We had a wonderful stay at Bella Beach Hotel. It is a perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, cozy and relaxing holiday. The sea is very close, beautiful and warm. There is also a nice swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds and beach cabanas. The food was amazing! Great breakfasts and a very good variety of food for lunch and dinner. Everything was always clean, both in the restaurant and around the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed regularly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Natalia, who explained everything to us and always made sure we were comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. A very cozy, comfortable and peaceful hotel!

The only things that could be improved are the electrical wiring in the rooms and the sewage system, as there was sometimes an unpleasant smell.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was one of the best trips we have ever had, and we highly recommend this beautiful resort.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay.

Niezbyt czysto, zaniedbany obiekt. Zbyt mocno chlorowana woda w jacuzzi i basenie wewnętrznym. Jedzenie i drinki loteria- raz dobre a raz nie.

Stare sprzęty , bary zewnętrzne w opłakanym stanie , farba odpadająca i łuszcząca się , krzesła które były zrobione z plecionki przetarte i zakończone ostrymi kolcami , metalowe części zardzewiałe,przez cały dzień podawanie drinków w kiepskich plastikowych kubkach ,brak jakiegokolwiek nadzoru , brak ratownika na basenie, sprzątanie pokoju to zaścielenie łóżek i przetarcie podłogi , łazienki w pokojach brudne ,jedzenie monotonne, i bez dekoracji,obok mojego pokoju było zejście do pomieszczeń magazynowych i w ciagu dnia drzwi otwarte i wydobywający się smród z niej

Az éttermi kínálat ugyan bőséges volt, de az öt nap alatt számunkra meglehetősen egyhangúnak bizonyult, nagyrészt ugyanazzal a választékkal találkoztunk. Az étterem egyik nagy pozitívuma viszont egyértelműen a személyzet volt. Az ott dolgozók hozzáállása, kedvessége és segítőkészsége kiemelkedett a tartózkodásunk során. Ezt mindenképpen szeretnénk külön megemlíteni és megköszönni.

A Booking.com részére érdemes kevésbé „értékelés” jelleggel, inkább hivatalos panasz és kompenzációs igényként megfogalmazni. A fényképekre külön hivatkoznék, mert ezek objektíven alátámaszthatják a karbantartási, tisztasági és balesetveszélyes állapotokra vonatkozó állításokat. Tisztelt Booking.com Ügyfélszolgálat! Ezúton szeretnék hivatalos panaszt tenni a Booking.com-on keresztül lefoglalt, görögországi Bella Beach Hotelben eltöltött 5 éjszakás tartózkodásunkkal kapcsolatban, és egyben kérem az ügy kivizsgálását, valamint a részleges visszatérítés/kompenzáció lehetőségének megvizsgálását. Négy felnőtt és két kisgyermek részére két szobát foglaltunk egy 5 csillagos kategóriájú szállodában, és ennek megfelelő árat fizettünk. A helyszínen tapasztalt állapot és szolgáltatási színvonal azonban véleményünk szerint több lényeges ponton jelentősen elmaradt attól, amit az 5 csillagos kategória és a megfizetett ár alapján joggal várhattunk. Fontosnak tartom kiemelni, hogy az alábbi panaszok jelentős részét fényképekkel is dokumentáltuk, amelyeket kérésre, illetve a panasz kivizsgálásához rendelkezésre tudunk bocsátani. Már a foglaláskor jeleztük, hogy két kisgyermekkel utazunk, ezért kértük, hogy a két szobánk lehetőség szerint egymás mellett legyen, hogy a két család között gyors és egyszerű legyen az átjárás. Ehhez képest a két szoba bejárata a folyosó két külön végére került. A szobák és a fürdőszobák állapotával kapcsolatban több problémát tapasztaltunk. A törölközők vékonyak, durva és érdes tapintásúak voltak, minőségük véleményünk szerint nem tükrözte az 5 csillagos kategóriát. A légkondicionáló berendezés állapota erősen elhanyagoltnak tűnt, és azt a benyomást keltette, hogy hosszú ideje nem történt megfelelő tisztítása és karbantartása. A fürdőszobában sérült, leszakadt mosdóperemmel, valamint koszos, helyenként penészesnek tűnő zuhanyzóval találkoztunk.

