ein kleines familiengeführtes apartmenthaus.mit ca. 30 apartments. ruhig gelegen.alles war sauber,jeder lächelte.pool im garten mit liegen und schirmen.eine kleine poolbar die den ganzen tag besetzt ist.bis zum meer sind es ca. 5-10min fußweg. wirklich sehr empfehlenswert für alle die individuell urlaub machen wollen und nicht an all inklusiv essenszeiten gebunden sein wollen.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Elke dag werd onze kamer netjes gepoetst, wat we eerlijk gezegd niet hadden verwacht en al helemaal niet dat dit dagelijks zou gebeuren. Het ontbijt was bovendien iedere dag verrukkelijk en zorgde telkens voor een fijne start van de dag. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Het enige wat wat tegenviel, was de badkamer. Deze is wat verouderd en zou naar onze mening wel een vernieuwing kunnen gebruiken.

Une expérience tout simplement catastrophique, aussi bien concernant l’établissement que le comportement de son propriétaire. À notre arrivée, la réception était correcte. Mais une fois installés dans la chambre, nous avons immédiatement remarqué une odeur étrange. Nous avons décidé de ne pas en faire toute une histoire. En revanche, la salle de bain est dans un état de vétusté impressionnant : on a l’impression qu’elle n’a pas été rénovée depuis 20 ans. La douche est minuscule et le ventilateur est tellement bruyant qu’il est difficile de l’utiliser normalement. Le petit-déjeuner est malheureusement à l’image du reste de l’établissement : très décevant. Très peu de choix, des produits qui donnent clairement l’impression d’avoir été choisis uniquement pour leur prix, une qualité très médiocre et quasiment rien de réellement appétissant. Le jus est laissé à disposition, sans être correctement réfrigéré. Les œufs servis semblaient avoir été préparés depuis plusieurs jours. Bref, un petit-déjeuner extrêmement basique et franchement indigne du prix payé. Le lendemain, nous avons remarqué que quasiment personne ne se baignait dans la piscine. Nous pensions que c’était simplement une coïncidence. Le 3ᵉ jour, nous avons décidé de l’essayer… et nous avons rapidement compris pourquoi elle était déserte. L’eau était franchement dégoûtante et donnait l’impression d’être très mal entretenue, avec notamment une absence apparente de chlore. Nous sommes ressortis immédiatement. Le soir, j’ai fait part de mon mécontentement au propriétaire et je l’ai invité dans la chambre pour lui montrer directement l’état de la salle de bain. Je ne lui demandais rien d’extraordinaire, simplement de constater les problèmes et d’entendre les remarques d’un client mécontent. Sa réponse a été que j’avais parfaitement le droit de mettre un mauvais avis. Très bien. Mais environ 15 minutes plus tard, il revient frapper à notre porte et nous annonce que nous devons quitter l’hôtel à 22h30.

D une extrême gentillesse le personnel a été à notre écoute et nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet établissement familial.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage der Appartementanlage ist zwar etwas abseits aber dafür angenehm ruhig. Der Pool die Liegen und der Garten sind sehr gut zum entspannen. Bei der Poolbar bekommt man zu gewissen Zeiten auch ein Tagesgericht zum Essen. Wer erst am Abend den Heimflug hat darf bis zur Abreise den Pool und Gartenbereich weiter nutzen. Wer zum Meer möchte hat etwa 500 Meter zu laufen, da gibt es dann auch große Hotelanlagen und Lokale.

Die Frühstückstische sollten größer sein. Bei den Duschen hinter der Poolbar wären Abstellflächen und Haken zum kurzfristigen aufhängen der Kleidung und Handtücher wünschenswert damit man sich für die Abreise gut umziehen kann. Das Essensangebot könnte umfangreicher sein und sollte besser kommuniziert werden.

I liked everything. I received a very warm welcome and was assisted with my taxi whwn leaving. I travelled alone before meeting my husband. Would definitely recommend. Clean, comfortable and the staff amazing. Good selection for breakfast

That i hadnt booked longer

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’accueil familial est très chaleureux. L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter l'est de l'île et pour être à proximité de l’aeroport. Une mention spéciale pour la literie et le petit repas pris un soir à l'hôtel qui était très généreux et délicieux.

