El cuarto que nos tocó olía horrible una mezcla de caño y fabuloso. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de cuarto y mejoro mucho

Но очень шумно особенно в выходные. Люди шумят до 5 утра гуляют поют танцуют. А в 6 утра начинается звон колоколов. Не выспались совсем.

Great location near Parroquia, very hospitable reception. Big room (but...). Giant tv (but oddly positioned). Unexpected kitchen (but no kitchen furnishings). Very comfy bed and sheets.

The room is surprisingly huge, but underfurnished--for example, there is a kitchen but no utensils or coffee pot or kettle; the TV and sofa are weirdly positioned. Big unused spaces. At 7am there were no available staff anywhere at reception to answer question or solve problem (like, can we borrow a tea kettle or coffee pot). The electronic entry key were given didn't work, had to get back and get another. No elevator--no big deal.

The location is amazing. I spent one night with my husband, for us two it was great. We had a great time. It was a stop on our honeymoon, the room was set up above and beyond and it was awesome.

The room did have a little smell to it like bathroom or bathroom cleaner. It wasn't terrible we got used to it or it went a way.

Excelente localização. Rooftop tbm é bem gosotoso pra café da manhã ou algo no fim do dia.

On ne peut pas trop aérer la chambre et c'est un peu sombre mais à part ça, c'était super.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, with good quality linen and towels. Clean and tidy. Good air con. Fantastic views of the city centre and town.

Issues with the Water pressure for both toilet and shower. Wasn’t a major during our stay but it can be improved.

We loved this hotel, it is in a perfect location! And absolutely gorgeous, the staff is amazing and very helpful!

My only issue was the mattress was so hard, it was difficult to sleep or get comfortable.

Honestly it needs better cooling for the rooms, the weather was very hot out!

Det var ett lite udda boende, men på ett bra sätt med en avslappnad karaktär. Härlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget var väldigt centralt med närhet till allt i stan. Takterrassen var jättefin och låg högt med utsikt över stan. Missa inte att äta en frukost här. (Dock en annan operatör)

Hotellets egen frukost var ganska begränsad. Rummen var väldigt olika. Försök få ett rum högt upp.

The location is excellent and the atmosphere in the hotel is very rustic and romantic. The staff were very helpful and made a great effort celebrating me and my wife’s 50 years birthdays and 25 years as Married. We are very happy with our choice of hotel. The breakfast in the weekend seems a bit better than weekdays but we enjoyed both. The roof terras is a separate restaurant but accessible from the lobby and has great views for a morning coffee, extra breakfast or drinks and dinner in the amazing sunset.

In our room we had a bit low water pressure in the shower, especially the hot water. The coffee is at an additional cost at breakfast.

Great location, very clean, pet friendly and our room was outstanding. We were steps away from the church and the square. I wish we could have stayed there longer.

I love the location. I've stayed several times. I do have my favorite rooms. It has a lovely terrace restaurant too.

Being so close to centro, it can be noisy. However, it does quiet down eventually.

Unlike the pictures of the property, there is no kitchen and the terrace is without the “chill spot”.

No tienen estacionamiento, tuvimos que pagar extra $500 por día. No cuentan con bellboy ni ayuda para subir 4 pisos el equipaje por escaleras. El WC no sirvió por toda una noche y parte de la mañana. Hicieron el servicio de limpieza de la habitación hasta las 4 de la tarde y cuando ya estábamos en la habitación.

Excelente atención del personal, siempre amables y serviciales. Lupita, en el restaurante, particularmente destacable. Ubicación inmejorable a pocos pasos de la plaza principal y de la Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. Instalaciones bonitas, cuartos cómodos, útil espacio de coworking.

Este cuarto en específico no tiene ventanas (otros sí), que puede ser molesto en estadías más largas. El baño tenía ciertos problemas de plomería con una pequeña fuga de agua y en ocasiones se sentía olor a desagüe, de lo cual alerté a la recepción y ofrecieron atenderlo.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones agradables, el personal super atento y la terraza y el restaurante son un hit. Para ell parqueadero se puede usar las zonas habilitadas cercanas.

Demasiada luz en el cuarto, las cortinas sumamente angostas, la vista de a un lado pésima, una casa vieja sucia toda la azotea en muy malas condiciones, creo que pueden llegar a un acuerdo con el dueño y por lo menos limpiarla

no salió agua caliente al quererme duchar a las 7 am. También encontré una cucaracha en la entrada, lo cual no es muy alarmante porque se pudo haber metido de la calle.

Está ubicado a un costado de la parroquia de San Miguel y el personal fue amable.