I liked the all inclusive package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and also snacks. Alcohol was also included. Bar open from 10am until 11pm. The beach was nice. Windy. Water wasn't clear but had fun in the waves. Night entertainment was fun. I enjoyed the 80's DJ.

We were upgraded to a family suite, 2 bedrooms. Tv's in both rooms didn't work and never were fixed during our stay. The bathroom was tight, ended up flooding it. The room was quite run down. Pool was only open from 10am until 6pm. Most of the staff were friendly.

Great staff. Very attentive, food was delicious at the buffet, great selection! The beach outside the resort was stunning too.

Our air conditioning leaked but it was fixed quickly. Resort is a little dated in the bedrooms but nothing major.

Spacious Rooms: The rooms were broad, comfortable, and gave us plenty of space to move around; Dining & Food: The food selection was varied, fresh, and consistently delicious throughout our stay.

Room & Service: We arrived with a toddler to a room with broken AC (hot after 3 hours). The technician just told us to wait. Changing rooms late at night required some arguments. Housekeeping also walked in multiple times without knocking; Facilities & Hygiene: The replacement room was directly above the operational area; trash was moved using guest elevators, causing terrible smells and dirt. The hotel is very outdated—elevators stop with a harsh jerk that woke our child in the stroller; Accessibility & Outdoors: Accessible routes required looping around the property on broken, pothole-filled paths. There is almost zero shade outdoors, making walking around unbearable in summer; Kids' Area: The playground is tiny, neglected, with broken equipment and no shade (scalding hot in the sun). The toddler indoor craft area is not properly ventilated or air-conditioned.

Facilities need total makeover, oldish, shower had water floods unsolved, bugs (cocroach) and ants in both rooms. Fitness room opens at 10am, so can't workout before breakfast(???) Pool walls dirty inside the water..

The hotel has a great location and the resort itself has a nice layout. The rooms are very spacious, especially the private pool rooms, which were definitely one of the best parts of our stay. The food was tasty, although the selection was quite limited.

Unfortunately, there were many serious problems. The resort is old and looks quite run-down, and the cleanliness was very poor. On one day, the cleaning lady took a dirty towel from the bathroom, put it in water, and used it to clean the floor. There were also ants everywhere around the rooms. The bathroom in our room was in poor condition. The shower was rusty and there was mould on the wall. The cutlery in the restaurants was also a major issue. Around 80% of the cutlery we received was dirty. The all-inclusive drinks were also disappointing. The water and soft drinks from the dispensers had a strange salty taste, so we ended up drinking bottled water throughout the entire holiday. Bottled water was charged extra, which is a major downside for an all-inclusive 5-star resort. One evening, I asked the bartender for an ice bucket to keep a bottle cold. He told me that he would only give me one if I bought two additional bottles of wine that were not included in the all-inclusive package. I found this completely unacceptable and very disappointing for a 5-star all-inclusive resort. Another major problem was the sun loungers by the sea. Guests had to wake up at around 6:00 AM to reserve a lounger. For a 5-star hotel, I find this completely unacceptable. Overall, the location, spacious rooms and private pools are the main positives. However, the poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, dirty cutlery, limited food selection, poor-quality drinks, extra charges and the sun lounger situation seriously affected our holiday. For a 5-star all-inclusive resort, I expected a much higher standard.

L hotel è vecchio e dovrebbe essere ristrutturato. La spiaggia è molto trascurata nella pulizia e negli ombrelloni.

Pestrá škála chutných jedál. Veľmi milý a ochotný šéfkuchár. Veľmi krásna pláž, ktorá spríjemnila celý pobyt. Menším mínusom boli už zastaralé slnečníky a niektoré časti hotela, napríklad beach bar, ktoré by si zaslúžili renováciu. Celkovo však hodnotím pobyt pozitívne.

Lo staff è stato davvero gentile e accogliente, soprattutto la Metre davvero esemplare.

La struttura purtroppo è datata purtroppo non adeguata allo standard del 5 stelle.

