La comodidad de las camas, el detalle de tener una cesta de fruta al llegar y las piscinas. También que prestan toalla y hay albornoz y zapatillas en la habitación.

Demasiado ruido que impide descansar bien. El servicio del bar del hotel que hay cerca de la recepción es algo lento y falto de detalle. En el desayuno se echa de menos zumo de naranja natural al tratarse de un hotel de más categoría.

We had an overnight stay for airport connections. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to/from the airport. We arrived late and left early. It was a pleasant stay though and the beds were very comfortable.The staff were top-notch and put out some breakfast items for our early departure. They even ordered a taxi for us for the morning return to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Όλοι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί. Αλλά πάνω απ’ όλα ο διευθυντής του καταλύματος ο κύριος Μιγκέλ ασχολήθηκε με το θέμα που αντιμετωπίσαμε και έδωσε μία άμεση λύση ήτανε εξυπηρετικότατο ευγενέστατος ο σωστός άνθρωπος για τη σωστή θέση. Τον ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Aussicht vom Balkon wirklich schön. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Der Teppichboden ist alt und schmutzig, insgesamt ist die Ausstattung im Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Rent 2 rooms. They have 24h reception. They put our rooms close to each other as requested .Th relocation is great close to the city center. Breakfast is decent. A nice place to stay if it s your first time in the island. Parking is available and convenient

Location was amazing .

Needed more staff in the bar and pool area. Front desk could do a better job with be I g helpful. Sometimes felt like we were a bother.

Loistava moderni hotelli lähellä keskustaa. Poreamme ja uima-altaat sisällä ja ulkona oli mukava lisä kävelypäivän jälkeen. Huoneet melko suuria. Huoneesta oli merinäköala, vaikka ei ihan rannalla ollutkaan. Erityisen hyvä aamiainen. Autotalli, josta suoraan hissillä huoneeseen oli mukava ja helppo. Hotellissa myös hyvä ravintola.

Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Poolanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Badezimmer sind „alt“. Spühlung lief die ganze Zeit.

Hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, das hat mir gut gefallen. Allerdings waren jede Nacht bis in die Morgenstunden Personen sehr laut auf der Hafenpromenade unterwegs. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Es hätte bei einer Woche Aufenthalt gerne etwas mehr Abwechslung geben dürfen. Vegane Optionen waren sehr eingeschränkt.

Öffnungszeiten von Fitnessraum waren für mich sehr einschränkend. Geringe Auswahl an veganen Optionen beim Frühstück. Orangensaft hatte keine gute Qualität.

We got a lower floor room and the street outside is really busy and noisy, so it kind of felt like a waste paying extra for a balcony.

Foi uma estadia boa. No segundo dia saimos muito cedo e não foi possível tomar o pequeno almoço mas o hotel preparou um lanche fabuloso para levar.

Apesar de ter gostado do hotel achei que a casa de banho era pequena especialmente o chuveiro, que era banheira, quase que não cabia lá uma pessoa. Era muito estreito. Em vez de banheira deviam colocar só duche. Assim haveria espaço.

De haver produtos açorianos ao pequeno-almoço e as refeições no bar. O estacionamento muito acessível.

Die Lage am Hafen ist toll, der Blick aufs Meer (Schiffsverkehr inbegriffen). Das Essen im Restaurant hat sehr gut geschmeckt, ebenso die Drinks von der Bar.

Am Wochenende hört man in der Nacht lange die Feiernden vom Club IBIZA von der gegenüberliegenden Mole.

Un personnel vraiment rayonnant. Un bon restaurant. Jacuzzi très chaud

The location is good for the town centre and for accessing the marina port. Nice outdoor pool area. Well appointed spa. Spa towels, robes & slippers. Sea views and spacious balconies. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Nice toiletries.

The air con didn’t work. The room had a fusty smell. There used to be a nightclub opposite and there was loud noise (on a Sat night) until 4am. The hotel is on a main road and the traffic noise is loud. Breakfast is basic - all self serve.

It was a great location right on the marina and very close to the airport

We couldn’t think of anything that we did not like about the Property and would love to visit again

Locatie top, aan de rand vd stad tegenover de haven. Wij hadden zeezicht en lekker op t balkon kunnen zitten. Welk drukke weg maar wij hadden daar geen last van. Lekker zwembad binnen, fitnessruimte

Ontbijt was ok. Kon wat uitgebreider qua eitjes. Alleen maar roerei dat was jammer. Brood yoghurt fruit etc prima Koffie kan beter

The hotel location is perfect. We had a wonderful view over the marina. The room was clean, the pillows were comfy. The spa is quite good.

I would appreciate it if we had more choices for breakfast.

Leider waren die ersten Tag das Hotel von mehren US Amerikanischen Fußballteams überflutet, so das man nicht in Ruhe frühstücken konnte.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet spot on. The swimming pool was also great for lengths and very quiet. Best of all were the reception staff who were super friendly and any request was no trouble.

