La villa était magnifique rien a redire

Les invités au repas d’anniversaire de ma fille ont ete bloqué à l’entrée. Très mauvaise communication et organisation entrée la societe de location et me syndic.

It was really clean, modern and spacious!

The location of the property in Grand Baie was convenient. Parking space for the villas was good. Other than that little else was up to standard.

Biggest problem is villa did NOT match the pictures in Booking.com. The layout of the villas inside (kitchen relative to living room etc), the furnishings and critically outdoor pool furniture were all different than what the photos had shown. When we requested a villa which did match the photos, that is when real problems began. We were given an alternative villa but (1) had to wait until 17h to check-in it - an early check-in time of 11 am had earlier been agreed; normal check-in time was 3 pm - we waited in our car in the car parking lot for hours (2) lounging/outdoor seating next to pool was infested with ants both in the cushion and inside the underneath support (3) no blow dryer (even when informed of this, they insisted a blow dryer was in the masterbathroom, even after we sent them a photo showing only item in the bathroom sink cabinet was a partially used box of sanitary napkins (4) the kettle had plug which didn't match socket in kitchen wall and (5) overall condition, cleanliness of villas very plainly substandard (in showers, glass panels were bad scratched not just dirty, as acknowledged by hotel itself. But ultimately the worse is when we requested the above to be remedied, the responses were adequate (ex we do not have a water hose in the entire property to rinse away the ants on the outdoors seating, we do have a Karcher but only the male staff are permitted to use and they are now off for the day"- 4 pm) late (5 to 7 chaser calls to check-in while they were "refreshing" our villa), impolite (insisted on inspecting our villa before we checked out even though we were leaving for the airport at 6 am). Normally I use Expedia or Airbnb. This is first time with Booking.com and frankly if the threshold issue is not resolved - pictures on website does not match actual villas - its hard to see how anyone could have the confidence to book through this site. Price of our villas was around Euro350 per night.

Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like plague.

The team at reception was very polite and kind.

Your website says keys can be picked up until midnight, but on the day we were told we had to get there before 4.30 pm.

The facilities team could not have done more to make our stay better. The villa was lovely, decently equipped and really private and relaxing. Close to shopping and lots of beaches and restaurants you do need a car to get around there is a patisserie and a couple of restaurants that you can walk to

The villa was so pretty. Amazing location.

1. There was no hot water in the showers. We did let the customer service know about this and we were told to let the water run for 5 - 10mins and it would then solve the problem. Sadly this did not resolve the issue. 2. Kitchen utensils were of poor quality as well. 3. There were ants in the kitchen so be careful when you're using it. 4. There are rats around the villa so be careful when you leave the doors open.

We booked for 2 nights and towels are exchanged after 3 days. We had to struggle and when we expressed our disappointment it was only then, Aman who is a very nice host did his best to get us towels as requested. Upon checking out the lady at reception was very rude and did not take our recommendation into consideration and responded in a very disinterested way that, its the company policy... Being from the hospitality sector ourselves, we do not consider this service as 5 star at all.

We liked the villa a lot and everything it can offer. The surrounding is like small village and everywhere are beautiful villas. But, if you don't have car or bike, it can be a little demanding.

Unfortunately, the communication with the reception was so bad. At first, they welcomed us, showed us the villa and that's it. Our wifi password wasn't correct one and we couldn't reach the reception to ask for correct password so we ended up without internet. When we tried to ask security, they didn't know anything. Such a bad organisation and communication with the reception. You can not reach them if you need just one info. They didn't give us at least their number, if we need anything. Villas are perfect but reception realy bad.

Breakfast was good, reasonably priced. Loved the fact that the pool was heated, makes it convenient for any weather

Nice ,peaceful ambience , spacious , comfortable.

Some of the electronic appliances need to maintained and we had to call in the maintenance team as these were not working. No staff available for maintenance , cleaning or even check out post 5 pm or before 8:30 am in the morning.

Amazing place; we stayed at Phase 2 .. good quality, clean and privacy at its level best! Had an amazingly smooth welcome by the staff.

Check out time- though the employees are very nice but we felt uncomfortable when they were at the door 20min before check out, waiting and making you feel its time to go! A call before coming in would have changed everything!

the staff, we were forced to pay a late check by only 2 hours when we booked 3 villas, the staff were unfriendly in how they addressed this request. we requested if we could have late check-out as complimentary during check-in and they told us they will get back to us. we were left with no reply until to discover that they charged us late check-out when we checked out.

Slightly further from Grand Baie but it did not ruin our holiday as we had a rented car.

Les yeux fermés....aucun piège,aucune surprise désagréable, propreté parfaite, service petit déjeuner très bien,mobilier haut de gamme,wifi à la hauteur,etc,etc! Le personnel à l’accueil, et aux services d’entretien :qualité mauricienne.

Super séjour

Es ist ruhig gelegen. Die Anlage ist gross. Frühstück ist immer das gleiche: nur Brötchen mit Marmelade und Butter. Beim Checkout wurde uns ein zerbrochenes Glas in Rechnung von 100 Ruppien (3 Euro) gestellt. Wir habe das Glas nicht mal selber zerbrochen, das waren die Putzfrau. Wir wollten am Ende des teueren Aufenthalt keine Diskussion eröffnen.

Love the place and the hospitality. Really clean, elegant, luxurious and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The place is so quiet and isolated but not good for walking around. If you wanna buy something you need to drive and there is a big mall and nice tourist beach area within few minutes of the place. A plus is that the resort offer a shuttle. So, If you are looking for a place to relax privately and quietly, this is the place.

Magnifique villa privative. Personnel de maison au top. Par contre il faut être véhiculé car les restaurant ce trouve à 10 minutes en voiture. Je recommande

Magnifique villa, personnel très accueillant et efficace! Bien située à proximité de nombreux commerces, mais prévoir une voiture pour profiter au mieux de l'île ! Je recommande vivement nous avons passé des vacances de rêve !

Very welcoming and friendly staff, attentive and always on hand to help. Facilities were great and the spa staff are wonderful, we ended up going back twice for treatments! Taxis can be arranged for you at anytime which is helpful as there is no capacity for walking near the resort. It would have been helpful if the pool was cleaned on a regular basis, we had to do this ourselves with a net, however professional cleaning would have been better. Towels should have been replaced on a daily basis and on some occasions they were not - same with the shampoo/shower gels. However this was rectified once we raised the matter with reception. Breakfast was served every morning. In summary we had a great stay and couldn't fault the place, will definitely be back and would recommend to any families / groups visiting Mauritius.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hotel. Personnel accueillant et disponible à qui j'adresse encore mes remerciements. Nous étions à 1,5 km de la plage mais finalement ce n'était pas un problème car nous étions à proximité de tout. Nous vous recommandons de louer une voiture plutôt que de prendre le taxi, pour cela nous vous recommandons l'agence Solero qui travaille d'ailleurs avec l'hôtel. Une seule chose à dire sur cet agence : ils vous font tout de suite confiance. C'est très rassurant.
