Zama Resort Koh Phangan

Lo mejor fue la atención y amabilidad del personal del resort. Tienen muchos detalles que hacen la estancia más cómoda, como agua y antimosquitos a disposición de los huéspedes, el día de tu llegada te dejan fruta fresca en la nevera y el desayuno es hasta las 17:00. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y descansar, y además cuenta con unas vistas preciosas. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el primer momento. ¡Sin duda, repetiríamos!

The place is genuinely incredible. Gorgeous views, quiet and peaceful and the staff are really really wonderful. The rooms are also fantastic, with a superb view towards the water, great balcony that's covered for lounging. One of the best places I stayed at in Thailand. I've already stayed their twice and will be back a third

Ein absoluter Traum! Der beste Urlaub/Unterkunft jemals! Solch eine Herzlichkeit habe ich davor in keinem anderem Hotel zuvor erlebt. Das Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum, das Restaurant war so schön und das Essen unglaublich lecker. Es gibt Willkomm Obst, ein Willkomm Getränk, täglich vier Wasserflaschen aufs Zimmer.

Die Sonnenliegen waren leider durchgelegen.

Las comidas en el restaurante, cocinan de 10. Lo amables y serviciales que son todos los empleados. Alquilas la moto en el hotel, muy cómodo.

Le camere vista mare spaziose con terrazza, la piscina, la disponibilità e la simpatia dello staff, la colazione, la pulizia e la cura della struttura. Tutto perfetto

Nettes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmern sind relativ groß. Der Strand unter dem Hotel (ein paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt den Hügel runter) war der Hammer. Das Essen (egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen) war sehr gut. Mopedverleih direkt am Hotel - sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Zimmern sind im großen und ganzen sehr in Ordnung. Lediglich das Badezimmer (vor allem die Toilette und die Dusche) waren nicht sehr ansprechend - dort hat es immer unangenehm gerochen und der Toilettensitz war vergilbt. Die Poolbar gibt es leider nicht mehr. Hätten uns das ein oder andere Getränk im Pool gewünscht.

De douche had een opknapbeurt nodig verder was alles geweldig.

Tout était parfait dans ce séjour. La piscine offre une vue spectaculaire sur la mer, la nourriture du restaurant est délicieuse (parmi les meilleurs restaurants de notre séjour) avec des choix variés. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à renseigner. Il est possible de louer des scooters sur le parking de l’hôtel (chez une dame) sans dépôt du passeport.

Personnel très gentil, chambre très jolie avec une superbe vue sur la mer, petits déjeuners bons et généreux. Joli décors.

L’hôtel n’est pas directement sur la plage, il faut légèrement escalader pour descendre. La plage n’est pas agréable. Mais il y a des possibilités à pied très proches.

Das Resort ist im schönen Thaistyle eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und relaxt. Das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Blick vom Balkon der Bungalows war einfach mega, genauso vom Pool aus. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut a la carte und es gibt Frühstück bis 17Uhr. Das war für uns mit den Teenagern super entspannend. Beim Frühstück kann man sich aus verschiedenen Speisen zwei Gerichte aussuchen. Das war mega und hat alles super gut geschmeckt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!!!!! Zum Strand geht man durch das Resort nach unten und läuft ein paar Meter zum Strand. Am Strand gibt es eine nette Bar, manchmal mal live Musik.

La struttura molto bella,il personale è stato fantastico,non ho mai trovato uno staff così,sono stata molto bene.

Un po' troppo fuori dai servizi della città,ma affittando lo scooter si risolve facilmente. Per il mare bisogna cercare qualche spiaggia vicina

Le camere posizionate proprio in fondo alle scale, diciamo, non sono il massimo della comodità, soprattutto se ogni giorno bisogna fare su e giù tre o quattro volte.

Super mooie accommodatie we hadden een mooi uitzicht. Trapjes omlaag kwam Je aan de mooie zee met de mooiste zonsondergangen. Het zwembad met het mooie uitzicht was ook een groot pluspunt en heerlijk ontbijt vriendelijk personeel !

Le petit déjeuner est servi à table, très satisfaisant et copieux. Petite plage privée. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. Nous avons déjeuner et diner dans un petit restaurant juste en face de l'hôtel qui est tenu par un couple très sympathique, le menu est varié (local food) donc pas cher du tout et très bon.