The hotel is opposite the beach and near to restaurants and the small village of Analipsi. The stuff also are eager to help and the cleaning stuff also working to the fullest of their abilities.

Beach umbrellas not enough for all the sunbeds Beach is not cleaned,this is due diligence for 5star hotel Sunlounges dirty,they dont have shade covers. The perimeter fence is bad ,outdated, tilted. Grass is dry and dead.There is no shade to sit like the Anissa hotel next door or the grass to Lyttos hotel that is fully green and alive. The bar area is just some old hub,very dated. The kids playground is very old ,the astroturf they have is so worn out is disappointing, disgraceful. Full of water hoses lying on the ground,many places the grass is missing just soil. A lot of plants left with no care. Swimming pool for the babies dirty water and mould on the tiles. The wooden bridge above the swimming pool some wood is not screwed and on the very end some screws are visible making it dangerous for anyone walking barefoot. The gym is dirty,one dirty mat,no windows the wooden frames dated . The swimming pool indoor is cold and gloomy. The shower door in the room is not touching the wall , everytime you have a shower their is a leak. The chairs are uncomfortable in the main restaurant and dirty they haven't been washed and cleaned and the sitting benches too. The food is basic for 5 star hotel. Water smells and feels "heavy"like is coming from desalination,100%tab no filters no nothing. Restaurants a la carte serve the same food that is served in the main restaurant. Worn out hotel, understaffed,worn out gardens,no service for swimming pool,no service for the beach. This hotel is average 3stars. Unacceptable to pay and being advertised for 5star .

Nagyon bőséges és választékos svédasztal, a bárban szinte bármit elkészítenek ( a nagy ivók számára is), meglepően jó söreik vannak!!! Jó hogy saját strandja van!!

A szobák meglephetik az emberek az 5 csillag ellenére Több és jobb állapotú napozóágyak és ernyők a parton.

היה לנו חדר מרווח וגדול, נוף מהמרפסת ישיר לבריכה. האוכל היה מגוון וטעים, בתור שומרת כשרות מצאתי הרבה מה לאכול. השף היה מקסים וידע לכוון אותי מה אוכל צמחוני וטבעוני שאני יכולה לאכול. האלכוהול היה סביר אבל נגיש בכל שלב. יש אוכל מגוון ורחב לאורח כל היום. צוות המלון מקסים, צוות הבידור לא מורגש במיוחד.

המלון עצמו קצת מרוחק מהמרכז, יש אוטובוס במרחק של עשר דקות הליכה שמגיע להרקליון. לא הכי נוח אבל מראש תכננו להקדיש רק יום אחד לטיול בעיר. אם רוצים להיות כל היום במלון אז זה סבבה, אבל עדיף אולי להשכיר רכב, זו יכולה להיות אופציה טובה לבעיית המרחק.

Ubicación, restaurante e instalaciones en general limpias y en buen estado. Comida variada y de calidad. Playa sin multitudes y con agua cristalina. Cena restaurante Olive encantador.

Hotel para familias con hijos pequeños, demasiado ruidoso para parejas sin niños.

Rien tout était bien, sauf les chambres manque un peu plus d'entretien et les femmes de chambre ne nettoie pas tout complètement dans pendant leurs passages font simplement le strict nécessaire pourtant nous sommes sur du 5 étoiles

האוכל חוזר על עצמו המחיר לא שווה הכל כלול לא ממש הכל כלול , בקבוק המים חייבים לשלם עליו תוספת הרבה דברים לא כלולים בהכל כלול שמחייבים תוספת תשלום אין. מעלית בחדרים , היה לנו קשה מאוד עם החדר שלנו בגלל המדרגות והתינוקת קיצור לא הייתי חוזר לבית מלון הזה

