Anyar Estate

There was nothing good about the property! It is not at all how it looks in the pictures which is very disappointing.

The rooms are filled with mosquitoes. The air conditioning does not work of room number 2&3 and there are no fan in most of the rooms!

I liked that the property was well set out with three rooms. Each room was exactly the same size with the same bathroom features. Which meant that none of us had less than the rest. The backyard and outdoor facilities were great. We never had to spend time in our rooms and could relax together outside. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

For what we needed out of the accomodation, it was perfect. No complaints from us.

It’s not a villa, it’s a castle! We loved everything about this beautiful villa in Bali paradise. Group was 5 adults who all had their own room with a key lock. It was private, quiet, yet couple mins away on a Gojek to Finn’s and Atlas

特にないが、前面の道路（但しヴィラからは離れており喧騒感はない）がバイクの抜け道となっており、夜間の歩行は幾分不安を感じる。但し基本移動にはGrabを使うのであまり問題にはならない。

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und hat ein sehr schönes Aussengelände mit einem wirklich schönen Pool. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und super freundlich. Hervorzuheben möchte ich unsere Köchin, sie ist wirklich super und das Essen was sie für uns gezaubert hat, war sehr gut. Es ist alles sehr stimmig vom Personal, übers Management bis zu unserem Fahrer, der uns vom Flughafen abgeholt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie ganz klar weiter empfehlen. Insgesamt ist es eine sehr schöne große Villa mit schönen großen Garten und Pool und viel Privatsphäre. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 😉 unsere Kinder vermissen Wolly 🙈 ( der Wachhund)

The design of the property is nice, and the staff were very good. Shame that these are the only positives.

The Anya Estate villas look modern in the photos and they have a 9+ rating, but the reality is completely different. This property is not as described and does not deserve that score. The villa is in urgent need of renovation: torn cushions, worn furniture, tired finishes and generally poor maintenance. I’m uploading photos because the condition is obvious and does not match what’s advertised. Major issues during the stay: - Wi-Fi does not work in the bedrooms (we were told it only works outside). - Two nights of no sleep due to a high-pitched whizzing sound from an old air-conditioning unit (only fixed on the third night). - A bedroom window leaked heavily during rain, causing water inside the room. Their “solution” was to cover the window from the outside. - Breakfast is extremely limited and becomes repetitive very quickly. - They dont even have a water cooler (Bali water is dangerous to drink) and we needed to fill in bottles and put in the fridge We stayed 9 nights (booked 12) and only after we insisted, they refunded the last 3 nights outside Booking.com so we still "lost" the booking.com commission which they refused to refund. Worst part: on check-out day, one of our children had stomach issues (Bali belly) and we asked to extend checkout by 1 hour, knowing there was no booking that day. The manager refused “in case someone books due to a promotion.” This sums up the management attitude. I travel regularly and have 100+ Booking.com stays, this was the worst value for money I’ve experienced. Do not book with Anyar Estate unless they renovate and change their management.

Amazing property for the price. The Villa was absolutely beautiful and clean, and perfect for our week-long stay.

Located quite a distance from the places we went to but nothing a short Grab ride could not solve.

Spacious rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The highlight was definitely the pool and garden—absolute zen perfection.

There were a few issues with mosquitos during the first couple of nights in two of the ground-floor bedrooms (due to the open-air bathrooms), but this was mostly resolved after we raised the issue with staff.

Everything it’s beautiful

Beautiful place with so much room. Such a great stay here in the 5 bed villa. We had 2 families stay and we all loved it. Kids aged from 2 to 17 yrs

Only issue was the location. If u don’t want to go do a lot it’s fine but at least half an hour to get anywhere. But if your after a chill place to relax this is it.

Very friendly and professional staff.

The villa is spacious. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen, living room, resting area, swimming pool, access, all is perfect. The cook (Diwya- hope I got the name right) was amazing. Her breakfasts were great refreshments to our stay. Few coffee shops, restaurant, and grocery stops are 2 min walking away. Anything else - can be accessed with a scooter. Lovelly and peaceful stay.

Could add an outside shower, renew the seating in the living room, fix the light in swimming pool.

The villa was wonderful, and there was fogging in the day for sanitization. Felling super comfortable.

The road outside I a bit small and busy, but does not make any impact to our stay in the villa.

Good location, easy walking distance to a couple of eating places if you don't want to venture further every day or night. Exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious and the service was above all else. Daily they came in and cooked breakfast, cleaned up after it, clean linen/towels and in the afternoons they came and lit the mozzie spirals and we had minimal impact from mozzies.

Amazing property, hosts were so attentive and kind - really so accommodating. The chef came to the villa and cooked every morning which was 👌💓 extra shoutout to the chef, so kind!

The hot water is not working. The furniture is old, and the bathroom and toilet are in poor condition. The towels looked old and used, which was a bit disappointing.

Very comfortable and very clean, lovely outdoor and shared lounge areas, very nice clean pool and exceptional staff. Beautifully maintained and everything working .

Nothing not to like about the property just to get to places you need to take bikes and or taxis, difficult to walk. However lovely Coffee Shop up the road 7 AM and some restaurants but need transport for going out.