1. Pésima relación calidad/precio. Por el precio se puede conseguir un alojamiento de más calidad en otra parte. 2. Instalaciones descuidadas. Puertas interiores viejas y descuidadas; ducha en pésimas condiciones, la mitad del agua caliente se escurría por la llave, la coladera no tenía reja y las repisas estaban oxidadas a punto de caerse; y las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas se escuchaba todo. 3. Presencia de cucarachas en cada día de hospedaje. 4. Falta de estacionamiento y $500 MXN por día por servicio de valet parking que nunca estaba para recibir el coche.

Perfect location and our room was awesome! My only gripe are the stairs, since our room was on the rooftop, which was so wonderful, but good thing we had assistance with our luggage.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, y la arquitectura y los restaurantes y bares dentro.

3 cosas: 1.- La habitación que nos asignaron el escusado estaba tapado. Comente en recepción y la señorita me dijo que me prestaba un destapa caños, haha, 2 se metió un gato a la habitación y solicitamos que lo sacaran, y la chica de recepción lo sacó y le comento al gato que no lo amabamos, hahaha. 3.- Y tercero, cerraron la llave del agua de paso, sin notificarnos y mi amiga se estaba bañando, y salí a recepción y le comente a la Srita que mi amiga se había quedado enjabonada, y me dijo que estaban reparando algo, y le digo que hacemos? , que mi amiga se salga con el jabón y me dice que si. El punto es que le hace falta mas profesionalismo a la gente de recepción, en cuanto se les presenta algún tema. Mas comunicación efectiva con los huéspedes, aunque sea un hotel amigable con los animales, no significa que debemos dejar entrar a nuestra habitación a cualquier gato o perro que no sea nuestro. Y si amamos a los animales. Necesitan tener supervisión de las habitaciones en cuanto a la limpieza, los azulejos de la regadera siempre estuvieron sucios. Nunca olió que se desinfectara la habitación. Y necesitan capacitar mejor al personal de recepción, ya que las soluciones o sus respuestas no son las correctas ya que estamos pagando por un servicio y el precio no es barato.

Las instalaciones estaban súper deterioradas. Inicialmente me asignaron una habitación que no tenía ni ventilación en baño y habitación, olía pésimo a humedad. Después me cambiaron a otra que mejoró un poco pero aún así bastante mal, las paredes llenas de salitre, el baño sin ventilación y en pésimas condiciones, el techo se desmoronaba, por la noche mucho ruido de la terraza además de que se llenó la habitación de humo como de una fogata cercana.

The staff here were wonderful and very helpful kind and did their best to help us even though we did not speak Spanish very well

The room we first got had six cockroaches in it dead all over the floor when we arrived the very kind front desk person was able to move our room but despite the room being changed it was still dirty and extremely cold I don't believe there was any heat in the rooms. Also the hot water takes extremely long to get warm about 2o minutes running it. We did order the breakfast that comes with the room and it was very good and the wait staff was very helpful and very accommodating

Location is unbeatable! Right next to the Parroquia of San Miguel. The view is beautiful if you have a room with a balcony. Nice rooftop restaurant as well! The staff were effective and kind. Great beds.

Wifi is not great and there is no elevator nor people who will help you carry suitcases up the stairs. Definitely something to flag as this is not accessibility friendly. I also asked if I could check in 30 minutes before 3:00 pm and they said no even though the room was ready. A staff member told me she would give me a better room if I showed her a 5 star and positive review of the hotel on my phone before even checking in or seeing the room, which I thought was very sneaky.

Loved everything . The location is amazing! Staff is professional and friendly. Thr restaurants, roof top and rooms are all clean. Only downfall is room did not have AC, but the roo. Had a ceiling fan and an additional Fan. Highly recommend this property.

The location, it was very close by everything and very convenient.

The location of the room, the room was very humid. We would get back from a long day to a humid and wet room. My husband’s glasses would fog up every-time we walked in. The shower, there was barely any water coming out and we showered with cold water our entire stay because there was no hot water. We asked and they never sent anyone to check it.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. Day 1: The room had no water pressure. The staff’s initial solution was to let us shower in another room before the next guests arrived, with a promise to fix the issue that day. Later, while the problem was reportedly “resolved,” the hotel then ran out of water entirely for all guests. Day 2: Still no running water. The staff offered little help and seemed indifferent to the inconvenience. While the rooftop offers a beautiful view, the overall service and maintenance fell far below expectations. We were in town for a wedding, and the ongoing water issues made the entire weekend unnecessarily complicated for everyone involved. In the future, I would completely avoid staying at this hotel.

Este hotel es conocido por estar a unos pasos de la plaza e iglesia. Sin embargo, mi cuarto y el de mis familiares olían húmedos, no contaban can agua caliente para duchar. La gerente me dio un email para compensar por el mal momento sin embargo no contestan. No recomiendo este lugar.