Tout ! Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Il n’y a aucun service en fait ! J’ai fait pleins d’hôtels 5 étoiles dans ma vie et celui là est de loin le pire de tous ! C’est une honte !! Le personnel de la réception est désagréable ! L’hygiène est plus qu’insuffisante ! La piscine est sale dès le matin ! Il y a pleins de sable autour ils ne nettoient jamais en fait ! Nous devons garder nos serviettes de plage et piscine pendant deux jours ! Pour les changer c’est toute une histoire ! Nous avons dû donner de l’argent en plus à notre femme de ménage d’étage pour qu’on ait des serviettes tous les jours. Les transats à la mer et à la piscine sont sales, extrêmement sales, ils ne nettoient pas !!! C’est insupportable ! A fuir à fuir à fuir !!! L’hôtel juste à côté Lytthos est 10000 fois mieux !!! Ne vous faites pas avoir ! Ah j’ai oublié : il n’y a même pas de douche d’eau douce à la mer, nous sommes obligés de marcher marcher marcher pour se doucher et le temps de retourner aux transats de la mer nous avons de nouveau très chaud …

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem außergewöhnlich schönen Strand und das Personal war durchgehend nett. Außerdem hat uns das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt, es gibt eine große Auswahl. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es jedoch beim vegan/vegetarischen Angebot.

Für mich war leider nicht nachvollziehbar, wie das Hotel zu einer 5-Sterne-Kategorisierung kommt. Die gesamte Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie hätte ich mir definitiv einen höheren Standard erwartet. Auch das beworbene All-inclusive-Konzept hat uns enttäuscht. Tatsächlich sind nur bestimmte Cocktails und Getränke inkludiert – selbst ein Aperol Spritz gehört beispielsweise nicht dazu. Das empfanden wir als sehr ärgerlich, da man bei „All-inclusive“ etwas anderes erwartet. Auch die angebotenen Cocktails konnten qualitativ leider nicht überzeugen: Sie bestehen größtenteils aus fertiger Limonade bzw. Fertigmischungen mit Alkohol und werden zudem in Plastikbechern serviert. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das aus meiner Sicht nicht angemessen. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, sodass man aus den angrenzenden sowie den darüberliegenden Zimmern beinahe alles hören kann. Zusätzlich werden die Liegen am Pool und am Strand bereits ab den frühen Morgenstunden mit Handtüchern reserviert und sind dadurch schnell nahezu vollständig belegt. Leider scheint das Hotel hier nicht einzugreifen oder etwas gegen diese Praxis zu unternehmen. Insgesamt stehen diese Punkte für mich leider deutlich im Widerspruch zu dem Standard, den ich von einem 5-Sterne-All-inclusive-Hotel erwarten würde.

Great beach, friendly, helpful staff, great attention to food and very clean.

There are enough sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool, but some hotel guests have a stupid habit of covering them with towels, children's toys, and other things from early in the morning and not using them. There should be a policy of "picking up towels" from unused sunbeds.

La cucina è stato il punto di eccellenza, addirittura sopra le aspettative. Ogni giorno un menu ampio e vario e di ottima qualità.

Poca pulizia in generale, negli spazi comuni, nella spiaggia, nelle piscine.

היתה זמרת מצוינת בלילה האחרון שהיינו

חרקים בכל מקום, מלון לא מטופח בעליל, מתקים ישנים ומגרש משחקים עם חלודה ומסמרים חדים. הכל נראה מתפורר ומלפני 40 שנה. הבריכות מלוכלכות וכשנכנסים מרגישים בכפות הרגליים כל מיני דברים. באמת שהחזקתי מעמד רק לטובת הילדים. אפילו כשקיבלנו חדר ״משודרג״ הוא היה מפוצץ נמלים ובלי מעלית (היינו עם עגלת תינוק). ממש ממליצה להתרחק מהמלון מה גם שהוא רחוק מאוד מהמרכז

Χρειάζεται άμεσα αναβάθμιση στους εξωτερικούς χώρους όπως παιδική χαρά , θέατρο κλπ.

