Que la tv de mi recamara no funcionó y aunque fue em equipo de mantenimiento no pudieron darle solución, al igual que tarde más de 12 hrs esperando a que me apoyaran para un reporte del baño de mi habitación.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Staff was amazing and kind. The shows were great, and an amazing way to close up the day. The beach is quite private, so not much people or people selling things. The food is great, and there is so much of it.
Housekeeping was kind of meh, everything else was amazing.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025No reservaria mediante la agencia de viajes, ya que eramos tres personas en la habitación y las toallas del cuarto son insuficientes, no reponen las toallas para usar en el baño, deja botes de shampoo y enjuague pero no los rellenan, el jabón que dejaron solo sirvió para el primer día. Es mejor reservan directamente en el hotel.

No AC in the bar, in the show area, and in the elevators and that made a very uncomfortable situation as the AC or fans in common areas specifically such in the show area would have been very helpful to enjoy the show and the dancing the elevators were always hot. Even for the dancers as it is inhuman having people working u see that circumstances. Also the person taking care of the dinner reservations Mr A. Meza was very rude to all the people making a line to reserve tables. He didn’t have good customer service at all. I had to asked him to smile at least a little. I understand that there is a controlled number of people to the rests but if there were 26 people already registered and we were 4 more adults he didn’t want to give us a space for the 8pm reservation. And the restarts t was not even half way full from 8 to 9:30. Not sure why he was rude to all the guests.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2022Las personas de contacto antes de llegar tienen mal la información, se pregunto por el horario de llegada, se podía entrar a la propiedad desde las 13:30 y se me dijo que hasta las 15:00, el late checkout se ofrecio sin habitación, entonces no es late check-out es un pase de medio dia. Se debería de ofrecer una mayor variedad de marcas de cerveza.

Reviewed May 14, 2019Pague una habitación con 2 camas king size y me dieron 2 matrimoniales, se escuchan tudos los ruidos de la habitacion de al lado y no dejaban dormir, se la pasaban cantando, las mesas del restaurant muy incomodas, no habia Wifi, y la imagen de la television muy mala. Buena ubicacion

Reviewed Aug 16, 2018Había visitado con mi familia este hotel en otras ocasiones y nos había encantado pero el hotel esta descuidado, no funciona correctamente el aire acondicionado, en el loby tienen ventilador para las recepcionistas y los huéspedes estamos formados con mucho calorpara el check in y el check out, con largas filas... la limpieza en las habitaciones la realizan después de la 3 de la tarde por lo cual nos entregaron tarde la habitación... el paquete incluye algunas bebidas en el servibar por día pero no lo ponen.... en fin, creo que no regresaré, me descepcionó

Reviewed Nov 20, 2015Large hotel. the rude receptionists could not find my reservation made us walk down street to use computers because thier wifi was not working wich was really dumb.. wifi didnt work at all..phone in room did not work.tv remote did not work.pool was nice but your not allowed to eat at pool area wich was dumb.if u take off bracelet they assign for you to wear or dont turn it in at check out they will charge you 500 pesos wich was dumb.stayed there two nights. Will not stay there again.
