The rooms are a generous size , the elevators are fast, and it’s just a short hop to the masjid. The food is also delicious with a decent variety .

There was a slight glitch in the shower. The hot water kept coming out, couldn’t regulate the temperature. I had to endure showering in very hot water. Didn’t bother to report since there was renovation going on.

Excellent location opposite the ladies gate 17.

The hotel has a great location and is very close to the Haram, which is extremely convenient. Overall, the stay was good. . .

However, the furniture is quite old and some areas felt dusty. The air-conditioning system is also very old and difficult to control, which made the room temperature uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my children became sick during the stay, and I believe the air-conditioning may have contributed to that. Updating the furniture, improving the cleanliness, and modernizing the air-conditioning system would make the experience much better

My stay at InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah was excellent. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the staff are exceptionally courteous, and the location right next to Masjid an‑Nabawi is incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and the overall service felt premium. It is a little expensive, but the quality, comfort, and proximity to the Haram make it a worthwhile experience.

I like the location, room and everything but it was a bit expensive as compare to other hotels available at that time.

Everything I like, ambiance, hospitality specially the breakfast manager is an amazing person, All staff realized that my old aged parents needs special care so that all were there. Intercontinental was a best choice.

اثناء تناولي الفطور وجود رائحة قوية ناتجة عن طبخ البيض داخل صالة الفطور ولا توجد تهوية مما ادى إلى نتشار رائحة طبخ في ارجاء الصالة والتأثير على اجواء المكان والملابس صارت رائحتها كريهة ومزعجة

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great the cleanliness, the service, and the convenient location close to the Haram. The lunch and dinner buffets were delicious it was actually the first time I enjoyed the food so much that I ate all my meals at the hotel throughout my stay.

Two nights, 10,000 riyals, and nothing in between I booked the presidential suite at what's billed as the No. 1 hotel in Madinah. Here's what we got. Check-in 7:30pm: our door was already open, someone inside spraying air freshener. A blower in the master bedroom made an alarming noise all evening. Reception wouldn't inspect it unless one of us was present — so I stood and watched a technician replace it until 1am. He did his job well. The debris he left behind stayed on the floor. We woke to the kids' room reeking of cigarettes. Nobody had mentioned we were on a smoking floor. My children are 10, 8, and 6. Afternoon, I went down to complain. The duty manager laughed in my face. Asked what was funny, she said it was about something else. Later, after we returned to a suite drowning in paint fumes, she informed me that painting is part of maintenance — what did I expect? And when I raised the laugh again, it had become a smile: a smile toward your Muslim brother is charity. Apparently that settles it at Dar Al Iman. Her offer: free breakfast, and a new suite whenever the current guests happened to leave. felt disappointed and left without saying anything! At evening, my wife went down. receptionist reminded my wife that checkout tomorrow when she asked about the manager, she replied: “all you care about check-in, check-out, and nothing in between" did a manager appear, apologize, and promise the night free plus an immediate move. She went up and packed. Half an hour later Mr. Hamza — genuinely a gentleman — came to say no suite was available. At checkout: no note, no adjustment, no refund. The receptionist asked how our stay was. I said terribly terrible. She asked why. Nothing had been written down at any point. this is, by the way, long story short. 10,000 riyals for two nights. Five stars on the sign, nothing behind it.

Room was very nice and spacious. Food was exceptional with variety of choices. Loved the fresh orange juice. Location was clean with kind staff. Overall place met my expectations. Elevator was fast, place was not crowded which is preferable. Can’t wait to go again!

قرب الفندق من مدخل النساء بوابة 16 , حبيت النظافة والاهتمام والغرفة كبيرة وتحت الفندق محلات متوفر فيها كل شيء , المطعم أكلهم نظيف ولذيذ , والأهم من هذا كله اشكرهم على الامانة نسيت ذهب وبطاقات شخصية في الغرفة وتذكرتها وانا في الطيارة واتصلت عليهم وتجاوبوا معي بسرعة وأكدوا لي ان الذهب والبطاقات عندهم بالحفظ والصون 👍🏻 الف شكر لهم واكيد راح اكرر التجربة الرائعة

I stayed at Dar Al Iman InterContinental Madinah with my family and children. The hotel’s location is excellent, particularly because it is very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. This made it very convenient for us to attend prayers and visit the Haram. The room was generally comfortable, and I personally found the stay satisfactory.

Regarding breakfast, there were not enough child-friendly options. Immediately before staying at this hotel, we had stayed at a hotel in Makkah that offered a much wider variety of suitable breakfast items for children. At Dar Al Iman, we often struggled to find enough options for the kids. The dinner buffet included many sweets, desserts, and snack items, but the selection of main-course dishes was limited. Dinner service also ended quite early. Food started being removed at around 10:15 p.m., and the dining room closed at approximately 10:30 p.m. Since the Isha prayer finished at around 9:30 p.m., guests returning from the Haram had very little time to reach the restaurant and enjoy their meal comfortably. One morning, our family missed breakfast because we stayed longer than expected at the Haram. I went to the restaurant at around 10:30 a.m., but it was already closed. A staff member suggested that I contact room service. I called several times but could not reach anyone. I then contacted the operator, who said she would speak with the restaurant manager, but I did not receive a return call. After approximately 30 minutes of trying, I was informed that I would need to purchase breakfast through room service. By that time, it was already close to lunchtime. I was also surprised to learn that ordering an Oriental or American breakfast for the family would cost more than $400, at over $100 per person. This seemed extremely expensive and was even higher than the nightly room rate. Ho

The room was spacious, well-equipped, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated near Gate 329 of the Haram, making it especially convenient for ladies. The staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mr. Muhammad Al Baloushi at the Manager’s Desk, who was exceptionally polite, friendly, and cooperative throughout our stay. His professionalism and hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again. It is definitely worth staying here. My stay at the hotel was truly worthwhile. The room was spacious, and the half-board meals were outstanding. It is a place where you feel at home because of the warm hospitality and respect shown by all the staff. A special thanks to Muhammed Al Bulushy, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Very close to the mosque. EXCEPTIONAL service and waiters, they were so welcoming and courteous. Any empty wares were immediately removed. Very efficient housekeeping team and FB team . Arabic coffee as a welcome drink.

The pillows weren't comfortable (they depressed but never bounced back). Weird placements of light switches, my room was not well-lit. The description on Booking.com did not reflect the actual suite. It did not mention how expansive and grande the suite is (one too many bathrooms and living rooms).
