Raja Park Hotel has a great location facing Osmeña Circle, close to the city centre, Cebu port, and SM Seaside, with experienced, well-trained staff and a wide, comfortable bathroom/shower, plus a lively restaurant and bar every night.

The payment process was frustrating since my Booking.com reservation wasn't properly recognized and I had to pay in full at the front desk, and the building shows its age with a noisy AC unit, no hair dryer provided, and an unexplained partial closure of the 6th floor during my stay.

Staff’s were very approachable and accommodating. Tried their very best to cater our request. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Rooms were old. I understand that the hotel has been there for a really long time but they could use some renovations and upgrade their furnitures.

The facilities was nice and comfy. The rooms are clean and AC is functioning very well as well as the small fridge inside the room. Staff are very friendly and approachable also. I strongly suggest this hotel when you visit in Cebu.

It’s accessible to everything. The guards were very helpful opening the door, assisting with luggage and finding taxis. Breakfast was included during our stay. The food and services were great. The WiFi was fast. I love the complimentary bottled water.

Gammelt slitt hotell. Følte ikke at rommet var helt rent, men antagelig pga at rommet var så slitt. Personalet var veldig hyggelige. Disse rommene trenger nok en kraftig oppgradering.

LOCATION - A 10!

Elevator did not work. 6 floors x 22 steps!

It’s convenient, walking distance to the mall, pharmacy, restaurant, money exchange a few blocks to S&R grocery shopping. Closer to ports, had to catch the ferry boat island hopping. Have its own money exchange. Friendly staff.

I am still staying here . So far so goid . No complaints .

Just the thought of the elevator being out of order is a very negative thing.

I loved the ambiance of the room. It is clean, very accessible and the bath&comfort room is so neat. I would rate the facilities 100/10. EXCEPTIONAL!!!

When we entered the lobby during our check in, there is a smell that we didn’t like. I think it was the foods at that time. It was making me dizzy. Please look up to it.

It was a simple, no-frills room with basic amenities, but I appreciated the price and the location. The restaurant and cafe at the ground floor had good food and coffee as well, and there were many cheap dining options around too. The event space was also great.

I didn't dislike the simplicity of the room, per se, but I wouldn't book this if I'm expecting a room with complete toiletries and slightly more luxurious features.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff, quiet. Unable to use the dining we had to leave early to catch the ferry to Samar. The room was great. Except we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The air conditioning had stopped working but immediately got it restarted. The place is convenient walking distance to Robinson mall.

Good experience

Booked this room for my family while my grandpa was admitted in Chong Hua. This is the perfect location because it's just across the street from the hospital. My family said that the room was spacious and the staff were very nice and considerate. This hotel is in the heart of Fuente Circle which is the best location specially if you are a first-time Cebu visitor as it's close to everything that you will want to go to. Highly recommend!

Declined to cater my Family because they did not have Cash!!! Why you are in booking.com when you only accept cash in front??? And not using the credit card provided in booking.com??? My family has to go elsewhere in a very inconvenient way and they are seniors!!! Not recommended .

The property is a bit old but they tried to renovate the CR. It was surrounded with fast food chains and near Shamrock Pasalubong. Atm Machines are meters away from the entrance of the hotel.

Lights were warm. not conducive for reading or online meeting at night. wifi is not great in rooms. It can only be functional for social media not for meetings.

I liked the food and hospitality.

.This hotel mismanaged our reservation. We reserved two rooms. When we arrived we were told that one room had been cancelled and we needed to call Expedia for more information. We contacted Expedia who verified that no cancelation had occurred. We were charged for two rooms and only received one room for our stay. This was very inconvenient for us. We have since followed up with Expedia in order to get a refund, but the hotel has not responded to Expedia at this time with regard to this matter. I will avoid this hotel in the future; draw your own conclusions.

Used to be a well known hotel in Fuente Osmena

If you’re looking for a 4 star establishment, this place is not for you. But if you want no frills, best location, charm and the famous Filipino hospitality then this is perfect. It’s an older small hotel but they keep it clean and free of odor. Located in the heart of the Fuente area in which you can get your necessities within walking distance. The mall is just across the street, 2 drugstores and food are literally steps away. I got to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and the display of Christmas Lights in the rotunda from my room. Free breakfast is served at the Mecios restaurant by the lobby. Food is served all day and live music and dancing at night. I stayed here twice during my recent visit in Cebu and definitely will be back.
