The location was fantastic. The woman who greeted us on our arrival I think was also the housekeeper. She was friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job cleaning.

There was no one around most of the time. We weren't sure who to ask questions of since usually there was no one there to ask. The ledge leading from the bathroom to the room was hidden by a curtain so we almost tripped and fell a couple of times. One day someone is going to really hurt themselves. Consider moving the curtain closer to the bathroom.

Absolutamente todo. La cama era lo más cómodo que he probado nunca, no quiero volver a mi cama ahora. Las sábanas eran cómodas y suaves. La habitación era grande y tenía un baño con bañera inmenso. Nos acogieron antes de la hora del check in lo cual se agradece en exceso. El servicio fue genial. Cuando regresemos a san Miguel volveremos aquí sin duda.

Pues en realidad solo estuve dos noches sus dos terrazas están agusto todo estaba limpio y fue muy cómodo la ubicación está super esta muy céntrico y las habitaciones cómodas gracias 🙂

Que no se abren las ventanas de las habitaciones que dan ala avenida

Se destaca por su excelente ubicación, a 2 cuadras de la catedral, el cuarto muy limpio y cómodo. Para las altas temperaturas que puede llegar a tener San Miguel, creo que podrían añadir algún aire acondicionado portátil. Tomen sus precauciones si llevan coche,  Nosotros no nos percatamos de que no tenían estacionamiento; afortunadamente conseguimos estacionarnos en una calle.

The staff especially Aracelli embraced me like a sister. She was wonderful in every aspect. The hotel was amazing, it opens into a beautiful kitchen area, a fountain to the other side and dining room, then two comfy living spaces. My room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was my room sat above a very busy and noisy street. I would definitely stay here again! Gracias, Aracelli!

Beautiful hotel in centro. Room was large and nicely decorated. Beautiful upper terrace to view the city day and night.

My room was very dark and the lighting was poor. They brought an extra lamp but the bulb wattage was very low. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and good quality. The staff person on duty tended to keep to themselves, not overly interactive. The kitchen was nice to have. They really should provide a breakfast, I like when places do that, its a nice start to the day.

Wasn’t able to communicate with the staff due to language barrier. I had a couple of issues and could not get them resolved due to lack of communication

very nice accommodation. great to be able to use the “community kitchen “. verywell appointed and a good location. BUT - did NOT like the fact that the hotel wanted to charge us a ridiculously huge EXCHANGE RATE on the US dollar. I pity the guests who have just arrived in Mexico and are not aware of this. so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Don’t have parking, but it’s usual in town

Excellent location in centro and across from the teatro so you could hear free concerts on the terrace in the early evening. Tastefully decorated with two rooftop terraces, and shared kitchen, dining and indoor lounge area. There are only four rooms so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The bed and pillows were comfortable, new fluffy towels and bathrobes were a nice touch. The cleaning service was excellent and friendly, with towels replaced almost daily.

We were not given much of a review of the services and facilities, including not being told about or given vouchers for the full breakfast, which is served in a restaurant a couple of blocks away. Another guest was kind enough to help us out and gave us directions. The rooftop terrace has a firepit but we were not told how to turn it on (it required a special tool kept downstairs). Once we messaged we had a pretty quick response, but an evening service call could have been avoided by making sure we had all the info when we arrived. Note that the property manager is only present during the day.

Close to the city center. Good price. Hot water. Responsive staff. Great breakfast included at nearby restaurant.

Had to contact staff by WhatsApp when they were not there. Small room next to busy road and noisy walk way. No elevator to roof top deck.

House itself was amazingly beautiful, such a good taste for decorating!

Blinds blocking the door felt not enough for providing enough privacy, but is understandable the design of the house/rooms do not allowed for additional privacy without interfering with the style of the property

Acudí a este hotel los días del 7 al 9 de septiembre 2018, al registrarnos nos comentaron que la caja fuerte no servia a través de la combinación y nos dieron una llave para poder hacer uso de ella, guarde mi cartera con dinero en efectivo ya que acudiría a una boda. Al día siguiente por la mañana al abrir la caja fuerte cual va siendo mi sorpresa que extrajeron de mi cartera 2 mil pesos de mi dinero, acudí a la recepción a poner la queja y me dijeron que iban a revisar las cámaras de seguridad las cuales dicen que estaban muy lentes y que tardaban mucho en verse y había tramos que no se veía, solicite hablar con el gerente el cual nunca dio la cara y me dijeron que si encontraban algo en las cámaras me mandarían un mail, el cual obviamente no he recibido.

Muy peligroso el escalón a la entrada de la habitación. Y mala ubicación de los apagadores de la Luz.

Hotel con una calificación general excelente. Desde su ubicación, limpieza, decoración, servicio. ¡Por supuesto me volvería a hospedar!

There are four rooms in this small B and B — two are directly facing one of San Miguel's busiest streets. There is constant traffic outside the window through the day and boom box cruising at night — especially on the weekend. To avoid the noise you will have to shutter yourself in the room denying yourself two of San Miguel's biggest benefits, sunshine and beautiful weather. We left the property after the second night of a four night stay. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.

Todo excelente excepto que la habitación contaba con un tragaluz que no nos dejó descansar en cuanto salió el sol.

Welcomed like family, all staff very likable and friendly. Felt very relaxed. Wonderful accommodations. Would definitely stay there again.