לא היה משהו מיוחד שאהבתי על מקום האירוח

מקום האירוח מאוד לא תאם את התמונות. מדובר לפי בוקינג על מלון 5 כוכבים, אך לצערי אולי אפשר להגיד שהוא 4 כוכבים. האוכל היה בסדר גמור, מגוון טוב. מעבר לכך - המתקנים מאוד מאוד מאוד מיושנים, הג׳ימבורי של הילדים היה מאוד מלוכלך, בתוך צריף עץ שנראה שנבנה לפני לפחות 20 שנה. המלון נראה מאוד מיושן, לא נראה חידוש בחדר האוכל, בבריכה וגם בחדרים. המעלית שליד החדר שלנו נתקעה מספר פעמים (לא נסגרה טוב) ונאלצנו לרדת עם העגלה במדרגות - דבר שהפריע מאוד. לגבי הבריכה - אציין שהבריכת תינוקות מאוד מיושנת וללא הצללה בכלל!! הילדים ששיחקו שם היו בשמש הקופחת, דבר שמאוד מסוכן להם. מעבר לזה - גם הבריכה של המבוגרים הייתה ללא הצללה בכלל, רק הגשר שמעל הבריכה שימש לפעמים נקודות מפלט מהשמש. ולגבי הכסאות שיזוף והשמשיות? אין מספיק. וכמובן אין אף לא איש צוות אחד שמסתובב ושואל אם הכל בסדר, בודק אם צריך לנקות משהו. אני נאלצתי לגשת עד לקבלה בשביל לבקש שאיש צוות יבוא לעזור לי להזיז שמשייה שעוד שנייה מתפרקת. בסה״כ - מלון מאוד מיושן, ממש לא תומך בדירוג שלו כאן בבוקינג. ללא ספק - לא! אמליץ לאף אחד שאכיר להגיע אליו. שווה יותר לשים עוד כסף וללכת למלון שיותר יכבד את עצמו. נקודה אחרונה - תתקנו את המזרקות בחוץ, חלק עובדות, חלק מקולקלות, חלק בלי אור. המינימום זה שלפחות את זה אולי תתקנו.

The food was great, buffet was very extensive and various. Main bar was terrifict, bartenders were generous with the alcohol in the drinks, the drinks were also OK but most of alcoholic beverages were not included in all-inclusive. (Inluded were vodka, whiskey, gin, rum, cretan beer).

The room for this money was not worth it. We booked the room with as it was on the website "One Very Big Bed" it was in fact NOT one big bed, it was 2 small single beds pushed together. After telling the staff about this, they placed a thin mattress over the two beds to make it seem like one large bed, but the beds still moved apart, leaving an uncomfortable gap between them. The offer stated that there were 4 swimming pools, but in reality there were 3: one was a children’s paddling pool (30 cm deep), another was located inside the building in the spa area and was probably subject to an additional charge (despite the all-inclusive package), and the third was the main outdoor pool (1.4 m deep).

מלון שקט מאוד , לא מרגיש חמישה כוכבים . אין שום פעילות לילדים ואין שום מתקנים לילדים. מלון שמיועד לזוגות או מי שמחפש שקט . חוף מהמם ונקי צמוד למלון , החדר עם הבריכות מיותר בריכה לא מזמינה ודשא וחול מלכלך מסביב ונכנס לחדר . האוכל מעולה ויש שפע הקינוחים מדהימים והשף היה מקסים ודואג , הברים טעונים שיפור בעיקר בהיצע . אנחנו באנו עם ילדים וציפיה ליותר, לזוגות ומי שמחפש שקט מלון מושלם .

אין שום פעילות או מתקנים לילדים , תחושה של פחות מחמישה כוכבים חדרים ומקלחות מיושנות מאוד .

אהבנו את המיקום של המלון שנמצא על רצועת חוף מהממת.. האוכל במסעדות של המלון מצוין ! במסעדה הראשית נחמד מאוד.. ואנשים ממש נחמדים.

לדעתי רמת הניקיןן מאוד נמוכה, התחזוקה של החדרים שמאוד ישנים...הבריכה חמודה .. נדרש ניקיון.

Etablissement à taille humaine, ambiance familiale et très détendue ! Max 2 min de marche pour aller au restaurant, à la plage (qui est clairement la meilleure comparée aux établissements à côté : large, beaucoup de place), à la piscine, au beach volley ou au tennis. Ma fille de 4 ans a bien aimé le mini-club ! Animations sympathiques tous les soirs. En journée il y en a aussi, sans aucune pression.