La chambre dans laquelle nous avons passé 2 nuits, était un peu sombre avec vu sur les détritus à l'arrière du bâtiment et vu de l'autre côté sur l'allée principale de l'hôtel. La piscine est assez décevante et le jacuzzi et encore moins attirant malheureusement.

Iets aan de prijzige kant maar je zit natuurlijk wel super mooi.

La gentillesse du personnel. Le jardin de l'hôtel, très agréable et bien entretenu. La situation de l'hôtel, au calme et près d'une petite plage très agréable. La qualité du petit déjeuner qu'on peut prendre entre 8h et 17h (et en faire un déjeuner).

Les canalisations de notre salle de bain (chambre numéro 20) sentaient vraiment très mauvais. Nos enfants qui occupaient la chambre voisine (19) n'avaient pas ce problème, mais pour nous c'était vraiment pénible et le problème semblait vraiment lié à l'état des canalisations.

Heerlijk resort. De huisjes hebben mooi uitzicht, het eten is heerlijk en de service is heel goed.

Je kunt niet in zee zwemmen bij het resort. Op 7 minuten lopen ligt wel een heerlijk zwemstrand.

Nos hemos enamorado del restaurante, recomendamos cenar y comer ahí siempre!! Todas las cenas las hicimos ahí. Las vistas desde la habitación. Hay un sitio de alquiler de motos delante del resort y con buenos precios.

Nos gustó todo. Desde el momento que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. Un servicio excelente y el bungalow impresionante. El mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Tailandia.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend, haben alle Wünsche erfüllt! Die Lage ist wunderschön, Blick direkt aufs Meer und den Palmenstrand! Sehr feine Cocktails und Weine, gutes Essen und Frühstück bis 17:00 Uhr (a la carte). Auch da wurden alle Sonderwünsche erfüllt und es war mehr als genug!

Das Resort hat leider keinen eigenen Strand, aber ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist an einem wunderschönen Abschnitt mit Kokospalmen. Also nicht wirklich ein Problem 😉

Wir haben uns im Zama sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend, der Blick aus dem Zimmer ein Traum, der Duft im Zimmer wohltuend. Toller Blick aus dem Pool. Sehr zentral gelegen. Kurze Wege zum Strand.

Die Liegen am Pool waren leider sehr ungemütlich, was nicht zum Verweilen eingeladen hat.

Das Personal!!!! Die Kellner waren aussergeöhnlich lieb und warmherzig! Ich bin mit einem weinenden Auge weggegangen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Man kann a la Carte soviel bestellen wie man will und alles ist super lecker! Zum Abendessen habe ich dort auch sehr gut gesgessen. Der Pina Collada ist empfehlenswert! Das zimmer nummer 1 war toll, schöne aussicht und sauber.

Konstruktiv kann man da nicht viel beisetzen, nächstes Mal nehme ich jedoch ein Zimmer dass weiter hoch liegt, damit ich nicht soviele Treppen laufen muss.

Bungalow met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Goed restaurant, je hoeft dus niet altijd op zoek naar een goede plek voor eten. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Iedere avond zgn. Good night koekjes, erg attent leuke service.

Parasols nij zwembad veelal stuk en moet je zelf maar regelen.

This hotel feels more like a home away from home than a hotel. The staff are very kind. The resort is very loved and taken care of and they have beautiful cats that they really take care of. The cats actually have their own room, air condition with food and They are so loved. It's beautiful to see.

We did get the water bungalows please keep in mind that if you have any sort of disability or injury, it is very hard because there's a lot of stairs and not easily accessible. However, keep in mind that is the case in most of the hotels and bars on this island. The pool is quite warm but that is the condition of the climate since it is outdoors. You also will notice that there is no beachfront but not to worry once you get all the way down to the beach. If you look to your left you will see there are sandbanks where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sea

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück (Menü) sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Anlage generell sehr schön. Wir haben auch jeden Abend im Hotel gegessen, weil es einfach Mega lecker war.

Der direkt vorgelagerte Strand ist steinig und voller Müll. Man kann von dort aus nicht ins Wasser oder gar schwimmen. Die nebenliegenden Strände sind aber gut zu erreichen und sehr schön. Die Anlage wird gerade renoviert. Das hat sie auch nötig.

Ein Traum von Herzlichkeit, Wünsche ablesen, Lage und zauberhafter Bungalow. Frühstück gibt es den ganzen Tag, so das man mega entspannt ausschlafen kann und nicht verhungern muss. Perfekte Lage zum Strand und vor dem Resort gleich der Scooter Verleih. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

I liked the location. It was easy to walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive and made my birthday feel special. The room was exactly as listed online and the AC is nice and strong!