Its the perfect spot for a large group with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The staff are lovely and helpful. Amenities are a little dated but still had everything that you needed available. The pool is amazing, huge and beautiful to enjoy outdoors. Breakfast cooked by the lovely Putu was delicious although limited variety with no fruit juice available in the mornings. I would highly recommend this value for money venue for any large group and would definitley come back to stay here again. Thank you so much for having us :)

I had an amazing 4-day stay at Anyar Estate in Canggu! The villas were beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with Balinese charm. The private pool and lush tropical surroundings made it feel like a serene paradise. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Its location was perfect—close enough to explore the vibrant cafes and beaches of Canggu but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

Great location, very comfortable stay, and lovely service by the staff.

The villa was so beautiful, the rooms were comfortable each with ensuites and air con, the private pool was lovely and there was plenty of space for our group of seven. We really enjoyed the cooked breakfasts by the chef, and also requested them to cook a couple of dinners for us which were so delicious and value for money. No request was too big for them, and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend staying here.

The only downside was to walk around the streets at the doorstep were a bit precarious as there’s no footpaths and the narrow roads are busy. Opt for a Grab or Gojek scooter ride or a private car for any real distance.

Very nice villa with 2 large bedrooms, pool and great outside livingroom and kitchen. Fresk breakfast is being prwpared by your own cook. Changu is very busy, but it is nice to enjoy the beach, beach clubs and many restaurants, which have sometimes a very high standard.

ATM was difficult to find, but that was easy solved with a taxi driver.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Rinca) which was just such a lovely experience. We were made breakfast every day which was delicious, and we often got Anyar cooks to prepare meals for lunch or dinner. The pool was beautiful and we spent hours on the massive daybed. Can not wait to return to Anyar! 7am Bakers is close by as are other restaurants. The area is very busy but the estate is a sanctuary of calm. The gardens are wonderfully maintained and the bedrooms were serviced daily. Thank you for such a wonderful stay

Location not great. Cannot walk outside but that’s an issue with most of Bali. Narrow roads and lots of scooter drivers swerving everywhere

No words can describe the awestruck experience when you first walk into the place - CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS PLACE EXIST? The entire estate, not limited to our accommodation, is simply Netflix worthy. Behind the spacious bedroom awaits an equally spacious toilet and it's three sets of this. Oh my god. The pool in the middle in front of our three bedrooms and the front yard with the huge tent-beds. The open air pantry and recreation area that enables everyone to sit and spend time together. The lady chef who will punctually be there in your kitchen to cook a lovely breakfast for everyone. The staffs who will make your bed and clean the pool and sweep the fallen leaves. The availability of scooter rental and laundry service. We were living in a palace.

Felt there was too much chlorine in the pool

Beautiful villas. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacey and beds comfortable. The location is quiet, and there are a few restaurants around, as well as Circle K. However, it should be noted that due to traffic, if travelling by car, getting to Canggu or Seminyak will take at least 30 minutes.

Breakfast was excellent served on time by wonderful staff.

Spacious - excellent sized bedrooms and ensuites, good size pool and lounge/ dining areas. Excellent breakfast. A problem with the shower was fixed promptly. Staff very good and friendly. Good value

Bed a little too firm but I did sleep ok. Noise from road intrusive Kitchen area needed maintenance.

Quiet place for family. Very nice place and pool. The staff is very helpful, they can help you with everything that you need.

A bit far to walk to eateries. However if you're lazy, deliveries in Bali is easy.

I can honestly say it was a dream property. Every single detail exceeded my expectations. I met here, for first time in my accommodations, a new concept for breakfast: somebody came in the kitchen of my villa to cook for us the breakfast every morning. Her name is Putu, an excelent cooker and a great person. The cleaning is made daily from the staff, the pool is cleaned daily, too, we've never felt the staff around, although they are a lot of people who worked for our comfort. Actually, the Balinese people are the kindest and the warmest on the Earth. The communication with the manager, Manik, was excellent, too.

This property is incredible. We loved the big living space upstairs and the pool area is phenomenal. The staff are 10/10. The layout of the house is awesome.

The local area is not very walkable as it’s right by the only bridge that allows bikes to cross the river, so there is a lot of traffic and congestion. You will need to get a bike or car to get anywhere in the main Canggu area. In saying that, who needs to leave the villa, it’s so amazing.

Breakfast was wonderful. Having somebody cook for us each morning was very relaxing. Location feels very peaceful although the road outside is full of scooters. Had no problems getting taxis and reasonably priced. A lot of good restaurants are within easy taxi ride.

The area is not walking friendly.

We liked that the Anyar team were super friendly and helped out with our stay. Open plan loving was great and pool amazing. Breakfast every morning was a great start to the day. Putu was great with our little cooking classes and meals. Kush, a calm and easy going driver. Manik ensured everything ran smoothly.

Everything! We stayed in the 5-bed villa and it certainly had the wow factor. The staff were wonderful and the daily breakfast was delicious. It's in a quiet location but there are still plenty of cafes and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