1) Retendre les filets du terrain de tennis et de beach-volley. 2) Améliorer la qualité du jus d’orange au petit-déjeuner (trop sucré… ce n’est clairement pas du vrai jus d’orange pressé) 3) Équipe d’animation sympa, mais gagnerait à essayer d’engager un peu plus les clients je pense

Es gab leider sehr viele Ameisen in unserem Zimmer. Auch der private Pool wurde nur selten gereinigt. Wir mussten uns jeweils selbst beim Personal melden, damit überhaupt eine Reinigung durchgeführt wurde. Das Essen war meistens kalt und die Auswahl sehr eintönig, da sich die Gerichte ständig wiederholten. Zudem musste man sich praktisch alles selbst holen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir deutlich mehr Service erwartet. Auch das All-Inclusive-Angebot war enttäuschend. Für einen grossen Teil der Getränkekarte musste man zusätzlich bezahlen und die enthaltenen Drinks waren qualitativ nicht besonders gut. Ausserdem galt das All-Inclusive-Angebot nur bis 23:00 Uhr. Unter einem 5-Sterne-All-Inclusive-Hotel stellen wir uns definitiv etwas anderes vor.

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё! Отдыхала с дочерью с 27.07.26-04.08.2026. На пляже хороший песочек, в воде на дне иногда встречаются камушки, но их очень мало. В столовой отличная еда, приветливый шеф-повар по вечерам предлагает блюдо "от шефа". У меня был номер на 1-ом этаже с собственной террасой и бассейном. С удовольствием поеду снова!

When we arrived for check in, we got upgraded with a room with a sea view. Additionally, staff was always helpful and available. The open buffet and a la carte restaurants offered rich and tasty options.

The "adult" pool, was always filled with children. We expected to have this distinction. Moreover, there were always towels on the sunbeds nearby pool, even the owners weren't there. We had to switch to the beach since we couldn't find free spots for the pool.

הארוחות היו מגוונות וטעימות ובתור ישראלים שלא אוכלים בשר בחו״ל בגלל הכשרות תמיד מצאנו מה לאכול והכל היה טעים וברמה גבוהה ! רוצים לפרגן לשף פדרו שדאג לנו ,הסביר לנו על כל מנה ונתן לנו שירות יוצא מן הכלל! בכללי השירות של כלל הצוות מדהים. אהבנו את זה שיש 3 ברים - אחד בחוף ים, אחד בבריכה ואחד בתוך המלון שפתוח מהשעה 6 בערב עד 11 ככה שהכל תמיד נגיש . אלכוהול חופשי והכל כלול. בחדר יש כספת ללא תוספת תשלום לקחנו חדר עם בריכה פרטית והיה מושלם, ניקו לנו את בריכה בכל יום בלי שנבקש . המלון במרחק נסיעה של 7 דקות בערך מהטיילת המלון נותן תמורה נהדרת למחיר ממליצים בחום לאנשים שרוצים לבוא לחופשה מפנקת של בטן גב ואוכל טעים

לגבי החוף ים הפרטי - אנשים מגיעים מוקדם בבוקר ו״שומרים מקום״ בזה שהם מניחים מגבת על מיטת שיזוף ואז באים בצהריים וטוענים שהמקום שמור להם ודורשים ממכם לקום גם אחרי שישבתם שם חצי שעה-שעה , אז קחו בחשבון. הקפה שם לא טעים בכלל.

Lo staff tutto a partire dai camerieri al personale di cucina, dai baristi al personale alla reception. da cuoco alla signora del negozio, tutti bravissimi e gentilissimi.

l'assenza di un pc a disposizione degli ospiti. A causa di un guasto imprevisto al cellulare, avevo bisogno urgentemente di un pc e in hotel c'era solo quello della reception che non poteva essere ceduto agli ospiti.