La salle de bain est très petit et un peu sommaire.

Purtroppo non è vicinissimo al mare e ai servizi quindi, se non hai un mezzo per muoverti ,è un po' scomodo a piedi.

Breakfast was very good and the staff is extremely friendly. They even got us oat milk upon request. The garden/pool area is lovely. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are good.

Our room on the ground floor had recently had severe water damage, so the bottom of the doors were frayed, the fridge was moldy, and mold could be seen in the corners of the bedroom. This may only apply to the specific room we stayed in. The air-con is pointed toward the head of the bed, we tried all sorts of settings (including no air-con), but were not able to achieve a comfortable set-up. The shower is very narrow and you will flood the bathroom while trying to shower, even if you do so seated and make yourself as small as possible. The fan in the bathroom (on when the light is on) rattles and the walls are thin, so I would recommend ear plugs. For these reasons we left the apartment several days early and rented a different place instead.

Une très belle découverte ! Un hôtel familial où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Super accueil, logement joli, spacieux et très agréable. La piscine, nichée dans un magnifique jardin, est un vrai plus pour se détendre.Un parking gratuit devant l'établissement Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec de nombreuses spécialités faites maison, un vrai régal ! Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que des hôtes. Une adresse chaleureuse et authentique que je recommande vivement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Rien de négatif à signaler

Un hôtel idéal pour les familles avec enfants, offrant un cadre agréable, calme et reposant. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné venait d’être rénovée, ce qui était très appréciable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’animation du dimanche, avec une petite soirée musicale et un buffet sur place. Le buffet est payant, mais le prix reste tout à fait raisonnable. Le service est de très bonne qualité et le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider.

Le mobilier est encore un peu ancien, mais l’hôtel est actuellement en cours de rénovation et d’amélioration. Je recommande cet établissement !

We loved our holiday at Portokali Hotel! It’s a very cozy hotel with spacious rooms and a great location near the beach. There is a nice swimming pool on-site, though we spent most of our time at the sea. The breakfast was incredibly tasty, and it’s wonderful that you can also order lunch and dinner if needed. Highly recommend this place!

Super établissement familial et personnel tres gentil

Il manque quelques petits détails pour que ca soit parfait : un micro-ondes dans la cuisine, une passoire, des tupperware ou encore une etagere pour ranger dans la salle de bains et une paroi de douche. L’etendoir a l’exterieur sur le balcon est aussi très petit. Un plateau pour se servir le petit dejeuner serait aussi une bonne idée.

Мы остановились в апартаментах с одной спальней. Нам предоставили апартаменты, на первом этаже, которые были частично реновированы - новое оснащение ванной комнаты и сантехника, новые кровати с удобными матрасами. Матрасы оказались очень удобными, высыпались отлично! Подушки были немного плотнее и жестче, чем мы привыкли, но это всё дело вкуса и привычки. В спальне установлен кондиционер, который прекрасно охлаждает все апартаменты. Просторный шкаф в спальне вместил в себя всю одежду. В гостиной также комод с множеством полок. Кухня также оснащена новой мебелью, но посуды было не очень много - несколько тарелок, чашки, стаканы, две кастрюли, сковорода. Если захотите приготовить салат- готовить его придется в кастрюле. Плита работает быстро, новая. Не хватало лишь чайника, но мы погрели воду в кастрюле. В номере есть фен, но не было сушилки для одежды. В душевой есть мыло, шампунь. За три дня уборку провели один раз, полотенца все поменяли. Кстати, полотенца очень хорошие, плотные, хорошо впитывают воду. В отеле есть бар, в котором можно купить напитки, снеки, еду. Очень вкусный греческий салат - порция огромная, всегда сдобрена большим количеством оливок. Завтраки тоже были неплохие - мы всегда нведались. Очень вкусная выпечка, и на завтрак всегда были вкуснейшие оливки. В целом проживание понравилось, мы получили хороший сервис за небольшие деньги.

Really helpfull and kind personel. Always smiling and talkative with the guest. Especially the Young gentleman at the front desk, who was always happy to help, and Friendly top talk too. (Even though he is a Manchester city fan).

