Que no es lo que muestran en las fotografías ya que es un hotel muy viejo y en mi habitación el aire acondicionado hacia demasiado ruido y no funcionaba bien dentro de la habitación tenía un área del piso irregular para entrar al sanitario y la persona de recepción muy grosera

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025La ubicación, totalmente céntrico, los precios del restaurante muy accesibles y muy sabroso todo lo que pedimos. La alberca limpia, mis nietos la disfrutaron. A pesar de estar en el centro, tranquilidad y quietud. Muy Agusto cerca de la playa, nos trasladamos a La Madera, caminando.
El cable TV no funcionó, pero en realidad casi nunca estuvimos en el cuarto. Todo lo demás bien

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025The location of this hotel is excellent. It doesn't have a great view but it is on a walkable street with no through traffic. Your taxi can pull up to the front for loading and unloading but that's it. The pool is terrific and very scenic with the mural on one side. The staff were excellent and very helpful, and housekeeping did a good daily cleaning. Do not expect them to speak English. You're in Mexico - either speak Spanish or use a translation app. The rooms are nicer than expected, especially for the price. The beds are firm and comfortable, and the air conditioners work well. Most rooms have a balcony either overlooking the pool or the street.
The wifi is weak to non-existent. A few of the rooms are a bit rough. Don't expect hot water. Cool to tepid is the norm.

I found two roaches killed them so i tried not to bring food to the hotel and make the situation worse

NO HOT WATER. We had to go get our own toilet paper at the desk, no soap for the cold shower. A bit noisy at night but earplugs blunted it.

Paid more for "extra large bed" got a standard room with 2 double beds. WiFi was terrible, worked intermittently. Cockroachs in the room each night. Quite noisy street outside, very little soundproofing. Fridge in room that didn't work. TV with no channels and too slow to connect to Netflix.
