah Our stay at The Venue Al Harith Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The warm welcome set the tone immediately. The receptionist lady greeted us with traditional Arabic coffee and a smile that made us feel at home after our journey. It was a beautiful touch that reflected the hotel's outstanding hospitality. A special thank you also goes to the administration team, especially the member who stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp throughout our stay. Regularly checking if we needed anything and responding so quickly made the service feel incredibly personal. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing help was only a message away. The housekeeping team deserves the highest praise. Shakib, Mamoun, and Aous-Mia were simply outstanding. They were always kind, respectful, cheerful, and took great pride in their work. Our room was spotless every single day, beautifully prepared, and they consistently made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and sincere kindness did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our stay. They cleaned up after the mess our baby daughter would leave whenever we needed and we a truly grateful for that. Every member of staff we encountered greeted us warmly with smiles and genuine respect. It never felt like they were simply doing a job, they truly cared about making our visit to the blessed city of Madinah as comfortable and memorable as possible. The hotel itself is excellent: immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic facilities, and an ideal location within easy walking distance of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Everything was maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The shower water took a bit of time to get the temperature correct and stable. But was completely fine nevertheless.

I think everything was good but we were suffering with the WiFi service. Every time when we go out of the hotel the WiFi gets disconnected so when return to the hotel we have to sign in again. The auto connect for the wifi didn't work during our stay when we back to the hotel. Sometimes when we tried to connect to the wifi it was not connecting because it shows that it exceeded the bandwidth limit. It was my first time experiencing it in my travel life. I booked your hotel GMC car for going Makkah, rent was SAR 1500. Receiption personnel Mr. Hakim told me car will be brand new hotel owned GMC 2026 model, but we are going with rented GMC car, 2023 model. Other than that everything was ok specially house keeping and restaurant stuff services were so good and very cooperative. Restaurant food was amazing. Thanks all of you for your service specifically guest corresponding personnel Ms/Mrs. Fatema. Thanks🙏

Nice location. Supervisor Haris was very helpful. My parents stayed alone there and management took good care of them.

location was the key. The lifts were also not fully crowded. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially Reda, Minarol, Ahmed Jamal and Haris. The team was extensively supporting during the entire staff. The breakfast variety was equally good and up to the mark.

Although the check-in time was per the policy, however an assurance was given that it will be arranged before that. The other bit which made me surprised was asking for the spoon at the room and was informed that this will result in charging an additional cost, which was an utter shock. While these were the issues, we would still recommend a stay at the Hotel.

Un super hôtel ! Nous avons été surclassé dans une grande suite. Le personnel était au top et au petit soins durant tout le séjour. Très bien localisé et enface de l’entrée 329 des femmes. L’entrée principale des femmes est assez proche. Le petit déjeuner était varié rassasiant et excellent. Merci encore !

The location as awesome in the northern area which Masjid Gate 329 is only 2 min walk from the hotel. In addition. Tayba mall and the shops are around. The staff are friendly and would like to give special thanx to the receptionist Mr. Abdulmohsin for his warm welcoming and his attitude which makes the hospitality a great experience will not be forgotten. I liked the breakfast as well that has variance of options and was delicious.

The tap water was hot at noon.

I liked the hotel’s excellent location, the cleanliness of the room, the friendly and professional staff, and the comfortable atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall service made my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The staff is always in a touch with me via WhatsApp to be sure that I am comforted and nothing is missing. Really I appreciate them for their take care.

The only area for improvement would be the waiting time for the elevators during peak hours, but otherwise everything met my expectations. Or, if you didn’t have any complaints: Nothing significant. I booked this hotel purely on location and price. However, I am compelled to mention that this hotel's service is beyond any other place I have seen around. I received a call before I came and then everyday to check on my experience and whether I needed anything. They offer cold towels and drinks upon returning from dhur and asr prayers! Their breakfast is top quality. Not to forget that this hotel is really close to Haram. Even better - courtesy level of eveyone starting from check-in staff to housekeeping and restaurant is levelup!! I commend and thank hotel management and everyone on the staff for being so professional and kind!! Thumbs up and in my top recommendations to stay near haram!!