Struttura molto grande con spiaggia riservata e diverse piscine. Buona varietà di pasti, con tre ristoranti compresi nella formula all-inclusive. Camera di dimensioni adeguate con accesso diretto al giardino. Diverse escursioni proposte su più giorni Attività frequenti proposte dall'animazione e programmate ogni settimana

Servizio mini club per bambini poco sponsorizzato e poco utilizzato anche dai clienti, viste le attività proposte limitate. Da migliorare la pulizia della camera e delle aree di accesso. Abbiamo segnalato problemi di pulizia in camera al nostro arrivo e il personale è intervenuto tempestivamente. Nei viali pedonali spesso si percepisce un forte odore di spazzatura, probabilmente dovuto ai locali di deposito presenti. La pulizia nei dintorni della camera non è così frequente (abbiamo trovato piatti e bicchieri sporchi per diversi giorni)

Hotel in all inclusive ad Hersonissos , con un’auto noleggiata è stato possibile visitare tutti i comuni sul mare confinanti . Complessivamente non ci sono grandi cose che non ci sono piaciute se non quanto affermato nei punti negativi dell’hotel che abbiamo elencato di sotto.

Orari della cena improponibili alle 21 terminava la cena , vedevamo già lo staff verso le 20 e 45 cominciare a togliere tutto , non c’era nemmeno mezz’ora di tolleranza . Un giorno, a causa di un’escursione dall’altra parte dell’isola abbiamo perso la cena per essere tornati alle 21 e 30 . Animazione e intrattenimento purtroppo nettamente inferiore alle aspettative, ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa in più , questo non nega che complessivamente la struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Le rapport qualité /prix. Il y a trop d’extra et trop peu d’animation. Il n’y a même pas de navettes à disposition pour aller en ville . Je suis arrivée dans une suite mal nettoyée et qui sentait fort la cigarette. La piscine privée était sale aussi. Étant au Rez de chaussée j’ai reçu les déchets des niveaux supérieurs. Le jardin n’a pas été nettoyé une fois pendant mon séjour.

The staff is kind and helps us with everything. The food is delicious, there is a good variety of drinks, the rooms are comfortable, and the pool is great. Nataly is a special person who gave us lots of tips—very kind! Tônia also helped us with the restaurant reservation. I highly recommend this place.

היה שקט יחסית והאוכל היה אחלה

המלון עצמו יחסית ישן וקצת מוזנח. למרות שרשום לא לשמור מיטות שיזוף בבריכה כולם שומרים ואין ממש איפה לשבת. הדלתות בחדר קצת חרקו, מזגנים קיררו טוב אבל קצת הרעישו, האור לא ממש אטום בחדר, הבריכה נסגרת בסביבות שש ולא רשום בשום מקום. האינטרנט היה על הפנים התנתק כל הזמן כולל בחדר ולא משנה כמה פעמים ביקשתי לסדר לא ממש עשו עם זה משהו. למעט הבריכה אין ממש מה לעשות במלון , היו כמה הפעלות ובידור בערב שהיה די חובבני. היתה לנו באיה פרטית והדשא ליד הבריכה היה ממש ישן והרבה חול. היו נמלי אש ליד.

Αυτό που ξεχωρίσαμε περισσότερο στο Bella Beach ήταν η άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό. Από την υποδοχή και το εστιατόριο μέχρι τα μπαρ και την καθαριότητα, όλοι ήταν ευγενικοί, χαμογελαστοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν άμεσα. Η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν πραγματικά επαγγελματική, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ζεστή και ανθρώπινη, κάνοντάς μας να αισθανόμαστε ευπρόσδεκτοι σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι το προσωπικό αποτελεί ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα πλεονεκτήματα του ξενοδοχείου.

Une plage incroyable, un buffet garni, une belle disposition des chambres, une grande piscine pouvant accommoder un large nombre de résidents.

Les équipements étaient très vétustes, la piscine était souvent sale, les coupures d'électricité étaient très fréquentes, et un petit nombre du personnel n'était pas à l'écoute ou ne comprenait pas nos problématiques.

Hervorragendes Essen und tolles Personal! Das Essen im Hotel war unglaublich lecker – besonders das Abendessen hat uns begeistert, da die Auswahl wirklich riesig war. Ein ganz großes Lob geht an den Chefkoch und den Restaurantleiterin: beide bekommen von uns eine Glanzleistung mit Sternchen (5 von 5 Sternen)! Das gesamte Team war super nett, aufmerksam und herzlich. Das hat uns wirklich besonders gut gefallen!