I booked Independent travel through Gate 1, a company I have used several times. This was my friend and I's 1st trip to the Azores. The hotel was within 20 minutes or so of the airport and along a busy, main strip parallel to the ocean. Across the street is a cruise ship dock and there was at least 3 days there was a ship of our week. We arrived 2 hours later due to tail end of rainy/very windy Azore weather. We got to hotel about 9 am and check-in is at 3. The check-in process was pretty quick and the front desk held our suitcases for us. We didn't leave the property and just napped on and off in the lobby. We did end up paying $16 Euros each for breakfast, since the airlines didn't feed us anything. We checked back with front desk a few times to assess room readiness and were about to thankfully get in for 12 pm. We were located on 2nd floor near 1 end and 1st impression was of spacious, clean room with balcony, 2 chairs and table facing the street and being able to hear the waves and sit out there was nice extension. We had 2 twin beds which were comfortable but the pillows were very soft and not supportive. There was a small safe which we used, along with stocked min fridge which we did not. There were seat cushions available in closet for outside chairs, 1 soft chair and another bench in front of bureau area. Inside closet was a few hangers, we asked for more, along with bathrobes/slippers and extra comforter. The amenities were limited. liquid soap only at sink and shower had liquid soap and shampoo. No conditioner, body wash, lotion or bar soap. They provided plenty of towels, no washcloths, blow dryer, coffee maker which we didn't use. They will also give you 1 glass bottle of water daily and we refilled our own personal bottles in gym. We used the large indoor pool daily, ironically you get cards and exchange towels at front desk. Please be sure to ask for hot springs specific towels, otherwise the other one will get stained. They have an outdoor pool that wasn't opened yet and a huge public pool across street. They had a decent gym, treadmills, elipticals, mats, weights plus Turkish and a dry sauna, hot tub, spa where we each had a good 90 minute massage, bathrooms/showers/changing areas. They started doing construction on room next to gym while we were there. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants on the main street along with shops. There are public buses that go by along with a trolley, we didn't use those or cabs either. The staff was pretty friendly and tolerant of me trying out my Portuguese. We did enjoy our stay here with a few exceptions - pillows need to really be replaced and breakfast improved. The 7-10 am Breakfast buffet was included and I had read reviews about it being lackluster, especially the eggs and we agree. They weren't edible, powdered or whatever they were tasted fake and watered down. I've had egg beaters before and don't have an issue with that but these were not good. 1 morning only, they had hard boiled and that was fine. Sausage lousy too. Multiple bread varieties, rolls, croissants, 1 morning there were some custards, yogurt, bacon, pancake machine, juices, coffee, tea, lemonade, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheeses, grapes, kiwi, white melon, tangerines, pineapple. Cold cereal, toaster. No omelet station nor was food replaced regularly when it ran out. There seemed to be plenty of staff though and there were some large groups also that came through early and later in breakfast session and wiped stuff out. We always had a decent breakfast during travel so this was surprising.

Sata airlines sent us here when our flight was cancelled. Although the location is prime and it seems on the outside to be well taken care of, we were put in a very scurvy part of the hotel with stained carpets and a bathroom that looked like it was from a hospital room. Anyway, it may have been reserved for people rolling in with cancellations (insult to injury), but I’d suggest shopping around before committing to this place.

Not the best experience. Expected more of a 4 star centralized hotel. Caution guests with the parking at -2 level with no direct access. We landed at 6am from an overnight flight. Checked in early but told no room available. We would taken an upgrade but told no availability. No fuss. We returned hours later. We spent a week, parking at -2 level. When checking out, they wanted to charge us for the -1 level parking that had the direct access. I clarified we never benefited from it and paid out of pocket for -2 level (€7.50 / daily) In fact, no one told us we finally had availability there! Rooms are average. Not very spacious and limited toiletries. Carpets need to be cleaned both in rooms and hallways. Stains are visible. Breakfast was good considering the sleeping accommodations. We also had reserved ocean front. That made the experience a little better. Reception/ front desk staff could do a little better.

Very friendly staff. The food at restaurant was very very good

I had a balcony with an ocean view and it was outstanding. In addition the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also very much appreciated having a bathtub to be able to soak in! Finally, the gentleman who helped bring my bags up was incredibly friendly and that really stood out. I enjoyed seeing him in the lobby daily -- he brought genuine joy to my trip!

The carpeting was quite warn, the wood in the rooms is quite dated. More so than that, room service was quite lackluster (with me sending the prawns back one night because they were so overcooked and inedible), and the food in the hotel restaurant was quite disappointing (including that the panko shrimp hadn't been deveined!). A hotel restaurant on the marina/ocean of this reputation and caliber should have seafood locked in, and this was very disappointing.

Hotel vicino al centro e comodo. Ristorante nell’hotel molto buono. Colazione a buffet giusta. Personale accogliente. Piscina carina.

La stanza era al quinto piano e si poteva accedere solo con determinati ascensori che un giorno si sono rotti e abbiamo dovuto fare cinque piani a piedi ma fortunatamente il problema è stato poi risolto. Un po di confusione per la prenotazione dei massaggi.

This was our second time staying at this hotel because it has great location, friendly staff and a nice parking garage all for a decent price in this area. Our bed was very comfy, the view was wonderful and the breakfast was very good! Upon check in our room was not ready but they called us within the hour (4 hours before normal check in) and let us know that we had a room ready when we were. The Staff were execellent. We were very happy with our stay and we'd be happy to stay again!

The room itself is showing it's age but it was comfortable and clean so hard to complain there. The hotel cannot do anything about this but I hate having to take a right out of the garage, then taking the main drag up a bit before pulling a U-ey. Also our parking key card for the garage kept malfunctioning but they were very helpful and fixed it for us.

European showers are sometimes too cute. The water leaked under the swinging glass door and wet the floor. The fruit that was delivered was in OK shape, but the apple was too bruised to be edible. Really that's all. Everything else was great.