The wifi Wasnt very strong, when located in the top floor on the other side of the pool area.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Disponibilità, gentilezza e simpatia da parte del personale, ci hanno aiutato in tutto. Ottima posizione con spiaggia vicina ma anche accesso facile all'arteria che porta verso altre località meno turistiche sia a est che a ovest. La piscina è davvero utile per rilassarsi a fine giornata o nei casi di forte vento in spiaggia. Camera spaziosa e comoda.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The rooms are not renovated, and the furniture is old and, in some cases, damaged. We also found insects in the room, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom is very small, and some of the fixtures and accessories were also damaged or in poor condition. In addition, the room was not equipped with everything mentioned in the hotel description. For example, a hairdryer was listed as available, but there was no hairdryer in our room. The breakfast was also disappointing and rather poor, with very limited options. The breakfast area does not have enough chairs for all guests, and the chairs that are available are old and in poor condition. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards described on the website. The rooms, facilities and breakfast area are in need of significant improvement.

- Personal sehr freundlich und zukommend - schöne Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf Meer( Man hat auch die Möglichkeit einfach so einige Balkons zu gehen, die auch keinem Zimmer gehören oder so, fand ich super) - Hotel-Pool - ruhige Lage eher - Klimaanlagen einfach Top

Das Badezimmer war so klein, Toilette bzw. Badezimmer hattet keinen Schlüssel, wir waren zu dritt auf Zimmer und musste mal selbst immer nach Unten beim Pool auf Klo😅 Zudem hat das Badezimmer kein Ablagefläche gehabt, um Zahnbürsten usw… abzulegen einfach nichts im Bad. 🛁

Toute l’équipe est adorable, disponible et toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins, avec le sourire et une grande gentillesse. La cuisine un petit peu petite avec 2 plaques

הצוות היה אדיב מאד ויעיל. מאד נחמדים. המיקום של המלון מצוין- קרוב לכבישים הראשיים, לעיר ולחופים אבל נמצא במקום פרטי וצדדי כך שלא עמוס וצפוף. הבריכה מאד נחמדה ובאופן כללי המלון לא הרגיש עמוס - מקום שקט וסימפטי.

משלב מסוים בערב ברוב הלילות לא היו מים חמים במקלחת.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel auf Kreta sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist einfach, aber es fehlt an nichts. Besonders schön fand ich die herzliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, da es sich um ein echtes Familienunternehmen handelt. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Ich werde wiederkommen!

Es ist ein kleines familiäres Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Besonders der Sonntag mit dem kleinen Barbecue und der Live Musik waren sehr schön. Es war eine saubere Unterkunft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Es gab eins zwei Sachen in der Zimmerausstattung die man erneuern könnte, dies haben wir dem Inhaber auch mitgeteilt und er hat sich dies angenommen. Aber es gab nicht wirklich etwas was man stark bemängeln könnte.

Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Wasser, toller Service, Frühstück war gut, Kaffee auch gut. Jeden Sonntag BBQ Abend mit live Musik. Sauberer Pool, 500Meter bis zum Strand.

Man kann in der Küche nichts kochen. Die Dusche ist sehr klein, der Duschkopf muss definitiv erneuert werden. Kleiderschrank ohne Zwischenböden.

Friendly staff, Sunday singing show, calm area good for relaxation, walking distance to amazing beach, nice pool area, very clean, we were family of 6 grandparents and children and everybody had amazing time!

The accomodation offers simple rooms with simple breakfast. It probably needs some renovation but we did not mind it. There is no shops to do groceries in proximity but we ate in a bar on the beach, again not a big problem for us.

La struttura ricettiva risulta fatiscente, vetusta e sporca. Bollitore e piastra da cucina arrugginiti. Il contenitore della spazzatura era completamente puzzolente. Il bagno presentava una doccia con la tenda che dava la sensazione di scarsa igiene, ai piedi della doccia ci stava un rialzo pericoloso e scivoloso con uno spigolo tagliente. Il terzo letto presentava un materasso estremamente duro. I climatizzatori erano ingestibili, impostavamo la temperatura e da soli modificavano l'impostazione. Il frigorifero era sporco e pieno di grasso.