Enttäuschender Service beim Animationsteam und an der Rezeption Das Animationsprogramm war im Grunde nicht vorhanden. Die Animateure waren überhaupt nicht freundlich, haben die Gäste nicht einmal gegrüßt és wirkten sehr abgehoben. Besonders inakzeptabel war, dass sogar ein unpassender Kommentar über meine Tochter gemacht wurde, den ich selbst mitangehört habe. Auch an der Rezeption fehlte es an Geduld. Uns ist bewusst, dass in der Hochsaison viel los ist, aber bei Fragen wurde man leider nur schnell abgespeist, anstatt hilfsbereit zu informieren.

We've gotten upgrade to room with private pool, it's amazing. The food is good, bar is good.

I liked that it’s close to beach and had easy access to pool, and staff was super friendly

I didn’t like the food like overall it was super basic for 5 star hotel and was identical every single day. I didn’t like that there wasn’t many activities for kids especially for babies under 2, and playground was in terrible condition

Jedlo bolo veľmi dobré, personál bol veľmi milý a snažil sa vyhovieť našim dodatočným požiadavkám.

It was a relaxing stay. First time away with our 8 month old baby and we didn’t want to go anywhere that was loud and busy with activities. A smaller hotel but just right for what we needed with lovely staff and nice food. Perhaps a little outdated in areas such as the bar, entrance and reception area - just some new furniture would make all the difference, but it was all clean. A fair few young families with their baby’s also at this hotel too. The day time animation team don’t bother you or try to get people up and involved in activities. They just walk round once to say “anyone want to play darts” (once) as an example. It’s the first hotel we have been to where the animation team is very low energy but again perfect for what we wanted. Not a hotel for young couples, but young families with babies and older people I would say. The 2 onsite restaurants are also lovely. Some drinks could do with improvement such as the pina colada (our favourite holiday drink) as it wasn’t creamy at all, no coconut cream, it tasted and looked like fizzy juice. Enjoyable stay overall and close proximity to the airport (30 mins taxi)

We couldn’t make use of the lovely beach as the parasols were fixed open and you couldn’t move them so there was constant sun and no shade for myself and our baby. Some sheltered Bali beds or proper shaded beds would have been great as there is space for it. Also the baby pool needs a parasol or something that can offer shade so that if inside the baby pool we have the option of shade as it’s in full blown sun all day which isn’t ideal for a baby having a splash around as it’s of course very hot in the sun

Есть рестораны А ля Карт. Несколько бассейнов, бесплатная парковка. Кухня хорошо справляется. На день рождения поздравляют. Быстро решают проблемы в номере. Бесплатные шезлонги и зонтики у моря. Есть анимация днём и вечером.

Плохая уборка номеров, плохо работающий кондиционер, старая мебель, т.к. были 16 лет назад и ничего не изменилось. Слабая анимация. Грязный и мутный бассейн. Посуду из номера не забирают. В номере и на территории отеля много комаров.

Mangiare troppo monotono, i bar non hanno nulla da mangiare, le stanze non sono assolutamente un 5 stelle. Comunque si spende 650€ a notte in quadrupla

Location was great and most staff were helpful.

Billiges Ambiente, max. 2 Sterne Qualität

Very calm and beautiful view from the room and the food in the main restaurant was good

Very run down and expensive for what you get ! Was no showerhead to wash your hair and water everywhere because of bad shower curtain! The beach is beautiful but you can’t swim because of a rip curl between the reefs! Not child friendly at all and very dangerous to swim ! Was not even allowed so lost the point of beachfront !

Zdecydowanie jedzenie! Bardzo różnorodne, smaczne, dobrze przyprawione. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży wybór dań wegetariańskich.

Basen przy hotelu nie był dostępny od rana i był dość szybko zamykany. Plaża piaszczysta, ale zejście do wody kamieniste.

Tranquillità e serenità nel Villaggio, staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Manca un po' di manutenzione nella piscina comune. Le vasche da bagno nei servizi un po' scomode, poiché trafila l'acqua e si allaga il bagno.