One small gripe was that the shower head wasn’t properly affixed to the wall so I had to hold it to wash myself.

The entire staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming from the very first moment. Everything felt very relaxed, yet perfectly organized at the same time. We especially loved the welcome drink, the amazing breakfast with high-quality à la carte dishes, and the incredible happy hour in the evening with delicious cocktails and a beautiful sunset view. Another lovely touch was that the hotel provided us with beach towels, a mat, and even a basket to take with us for the day.

The bungalow in Zama hotel was amazing. It was clean, spacious, with view to the sea. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was not noisy at all. The service was great, both from the hotel and restaurant personnel. The a la carte breakfast (included) was very delicious. We tried the food in the restaurant for dinner twice and we would recommend it, both from food options/quality and for the romantic ambience/scenery. Everyone was so polite, cheerful, helpful and accommodating. The pool was clean and had an amazing view of sunset. The beach under the hotel was nice for sunbathing, but not so much for swimming (too shallow), but it is a short shoreline walk from the Secret beach and Zen beach. You can rent a bike in the parking lot of the hotel at a very good price.

Piękny obiekt położony na wzgórzu, czysto, przemiła obsługa, bardzo pomocna, pyszne śniadanie i elastyczne jego godzinny (do 17!:), na miejscu można wypożyczyć skuter, transfer do portu, wifi, cudowne kotki, wspaniały basen, miejsca do pracy, ten obiekt jest wspaniały

Wszystko podobało ale trzeba mieć na uwadze że jest wiele schodów i czym lepszy widok tym więcej schodów do pokonania!

Sandstrand war nicht direkt beim Hotel (5-10 Minuten zu Fuss war Sandstrand erreichbar), war in der Hotelbeschreibung so aber beschrieben. Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war eher schlecht; Lampe beim Lavabo fehlt

Traumhaft, selten so super aufmerksame Mitarbeiter in Thailland kennengelernt. Jeder Wunsch wird mit einem großen Lächeln entgegengenommen... Das Resort ist sauber und insgesamt sehr ruhig. Kann ich ohne Einschränkung empfehlen!

Lage = Israeliside... die direkte Umgebung war nicht so meins, dafür hat man aber einen Roller ;)

Das Personal war super freundlich haben jedes Anliegen sofort klären können. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Das Frühstück war mega lecker die Auswahl an Gerichten total abwechslungsreich. Vor dem Hotel konnten wir einen Roller ausleihen auch sehr unkompliziert.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht schlimm war, aber hat man z.B. im Bad oder Pool gesehen.

Bungalows sind alt und bedürfen einer Renovation, speziell das Badezimmer. Im Meer kann bei Ebbe nicht gebadet werden.

Les chambres sont propres, assez spacieuses et calmes car assez éloignées les unes des autres. La piscine est très jolie et très propre, tout comme le restaurant un peu plus haut. Le personnel est bienveillant.On peut accéder à une petite plage peu fréquentée en descendant quelques marches. Loueur de scooters très sympa sur le parking de l'hôtel, pratique.

מקום מהמם. הגענו לירח דבש והיה ממש נעים. הצוות היה כל כך נחמד ועזר לנו בכל מה שביקשנו. הבריכה חמודה והכל היה נקי. הנוף מהחדר היה וואו. יש ארוחת בוקר בחינם עד חמש שמזמינים מה שרוצים מתפריט הבוקר, ואכלנו שם גם ארוחת צהריים בתשלום והיה טעים מאוד! המיטה הייתה נוחה. מקום פשוט יחסית אבל עם המון לב.

יש הרבה מדרגות עד לחדר, צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון. בנוסף אם אתם לא מעוניינים לקחת אופנוע או רכב זה ממש לא המקום בשבילכם - הוא נמצא סמוך לעלייה ולא ממש אפשרי להתנייד משם בצורה רגלית.

Le chef cuisinier Thaï ❤️ une tuerie, je n’ai jamais aussi bien mangé : savoureux, recherché et sain. Les chambres vue mer sont exceptionnelles, les pieds dans l’eau avec une très belle plage. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. 10/10

Top Lage, schönes Resort, ultrafreundliches Personal. Top Essen, leckere Drinks. Ich glaube wir hatten dort das beste Padthai bisher. Haben direkt Roller vor Ort mieten können ohne Probleme. Wunderschöne Anlage mit sehr guter Lage und sehr netten und aufmerksamen Personal. Leckeres Frühstück und auch das Essen selbst war hervorragend. Alles top top sauber und der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge ist spektakulär!