Amazing family-run hotel! You can really tell how much care and effort goes into making guests feel welcome. Everyone was so kind and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was lovely. The pool bar was amazing too and was one of our favorite spots to relax. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The only small downside was the breakfast. It was good, but it could have had a bit more variety. Still, it didn’t affect our overall great experience.

Очень внимательный персонал, номер чистый, большой аккуратный, постели чистые. Есть кухоный уголок. Интернет работал неплохо. Можно работать в номере. Парковка на территории. Хороший бассейн. Очень понравились завтраки, разнообразные, много выпечки и фруктов. Все нонравилось.

The apartment's outdoor pool is well maintained and features comfortable sun loungers for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The kitchen equipment was extremely disappointing. Practically impossible to prepare meals. The bathroom was simply unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard. The furnishings - doors, windows... - were in a poor condition. The air conditioning was another major disappointment. It only cooled the room where the unit was installed, while the rest of the apartment remained uncomfortably warm.

Très compliqué de cuisiner dans ce logement , quasiment pas de matériel , un frigo moyen et plusieurs coupures de courant . Le propriétaire voulait que enlève la carte de la chambre mais si on le faisait le frigo ne marchait pas… Le petit déjeuner était ouvert des 8h mais nous au rez de chaussée on pouvait participer à la conversation des salariés et ce petit déjeuner n’était pas fait pour les français

The warmth and kindness from the staff is very authentic and sincere. We felt just as welcome this year as we did last year and felt that we are a part of the family that runs the hotel. As a mum I feel safe to live at the hotel eith my daughter. Always helpful and kind. Such a positive atmosphere ! The pool is clean and that means alot.

Usměvavý personál. Snídaně velmi chutné, ale každý den stejné. Úklid každý den.

Zastaralé vybavení. Klimatizace jen v ložnici. K dispozici nejsou skleničky na víno. Pokud si chcete vařit tak je k dispozici jen jeden hrnec a jedna pánev nic víc. Museli jsme si koupit cedník na těstoviny a prkénko.

A lovely little place, about a 7-minute walk from Litos Beach and a 10-minute drive from Hersonissos. The staff is charming, helpful, and friendly. There is a great pool outside, and the value for money is truly excellent.

The rooms are a bit old, but for the price, it's truly 10/10.

Petit hôtel à taille humaine, qui bénéficie d’une belle et grande piscine et d’un jardin très agréable. L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner étaient les vrais atouts.

Les chambres manquent un peu de modernité, la salle de bain manque d’un coup de frais Et la petite cuisine n’est pas fonctionnelle car quasiment aucun ustensile n’est fourni.

Le camere un po’ datate e poco curate

Emplacement dans une zone calme, sauf pour le bruit des avions de l'aéroport d'Heraklion. Nous avions réservé 2 appartements : dans l'un il y avait de l'air conditionné mais dans l'autre appartement l'air conditionné ne concernait qu'une seule des 2 chambres. Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit mais je suppose que la présence d'une piscine privée est un plus pour les résidents qui restent plus longtemps.

Le bruit des avions de l'aéroport proche jusqu'à 23H30 et à partir de 7h environ. L'environnement de l'hôtel c'est une zone d'hôtels, de résidences, de maisons à l'écart des commerces et animations. Heureusement, la plage et ses restaurants ne sont qu'à 15 mn à pied.

Le personnel était très sympathique et à l écoute. Propriété très bien entretenue, piscine et bar très agréable . Le logement se situe dans un endroit très calme au milieu des oliviers tout en étant non loin des villes animées le soir comme hersonisos qui est a plus ou moins 10 minutes en voiture.

Familiäre Atmosphäre - sehr freundliches & aufmerksames Personal. Ruhe und schattige Sitzplätze an der Poolbar. Großes Apartment für 2 Personen (optional 3) im Erdgeschoss mit Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Frühstück inbegriffen - nicht riesig, aber ausreichend. Ein bisschen Fußweg zum Strand (10 Minuten) und Restaurants (auch 10 Minuten bzw. nach Analipsi knapp 20 Minuten), hat uns nicht geschadet/nicht gestört.

Die Getränke an der Hotelpoolbar sind relativ teuer. Direkt am Strand liegen viele Luxus-Resorts - es gibt aber auch öffentliche Strandabschnitte, wo man sich für 15 EUR pro Tag zwei Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm mieten kann.

