Goede locatie, mooie schone kamers en een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en je kunt de auto voor het hotel parkeren.

Er waren extreem veel muggen. Je kon s avonds niet op balkon zitten en ook bij de entree zag het zwart van de muggen. Hier kan het hotel niks aan doen maar het is wel vervelend in de zomer.

The Doubletree was clean and modern and our room had a lovely view of Lake Van. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and our room was quiet. The desk staff went above and beyond, giving us a lovely room and making sure everything worked for us. When, on our second stay, we arrived tired and dusty and needed to change a room AND add a room to our reservation, they worked swiftly to meet all our needs.

Very minor - the minibar did not seem to work.

I find this hotel very nice and clean, exceptional breakfast and swimming pool The staff was friendly and helpful It is good for relaxing and near to the airport But not that near to the Van downtown

Quality of dishes served at restaurant.

There were no oranges for juice at restaurant on our last day there. There was no manager available to assist with transport arrangements.

تمیز است. کارکنان مودب و مهربان دارد. دکور زیبا دارد. محیط هتل آرامش خوبی دارد. اتاق ها بزرگ هستند. صبحانه خوبی دارد. استخر بسیار تمیز است. اتاق ها خیلی خوشبو بودند. بعضی اتاق ها چشم انداز دریاچه را دارند و زیباست. حیاط کوچک ولی دوست داشتنی و سبز دارد. سالن صبحانه زیباست. خارج از شلوغی شهر است. پارک کودک دارد. چایی و قهوه رایگان همیشه در لابی پذیرایی می شود. اتو دارد. وسایل نظافت کامل داده می شود.

کنار خیابان اصلی است و ممکن است گاهی صدای ماشین ها بیاید ولی آزار دهنده نیست. طبقه آخر گرم می شود وسط روز. وسایل بازی کودک نیاز به رسیدگی دارد. چمن های پارک کودک منظم نشده بودند و چراغ آن سوخته بود. یخچال اتاق ها خالی هستند. خیلی children friendly نیست.

The location is near air port ,staff were friendly . rooms were clean. rapid check-in , even once room was availabe could let us get room sooner.

Hi charges for taxi, taxi availability during return to hotel. breakfast didn’t include any kind of cooked beans, fish ,salmon, no Homos . We booked for 3 adults but in room there were only preparation of Sliper and towel for two .Minibar bar was empty, freig was not cool enough. Wifi speed very low.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen Parkplatz und man kann es vom Flughafen aus gut erreichen, jedoch gibt es weder Restaurants noch Shops in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Frühstücksbuffet war eher klein und nicht sehr vielfältig. Es gab nur nicht guten Filterkaffee in der Früh oder Tee. Säfte waren nicht frisch. Zimmer wurde während unseres 5tägigen Aufenthalts nie staubgesaugt. Zu kleiner Garten mit zu wenigen Tischen. Die Bar war geschlossen. Getränkeautomat in der Lobby funktioniert nicht. Wenn Veranstaltungen sind ist es nachts laut, man hört die Musik Im Badezimmer kein Kosmetikspiegel. Zu wenig Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Definitiv kein 5*Hilton Standard

“I really liked that my room was clean, and I enjoyed the lobby. I also liked the reception and the staff’s attitude. The staff were all very nice. However, in terms of location, it was quite far from the city, and it wasn’t very close to the airport either. So, you didn’t really have the option to stay in the city and spend the night there, nor was it close enough to the airport to save on transportation costs

«As I mentioned, your location was not really that attractive. And there were two issues I faced there. One is that your food was extremely expensive and the quality was not sufficient. The meal I had that day was very salty, and I didn’t like it, but it was very expensive. Also, in the morning when I went for breakfast, since it was included, I expected that everything I ate there was already paid for. However, for the coffee I ordered—a latte—without them explaining to me that if I wanted a double shot, I would be charged an extra fee, they took a very large amount—200 lira—from me. And I didn’t understand at all why I had to pay such a high amount for the coffee, and the biggest problem is that they didn’t explain it. They only came after me when I was leaving the restaurant, asking me to pay For it

1- very poor trained staff. Always reacting with the negative response. They didn’t know or try to solve the matters. Just FAIK was very kind and helpful. And GAMZE (lady) was very negative. 2- cleaning was very simple not at the Hilton level. 3- poor breakfast. 4- no facilities for babies.

Breakfast is good , but not excellent. Our Room is a junior suit and the size is very good. There are some of the facilities looks a bit old or functions below average , for instance the fridge inside the room does not keep cold the things. Hotel staff are very good and cooperative.

personnels étaient tres gentils et polis. le restaurant était parfait. le lit confortable.

ce n'était pas à la hauteur d'un hotel 5 etoiles. il a la capacité pourtant. on dirait des débutants. si ca manque quelque chose dans la chambre, je devrait demander 15 fois. et une fois quelqu'un arrive, on rendait le service 5000 fois de plus avec beaucoup d'excuses. c'est la culture de cet region aussi. faut améliorer. il y a une autoroute entre l'hotel et "vu sur" le lac!

The staff!! The room was too hot (5th of April). No one answering at the reception. Hairdryer was almost on fire. Again no one on the reception. Very clean and nice rooms but lack of staff!! Also nothing in the room. No water, no tea nothing. Room service: nothing. So as long as everything goes well is the room and hotel perfect. But if there is a problem: no one to answer or help.

I would like to specifically thank the gentleman who was the manager in charge at the reception on 19 March around 12:30-1pm, unfortunately I do not remember his name & called the hotel to ask about him to thank him in person, but still could not get a hold of him. I was not feeling well at all & had an upset stomach & he took care of me till I left for the airport around 3:30pm although I had already checked out. Thank you once again for your kindness & you set a perfect example for how a manager should be!

This was the second time I was in this hotel. The restaurant and food quality was much lower than before. Room service was not perfect. I called the reception asking big bottle of water, they said ok, but it seems they forgot

As I left my passport in a taxi, the staff did their best to make sure that I get my passport as soon as possible back.

The best in van but expensive

Very disappointing experience. This hotel does not meet five-star standards at all. There are not enough staff members, and guests often cannot get proper guidance or assistance when needed. The tea and coffee machines in the lobby were frequently out of service, which was frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel of this level. In addition, guests were required to pay extra to purchase a swimming cap in order to use the pool. Disposable caps could easily have been provided. We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool facilities, but unfortunately our guests were unable to use them. Overall, the service quality, organization, and guest care were far below expectations. We would not recommend staying here.

3 kişilik oda rezerve edip ilave yatak talep etmemize rağmen, oda da bir yatak dışında başka yatabileceğimiz bir yer yoktu ve mecburen tek gecelik konaklamamızda birimiz koltuk üstünde yatmak zorunda kaldı.

The staff were beyond words! Super helpful, nice and understanding! They went above and beyond throughout the stay! Can’t thank them enough!

Everyone was polite and helpful, but I would especially like to thank Mr. Deniz for his outstanding hospitality. He was extremely professional, kind, and genuinely caring. His attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay much more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The hotel's cleanliness.

The hotel was nice, and its location is convenient for the airport, but it's quite far from downtown—literally in the middle of nowhere. It’s best suited for travelers who just need quick access to the airport rather than the city. It doesn't provide any shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the staff to be particularly friendly or helpful either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who are interested to visit the city.