Jsme nároční cestovatelé, ale náš pobyt v Zama resortu byl perfektní. Pobyt nám velmi zpříjemnil personál, který byl velmi přátelský a zajímal se. Poloha je skvělá, hned před hotelem si můžete půjčit skútr a prozkoumat celý ostrov. Jedli jsme v několika vyhlášených restauracích na Phanganu, ale ta hotelová byla nejlepší. Jídlo bylo výborné a připravované s láskou. Snídaně také výborná. Zahradníci se každý den starají o okolní zahrady. Úklid také na jedničku, ubytování je čisté.

Nic nám nechybělo.

Beautiful property with great amenities and amazing staff! The views from the partial beach view bungalow were fantastic. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the sunsets at the pool. Good restaurants in the area and a motorbike rental place on site. It was also easy to grab a taxi when needed.

Lots of stairs to the bungalow could be an issue for some but it didn’t bother us!

Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut, man kann aus einer reichhaltigen Karte wählen.

Het personeel was fantastisch! Wat een service, wat een oprechte vriendelijke behulpzame fijne mensen werken daar. Verder hebben we ook echt genoten van het eten en het drinken. Ontbijt van de kaart en heerlijke Thaise gerechten voor het diner, ook de cocktails waren heerlijk.

Het is duidelijk dat het zwembad wel wat onderhoud nodig heeft, ook is het water erg warm maar het uitzicht is adembenemend dus dat maakt alles weer goed.

I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to hotels and reviews. I’m going to be honest, this place was absolutely faultless, from service, the food, the accommodation, the atmosphere. The people, the staff, overall a brilliant stay, no noisy groups, just an all round fantastic place to stay. I appreciate all the hard work that went in to our stay. The staff are brilliant so kind and caring. Best shower I’ve ever used in an Asia country EVER. There’s a banging sushi restaurant less than 1 min walk at top of hill too, hotels food was unreal and proper cheap too.

As I am a snob, I do like a tv in the room, but that’s just personal preference.

Everything was unreal much better than expected. Staff, food, location overall the best I’ve stayed in on Koh phagnan by a mile. Views are to die for. Staff brilliant too.

Wo fängst man da am besten an....einfach wow 10 von 10 mehr geht leider nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht. Der Service war auf unserer Rundreise mit Abstand der Beste von allen!!! Jeden Tag tolle Handtuchkunstwerke mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Egal welches Anliegen man hat sei es Wäscheservice, Rollerverleih oder sonstiges es wird sofort erledigt. Jeden Tag gibt es frisches Wasser und das Zimmer hatte sogar einen Difuser. Das Frühstück geht von 8Uhr-17Uhr und man kann es sich jeden Tag selbst zusammenstellen. Es schmeckt alles super lecker und die Aussicht dabei ist wundervoll. Die Anlage ist sehr gut gelegen und mit dem Roller hat man von hier aus einen sehr guten Startpunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Den Sonnenuntergang hat man im Hotel direkt vor der Nase *-*. Desweiteren ist alles sehr gepflegt und es gibt viele Katzen zum streicheln und bespaßen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an das gesammte Team des Zama Resort.

Alles prima, jederzeit wieder.

Petit havre de paix, grande piscine, belle vue sur la mer, bungalow neuf et au calme (bonne literie et clim neuve), petit déjeuner offert et servi toute la journée, personnel adorable. L'accès à la plage est à 10/15 mn à pied, ça grimpe pas mal, mais ça nous faisait notre balade de la journée. La plage est belle, et calme.

Das Personal war einfach super nett! Preis-Leistung sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Good views and sunsets from the pool area. Breakfast options included a variety and dinner at the resort was good. Bed mattres & pillows were so comfortable. Enjoyed going to Secret beach.

Lots of mosquitoes, although they did spray on our second day. Room facing West gets very hot and Aircon struggles to cope. Some maintenance in bathroom required: toilet seat and shower head wall bracket.

Mooie ruime kamer. Goede ligging met mooi uitzicht. Zwembad, lekker ontbijt.

Slechte kranen en onstabiel. Helaas geen mogelijkheid om op strand te liggen, waren allemaal stenen.