Замечательное расположение отеля, в 5 минутах от моря, приветливый, вежливый персонал, уборка номеров каждый день отличная, чистое белье, чистые полотенца. Нам очень все нравится и будем возвращаться туда снова. Очень рекомендую.

Skromnie ale bardzo czysto. Każdego dnia super wysprzątany pokój. Na śniadanie każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Spacerkiem 8min do morza. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Serdecznie polecam :)

Были в конце июня, из-за сильных ветров приходилось ходить на пляж в километре от отеля, который защищен волнорезами. При хорошей погоде - отличный песчаный пляж с хорошей инфраструктурой в 400м от отеля. Завтраки однообразные, но удовлетворяли потребности как взрослых, так и детей. Бассейн на территории - чистый, есть зона жля малышей, есть для взрослых

Горячая вода с перебоями, один раз пропадало электричество. Но это не испортило впечатления об отеле.

It wasn't just a holiday; We felt like we were visiting our family home. The hotel staff are like one big family, and within a few hours of arriving, we felt like we were part of it. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. They try to make you feel at home, going out of their way to make you happy and help you. We even celebrated our child's first birthday with them. Unfortunately, we had to leave, but we'll definitely be back next summer.

Really nice accommodation for a weekend or a longer trip. The pool is really well taken care of. Rooms are decent and include a kitchen and a fride.

Drinks at the bar are a little bit more expensive than in other locations. Despite that it‘s amazing

The location is excellent, close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to fully relax.The rooms are spacious, bright, and cleaned daily with great attention to detail. Fresh linens and towels were replaced regularly, and everything always smelled fresh and welcoming. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to feel at home.Traveling with our 7‑month‑old baby was effortless thanks to the crib provided in the room. This thoughtful touch makes the hotel especially suitable for families with young children. The pool area is spotless, with a very good pool bar offering refreshing drinks and snacks — perfect for relaxing afternoons. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with options changing daily, which kept it enjoyable throughout our stay.Overall, this is an outstanding hotel for couples and families alike. Cleanliness, comfort, and service are consistently excellent. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry‑free holiday.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Az apartman tiszta, a takarítás is rendszeres és alapos. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. A part könnyen elérhető gyalog is, szupermarketek a közelben. A medence szépen karbantartott. (Bár mi nem használtuk, mert mozgásban voltunk, de mások szívesen fürdőztek benne vagy csak napoztak a medence partján.) Ajánlom. :)

Le personnel était très agréable, très à l'écoute. La chambre très propre et confortable avec l'équipement nécessaire pour 1 semaine de vacances.

Mauvaise isolation sonore dans l'hôtel mais nous avons tout de même très bien dormi.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel,das Personal ist absolut herzlich und immer für die Gäste da um ihnen ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen.Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren sehr sauber.

De sfeer van de Griekse authentiekiteit, rust en aandacht en ook de gezelligheid. Echt een familie bedrijf en het personeel super vriendelijk allemaal. Goed ontbijt iedere ochtend. Iedere dag wordt er schoongemaakt! Je bent er echt op vakantie

Als ik iets zou noemen zou ik zeggen dat iets meer keuken uitrusting fijn was geweest. Bv broodmes, broodplank e.d.

До моря 7 хвилин пішки. Великою перевагою є наявність басейну. Чуйний персонал.

Сніданки незмінні. Смажені/варені яйця, бекон, один вид сиру, один вид ковбаси, оливки, огірки, помідори, хліб, кілька видів слойок, один/два види фруктів, мюслі, кава/чай/сік/вода. Немає пляжних рушників. Номерний фонд старуватий.

Rövid sétára van a strand, az apartmanok tágasak, a reggeli görög, autentikus, a testvérek (vezetők) anyukája készíti naponta, a medence körül csak a bar-ban vásárolt italok-nasik fogyaszthatóak. Gyerekekkel voltunk, imádták a medencét. Sok napágy van, szép a kert. Csodálatos kilátás Dia nevű szigetre és a partra.

Kevés udvari kocsi beálló- megoldható a kapun kívül. A medencéhez nem lenne baj, ha lenne pár vízi kellék (strandlabda, úszógumi..)
